McDonald's in Eastbourne

Never rated the atmosphere. Service is pot luck.I only ever called for the coffee, which is excellent. The breakfast wraps were good, but now have joined the pot luck list

For a mc donalds the delivery time and food was great. The atmosphere was very dirt tho which is why it's a 4 star

Food is hit and miss, staff don't really care. The only staff member I have sent take any interest in customers is Giulia. I wouldn't order delivery from here, 9/10 time it's cold or wrong.

Overworked staff, too many people visiting for such a small restaurant. Not doing any desserts probs to save time on orders. Always forget every sauce.

Nice young lady bought our good to the table and was very hospitable

Cold food, really disappointing

I like it. It is located in a rather busy part of town, and the place gets very busy at peak times. So, sometimes parking close is a problem, but you can usefully find somewhere within a short walking distance if planning on going in, sometimes there is a wait to get in the drive thru queue if wanting to drive thru, and you often see cars queued up, waiting to get into the drive thru itself. If you do go in, it is tough to find a seat sometimes as the place is quite small and it gets pretty crowded at peak times, but you can always take your bagged grub back to the car if parked close by. Saying all that, it's in a decent spot for lots of passing trade, the food is usually quite good, hot, fresh and just what you fancy, the staff are generally friendly and pleasant and they are used to being suddenly pounced upon by a gazillion customers so recover quite quickly when taken by surprise, which is of course something that happens and something some places cannot cope with. Overall, a pretty good MCDs, I like it.

Certainly above standard. Food was served in a friendly manor and was hot and very tasty. No faults whatsoever. 10/10. A great McDonald's.

The food took 45 mins and I waited 10 mins to pay because the person at the till said I’m on break and ignored me for 10 mins and no one else came.

You need to check your order as it's regularly missing or has wrong items

Well, I always thought McDonalds was regarded as 'fast food'. It seems the delivery drivers and those using the drive through come before those paying customers that get off their backsides and bother to que and order in store. How difficult is it to cook and serve up a bacon and egg burger, hash brown and cappuccino? - Seventeen minutes apparently! Don't bother coming here if you're in a rush....

Only part of my order arrived, and the items that did arrive were freezing cold apart from my mc flurry, which was melted

When ever I order a McDonald's they ALWAYS for the sources I ask for n more than likely forget something I order I will not use this again

I don't always like a Donald but I like McDonald's, possibly more than anyone has ever liked a Donald in the history of liking!

The delivery driver was really lovely and polite

You can never go to McDonald's with any great expectations of getting anything decent, let alone it looking like the tv adverts,

When I placed order was given one time but this changed three times, as my burger was customised it was cooked and prepared at 19.33 the order didn’t arrive until 19.56, the burger was completely cold, this isn’t the first time this has happened.

We ordered two items. Happy meal items not delivered except chocolate milkshake. Very bad service

All the food was MISSING from the order only a drink and 2 ice creams arrived from our order! Totally annoying especially with hungry children and diabetic waiting for food. Will not be ordering again

I am emailing to ask for a FULL REFUND I could not be more angry we have waited an hour for our McDonalds It has come missing loads of items and stone cold. This is not acceptable!!!! I know have people with out food, no straws, no sauces, no mcfulr

No longer go here as every time the simplest of orders is wrong. If you try to address this, confronted by a bot that is not interested in rectifying the problem but in just trying to jump in with a reasonable colleague. On last visit, fast food restaurant took 20 minutes to process a double cheeseburger without most of the ingredients missing. Go to Polegate or Town centre-worth the hassle to fill proper McD's craving.

I asked for no cheese on one of the burgers but there was cheese on it.

Eastbourne was fantastic came out to us hot.

Complete wrong order arrived, so bad that both McDonald’s and just eat refuse to do anything about it at the time. Instead it takes 24-48 hours for a refund request.

I ordered a meal and had no chips I ordered sauce and recieved none. I also ordered a fruit shoot had none and 2 burgers with no pickles and they had pickles which I have an allergy so couldn't eat my own dinner. absolutely fuming!!

McDonald's puts the inedible in incredible. I dunno why I keep coming back. Just got home to find both my big Mac's stuck to the bottom of their boxes and after pulling out burgers fell apart. Tried to contact store but phone just rings and rings and then goes flat... If you're going to take my money at least give me something I can eat and enjoy. Not the first time something like this has happened. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!! Because they don't care what it looks like

Three ice creams delivered but no chicken and fries. How ridiculous how can this be missed especially when you’re paying up front ? Then you have to email and wait 48 hrs for a reply when you’re the customer who has paid for a service not recieved. Not impressed

The delivery person called twice not wanting to get out the car and wanting us to go and collect the food. I pay for delivery, secondly missing item, and incorrect item

The original delivery time changed 3 times and it ended up taking over an hour to leave the restaurant for delivery. I felt sorry for the delivery driver having to wait so long. When we got our food it was cold and things were missing.

Order arrived cold and stuck to the food wrapping as if it had been sat there a long time. Took over an hour from ordering food to getting it delivered, even though on order it initially said it would be delivered within half an hour, the time just kept being pushed back. Very disappointed.

Okay so food was 38 minutes late poor courier only got paid pennies and was waiting 45 minutes for the food so I tipped him a fiver. Food was missing 4 drinks, 4 ice creams and sauces and the food that was delivered was stone cold. Not happy

Ordered 2 quarter pounder with cheese . Turned up stone cold .. took 1 and a half hours to come.. not good . Very disappointing.

Missing fries and all the dips. Ordered a hot chocolate which was basically chocolate flavoured water

why does the food quite often arrive cold. I don't normally write a review but I think someone needs to look at other ways of keeping the food hot.

absolutely terrible service your driver was demanding a number when I showed him he said it was wrong then demanded a telephone number which he again said was wrong in the end I told him to take the food it was now cold he then bsnged on the door and said take it this is the very last time I use you your delivery service always delivers cold food and now rude drivers

Once again at the Earlswood drive through McDonald's completely messed up my order,with missing one part of a main meal and adding cheese to another burger when requesting no cheese in the burger. This happens everytime we order be it a delivery or the drive through! The staff pay little attention laughing and joking behind the drive through windows.
