McDonald's in Eastbourne

It’s great to have a McDonald’s here, as it’s a convenient place for a quick meal or takeaway. However, most of the time, the wait for food feels endless – it takes unbelievably long. If you’re in a hurry, there’s no way to predict whether your order will be ready in 15 minutes or 30-40 minutes, which can be really frustrating.

I'm generally not a fast food fan, but I was in a rush and forgot to bring my breakfast and lunch. Originally planned to only order a coffee using the drive through, but couldn't resist a sausage and egg muffin as it was just before 11am. Some issues with communication when placing my order, but the food was hot and the guys at both windows were friendly. The second window he was extra pleasant and left me leaving with a smile. Customer service is so important and was great today. Thanks

It just about does the job, but orders are always wrong and milkshake is always broken

I recently got a breakfast wrap from here. It was good until I realised that it didn’t have any sausage in it. When it is supposed to. Very disappointed

Food always comes cold, no ice in drinks basically ever by far the worse mcdonalds about place should get shut down because its bloody awful defo worth going the extra way and going to polegate

Says it is 24 hour but is then apparently closed at 1am. False advertising.

Good value coffee. Absolutely terrible service. By the time you get your order coffee been standing so long it's coldish.

Worst waiting times ever seen in a Mac Donald’s

Awful weekend staff. Given hot drinks and told to park up. Food took 15mins and was only warm. Soggy greasy hash browns. Rubbish. And drinks were cold by time food arrived. Lad who brought it over could not have been any more insincere. Rubbish service.

Cold food and rude staff. Waited 15 min for food for my family, most of it cold. Staff were unhelpful and rude.

NOT 24H. CLOSED TUESDAY MORNINGS MIDNIGHT-6AM. Arrived 1am on Tuesday morning. All lights on, but drive-through coned off, 3 staff sitting outside told me store was closed Tuesdays until 6am. Very poor. This has happened several times over the last 6 months, not sure if it is just Tuesdays.

My order was initially due by 19.45, the time consistently got pushed back and finally arrived at 9.33 this is very poor service and ruined my plans for the evening. I would like a refund.

The courier was very polite. He arrived on time and the temperature of the food is okay although not hot. Overall, I’m very happy with this courier.

I've ordered from this place several times now and each time the main part is always missing, this is becoming a common occurrence. They don't even offer to remake the part that is missing or offer a refund price of the actual meal this utterly disgusting.

No straws for drink is somewhat annoying

Ordered today, and honestly im extremely disappointed. Now this isn’t the only time this specific McDonald’s has cocked up an order. They forgot to pack my main part of the meal, which isn’t the first time they’ve done so. It isn’t hard at all to complete a full order. Staff either need to be retrained or sacked because evidently the same is happening to many others. I don’t know how they keep expecting me just to be able to eat chips and that’s all? Cold and stale chips at that. For anyone debating whether or not to order from here, save yourself the hassle of trying to get a refund and don’t bother. Polegate one is better.

Half our order was missing. Eastbourne branch not answering the phone or returning call No way to get the missing items delivered so some went hungry! First and possibly the last time we order from MacDonald again!

Ordered a delivery, 6 dips ordered & none delivered. Same old crap

9 times out of ten, our order is wrong. My son does a delivery usually, and the service is awful. The drivers don't care if the order is wrong and usually is. Or something missing. And you try getting it sorted online. Useless.

Eastbourne McDonalds is becoming a joke. Yet again missed things off our order but also one of our burgers that was meant to have extra cheese and just onion has no onion but also half the burger is missing with only one burger bun included! Yet again people in our house go with out.
