McDonald's in Charnwood

Flying visit on our way home from the game. All the food was hot and we got served very quickly even though it was very busy.

ONLY HAD BREAKFAST BUT ENJOYED IT

There was people screaming and swearing but the food was kinda good

i’ve heard a reputation that this mcdonald’s is the worst in leicester and the reviews seem to reflect that. but i can’t lie, my food was yummy 😁

Chips were so ice cold it was as if they were fried in the morning, burgers were cold, and delivery went from a 15 min timer to almost an hour and a half. Also when delivered the Capuchino was completeley empty and the coke was half full frm delivery

It's ok, only used the drive threw, its as all drive threws, tight corners, staff friendly enough but kids none the less.

food was all cold. when order was placed an estimate of 38minute delivery was given. when checked near to said estimated time it had then increased by an hour. eventually came an hour and 25mins after ordering. so a mere 47mins after the expected time.

order big mac with no pickels, but had pickles on it.

Food has arrived freezing cold and despite a estimated 20 min window it tooover 46 minutes. Should have had two boxes of eight burgers and they had six in both !!! Really disappointed

2 hours to find a driver, the food was cold and stuff missing from the order

Thenfood was cold and the drink had a split in it and the driver spilt the drink all over the front. Iffered me what was left which was next to nothing.

Not being funny everyone moaning about cold food it's McDonald's if you don't eat it within 2 minutes we all know it's cold your getting it delivered it's bount to be a bit cold.

Food rarely arrives on time. arrives cold 60% of the time and your drink will arrive emptied into the bag 90% of the time.

Can get really busy and not always easy to get in and out of due to sharing car park, exit and entrance with other shops

asked for three curry dips for nuggets. got three salsa dips. day ruined.

Food was cold and the driver made me wait whilst he struggled to get a connection for his phone to enter the code.

Went during half term, this place was super busy, but the waiting staff were so quick to clean and tidy tables ready for other people. They also brought over activity packs for kids while they waited for their food. Hands down the best McDonalds around.

Tried different site this time. Still moved the delivery time by 20 mins from the one given at order.

It was stressful driver phoned and said he was to far way to deliver the food but still wanted the code even though he had not given any food yet. It was late turning up the burgers were cold and chips had to throw away. .

I will start by saying, all McDonald’s are awful but this one really does top the rest. The wait every time is upwards of 30 minutes and feels like I’m waiting in line at Thorpe park. Inside stinks every time, on the off chance the order is actually correct the food is always mid and the staff look miserable.

every time i order the food comes freezing. i always ask for 2 sweet curry dips and i never receive them. i understand it’s only 10p but its every single time i order food and its getting beyond a joke. wether its 10p or not i payed for what i wanted not some alternatives.

Food is acceptable, not as good as other branches (milkshakes full of air, not much sauce on mcflurrys for example). Service is good, staff always nice and helpful.

Hi all, I have ordered a meal there on a Friday night and it was literally cold ,I have just thrown the chips to the bin. They don't care about their customers, fine they just lost one. Place to avoid.

food was ruined by spilt drinks

delivery time kept changing so in the end we were waiting about an hour for the food to arrive however after an hours wait only drinks were delivered!!! This was supposed to be a treat for a birthday sleepover, I now have 4 hungry and disappointed girls.

The manager went out of her way to make sure that everything was clean and well managed, she was friendly and made sure our daughter was entertained.

Worst McDonald’s in Leicester, every time I order they always miss half of your items off and food is always cold and also false advertising aswell I ordered a chicken katsu wrap meal tonight and they just sent me the fries and drink and no wrap but charged me for it and then the wrap suddenly disappears of the menu once my order was delivered 😡 no other McDonald’s do this always the thurmaston one, the staff never give the full order always miss half of what you order

I had came into MacDonald and as soon as we came in we were treated with the most respect from Malina and Alina who was working she had gave us the best respect very friendly and kind there is not alot of people who are like this so I think these to women (Malina and Alina ) deserve a raise

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent order. Every time I place an order, I make a point of calling ahead to ensure my order is accurate. Unfortunately, this time was no different, and yet the experience was unacceptable. When my order arrived, the food was cold, and the BBQ sauces I specifically requested were missing. I had even called ahead to emphasize the importance of getting it right, as I am unable to leave the house due to having a baby. Despite my efforts, the quality and accuracy of the order were far below standard. To make matters worse, I had to throw the food away and go to the restaurant myself to collect a fresh order, which was extremely inconvenient given my circumstances. I expect better from McDonald’s and would appreciate a resolution to this matter, whether that be a refund, replacement, or compensation for the inconvenience caused.
