McDonald's in South Bucks

The food is nice, if it's hot. I've found very often that the chips are lukewarm - not just this branch but everywhere.

I recently visited McDonald Brunch for a delightful morning meal experience, and let me say, it was quite the rollercoaster ride! The food was decent—nothing to write home about, but enough to fill the gap with some good ol' comfort. The added bonus of a free car park was a welcome surprise, making my arrival hassle-free. As I settled into the restaurant, the atmosphere was pleasantly reasonable, nothing too fancy but certainly cozy enough for a morning bite. However, one particular interaction left a sour taste in an otherwise okay experience. Picture this: a middle-aged woman with a Slavic accent, carrying a wet floor sign in the toilets area, becomes the unexpected villain of my brunch saga. As I innocently approached her to inquire about the toilet's availability, expecting a simple yes or no, she retorted in a tone that could curdle milk, "I am not a man! How should I know?" I couldn't help but chuckle at the absurdity of the situation, though not without a hint of disbelief at the unnecessary sass. Despite this odd encounter, McDonald Brunch remains a decent spot for a quick morning meal, provided you steer clear of any wet floor sign-wielding restroom gatekeepers with a penchant for sassy remarks. Kudos for attempting to make breakfast amusing, even if unintentionally courtesy of the enigmatic lady with a strong personality.

How hard is it to get a order right ridiculous

Very clean considering how many people pass through there.Large car park ,drive thru never had a problem parking there but always very busy Good staff make this an efficient Macdonalds .Do not have to go into Uxbridge and all its traffic lights etc Straight iff and straight back on A40 with not a lot of trouble

Very Latest: Good prompt service as usual. The app ordering in conjunction with the instore terminal is a bit of a faff though. Latest: Strawberry milkshake reinstated! Phew. Original: No strawberry milkshake!!! Everything else was as you'd expect. I'm finding the app very useful for ordering. I don't have to queue for a terminal and I can sit down, saving a seat for myself, before even ordering, plus it gets brought to the table. The app is perfect if you have kids or grandkids. You also get points and deals through the app.

Standard Macdonalds. Nothing to share!

It’s NOT 24hrs if you’re a walk-in customer. NOT WELCOMING PEOPLE WHO HAVE NO CAR. :) Since when did a dine-in McDonald refuse to order??? This is the only McDonald I’ve been to with no dine in after 11pm and only drive through. Living close by I wouldn’t take a car to the drive thru as it is not practical. I went to the dine in area and got told they are no longer accepting dine ins. So I went to the drive thru and the lady there told me I couldn’t order without a car, but last time we did, upon asking why they told us “the manager said we can’t take your orders”. In what sense a 24hr McDonalds that offers pickup orders not let a person without a car pickup??? We got told the manager was in the white shirt, we then attempted to talk to her, when she pretended we didn’t exist and completely ignored us. Knowing she can hear me at the window. POOR COMMUNICATION FROM THE MANAGER, there’s no point in having a manager when she can’t assist properly. But yeh it was the manager on the night shift at 13th feb-14th feb. Mcdonald Oxford road please change ur status as drive thru only, not dine-in. People can’t stand to waste their time walking to you. Just to be told it’s only drive-thru. Mcdonalds please sort out the people you hire. Leaving this review to remind people of you DONT HAVE a car then this Mcdonalds doesn’t welcome you there. Or just take a Uber to drive you through. :)

Just went for a quick takeaway. Good vegetarian options on the new McDonalds menu. Fast service. Clean McDonalds

It's a MacDonald. The food is as you expect, the staff were all polite and fast. I would go back to this one, although we did not go inside as I did the drive through, could have been anything inside.

