Spring rolls were cold, rice was as hard as rock. We requested a menus and prawn crackers and neither were delivered

Whilst the prices have gone up, the quality has improved. Loved the soup and curry. Look forward to my next order.

Sauce for the red and green curries were the consistency of water - not a nice sauce. Prawn crackers tasted stale - inedible - had to bin them. Egg fried rice - OK. Noodle dish average at best. This was our first time ordering from here - I’ve eaten great Thai food before - this wasn’t it. Didn’t bother to keep leftovers - that says it all really…. Sad - as we had hoped it would be great.

Very late. I tried phoning the restaurant and they didn’t pick up. The driver apologised and said he was on his own.

Food was good, but did not receive item in the order, told the item would be re-delivered, but never was. This spoiled the meal as other items were ordered to accompany the missing item. If you're going to do something, do it. Not good service.

Lovely food we all enjoyed it, my daughter ordered the squid starter and got some hidden vegetables which she did not enjoy.

I placed my order at 20.05 , the food arrived at 21.25 actually to the door. When i phoned the restaurant the lady i spoke to was adamant that i had placed the order at 21.00, she was quite aggressive and provocative about the time, even when i said the confirmation email i had received from justeat was 20.05. When the food finally arrived due to the delivery driver not being able to locate our home, despite the fact that we had ordered the exactly the same food the week before and had no issues with the driver locating our address. When we looked at the seafood dish we had ordered we couldn’t believe it , there was less than 10% seafood, and fish and nearly all green beans, red peppers, carrots, onions, for 9.50 per portion, it was so disappointing as it was a treat for my birthday, it was completely different the same dish ordered the previous week which was exactly as it was described. I called the restaurant immediately , the same lady answered the phone and was really unhelpful, she told me that she couldn’t do anything, the managers were away and that the chef was busy, she just kept repeating that she only worked there and couldn’t solve this problem., she told me to contact justeat.

Service could be better tonight..... Good food but it arrived 30 minutes late as the restaurant gave the delivery driver several orders to deliver at opposite ends of the district. When it did arrive I was missing a rice. Very disappointing

Potatoes in massuman curry not cooked. Beef was not chunky as expected, rather thin and tough pieces. Sides in both dishes excessively watery, with the massuman sauce having only been scared by seeing the massuman spice mix. Only hot or mild as options. Delivery considerably late. Shame, as Tiluck’s was my favourite Thai around these parts, but this was by far the worst meal I’ve had from there in several years. * Restaurant service stars are irrelevant as I didn’t eat in, but I couldn’t submit a review without leaving a star rating for that.

Have avoided this restaurant since it only scored 1 on the food hygiene rating. Now boosted to 3, so slightly better. Food was fresh and flavoursome. Hopefully, it can increase up to a 5?

Late - soggy crispy chicken - paid £2.50 for prawn crackers that didn’t arrive - appalling treatment of a regular customer

By far the best of the three Thai restaurants and takeaways in the area. Portions are generous, ingredients fresh and delivery on time. No complaints here and definitely ordering again in the future.

Curries were very enjoyable although both starters I ordered were absolutely disgusting, clearly been cooked before and microwaved. All soggy and has made me feel nauseous. The standard absolutely shocking considering how pricey the “restaurant” is.

Rice and crackers inedible. Prawn dish was chicken (though this could be considered a mistake, it happened last time) overall very poor. I won’t be returning which is sad as I have recommended this restaurant to many friends.

After waiting for what seemed an eternity, we were given a couple of dishes which was so supremely hot it made our eyes water. I don’t think they should ask whether the person eating the said curry should like it to be either mild, medium or hot when there is just one option which is blow your head off hot. I’m used to eating hot food but this was ridiculous heat. I am thinking the cook should experience some food without chilli for a while to gain their taste buds back. A shame but this vastly overpriced food was nearly inedible.

This is the first time I have had Thai red curry with broccoli cauliflower and carrots as the vegetables. Felt like I was eating a roast dinner

Missing rice, incredibly salty, hardly any beef in a beef curry and what beef there was was chewy. Sooooooooooo salty.

I had the green curry and coconut rice with prawn crackers. They made it exactly to my specifications and was absolutely delicious. This is the best Thai place by far and will always use them. Thank you for my delicious meal.

The sticky rice was inedible. It was solid like a brick! The curry was floating in oil. Very disappointed

Food wasn’t as good as we have had from there before. The crispy duck wasn’t actually crispy and we ordered prawn crackers which weren’t in the delivery and the poor delivery driver has to com e back with them.

Thumbs up from my household. The Pad thai was delicious. Everyone finished their meals and requested we order again another day.

