Order didnt arrive first and last time i use you have yo give a sta4 witch is hard when it didnt arrive

Missing half of the meal they denied a refund would not come here

Although I asked for the drinks to be kept upright the large one came just over half full. The bag was wet through. I have taken photos in case I am queried about this by Just Eat.

Coldest latte I have ever had in a McDonald, happened here today at 9.56am. Letting it slide, next time, I'll ask for a refund. Wanted something hot for the cold, and you gave me lukewarm water. I just threw the rubbish away.

The food is always as expected, never had a wrong order, and generally quick service. Ideal for a quick meal. Atmosphere is noisy and very busy, but takeaway is an option through the drive thru.

Asked for more sauce and didn’t even get 1

Store was quiet, 3 people waiting, I only ordered a coffee and it took ages.. staff standing chatting, slow, slow service.. the girl waiting before me said.. its supposed to fast food.. puts me off, it's either slow or the order is wrong.

the courier was fantastic but my small fries were not in the food delivery and having checked my order they had been paid for xx

Cheese burger has all the bits I requested to be taken off and so my daughter could not eat it due to allergies and they completely forgot to put in the apple pie. Rubbish service.

I've only ever had issues at this mcdonald's, but this is a terrible McDonalds restaurant. Every time we order on the app, there's a 100% guarantee there will be a missing item. Since they updated the app they have made it near on impossible to request a refund.

My order was wrong I ordered a double cheeseburger without ketchup or mustard as I am allergic. My husband has been admitted to hospital with a broken leg and we have just returned from being medically evacuated from the Canary Islands. Appalling

My food was cold and I did not enjoy it at all … this is not the first time my order has been cold

Not a good visit as their systems seemed to be down. Didn't help that the App was constantly crashing so couldn't get my order in as I was short on time. Everyone has bad days but the poor staff were massively under prepared and it was chaos. The drive in lane was queuing out on to the road and we had to ask drivers to back up so we could get our car out. Nightmare. Hope the issues have been fixed and everything is back to normal.

My wife and I visit every day for coffee and use the drive through. We are nearly served by the same person every day and would like to give a mention to Mandy.

Went through the drive through and the sevice was great, The staff very friendly and polite Will definitely use this place again

Ordered the £5 saver deal, with other food as well. Didn't get the cheeseburger I'd ordered with the deal and all the chips where cold! Didn't realise until I got home. Check your food before you drive off!

My breakfast wrap that was supposed to have no cheese in it, came with cheese. Due to an allergy I was unable to eat this and I am lucky to have checked before eating!!! When ringing McDonalds 3 times I received no answer and when they finally did, after saying hello I was hung up on. Awful.

Shambles of a "resturant", drive through not accepting card, told to use the app then told that the app hadnt processed the payment and to pay again, but couldnt pay with card.

As always the dips are missing even though asked to check. Why is is so hard to read the ticket which clearly states 5 dips. Yes another meal ruined!!!

Been several times this year I think 1 out of the 5 times I've been I've not had to drive back to McDonald's because they've forgot to put something in the bag gave it a 1 for food because most of the time I don't get what I ordered in the first place I went on the 17/10/24 at 4:30am note I was the only customer and they still couldn't do my order right by that I mean give me everything I have purchased aswell as telling me last minute they haven't got chocolate milkshake after I was waiting about 10 mins for my order to be finished honestly awful

Ordered food via mcdonalds app, order was delivered cold despite it taking minimal time to arrive. Bigmac had sticker saying no pickles as requested but contained pickles, missing both large fries ordered aswell as missing 4 dips ordered with a chicken nugget sharebox.

Just want to shout out to the guy at the drive through paying kiosk Dixit even though it was pouring outside he was very happy jolly man that made my day better thank you for a wonderful service 👌

Never have problems coming here. Always have brilliant service and today had brilliant service from someone called Sophie,I think she's the manager. She's always friendly and helpful.

Delivered fine, fresh and warm. This restaurant is very hit and miss, orders are not 100% accurate but the deliverers are excellent, friendly and professional.

Food was cold on arrival, only half the food turned up. We sent it back with the driver but he didn’t return to McDonald’s. We’ve spoken to McDonald’s who were willing to redo the food but the driver didn’t turn up. Now we have no food that we have paid for.

I did not like this McDonald's at all because of its poor service. They do not respect anyone and the manager does not even answer properly. What kind of manager is this? If it were in my control, I would not have even hired him to clean my shoes.

Awful hygiene practice, sat watching a lady walking in the kitchen with what looked like a blanket wrapped around her, then she came into shop area messed with her hair put it into a ponytail then walked back behind the counter picking up food, won’t eat there again

Food? Well it's typical McDonalds food so it's not going to vary too much from other McDs restaurants. Service I find varies, sometimes quick and efficient, other times not so much. Really depends when you go and who serves you. Atmosphere? I tend to order takeout from here and don't eat in much so given it a neutral rating. Seems ok and clean enough I suppose.

Delivery used a motorbike to deliver, so all drinks were messed all over the place in the bag, Fries were all messed out and half empty, as well as ice cold, burgers were also ice cold, the chicken selects were the only item of food that was hot.

Absolutely shocking, went here at 6pm on a Friday and service was shocking, I was left waiting for 15 minutes for my food. If I wanted to wait that long I would of gone to a restaurant and ordered good food. This place is a joke, there was no apology for the very long wait, the worst part after the 15 minute wait was that once returned to my car the food was cold. Never again will I return to this store, I encourage people to drive to red hill roundabout and use that mcdonalds or better yet, cook at home. Edit, went here again to give a another chance, there were loads of flies around the collection counter and no one from mcdonalds seemed interested to reducing there numbers, definitely avoid this place, health and safety should shut them down
