McDonald's in Eastbourne

OMG the rubbish around this place, pouring out bins and all round the building and blowing down the road. Food wrappers and waste all along the building, like a rat farm.

Shows as 24h but apparently on Tuesdays they close at 1am opening hours need changing

Avoid this outlet - you'll get better service in a morgue, and probably a lot more hygienic too. Staff members happy to lie to cover their incompetence. 'Duty Manager' at time of our last visit would not take complaints seriously, like why we waited 26 minutes for food . Her lie? That McPlant was cooked to order which of course explains why people arriving after us were served McPlants first... While there witnessed staff using the floor to replace ketchup bag, cleaning neck of bag with napkins that had been placed on the same dirty floor. Meanwhile others leaning on the front counter on their phones. Generally disgusting state of restaurant which was not clean, and most definitely not up to standard of any other outlets in the area.

Slow service, inattentive staff

Tucking into my burger only to find paper from the what looks like the meat patty sitting underneath the cheese this isn’t the first time this has happened either and after spending £30+ the chips was cold and coke was flat.

Order missing half the items, not their fault apparently Uber. No one willing to help and rectify. Uber blame them. Both useless!

Don't bother, there customer service is atrocious, today's not the first time I've been through thier drive through and been told their ice machine isn't working, no escape route out from going forward, but what gets me, is they have an oversized advert for there cold drinks, but can't put a notice up before you enter thier drive through to say no ice drinks available, and they don't care much about prospective custom, telling me to call customer service who also don't do much customer goodwill... No wonder don't visit McDonald's much... 😂 🤣 🤣

A bit challenging to get here on foot

Been on drive thru today got home and half my food missing called to ask to deliver as couldn’t go back they not allowed but still been charged and not receiving full Oder will not be going again

I often get missing items in my order, the fries are always underfilled. The staff dont seem to care. Its one of the worst McDonalds in Sussex

Food nice fresh and hot, staff very nice and helpful.very nice place to visit.

We are not regulars.. but we popped this morning just to grab a bite to eat before 11am ...well no receipt came out the machine I went to ask a nice young lady who explained that it was all fine..as long as we knew the number. When the food finally came out we open the wrapping on mine and it looked like someone had stood on it..I took it back and yes it was exchanged...sadly that looked just as bad ..and to top it all both orders were cold . Not your fault the next bit .having teenagers in the pj's and acting like 4 year old.then we both went to the toilets ..when we came out my partner said well that's was unhygienic!! Both male and female toilets had No hand soap. Wished I'd spent my cash elsewhere

McDonald's is ment to be 24 hours. They close the door at 12 then make the drive thru open. So if you are walking customer you can't get FOOD

Very friendly welcome, both staff members I interacted with were lovely, fast friendly service at breakfast time. I couldn't ask for more, thank you

Ordered a minecraft meal a plain double cheese burger and 2 garlic bread dippers first time no minecraft toy second time no big mac 3rd time single cheese burger with gherkins and onions which we didn't order and half of a garlic bread dipper

Yet another McDonald's to get an order wrong.I have a cheese allergy.I ask for an order without cheese and guess what?It contains cheese.What is it with McDonald's employees?Do you not have to do an app to tube test?Surely you can read One Thousand percent unhappy customer

Absolutely shocking service. Items missing, cold food, burgers not even made properly. A 5 year old could make a better burger than this lot.

Why would they advise being open 24 hours when they're not!? I went to the restaurant at about 1.30am and an employee told me they were only open for drive through. Online it said they were open so ordered a delivery via just eat which never arrived.

Order arrived within the given time slot, all food was cold, small burgers were overflowing with sauce and Philly cheese burger salty and so much cheese sauce so had gone soggy, veggie sticks very over cooked and dry , overall a very disappointing meal

Cold food and delivery times are nothing but a joke. You say the restaurant is busy ,it’s because the driver has multiple deliveries to make he see why the food is cold and late, A TOTAL JOKE

Shocking..went with my daughter for breakfast. Ordered and was asked to wait and they would bring it over. Got completely forgotten about. when I approached four members of staff talking together they all just laughed. Eventually I was given the food which had been sitting for twenty minutes in a bag and was freezing cold. Spoke with the manager who did not care what so ever. Told me to write in and said do you want the food or not.

If I could give ZERO STARS, I WOULD. Langney McDonald's is extremely bad. I ordered an item, and they didn't even give me it for at least 45 minutes. After they did, they said it was fresh, but they LIED. It was ICE COLD. I think they just got it out of the fridge. It's bad. Don't go here.

Had breakfast here, very slow service compared to Bexhill McDonald's, considering there were so few people in. Apart from that, a typical no frills .

Food was warm and order correct. Delivery driver friendly.

Very disappointing the mine craft toys were missing and as this was the only reason we Ordered them meals for my autistic son to have the toys which left him very emotional.

the estimated delivery time kept changing. the sauces were all missing as were the straws, the chips and burgers were stone cold, and instead of a cappucino they gave me a flat white

Not impressed with my sausage and egg muffin this morning. Looks like it has been partially eaten.

How did they manage to do it, almost every time. Ordered a meal deal with TWO Big Macs, yet somehow they managed to pack one Big Mac and a Mc chicken sandwich. Presumably they have some semblance of literacy to have managed to get half the order correct. The one bonus was that they actually managed to put the dip I ordered in to the bag, and that's a real novelty. Maybe you just can't have it all your way at the Lottbridge branch.

Got told I cannot pay with a £50 note. There’s no signs any way stating this. The 2 “managers” I spoke to were extremely rude, no name badges. When I asked for there names they told me no. Awful customer services extremely rude arrogant staff. Disgusting when paying for a service

Food order was wrong. And the hot food arrived stone cold. Didn't help that my driver decided to go to KFC to pick up another order on the way to me!

over half the order was missing. When I called the store they were unwilling to do anything about it. now I have to wait 5days to get my money back. Everything on the order was cold and a burger looked as if someone had sat on it and destroyed it. really poor service

Absolutely atrocious. Food so cold as to make it inedible. Scheduled delivery 20 minutes early. £4.66 refund offered on an over £22 order of what felt like refrigerated food. I'm not even going to take the measley refund as a matter of dignity. If McDonalds wants to retrieve the food to sell to the next mug, it's in the bin outside. And once again, even though the food was inedible, you forgot the sauces. Who's in charge of quality control at this restaurant? They want firing.
