McDonald's in Charnwood

It was scheduled for a certain time and 50 minutes after I had placed the order it was still being prepared. It came freezinggg cold. Extremly unhappy

Bag open not sealed was just warm. No dips bad service

delivery was great, but no sauces! again!!

Missing things from my order and was stone cold

Didn’t have my chicken in my big mac

half my order missing I contacted McDonald's and they are not interested they are just rude and very unhelpful they just said contact just eat for a refund which does not help as I now have children with no food thurmaston McDonald's is a joke

Rubbish, who forgets the chilli chicken wrap, when you’ve put the drink and fries in??? Also ordered the chicken selection box and the cheese selection box and not one dip was put in the order, after asking which 8 dips you require. JOKE!!!!!!

Delivery driver dropped food and drinks on the floor of my hall way then left

Ordered food via mcdonalds app, order was delivered cold despite it taking minimal time to arrive. Bigmac had sticker saying no pickles as requested but contained pickles, missing both large fries ordered aswell as missing 4 dips ordered with a chicken nugget sharebox.

Just want to shout out to the guy at the drive through paying kiosk Dixit even though it was pouring outside he was very happy jolly man that made my day better thank you for a wonderful service 👌

Had food order twice this week, one time didn’t send all the food and arrived cold, today they sent complete wrong meal,

the bag was already open again and there was no mcflurry with it was really looking forward to :(

Never have problems coming here. Always have brilliant service and today had brilliant service from someone called Sophie,I think she's the manager. She's always friendly and helpful.

Missing half of my food , and also dilvered the wrong items , late delivery as the driver sat in one space for about ten minutes also meaning the food that did arrive is stone cold absolute abysmal

Delivered fine, fresh and warm. This restaurant is very hit and miss, orders are not 100% accurate but the deliverers are excellent, friendly and professional.

Food was cold on arrival, only half the food turned up. We sent it back with the driver but he didn’t return to McDonald’s. We’ve spoken to McDonald’s who were willing to redo the food but the driver didn’t turn up. Now we have no food that we have paid for.

I did not like this McDonald's at all because of its poor service. They do not respect anyone and the manager does not even answer properly. What kind of manager is this? If it were in my control, I would not have even hired him to clean my shoes.

Bad service and when talking to manager she is behaving rudely as if he is giving free food.

Awful hygiene practice, sat watching a lady walking in the kitchen with what looked like a blanket wrapped around her, then she came into shop area messed with her hair put it into a ponytail then walked back behind the counter picking up food, won’t eat there again

I asked for extra pickles and onion instead I got a plain burger? it even says on the box extra pickles and onions and my food was cold

Food? Well it's typical McDonalds food so it's not going to vary too much from other McDs restaurants. Service I find varies, sometimes quick and efficient, other times not so much. Really depends when you go and who serves you. Atmosphere? I tend to order takeout from here and don't eat in much so given it a neutral rating. Seems ok and clean enough I suppose.

Fries were cold, item missing which seems to be a recurring problem.

Delivery used a motorbike to deliver, so all drinks were messed all over the place in the bag, Fries were all messed out and half empty, as well as ice cold, burgers were also ice cold, the chicken selects were the only item of food that was hot.

Absolutely shocking, went here at 6pm on a Friday and service was shocking, I was left waiting for 15 minutes for my food. If I wanted to wait that long I would of gone to a restaurant and ordered good food. This place is a joke, there was no apology for the very long wait, the worst part after the 15 minute wait was that once returned to my car the food was cold. Never again will I return to this store, I encourage people to drive to red hill roundabout and use that mcdonalds or better yet, cook at home. Edit, went here again to give a another chance, there were loads of flies around the collection counter and no one from mcdonalds seemed interested to reducing there numbers, definitely avoid this place, health and safety should shut them down

Ordered 9 chicken selects and they delivered 9 chicken nuggets and everything was cold!!

Food was good and service was prompt. Sadly there was limited seating and lots of seats taken up by delivery riders

Every time we order from here something is missing, today it's no straws for the milkshakes and no tomato dip for the dippers, other wise it's standard macdonalds food which today is not very warm.

Not all food delivered and portions of chips was only half full. Very often problems with thurmaston delivery, never know what going to receive or not. It happens often!

McFlurry always more like a milkshake, wrong items sent. Try doing the ice creams as the last thing on an order, rather than left to sit for ages to melt before pick up.

The drink is just waitered down to the point of tap water and all of the food is cold like it’s been on the side for hours

Massive queue into car park because of busy drive thru. Slow service inside but food all OK. Not so bad in the week. Car park attracts anti social behaviour in evenings.

I ordered a suasage and egg McMuffin meal with extra cheese and I got a double sausage mcmuffin with no egg at all and no extra cheese. I have taken photographs as proof.
