Lovely food and kind staff Restaurant kept always clean

My delivery just kept getting more and more delayed

Didn’t end up eating here as was told this was take away only. They don’t close til 10:30pm and this was around 6ish. No signage or anything. Seemed happy to turn away business to be honest. Reading the other reviews on here I’m thinking we dodged a bullet

Food was all squashed and ice cream was ridiculously melted!! My kids drank their ice cream with a straw!!!!

Liquid spilt all over the food and was all cold

This place is a complete disgrace. The customer service is shockingly bad unprofessional, rude, and with a serious attitude problem. Most of the time there are only two guys working, and neither of them seems remotely interested in treating customers with basic respect. I ordered food and the guy literally threw it on the counter. Even worse, the guy was working on his laptop, then casually walked to the back and started preparing food without washing his hands or wearing gloves. It was disgusting and completely unhygienic. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable, especially when it comes to handling food. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from this place. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. One of the worst experiences I’ve had.

This store doesn't even deserve 1 star. An awful service and after ordering on uber eats, we received a missing item and upon calling the store, they picked up and said 'Hello' and I replied to them asking 'Is this Creams store' and his response was 'where did you call then?'. We ignored it and then proceeded to address our issue about the missing item to which he answered 'the driver must have stolen it'. The communication is unbelievable and the service is crap!

I was surprised at how expensive it was but wanted to treat our two girls so I found an offer page that said any waffle with ANY HOT DRINK for £15 and though that’s not too bad…tried to order with hot chocolate as the drink option and they said no hot chocolate just tea or coffee but 1) it say ANY hot drink nit any tea or coffee and 2) if we had ordered a £9 waffle with two teas it wouldn’t have been of value so the offer don’t make sense…we left so that was £30+ they lost out on

Really delicious treats, would definitely order again in the future.

took ages and then had item missing

Very poor service. Ordered £50 worth of goods but had to cancel in under 5 mins as wanted to amend item.They refused to refund or deliver even though we had paid. Did not care when we raised complaint or deliver the other paid for goods. Will no way use them again and do not recommend.

I had ordered and didn’t come with both milkshakes I’m happy

Well we made an order last night and had 2 things missing. The worker basically laughed and said he packed it we are liars!! We told them we just want the 2 missing items as has spent over £35 on food they said they will look into it but just ignored us. The deserts we did receive were average but I would recommend don’t get the smoothie for £6 as it’s the smallest of glasses I have ever seen. Will not be returning and will warn as many others as I can not to bother returning. Maybe the owners need to look at some of their staffs attitudes

My experience ordering from this restaurant was horrible I ordered 3 things from their menu and only received 1 hot pocket then when I called the restaurant to ask to get my other items the man who picked up the phone said “haha it doesn’t work like that buddy” which is when I just about had enough do not buy from here the staff are rude and you get a lot of missing items.

Food was freezing cold and the crepe was rock solid.

nishnat and and one more person were working in the shop they both were working hard and very friendly ,food was delicious . I recommend it as lovely environment and good service.

Food is great but they wouldn’t let us sit in with our desserts and kids , made us take them away even though it was only 5:45pm on a Saturday evening. I honestly believe they just couldn’t be bothered to re clean the tables

I was quite dissatisfied with my order :( I order from this branch quite frequently however tonight i received a very hard, cold waffle with half a ball of sad looking icecream. Usually I don’t complain but this is awful value for money! :(

Whatever I order, it always arrives cold. They needs better packing & insulation. Food is good, temperature is the only complaint, I don't have this issue with other places.

The reason I picked this establishment was due to the faster delivery time. The courier seemed to be at Creams for ages. When I called the store as just eat had said he was at the store for at least half an hour waiting, I was told he had left 40 minutes prior to the call. The order then arrived literally a few minutes later. The order was cold and was white chocolate bueno waffles instead of milk chocolate. Not impressed at all with any of the food or service tonight.

Shop specifically states open until half 10 PM on their opening times online. However due to A clearly cannot be bothered attitude worker who claimed they were conveniently shutting early just for tonight. All I can say is wow and considering there was several of us I would question the fact your workers laziness is costing your business money… 🤷‍♂️

Absolutely best dessert in town.

