ETA kept changing, good food though.

delivery was on time came with wrong milkshake i ordered 2 strawberry milkshakes and it came with 2 bananas with no straws.

Food was cold and missing half the food

Food was hot and up to standard. However we were waiting in the drive thru for a longer than usual period of time and weren’t spoken to once by the person handing food over (wearing a white shirt so managerial). Also got home to find that the large cappuccino I’d paid extra for, as it was an upgrade in my meal, was half full. Not what you expect when you’re paying money for food and a service.

Absolutely shocking behaviour from the manager. I'll be writing to head office!

Worst McDonald’s to order from, they’re incapable of putting an order together. Every single time I order they forget something. They forgot to add our x2 6 chicken nuggets and were even incapable of adding a bottom bun on the cheeseburger!

Not once have we been here and not been asked to park up and wait for food. We order a double cheeseburger meal and a nugget happy meal, no alterations so why? Never serve customers in order at drive through, never have milkshakes service is shocking. Use the one at asda!

Just got back from holiday and desperate for something to eat and there is only two members of staff working and they are only serving chicken as all the grills are off! No point in being 24 hours!

Typical Maccies but food quality is better and the customer service team are great. I accidentally spilled my latte and they gave me a replacement without asking. Lovely staff.

Whenever I order from this McDonald’s there is always something missing! It’s ridiculous now. I’ve had to report missing items so many times on uber eats they don’t even take the reports now because they think it’s a scam. Today for instance, not only was some things missing, the food was cold af and burnt!

System update every time I come yet they'll serve the delivery deivers during this update.

Was refused at 11.55pm. Was told that they had stopped taking orders. I was on my way back from the hospital to pick some food up for the family after a very stressful day. Very disappointed.

The driver was sent to the wrong address, after we spoke he agreed to bring it to my current address for an extra payment. He has now disappeared with my order.

Didn’t receive my collectible Minecraft toys so have a very disappointed autistic son!

Mcdonalds are what they are, this is one of the better ones. Prompt service and hot fresh food. The downstairs dining area was busy, but there was plenty of seating upstairs, which was clean and tidy. The condiment stations were organised too, which is a rarity nowadays. Overall a pleasant experience.

Terrible! Food has been left on the door step in the freezing cold so is stone cold, no attempt at knocking on the door. So now not eatable and has gone straight in the bin!

Queues are unreal no matter which restaurant you go to. Staff concentrate more on drive through. Customers in restaurant have to wait as a result.

Driver was supposedly at the restaurant for over 40-50 mins, no sign of him coming, food was cold by the time he arrived! A joke!

Honestly, they never fail to mess your order up. Missing 2 items along side only 1 burger when you order a double? I swear they just guess what you want. Sort your management out because they haven't got a clue how to train staff.

Phoned the restaurant who said the food had been prepared and waiting for a courier for almost an hour. Everything was cold, except the ice cream which had melted.

Don’t even bother- not 24 hours at all, 3 separate occasions tried to go after work (around 11:30pm-1am) and closed due to a system update, not sure why a system update effects a grill or fryer or how hard it would be to turn the app off or put a cone out

Location of driver did not update, it said driver is leaving then was notified that they was outside seconds after and was missing a big chunk of my order too.

Only 3 cars at the drivethrough and still made us pull up and wait 15 minutes (its in the name, drive through). The girl then came out and we watched her walk all the way around the car park twice before spotting us. When we arrived home and opened the bag, the double quarter pounder had been put in a ripped box akd subsequently was at the bottom of the bag, unwrapped and chips had been placed upside down? What is the point in the 7-8 person team in that kitchen if you cannot pack something right.

Very bad service as every single time when we used drive through we were asked to parked to collect the food. Waiting time always over 30mins just for a cheese burger and medium fries.

Thing is with Maccies they look great on the advertising pictures but when you open you triple cheese burger I'm sure someone has either stepped on it or used it as a door wedge. Looked horrendous.

Missed items a few times. Wait times can be ridiculous. Staff interaction is more rude than not. Only drive thru branch in the area otherwise I’d boycott completely considering there’s 2 more branches in close proximity but when you got a baby it’s a little better for the convenience.