The soup had lots of chewy vegetables without much else. The sticky rice had clearly been microwaved, was hard and was tiny. The mains had a nice enough flavour but were minimal compared to other takeaways with very little chicken in either

As always a great meal, delivered early and hot

Not been to Thai Lucks for a while but glad we came back. Delicious food, delivered early, piping hot and most importantly fresh. Really enjoyed the TomYum soup with King prawns & only slight negative was having only 3 prawns, which if shared is a little mean. Good portions and flavour on the Red Curry, Pad Thai etc. Definitely recommend & will be back.

Sadly this will be the last time I order again. Food on the last 2 deliveries now has been rapidly deteriorating in quality and portion size.

Havent ordered from here in a while but it used to be lovely. Tonight the soup was too sweet. Satay chicken was bland and sticky rice was vile and in what looked like a microwaved packet. Won’t order again. Such a shame.

Waste of money. Duck crispy rolls were cold. Squid rings were a pile of mush. My other dish was average.. first time ordered from here, and last.

Food over an hour late with no updates. Having read reviews I can see this is a recurring theme. Ordered to eat with my family who ordered from somewhere else. Very disappointing.

The food was cold and the rice wasn’t even cooked! It’s dangerous. Taking nearly 2 hours to arrive and when it arrived it was really poor quality and not even cooked. The lady on the phone was very polite and took the time to call me back to apologise, which I appreciated.

It was the night of the "petrol crisis" with idiots boxing the road to queue up for petrol so not the restaurant:s fault.

We called in for a takeaway and decided to eat in instead. The food that we had was one of the best Thai meals I have ever tasted and the presentation was also very good. The staff were all friendly and attentive and great value as well. We will definitely go back. Don't do takeaway...visit!

Great food, friendly staff, all ready and waiting on time

It was a unplanned visit for a family of 6 consisting of three generations. We had a mix of Thai food and it was all delicious. My children loved the food and my uncle couldn’t even eat all of his. Staff were amazing.

Terrible service and poor delivery times

Tried for the first time, after walking past for a year irritated by the "dogs welcome, people tolerated" and the bizarre plants outside. (Is it a garden centre? No, it isn't). The weirdness continued inside, with staff contemptuous we had even walked in. The food was poor. The place seems tatty and unloved. Not recommended. "

Terrible. Stale prawn crackers. Green Thai curry was watery and tasted funny. Stir fired veg also watery. satay chicken was okay as was papaya salad. Surprised so many good reviews. We won't eat here again ..£50 order and only ate half! Called to express disappointment but manager doesn't speak English.

Waited more than 1 1/2 for order to be corrected after receiving incorrect item only to be told by driver that the restaurant wanted £5.00 FOR THEIR MISTAKE. After supporting this restaurant over the last year feeling very disappointed now.

Great food, really enjoyed everything. Little bit pricey but worth it for the quality. Pad Thai, Red Curry, Green Curry, Rice, Ribs were all delicious. Would like an option to have Spicy version of the Pad Thai - hint hint!

Great tasting Thai food as always with a good delivery service

First time we have ordered from here. Two soups: shell left on king prawns, very sharp and had to peel off ourselves Two sticky rice: one rice packet partially cooked!!! Two beef green curries: 90%+ veg and very little beef, counted two slices in one and a couple of broken shreds. Do not spend over £36 for that! Very disappointed.

We were waiting for the delivery 1 hour and 20 min and couldn't reach anyone from the restaurant. Appalling service.

We are currently are having our kitchen refitted, as such thought since we have no kitchen facilities, sink etc. We would treat ourselves to a takeaway. Whilst it arrived incredibly early (which I suspect is why this occurred), the delivery driver said the food had spilt out all over the bag, so the whole of the bag was a goopy mess. The driver wanted us to take the order, and wipe it up but given the lack of kitchen, but given the current situation, we had to refuse the order, so cannot speak for the quality of the food itself,

We ordered Sizzling pork, which was really tasty. Draft Singha was also great. We particularly like coconut rice. Next time will try their desserts.

Ordered King Prawn Green curry got Chicken. Meat was boiled for noodles not fried, so chicken and pork skin fatty!

It's lucky I was at home to receive this meal as I booked it for a 19:45 delivery but it arrived just after 19:10. I had the Duck pad Thai and have to say I was a little disappointed with it. Basically just a tub of noodles in a "tomato - like" sauce and some pieces of duck. It had a bit of a funny taste too, like a hard water / limey water taste. I don't want to be too harsh as I normally think their food is ok but on this occasion I did not have the best experience.

Food was ok - I definiely overordered so mostly my fault but even so, I'm not sure it was worth it. The delivery guy was excellent 5* - 30 minutes early and we're in the middle oof nowhere.

The food was amazing as always however, for the money I spent, I would have expected free prawn crackers at least.

Delivered to wrong house, to a neighbour who happened to be waiting for a Chinese. So got the food late. Ordered what was described on the menu as “battered squid”, but there was more battered broccoli and mushrooms than squid. Curry was bland. Would not use this place again