Food took a lot longer than estimated and the waffle was stone cold by the time it got here. Milkshake was barely filled to the top and the whipped cream in a pot was practically gloop. Really disappointed in this order especially considering it cost me £20. Won’t be ordering again. It’s a shame as the presentation of the waffle itself was nice

delivery time was 3 hours, food was cold and waffles were soft. the ice cream was all melted. staff at restaurant were not helpful at all.

Paid in full but an entire dessert was missing from the order when receied despite being on the receipt.

They never let you eat-in. The guys working there, remarked on us when we entered, saying ironically ‘all of these come at 9’ we went there at 8:47pm and when we ordered they told us its only take away. Upon asking when does the eat-in closes they said 8 pm, which i think is absurd. How can you take a desert with ice-cream home in rain when there is no parking nearby 😑

The waffle wasn’t great, only had a few bites. The menu for waffles is so generic and uninspiring. Service was good though

Food was cold on collection and the ice cream in the bottom of the bag was open and spilt. After reheating in the microwave the food was okay, however I shouldn’t have had to do this.

Absolutely disgusted because the crepe cane as Oreo even it should have been the royale crepe and the waffle came as the royale when it should have been Oreo. My partner couldn’t even eat her waffle because she is allergic to nuts and doesn’t like Oreo’s. Never heard anything back from when we reported this straight away after receiving the order so frankly I am appalled with just eat and creams !

Cute desert restaurant in Eastbourne town. We were after some drinks I had a Nutella milkshake which was amazing x and my husband had a coconut warm gelato very nice x

A member of staff was attitudey and rude to us, you could almost say he raised his voice. The food wasn't suitable for the price.

Staff rude and standoffish, as if you're inconveniencing them for ordering something. Told we couldn't order scoop shakes but thick shakes were fine despite them having plenty of ice cream to choose from. And to top it off £16 for two "large" milkshakes akin to a mcdonalds regular, utterly abysmal.

First time trying this place out, and won't be the last. My partner and I popped in on the off chance and we had 2 lattes and a strawberry and banana waffle for £15, coffee was very nice and so was the waffle, and surprisingly the waffle was heavy to eat, it really was very very nice.

We had a strawberry and chocolate waffle with ice cream. The service was great and the seating area was clean and tidy. The food was amazing! The waffles were soft but crispy on the outside and the toppings were delicious! I highly recommend this establishment.

Service was good, where it took a little time to cook our pancake bites my little one was getting fed up and the manager was so lovely and gave him a mini pot of free ice cream! Food was lovely and milkshakes amazing as always! Highly recommend for family friendly place to eat

I arrived a little late for collection. Collection time was set at 1715 but I was still there at 1742

Came for some milkshakes apparently don’t sell the the scooped shakes anymore so ended paying extra for a loaded shake. They forgot to add the sauce to the shakes which they tried to pay off original as how it was supposed to be until I showed them the menu and picture. After this I went back to drink my shake to find out the sauce around the rim was Nutella even tho no where did it mention that there was Nutella or hazelnuts in it which I’m allergic to. I’m now sat here watching my friends drink there milkshakes while I’m dashing up and having the working shout at me for not asking if it had nuts in prior. absolute joke of a business.

Really disappointed first bad order from creams in 2 years!!! Waffle was stone cold you also can't add extras any more on the menu either no small ice cream tub which they used to send with it!!! My partner had the cheese cake sundae that was rock hard she was disappointed too!!! They have also stopped doing our favourite peanut butter thick shake shame really probably won't order again due to the cost not being worth it any more!!! 😞

Shame It Doesn't Come With Cream. But Tasted Great Anyway, I am Actually Diabetic, With Type 2 So Was having it as a treat, the good thing about it, is it isn't too sweet, just sweet enough.

Spent all day looking forward to a little anniversary treat going out for a pudding and this was soooooo good. I made my own crepe which was 10/10 and my partner had a huge waffle. The staff were all full of smiles and made us feel really welcomed. We are in and the seats were very comfortable and everything was spotless. Only had to wait about 5 mins for everything to arrive at the same time which I thought was really good. Would certainly come back! Certainly didn’t have the same experience as some of these reviews!

Waffle was cold and tasteless, crepes were like rubber and inedible. Staff were rude and on the phone whilst serving us. Food arrived within a minute or two of ordering so clearly not freshly made. Was expensive for what we had. Would not go again.

I have ordered of Uber eats thè delivery person was lovely but the food was not even on a plastic plate or anything just on the carbord box and it was tiny not like the ones in store this is unacceptable to think this is okay!
