McDonald's in Eastbourne

Food hot. But third order in a row where no straws provided

I paid for extra items and did not receive them. Justeat said they would look into a refund and then refused it. Even though I did not receive the extra items

delivery was great, food wasn't so good.

The whole meat was cold and we had to reheat it.

The food was out for delivery for a long time ive just got thr food ats its all cold and macdonalds saying nothing they can do about it. I spet over 30 piunds for this order

Driver was sat in car, no contact was made regarding order even though the map said it was outside. Parked by the back of the block of flats so had to go out to collect it. Food was stone cold cheese bites were dry. Not impressed.

Time kept changing when my order would arrive and when it did it was freezing and the drinks had melted

Food delivered 1 hour and 4 minutes after online ordering. Website states 15-25 minutes. Food was totally cold on delivery. Supplier is 1 kilometre from delivery address. Utterly appalling

Ordered Mini hash brown’s share box and received 4 mini hash browns in a paper bag.

worst mcdonalds i have been to. staff walks around doing nothing. this is ridiculous … we wait 20 minutes for 3 coffees. finally they are… cold…. Other day I’ve ordered 2 bacon egg muffins-they got 1 slice of beckon instead of 2. This is not first time. This is stealing. This place turn to dump.

I gave the wrong delivery address and the delivery guy went out of his way to drop it off to me still.

Waited two hours for delivery. In the end they sent two items i didn't order and didn't sent three items i did order.

Bits and pieces missing from orders frequently. Some staff clearly do their best to follow whatever guidelines they have for being polite smiling and happy but they are dead inside. And it's mcD not gourmet dining experience so it's ok as long as you manage your expectations. Many collection bays it's a plus and sometimes you get to observe Karens in their natural habitat.

McDonald's are ALWAYS late when I get deliveries. Even allowing for traffic, the order didn't leave the restaurant any where near on time. So the problem was NOT with the driver, but the service.

took 3 hours to come absolutely ridiculous not only that everything is freezing cold like it’s just come out the freezer. disgusted.

with my experience i believe that you should put the egg in between the sausages so you can get the taste of everything at one time.

I ordered my food at 9.15 said it would take 15 minutes to 30 minutes. It arrived 1hr and 45 minutes later which is just a little crazy and unacceptable.

It was supposed to be delivered within 30 to 40 minutes but took 1 hour 35 minutes to arrive

Not very happy with my McDonald's Order. Food took 45 minutes to arrive, at this point the food was stone cold and the ice-cream was a complete liquid, the burgers had been thrown together and were assembled very poorly. All this is even worse considering it was not a cheap meal £40 on a deeply depressing meal.

Took over an hour and a half. Good freezing cold and missed out the ice cream. Was only a big tasty meal with ice cream. Poor quality I’m afraid to say.

Same happened last time we ordered a few weeks ago, we hoped it was just a one-off, but it happened again today. Last time we did not receive any refund although they said missing items would be refunded back into our Just Eat account. Really bad service. Won’t be ordering from there again. 22/11/24 EDIT -went back on my word and have ordered again- we got a home delivery. Chicken nugget meal - missing 9 extra nuggets - missing Cheeseburger -missing Mayo chicken -missing 3x Sauces - missing Straws for drinks - missing Ended up with less than half our order, basically 3 plates of fries. Cold food and normal sugar cokes that taste like carbonated water. Absolutely disgusted. Worst takeaway we’ve ever had.
