McDonald's in Shepway

Better experience than my last visit. Staff were great but food was not up to standard.

Ordered from here today through the mcdonalds app half the the order was missing when I phone to complain I was told to come pick up the missing items even though i have already paid the delivery fees

McDonald's has become very expensive for what is dished up. The reason no atmosphere was put down, i went through the drive through.

i ordered food about half 5 today and it came with not the right order and chips just thrown in like they don't care

Best burger I've had in along time, manager and staff were attentive and helpful facilities were very clean. Overall customer service was excellent

I'm starting to think that the universe doesn't want me to have mcdonalds. I'd say every other time I order to take away.. something is missing.. and it's almost always my burger. We have taken to checking now before leaving as it's getting very annoying driving up, getting home.. seeing my burger is missing and having to faff about going back. This has happened multiple times over the 3 mcdonalds in my area. Tonight my partner drove up.. and the one time he doesn't check in ages.. yep, missing my burger. Not that we should have to check.. surely it's not rocket science to have an order on a screen.. get the food and bag it ALL up? I get every so often mistakes happen.. but jesus, 8/10 times something is missing.. it's getting really tiring now.. having to wait till my partner has finished his meal so his doesn't go cold (he uses his nhs app so I can't just go up as he has to show his app) to then drive up using more fuel .. it's getting a joke. Anyhoo.. when I do eventually get my food.. it's yummy as always.

Nice clean restaurant. I usually go through the drive-through. Nice friendly staff.

My grandsons burger had no burger in it. It was just the bun with salad and sauce

I fell asleep but I believe driver was on time. But the food was great.

Said courier was at restaurant but kept adding 5 mins every time it got to 9mins until delivery. Then en route went offline for a long time I expect delivering elsewhere but telling me 3mins 2 mins 1 min for delivery then back up to 3mins. The hot food was stone cold but was nicely surprised that the McFlurrys were good - the only part of the meal that was.

This is twice now this has happened! Ordered online and ordered Medium shake and medium sprite. And was given 2 large flat cokes that was spilt all over the bag! Our fries were over cooked and caked in salt, and our burgers thrown upside in the bag so they fell out everywhere! Your paid well £11 an hour when I was a student I got £3.75 an hour and we did far better job. It’s easy take it from someone who done it for 3 years and was a crew trainer. Lazy work! And not been trained properly! When you’re spending £33 as much as a Chinese it’s not on. McDonald’s is no longer a cheap take out, it’s on paths with ordering a Chinese now which is the most expensive take out. Deliveroo only give you 25p back for missing items! Do your job you are paid to do! Will not be ordering from here again, full of students who could not give a care in the world and paid far better then I was in 2017! Paid triple the amount and get free meals, as we was only allowed 1 item! Managers are to blame to check your staff are doing there job what your paid to do as well!

Went in the drive through before midnight tonight. The place was dead, though I was still told to park up and that the food won’t be long, the food took 15 minutes to come out. Fast food ? that’s not very fast. I was told it took them a while to find my number plate ? I was in the second park up bay. I was too tired to look at the food bag and the guy even told me I’m sorry it took so long but everything is in there for you, home now and the double cheese burger is missing and the food is cold.

Good with Burgers and Icecreams. However, what is happening with the Fries at McD’s Sainsbury’s. They were both only half full.

Cold food no straw lettuce when I put no lettuce .bun was squashed to nothing Doubt if any one read these any way because nothing changes . Won't be ordering again.

Food cold and rubbery, like it had been sitting around for a while. Plant base meal, chips just the same. Male staff member that had facial hair, in the food area without a cover over his face, he was constantly touching his hair and facial hair, I told to members for staff that he should be covered up, they just smiled at me. Disgusting.

Chips stale, coke over spilt due to poor delivery and handling, wasn’t given the “limited edition sticker” my kid was sad about that and McFlurry was melted .. Stormzy wouldn’t approve of this :(

Food was spot on except the elderly lady who cleaned the tables was constantly hovering around making myself and no doubt other costumer's feel they should hurry up and finish their breakfast!

i accidentally did it to the wrong address and the driver refused to bring my food to the right address

Lately visited this outlet and had the all new BBQ McCrispy Burger and the Grimace Shake—absolutely amazing! The Burger was perfectly cooked, with a crispy yet juicy chicken patty and flavorful toppings. The Grimace Shake was the perfect blend of creamy and sweet, with a unique flavor that left me wanting more. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. Definitely coming back for this combo!

Good was unusually hot,not undercooked and all completely correct. Makes a change to have no issues as they have become so sloppy and unreliable in recent times. Great experience on this occasion.

It's a McDonald's, if you use the drive thru expect cold chips or half a portion it happens alot, in store any issues with food is always resolved by the staff & they are always friendly, i would always recommend eating in if possible as any issues you may have would be sorted no problem

Burgers 🍔 are always luke warm instead of piping hot the fries r hotter + i had a coffee latte that was Luke warm aswell not enjoyable really good customer service atmosphere good shame the food is,always nearly cold
