Only a 4 for the food purely because of the price

My dining experience was absolutley delightfull from start to finish I was treated like royalty. The fries were both crispy and flavourful, while the chicken can only be described as delectable and finger licking good. Always disappointed by this drive thru. The staff seem not to care, never a smile even when I am smiling at them. Also in store too. Just a lot of staff who do not seem happy at work. KFC you need to find out why your staff are unhappy, better pay maybe, and feeling appreciated goes a long way.

We visited this KFC near Big Tesco and The Range for a quick dine-in experience. The restaurant also has a drive-thru option, which is convenient. We ordered a chicken burger and a chicken wrap—both were fine, nothing exceptional. The service was reasonably quick, and we didn’t have to wait long for our food. The ambience was okayish, not particularly inviting but not unpleasant either. It wasn’t too busy for a Thursday, so it was a calm experience overall. This KFC is decent if you’re in the area and looking for a quick bite, but there’s nothing that really stood out to make it memorable

Was good food came out hot Service to table was quick but person that brought it didn't seem to happy could been having a bad day we' all have so wasn't a bad experience

Late night take away. Everything hot, perfectly salted (not too much, not too little). Quick and service with a smile.

Quality of Food is fine, quick service when ordering so no issues there. However when you try and order via the drive through you can't use the app and you only find this out at the ordering point at which point you're either forced to not use the app and continue with your order OR wait to drive around and park up so you can go into the store to use the app. Spoke to the KFC Care Squad who failed to answer any of our questions in relation to our complaint, second time of contacting them they just advised us they were aware of the issue and would let the manager know. Maybe a sign at the start of the drive through entrance letting you know about the issue would make sense but no, that would take time and improve opinions and that's a big no no....clearly.

The staff should learn some customer service. Food was just warm. Wont be going there again

Easy parking, quick service, good value.

Ordered two chicken meals using the drive through which came to nearly £20. You would have thought that their top priority would be to ensure the freshness of their product. Needed a hammer and chisel to get through the skin/coating which was rock hard!

Absolutely abysmal. That was about the worst kfc I have ever had. If they're using the Colonel's original recipe then I'm a rabbit with wings.

Stopped for a quick cheeky lunch. Quick and friendly service, the food was fresh and hot, which was a bonus as sometimes it can be sitting on the rack going cold. It was nice and quiet as we popped in just after lunchtime.

Just a shame that the original recipe isn't what it used to be. Nowhere near as tasty.

Just bough a bargain bucket 6 pieces ,drive through. Come home to open it only to find that there's only 5 pieces. Very disappointed. I would understand if I had a huge order and something to be missed but to order 6 and get 5 is ridiculous. And on the top of all that we were the only one car on drive through. I will also understand if it was super busy. From now on I will check everything I am getting from there. I will suggest everyone else does it too.

Despite the pleasant atmosphere, the service was subpar. The family feast (10-piece) we ordered only contained 9 pieces, which was disappointing. I was ashamed to say this in the couner because I felt other customers here it.

They didn't put ice in the drinks on a 30 degree day and said there was no ice, that's ridiculous

WARNING: Do Not Order online after 10, what you get are leftovers, ie: Popcorn chicken virtually like rubber because it sat there! The Zinger Burger was standard so for it's price, meh and side dish of mash, gone, no longer available, the most lucrative food product just not there, it was better than their fries, great for dipping the Popcorn!!!!!! Recently 28/08/23, Heck now this week mash is back, but now, No Beans, waste of a Company!! Update: 18/05/24: The price of Large Popcorn Chicken is EXTORTIONATE and ridiculous and completely put me off purchasing online tonight!!!!🤯

First time we ordered via k f c app never again the food was cold and when we rung we spent half and hour going through the order codes and they couldn’t find the order thirty five pounds for stone cold food and they wanted us to bring it back what’s the point in offering delivery service if they can’t deliver ? Useless never again hopeless customer service sub standard cold food

Clean and usually a prompt service from staff. Sit near the door and laugh at people trying to push it to get in.

Food was cold even though we waited for it, and we were missing one of our portions of chips but couldn’t be bothered to go back as the quality of food was appalling. Been a while since we ate at KFC and never will again!

