Ever since the "renovation". Rubbish bags everywhere slow service, doors aren't open at 6 so you end up going to the drive through where some lad is pissy with you about him having to do his job.

Visited this restaurant by chance as we were in the area for a tourist attraction. The were 3 adults and 1 child in our party. We ordered via the app and had table service. We all had different meals with various customisations. All the food came as requested and was piping hot. Again, all the food was freshly made as the Burges and chicken nuggets were really juicy and not dry as they normally are from Mcd's. Staff were really polite and helpful when needed. Rubbish and recycling bins were available and being used unlike other stores. Restaurant and toilets were clean. Overall verdict, we wish this restaurant was a lot closer to where we live as this is the best Mcd's we've ever been to.

Long wait at 8.00 in the evening.The chips were horrible lots of black on.Took them back.The manageress took a quick look at them when told her and replaced them with no apology and they were as bad and really salty.

Perfectly good Maccies but very busy sharses a through road as well with company next door so it gets very congested

Was better than a usual McDonald's, machine all worked great, even the receipt came out. Seating was clean, table clean and food arrived quickly and was OK.

Service is always really slow and had missing parts to my order on more than one occasion

Awfull dont know whats going on here asked for two breakfast wraps red sauce they both had no egg in them or bacon ! took them back gave me another two ... both brown sauce one with no egg ....back through the drive through AGAIN was not happy

Shocking service, waited 30 mins for our table order. Didn't come out with the correct food and not even an apology. The restaurant was empty. They really need to look at their customer service.

Astoundingly slow. We've now waited 25 minutes. The interior of the place is like a zombie movie, the walking dead still standing in a place they used to come to eat while soulless, saccharin pop plays on an endless loop. Right now this dead squirrel on the other side of the road is looking increasingly appetising.

Have ordered take out here twice in a row with items missing! Not just 1 portion of chips either, this time was missing 4 burgers, 2 fries, a drink, and an apple pie! Literally 70% of the order missing! Try to call never any answere. Absolutely shocking. Garbage resteraunt. AVOID!

Good place, nice and clean with friendly service.

Generally an alright place but if you have allergies you must be extremely clear and triple check as I had a worker give me egg after informing them multiple times of an allergy. Don't know if this is a problem with procedure, hearing, or care but it definitely needs to be addressed - take care when ordering and carry an epi pen

No fizzy drinks or milk shakes. So we got 4 frappe, and they came over with just 3 and said they ran out. The food was also cold. The toilets also were un cleaned and smelt bad. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

long delivery time but was notified at the point of ordering. They got one of our items wrong. chips weren't very warm

waited 45 mins and in the end i got a refund, wanted some food before work but had to go to burger king instead only waited 10 mins too. time has always been a problem in the bangor McDonalds. disappointing!

I wont be ordering online again, every single time theres items missing! And its always the happy meal box! Your staff need to concentrate in looking at the order reciept a bit better!

order was on time but stone cold and my drink had spilled all over the poor delivery drivers car because it hadn't been packed well, very disappointed.

the big mac and bacon I ordered one came with bacon one with out the drink was flat the coffee was cold

No drip which comes as part of the meal.evens says no the bag there is a dip.it is rarely provided by them even when it is part of the meal

Guy on the ordering speaker was friendly as was the girl taking payment at the window. However, the only downside was the girl on the final handover window. Blunt borderline rude. Just shoved in to your hands and walked away. Otherwise swift service and value for money

All good was cold- had to pull apart burgers and heat up ingredients. I was the last order so my food was cold and the presentation abysmal.

Eggs missing on both McMuffins.

Just a typical McDonald's. I always find there to be very depressed and overweight people in there.

delivery kept being delayed again and again despite the courier being at the restaurant from the beginning of the order (assumedly had multiple orders to pick up) to the point where i thought the restaurant were just delayed my order until the app would cancel it. also fries were cold and was given the wrong drink

I did not receive the food and this is the second time. The food was NEVER DELIVERED!!!!

Food was delivered to wrong address so I didn’t receive my food until 45 minutes after it stated it had been delivered, neighbour kindly brought it over but it was of course stone cold since it had been sat outside for 45 minutes, the order was also wrong I ordered a breakfast roll with brown sauce, received a bacon roll with ketchup, disappointing.

third time in a row items missing. each time it's multiple things. not drivers fault as McDonald's seal the bags. food freezing aswel.

Always feel like I’ve eaten something not good for me

Really enjoyed the Lotus Biscoff Frappe on what was a hot day! Son had his usual meal, enjoyed it and went on to win a football tournament so all good really. The location is goodish, it's just a shame it's not better served with a mini roundabout to get in and out easier. They've had a bit of a refresh inside which is good.

Hi there. Could you please advise if the restaurant is supposed to be open from 6am to 11pm and the door to the lounge is closed at 6.15am is this normal?

I wish the staff would double check orders as some items were missing which is unnacceptable.

Rude member of staff on first screen, two toffee lattes without cream and tasted burnt, fries barely any salt of them.

Used mcdelivery for the first time. Fries were stone cold and wrong burger aswell. Waste of money. Wont be using delivery again. How can it be so difficult to read an order off a screen and put that order in a bag. Always something wrong here, when collect I check before i go.

Very busy when I went. Drive through traffic blocking customers from entering Farmfoods next door, needs sorting. Great service and decent outdoor seating and has just been refurbed

delivery driver clearly decided to deliver to more than one place as he went to the other side of the city then university and by the time he got to our town the food was cold! everyone knows mcds chips are not nice stone cold!

Literally the SLOWEST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. No sense of urgency from the staff. Sat in the store for over 30 minutes waiting for two hot drinks, some fries and a wrap thing. 30 plus minutes for that??? Are you serious? Even the drive through was moving slowly. Very disappointed. When you have a lot of people waiting it is not the time to move slowly and dordle through the store to move one food item at a time. Sincerely someone who works in fast food and knows how it works xx

my oreo mcflurry did get mixed up for a fanta. not sure how but i’m not too happy about it.

This photo was taken at 06:10am. Normally wouldn’t have been a big issue, but I was travelling from mid Cheshire to Snowdon to start our hike at 06:45am. I had chosen mc Donald’s in Bangor for a pit stop, just off the motorway, to come use the toilet and to grab some food. To be told that the drive thru only was running until 7am. All the signage said 6am - 7 days a week and other customers were also queuing and left disgruntled too. Sort the signs out till 7am / website / google out / or actually open at 6am.

No queue despite being a Bank Holiday. Conforting meal before a long journey

Food was great and the JustEat driver was a star. JustEat placed our address too far up on the map, and he was kind enough to wait for me to reach him and came running down the street with my food, and told me to get home safe as it was late. What a gem of a man - thank you so much!

Ordered a cup drink, it arrived and it was spilt in the paper bag, not to mention that it had a hole in it so my coke kept dripping out all over my bed. Also did not receive any straws for my drinks (both were cup drinks) slightly disappointed if I’m honest.
