Food was dry and over cooked and cold, definitely not fresh cooked. Very disappointing.Pineapple stick was nice

Food was good all around, but my bacon and egg mc muffin had NO bacon in it. I assume it was just forgotten, but the rest of the meal was very good

Food was ok although Coke drink had a quarter of it missing. Once again no maple syrup for pancakes or cutlery (maybe they don’t do it anymore🤷‍♀️)

I always end up getting cold food as the driver picks up more than one delivery and when I track the driver he always seem to be the other side of town with my food which I think is out of order

the timings for delivery was changed to half hour later then the food turned up absolutely freezing and chips were hard terrible service today

Food was freezing cold, ridiculous paying nearly £40 for cold food.

Food so cold that it was inedible food should be at least 60 degrees none of mine hit above 35 degrees. When I tried to resolve the problem I was offered a very pitiful £3.92 on a £20 order and in credit. I'm sorry but this is because your drivers stay at the restaurant waiting on multiple orders. When customers pay a delivery fee they expect their food to be delivered on time and hot. Maybe it's because your drivers have their girlfriends/partners/wives with them

Delivery was great, but the food was subpar. Cold/stale chips and everything is so much smaller but so much more expensive. Everytime I eat MacDonalds, I remember why I shouldn't 🤣

The worst mcdonalds there is! Forgets things every single time!! I never order from mcdonalds any more but my kids absolutely begged me as its a birthday treat and half the food is missing. How do u forget to put the main part of the kids meals in.

We ordered 5 meals. Every single one of them turns up cold. Literally cold no heat at all, chips felt like they’d be sat out for about an hour it was like chewing cold cardboard and the burgers were abysmal! Would not recommend and to make things worse, just eat won’t even offer a refund! £50 for a horrible cold dinner! Great!

TRAGEDY, some strange squeaking sounds from the kitchen, unstoppable, food cold, dirty.

We ordered about 5.15 for a 5.45 delivery. Order Didn’t leave Macdonalds until 6.05. When it arrived it was not in a the keep warm holder. All the items that should have been hot were cold. I had to put in an air fryer to heat them up. Even the milkshakes had nearly defrosted. A refund of £11 for an order that cost £27 is not good enough

Order here for delivery if you are happy to receive the lowest of standards of food preparation. Food is cold and barely edible, and that’s if you even receive all the items you order.