Just went into order some mini wraps and wanted to change the bbq sauce to mayo.sorry no we don't do that. She refused point blank to do. I have been in many other stores and never experienced this. Rude

Used Drive thru, items missing from our order, staff rather un-helpful, what we did get was very cold and tasteless, won't be returning to this KFC.

The service from the lady who served us was spot on.... cheerful, helpful and chatty. Food came quickly. Clean restaurant.

Absolutely disgusting.. wrong order, although got extras if you class a human hair an extra 🤢 when spoke to staff was practically laughed at and told there's nothing they can do!

At first I noticed how clean this place is. The staff were very friendly and efficient, I ordered a boneless meal for one with sweet chilli dip and gravy and a latte. There were not many people in here at 1.30 on a Monday and our food was served very quickly, it was hot and very tasty, i thoroughly enjoyed it. 5 Stars.

It's fried chicken, can't be good for you, but it tastes nice.

Disappointed. I was visiting Eastbourne and had a hotel 5 minutes down the road. I decided to keep it simple and get a good ol' KFC. Stuffing stacker looked good! Drove 5 mins, collected, charged, went back to hotel, 5 minutes. Open up the burger box. No stuffing!? C'mon. How difficult is it to construct a popular menu item? What I had wasn't even on the menu because it wasn't the zinger stacker, so I can't even make an excuse for you. I actually looked forward to this and spent extra for the 'pleasure'. Cheers 👍

Did not go for atmosphere as its fast food chain, but it was cozy nevertheless Food at 1pm today Sunday was fantastic chicken 🐔 was fresh chips were awesome ( now they've changed recipe 😋 hot chocolate was fabulicious and staff were bloody 👏 super helpful friendly smiley and for a Sunday in 🌧 Eastbourne thats an added bonus 😀 so, thank you all off you xxx

Quick and efficient. Don't go off you want great customer service as they aren't there to make sure you're OK. And definitely don't go if you don't like chicken!

Food was fine usual KFC fayre. However no spoon provided for the beans. But the entrance for the drive through is so poorly lit it is hard to see where to go at night. The menu is also unlit which when using the drive through is not ideal. Really needs some improvements undertaken.

Pot luck here. If you get the end of the cooking batch the original chicken is dry as anything. Last 2 out of 3 have been like that sadly.

Quick service and good amount of seating. Not many parking spaces, so best arrive on foot. Nice and clean with the bins changed regularly.

Your normal KFC had towers which were falling to peaces but no surprise there

We ordered a 6 piece bargain bucket, we got 5 drumsticks and 1 thigh, which was very small , slimy and had very little coating. This is far from the only time we have had this bad selection of pieces. We only went today as we were coming back from a day out. We won't bother again.

I ordered a party bucket and in my 14 pieces of chicken I got 8 legs doesn’t leave much room for other parts of the chicken food was nice though but legs are just not for me either with 7 of us eating it can you just try and mix up the parts a bit more I would rather a wing then a leg to be fair but food was really hot oh yeah the delivery driver just had it in a ruck sack when he delivered it not sure why it wasn’t in a delivery bag thanks.

Das erste Mal beim KFC gewesen und super überrascht! Qualität war wiedererwartend richtig gut!! Service auch sehr gut. Preis für das alles echt günstig. ....waren so begeistert, dass wir in Deutschland wieder zum KFC sind, das war dann die totale Enttäuschung. (Geschmacklich mau und dafür auch zu teuer) KFC Eastbourne (United Kingdom) war total überzeugend, KFC Göppingen (Deutschland) danach eine totale Enttäuschung.

Great service, good food, nice atmosphere, child-friendly, plenty of seating, nice & clean. My only issue is that the baby change table is rickety and leaning, I really struggled to change my baby because it didn't feel safe and it made her really distressed. This definitely needs addressing.

Just like a normal KFC outlet nothing extraordinary nor negative. I wish they had a better walking space from car parking to the restaurant.

Today I went into store and the young lady showed me how to up load my defence card on to the KFC app thankyou

Staff very friendly and as usual the food was good but the floor was very sticky from the door to the counter I did alert the staff but the seemed uncaring
