McDonald's in Wigan

stop by to grab a bite to eat with my other half and compared to the runcorn branch the timing and how the food wad presented was amazing, there was nothing missing from the order, there was no asking if my order was coming soon, alot of this does happen in the runcorn branch asking were my order is and stuff missing on the order so for this branch there doing something right

Extremely annoyed. Mcdelivery missing items. User eats phone number left me on hold for 20mins only to be told they would not help me and I have to speak to McDonald's, tried contacting McDonald's customer service, they tell me to speak to Uber. NEVER ORDERING THROUGH MCDELIVERY EVER AGAIN. GO F YOURSELVES

Always seems to be an excuse to close it at night even though it's a "24 Hour" branch. "System update" , "cleaning the grills" , "setting up for breakfast" Every time I've been its always a different exuse and never open. Very poor. I'd drive an extra bit and go to stonecross or Tyldesley rather than waste my time here.

McDs,not much to be said really

Absolute abomination. Got a McRib and a Mcflurry. The McFlurry had caramel sauce all over the outside so now everything in my car is sticky. The McRib, they put the BBQ sauce on that from a distance and mainly on the outside of the burger. I won't be returning here again. Worst McDonald's ever

Only issue was having to wait. When food was presented the hot drinks had cooled down

14 mins from order for food to come and then food is cold

One of the best in the UK 🇬🇧 the staff are always friendly and smiling 😃 and so nice.to tall too the food is always been hot and fresh the just need.to add salt 🧂 to the hash hashbrowns

Typical McDonald's with Drive thru. Nothing fancy, this location can be very busy during the usual peak times, dinner, tea and weekends. The staff are average not overly friendly. Overall it's a good fast food chain location in the retail park.

Not a good day at Leigh Asda McDonald's it took 20 minutes to get food then it was cool, The staff where stood about chatting no one cleaning up, we where in more than one hour and the table and floor next to us never got cleaned even though we and others told staff at the counter about it, some other tables where the same. Sorry to say we won't be going back.

I'm afraid this branch is a bit of a letdown as McDonald's go. The branch seems more concerned with looking after the UberEats/JustEats orders much to the detriment of inbranch customers. This manifests itself in slow order completion. The staff in fairness are pleasant and the place clean. The food is adequate mostly but our order was short of two items. It's two floors provide lots of seats and the toilets were clean. It summing the branch is suffering somewhat by the increase in online ordering services and could really do with addressing this.

I’ve eaten McDonald's for over 40 years. Yesterday @ the McDonald’s @ Leigh Parsonage Park I had the vilest food I’ve ever had. It was cold, the order was wrong & the service was embarrassing. I regret not complaining. However, they won’t be getting my money from now on !

The worst McDonald’s any time of the day sat here now at 9pm for 40mins a joke and I call in for a coffee in the mornings and no better very very poor service

From ordering to receiving the meals was 30 minutes. Order was on the ‘collect’ screen so long before being called that I checked the order on receipt and found the burgers cold and sent them back to be re-made. Ordered double Quarter pounder and was served a single Quarter Pounder so had to send it back again to be corrected. Fries jn the meantime were now also g out by cold… Kitchen seemed to be in a state of chaos with many burgers sitting under the lamp in the chute and lots of drinks & ice creams sitting on a stand. McFlurry ice creams were sitting on a stand the entire time I waited so cannot imagine they were very frozen …. Overall very disappointing experience.

ordered a large 9 chicken nugget meal and only received the chips, wrong drink for happy meal, motzerella dippers missing and not to mention COLD

Food was cold and missing items. Very disappointing. Also the bag containing the food was all open and split at the top. The driver said it was due to steam but don't understand that when the bag was dry and the food far to cold to produce steam!😔

absolutely ridiculous waiting time, first I put my order through waited 20 minutes for it not to have gone through and then I had to wait another 20 minutes for a puny little chicken burger. absolutely stupid and the staff didn't even know what they were doing. sort it out

the driver took the order to another address and was parked there for a good 25 mins whilst our tea ent cold, 1hr 45 mins to get a cold maccies, brilliant 👏

delivery driver apologised for the delay even though it wasn't his fault as restaurant was busy. food arrived freezing cold. most of it ended up in the bin as it wasn't edible felt like it had been sat waiting to be sent out as long as we had been waiting. ordered food around 7pm and received just before 9pm. food was cold and stale when arrived and most of it inedible

The Twix coffee had obviously been standing a bit before we got it as the cream had gone. The burger also looked like it had been thrown together. The floor staff was fabulous though. There is also good access for wheel chairs with a lift to the first floor.

Over 20 mins to get 5 cars through the drive through, nobody out front apart from one person appearing after a few mins to pack a JE order.

Part of the order was missing and the food was cold on arrival. I usually give good reviews. I'll keep to the drive through though with Mc. D's in future.

The burger was missing half off it actual patty it was cold the chips where still frozen and the chicken share box had been cremated I’ve never in my life seen food this bad from maccies or anywhere for that matter

sorry but half the workers here actually need a hearing aid and some glasses from spec savers. DO NOT get this McDonald’s when on uber eats or any delivery place. it will come stone cold 99% of the time. what sense does it not make when i say PLAIN DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER. not a double burger with NO CHEESE but everything else (ketchup, onions, etc) some of these workers are genuinely deranged if they think this is the right way to server someone. oh yes let’s just throw the chips in the bag upside down and throw the burger together (your burgers are literally built like the leaning tower of Piza.) and where are the gloves? like we know you hate your job but atleast try to make our day a little bit better instead of ruining it because your days going bad!!! hope this helps! 🫶🏻

Absolutely stupid must have some stupid staff working inside asked for sweet and smoky BBQ sauce and it's arrived without it so that's almost 3 pound wasted not the first time it's happened some other items where missing aswell getting real sick of ordering from maccies sort your staff out

Food was marked as "delivered" despite no knock, nothing left outside of the door.

Burgers burnt and no cheese slices o it . If asked for no cheese sauce and pickles but not no cheese slices so was dry

Food is not edible now the driver came near my address and circled the streets for 15 minutes never once rang and ask for directions I had to go find him

Big Mac was OK, but I don't know if it was ne but the burger looked smaller and thinner?

Meant to be 24/7 service and yet continue to keep closing after 10 for maintenance or is open for deliveries but drive through is closed and will not let customers into the restaurant - worst thing is employees can see customers outside waiting for an explanation and they ignored us.

just about on time and i asked for some sauces witchi received no sauces for at all

Delibery time was good but when the food arrived, the chips where stone cold, alimg with the burgers. The chicken nuggests tasted Stale and cold

Service time and driver were great. Food seemed good. Just needed to be reheated, then was alright.

Considering this delivery only took 8mins to come due to me living close the McDonald's it was coming from its arrived freezing. 1st bad review ive had to leave as usually comes piping hot. Very disappointed

went from being prepared to delivering to delivered in three seconds. never got the order. all drivers should take note and sack this driver because I won't tip a driver ever again because of this one delivery.

Paid for delivery, not really an Uber problem but the inadequate team at McDonald's didn't put the main ingredients in the bag "the burger" which was part of a meal..I rang uber eats who delivered but they would only refund me for the burger alone and not the complete meal. Now I am not going to sit there hungry and eat a portion of cold fries and a drink for my lunch without the Burger. Appalling and inept service.
