A member of staff was attitudey and rude to us, you could almost say he raised his voice. The food wasn't suitable for the price.

Ordered a crepe an milkshake the crepe was well over cooked an hard an the milkshake completely melted awful

Ice cream scoop 3.50, stupidly left it standing at the counter for ages, cashed in, then took the next order and kept us waiting. Very bad service.

Went to get a large mint chocolate chip scoop shake (on the menu) to be told they don't do scoop shakes even though they had all the stuff to make it. Appalling...

the stuff was reckless and careless

Staff rude and standoffish, as if you're inconveniencing them for ordering something. Told we couldn't order scoop shakes but thick shakes were fine despite them having plenty of ice cream to choose from. And to top it off £16 for two "large" milkshakes akin to a mcdonalds regular, utterly abysmal.

Got peer pressured to do this. Don’t feel safe. S.O.S

First time trying this place out, and won't be the last. My partner and I popped in on the off chance and we had 2 lattes and a strawberry and banana waffle for £15, coffee was very nice and so was the waffle, and surprisingly the waffle was heavy to eat, it really was very very nice.

Great customer service and food came quickly. Would recommend for anyone looking for dessert

Service was good, where it took a little time to cook our pancake bites my little one was getting fed up and the manager was so lovely and gave him a mini pot of free ice cream! Food was lovely and milkshakes amazing as always! Highly recommend for family friendly place to eat

We had a strawberry and chocolate waffle with ice cream. The service was great and the seating area was clean and tidy. The food was amazing! The waffles were soft but crispy on the outside and the toppings were delicious! I highly recommend this establishment.

Came for some milkshakes apparently don’t sell the the scooped shakes anymore so ended paying extra for a loaded shake. They forgot to add the sauce to the shakes which they tried to pay off original as how it was supposed to be until I showed them the menu and picture. After this I went back to drink my shake to find out the sauce around the rim was Nutella even tho no where did it mention that there was Nutella or hazelnuts in it which I’m allergic to. I’m now sat here watching my friends drink there milkshakes while I’m dashing up and having the working shout at me for not asking if it had nuts in prior. absolute joke of a business.

Really disappointed first bad order from creams in 2 years!!! Waffle was stone cold you also can't add extras any more on the menu either no small ice cream tub which they used to send with it!!! My partner had the cheese cake sundae that was rock hard she was disappointed too!!! They have also stopped doing our favourite peanut butter thick shake shame really probably won't order again due to the cost not being worth it any more!!! 😞

Shame It Doesn't Come With Cream. But Tasted Great Anyway, I am Actually Diabetic, With Type 2 So Was having it as a treat, the good thing about it, is it isn't too sweet, just sweet enough.

Missing items and was stone cold when it arrived.

Spent all day looking forward to a little anniversary treat going out for a pudding and this was soooooo good. I made my own crepe which was 10/10 and my partner had a huge waffle. The staff were all full of smiles and made us feel really welcomed. We are in and the seats were very comfortable and everything was spotless. Only had to wait about 5 mins for everything to arrive at the same time which I thought was really good. Would certainly come back! Certainly didn’t have the same experience as some of these reviews!

Waffle was cold and tasteless, crepes were like rubber and inedible. Staff were rude and on the phone whilst serving us. Food arrived within a minute or two of ordering so clearly not freshly made. Was expensive for what we had. Would not go again.

I have ordered of Uber eats thè delivery person was lovely but the food was not even on a plastic plate or anything just on the carbord box and it was tiny not like the ones in store this is unacceptable to think this is okay!

Absolutely disgusting establishment. Walked in was ignored until we approached them ourselves . Wasn’t busy apart from one family . Was seated at a table that was sticky and didn’t even come over to wipe it our entire stay . Food all over the place behind counter ,ice cream splattered up the machine no attempt to wipe down counters as they go and seeing as wasn’t busy there was no excuse to not do so . Wearing own clothes no uniform apart from one guy and it was filthy , took forever to get our order and again still wasn’t busy at all at the point of ordering we was the only people in there . we ordered a latte for my sister in law and it took them until she had eaten a quarter of her waffle (which was large) to bring to her .Took my daughter to the toilet on the ground level which two men had just used and it was vile ,urine all over the toilet seat and floor , toilet paper all over the floor it was disgusting,down stairs wasn’t much better . Never again will I step foot in there .ignorant staff no hygiene absolutely disgusting .avoid avoid avoid . Better off going to kaspers,much better establishment

I wouldn't even give it a one it was badly organised dirty messy with definitely some hygiene concerns. Customer service terrible only one guy doing everything. Would not recommend.

Spilt slushi over everything crepe hard and tasted old. No straws for milkshakes and slushy no wafer in sundae. Poor

Your driver begged and begged for a tip after telling me to wait and wouldn’t leave my house y still u shouted no get out and shut the door on him!!!! Very rude I felt so uncomfortable!!!!

Ordered off of deliveroo, ordered a vanilla milk bubble tea and got a strawberry and mango bubble slush instead. Took an hour to come.

Eaten from here before and was great, but I wouldnt order after 9:30pm. Seems like it'll be hit or miss if you'll get the bare bones or a generous portion

So good! The bubble slush is amazing. You get so many bubbles in comparison to all other places who sell it. The waffles are great too.

The time changed a few times when the driver had left the restaurant went from 8mins to 12mins then back down and up a few times as a result my slush was not ice anymore very watery and warm Coke I’m not happy

Who ever made my order was very poor at their job 3 strawberries and a little drizzle of sauce.

Not happy. My vegan milkshake was simply 2 scoops of sorbet. And not blended with any soya milk to make it into a milk shake. Not particularly happy with this. If I can't use a straw to drink it then its not really a milkshake.

My wife and I visited Creams in Eastbourne to host our baby shower. We enquired with the management and we were given a private downstairs seating area to use. We had around 20 guests show up at varying times of the afternoon, mainly with children and it was a wonderful afternoon. Great food for the adults and kids, lovely milkshakes and choice of coffee and soft drinks as well. Staff were attentive and helpful. Really hit the sweet spot and will recommended to anyone else who is in need of a decent sized spot to host a birthday party/baby shower.

The waffle wasn’t nice at all. The dough tasted sour with soda/baking powder overpowering taste. I didn’t eat it. The apple pie was too sweet. Very disappointed I would not buy again :(

Probably the worst cookie dough I've had. Thin, crumbly and dry. Won't be ordering again

Hi there I ordered my delivery last night and we were missing one order. It was a lemon Meringue cheesecake. Was very disappointed as this hasn't happened before and I was really looking for to the desert

Wow! The Kinder Bueno waffle was huge and so very delicious. You could easily share it. The thick shake was also amazing and with so many wonderful flavours to choose I can't wait to come back 🍨

Pancake and cookie dough is cold. Placed my order at 11.27am and it turned up at about 1.15pm that’s nearly 2 hours of waiting!

The best cookie dought i ever trie. I went there every day with my friends for a meeting full of gossip and of course the famous cookies absolutely delicious , with extremely nice waiters who recognized us every days special mention for the music which was really good (Mac miller and Ariana Grande) . I hope one day to return to Eastbourne and be able to relive these magical moments again ♡

Used to be nice place, went today very rude staff member fetuses to make my requested shake, instead insisted I buy the thick shake with all the extras which I didn't want. Will be very unlikely to ever go there again. Might be an idea for the management to employ people who can do the job

1) cold Americano in their understanding is hot Americano with ice. In result it’s neither hot or cold, it’s just disgusting 2) not tasty at all 3) the guy has touched every single spot of cup and straw with his hands (no gloves!!), so I can’t enjoy the drink now, I just think about bacteria
