McDonald's in Eastbourne

Order arrived within the given time slot, all food was cold, small burgers were overflowing with sauce and Philly cheese burger salty and so much cheese sauce so had gone soggy, veggie sticks very over cooked and dry , overall a very disappointing meal

Cold food and delivery times are nothing but a joke. You say the restaurant is busy ,it’s because the driver has multiple deliveries to make he see why the food is cold and late, A TOTAL JOKE

food was fine, but they forgot straws and the happy meal toy which upset my sin. all the food was there though. and new sour apple mcflurries are lovely.

Always delivered on time, but it seems every time I order, it’s always missing an item… so disappointing especially when it was only 3 burgers and chips…

Iv ordered smoothies twice and and they never come with straws

Very disappointing the mine craft toys were missing and as this was the only reason we Ordered them meals for my autistic son to have the toys which left him very emotional.

the estimated delivery time kept changing. the sauces were all missing as were the straws, the chips and burgers were stone cold, and instead of a cappucino they gave me a flat white

How did they manage to do it, almost every time. Ordered a meal deal with TWO Big Macs, yet somehow they managed to pack one Big Mac and a Mc chicken sandwich. Presumably they have some semblance of literacy to have managed to get half the order correct. The one bonus was that they actually managed to put the dip I ordered in to the bag, and that's a real novelty. Maybe you just can't have it all your way at the Lottbridge branch.

An hour late with half the items missing or wrong

McDonald's never get it right, shame my kids want it as I would never order from them! meals are either wrong or missing! oh and what's the point in the tick boxes for dips as you never ever send them 🙄

It would be nice if just once the order was right, I don’t think I’ve ever received any dips that have been ordered. If chicken nuggets or chicken selects are on the order then surely it’s a given that there will be dips as well

I ordered food at 1810 pm for soon as possible, at first said between 7:15/30 it kept moving till 8pm The courier left at 7:50 and it only takes about 7 mins from restaurant to my home it took him 25 mins after a stop and food was cold

Absolutely atrocious. Food so cold as to make it inedible. Scheduled delivery 20 minutes early. £4.66 refund offered on an over £22 order of what felt like refrigerated food. I'm not even going to take the measley refund as a matter of dignity. If McDonalds wants to retrieve the food to sell to the next mug, it's in the bin outside. And once again, even though the food was inedible, you forgot the sauces. Who's in charge of quality control at this restaurant? They want firing.

Yet again the order was missing bits and my daughter customised her burger and they ignored that and just sent her plane burger even though she ordered extras in her burger.

Really disappointing recently,due to our current situation we are having to rely on takeaways as our primary source of food,most times there are multiple items missing recently and a half full small milkshake cup,really don’t want to feel like I can’t have McDonald’s as I always enjoyed it growing up, thank you