Food delivered was inaccurate, incomplete and cold and there is no obvious way of contacting the business to complain so the situation to be rectified

We have had to wait 1 hour 30 minutes for this food it kept changing to sooner then later so we couldn’t even cancel as we thought it was coming this is not acceptable food is cold and not nice

Waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for 3 breakfasts!! Will not be ordering again missing hash brown. How can it take so long for 3 breakfasts you have to be having a laugh. The hash brown that did come was greasy and one of muffins was burnt

Nearly whole order was not in the bag and spilled drinks

Delivery driver dropped bag in a wet puddle twice which spilt all the latte in the bag.

Not the drivers fault but order was almost an hour later than originally stated. Possibly due to the time of night but just an honest comment

Second time I’ve ordered with just eat. Once again marked as delivered when it’s not. My last order was half an hour late and this one hasn’t even turned up. Will never order with them again. Shocking company save your time.

Absolutely terrible, can not get a single delivery order correct or a drive through. Clearly a bunch of people who don't deserve a job there at all. The service you get is miserable and they clearly don't want to be there. There's tonnes of people who are desperate for a job yet you keep hiring people who don't give a damn about the company or the service they provide.

There are nothing to care of customers and there all time in a queue of delivery drivers waiting food from the workers,the working persons are insulting of drivers to take long time.i saw many times at restaurant,it's worst of handling of customers and drivers

To be honest I every time I visited uxbridge drive through McDonald's they never have any milkshakes, I don't mean to moan but it seems every time I go there and that's twice a week most weeks but what's so annoying you wait 20 minutes to get served and then your told there's no milkshakes, I wouldn't of waited if I had known,

This has got to be the BEST McDonald's in the local area. Service was second to none, and my burgers 🍔 and fries 🍟 were hot, fresh, and delicious. This particular branch on Oxford Road, Uxbridge, must be congratulated. Well done, guys, keep up the excellent service and quality of food 👏 👍 👌.

Went through the drive through, service was slow, people were rude and they had eaten half of our fillet o fish. We went back to complain and the people would not take our claims seriously, after one member of staff refusing that they had cameras, with another then saying they actually did. They refused to show us the camera footage, eventually gave us a refund and claimed they would check the cameras later. Doubt they will. Makes you wonder what else they do to the food. Shocking, health hazard, and will be filing a complaint with the food standards agency.

drinks arrived damaged/spilled out and one item was missing from the order. credit has been applied but would rather the items I ordered. suggest better checking before sending out orders

I live in Essex, and I stopped here for a break on my way to heathrow and I can honestly say it's the best double cheeseburger I've had in mcdonalds in years please mcdonalds send the staff from this mcdonalds to the Essex mcdonalds so they can show them how it's done

My food arrived. It was cold. The fries were hard and tough. I am beyond disappointed, when you are looking forward to a hot juicy burger and it arrives tepid and hard - extremely dissatisfied.

Ordered on the app. Food came really fast and they got all our allergy requirements correct. Food was hot and tasty. Toilets were clean and we found parking and a table easily. Staff were helpful and proactive on cleaning.

Denham McDonald's is the best and much better than Uxbridge McDonald's. Very rarely do Denham miss items from my orders and nearly always add the BBQ sauces I ask for, where as Uxbridge never send the requested dips. Denham is a much more organised.

I stopped for my usual breakfast Sausage and egg McMuffin meal to asked by the server if I wanted a hash brown with that? I answered it's a meal deal it comes with the hash brown to which I'm told there is a cheap version without the hash brown now! Seems too much like just ordering a coffee and a burger and not any kind of deal to me what cretin came up with that stupid idea?

Gave me the wrong order if you are busy you should still be check your orders correctly before giving them out in your drive thru as people come from far places

Over run with delivery drivers who shove everybody out of the way when they aren't even called. They blocked off the collection area so people inside couldn't collect their food and the staff would say nothing to them as other customers and myself had to try and get past them to collect our food.

Cold eat , nothing good to eat!

The order took 55 minutes. The delivery time kept extending and extending. I could tell on the tracking the driver delivered two orders before mine, therefore everything was stone cold and the chips were either soggy or weird stale texture.
