McDonald's in City of London, Westminster

This place was alright. First, i went there. the waiter was SO rude. basically don’t know how this is a McDonald’s. This should be rudedonalds. absolutely hate this and I did not enjoy eating the nuggets. The nuggets were so soggy and I did not know if the waiter even cooked it! Ugh!

Really poor the two burgers were cold and squashed not even properly wrapped when I complained the duty manager put his index finger inside the burgers and said they were warm and gave them back to me to eat. I refused to eat them and have complained about his behaviour to McD HQ. The staff were excellent but the duty manager hated customers

Never had a problem with service/rapidity/standard at this specific venue. Staff are totally decent, and 2 McPlant burgers plus small fries were totally enjoyable.

Totally fine and rapid takeaway. Despite it being busy, place was tidy and service efficient. Two McPlant burgers were totally fine and enjoyable.

I went into the McDonald's at Dalston today I was lucky to get a seat as there was 17 delivery drivers taking up 17 seats which should be for paying customers. I watched as customers come in look around and then leave without buying anything. Going upstairs is not a option for everyone. Also beggers coming into the shop and asking for money and staff not doing anything about it I went into eat and not be pestered.

I’ve never seen anyone order five double cheeseburgers and a Big Mac but it happened here! My mate & I were a bit hungry and he was a bit trigger happy on the ordering screen. Needless so say we yammed them down.

Standing there waiting for an order and being advised that it's my fault my number wasnt called. Who appeared to be the manager at the the time was very rude. I showed my credit card but took 10 minutes to get one burger. Totally unacceptable. I had to put a 1 in

After a riveting, set of morning meetings in Vauxhall, our department team of 5, decided to head over the other side of the river and procure some fast food. Thus, we decided to head for this venue 👍 I was delighted the walk was over quite quickly, due to a fatal error in conversation - I’d inadvertently mentioned that a lady I ‘like’ had said, on the previous night, that I was very tanned, leading to predictable jokes by my ‘underlings’ of Dale Winton spray tanning 👎 Nonetheless, I digress. This was the third ‘week’ of 50 percent off food in the U.K. - meaning, that, of course, ‘two’ tight gits in my team, wanted to ‘eat in.’ I was quite startled how one man can eat 6 Hamburgers - all for the price of roughly 3 pounds. A fair saving, sure. I’m not sure whether he’ll pass an upcoming work fitness test. Other colleagues had Big Macs, Double Cheeseburgers, and Quarter-pounders. All food was totally fine. Staff were efficient and pleasant. Restaurant is maintained sensibly.

This is what a McDonalds should be like! It may only be fast food, but how often do you get fast service, hot well tasting food, good hot coffee, and somewhere comfortable and clean to sit? Very rarely! McDonalds in Victoria Street shows how it should be done. This is a very busy restaurant, but so well organised. Auto tills that all work, an experienced member of staff organising the meal collections from in front of the counter. Staff constantly clearing and cleaning the seating area downstairs. Well done McD’s Victoria Street. Lakeside McD’s should send you their Managment and staff to learn how it should be done!

I took my grandchildren there as a treat, but it turned into a horror story when the baby needed a nappy change and the disabled toilet couldn't be used. So don't go there if you have small children or are a wheelchair user.

Security always about. Early mornings and late nights only top floor toilet available. Auto order screen notoriously poor and frequently don't work. Service can be hit and miss depending on what you order.

Always have a Sunday breakfast here after church. It is always fresh and the staff are very friendly too.m

Very clean and tidy for McDonalds, with prompt service from staff who appear friendly and pleased to be working there. Brilliant considering how busy it was. The food was exactly as expected and the tables were regularly cleaned. A pleasure to have breakfast in this place.

I have visited a lot of McDonalds in my time, the service here is shocking. Order was wrong, wait took ages, staff were rude. Yes it was very busy however there is no excuse for being rude to the customers. Maybe if it was better managed it wouldn’t be so chaotic. Very frustrating to have no where to sit when lots of tables taken up with people who have no good in front of them but are saving the table for others waiting in the queue.

It is decades since Big Macs hit London, even reaching Wales an age ago. Filet o'fish may be the best menu choice. The chicken burgers were fair and clearly mass produced. 1.99 GBP for a burger and chips. The very best thing is the banana milk shake which is great in London as it will reach 32 and 33 degrees soon. Good value yes, great food no as the burgers are not as good as Burger Kings.

Usual McDonald's. Ordered lunch using the machine. Couldn't find a lot of seating but that's ok it was super busy. Food was the same as any other McDonald's. Staff were friendly considering the busy nature of their job.

This used to be a great McDonald's but over the last few months it's degenerated into third world chaos.Flat drinks self service machines constantly run out of tickets.then yo get cross examined by the very surly and unfriendly staff for not having a ticket.

One time we stopped in during the afternoon for a snack/drink and it was okay. Another time in the evening after getting off the tube, there were several homeless outside and inside. We were approached for money by a homeless person in the restaurant.

depends on the day with this place - work near by and often get a coffee on way to work - service is no worse than any others i dont think - some staff are a bit frosty and fire the drinks at you, but it ok.

Had burgers in many places and countries but the one I had here was just awful and so dry no sauce no mayo nothing. Good service and very nice environment that's why poor instead of terrible. Thanks

Yo vengo a McDonalds cada mañana para conseguir un café. Una mañana me vinieron y me dieron un café frío. Ahora, sé que a veces esto ocurre porque de la máquina, etc., así que amablemente fuimos y les pedí que me hagan otra porque estaba fría. De hecho el director me empezó a decirme que no es su problema y que su la máquina no hay nada que él pudiera hacer! En realidad no me de mente abierta y no me quejo en absoluto, pero él era tan grosera que estaba en shock total! Cuando el nuevo café prácticamente lo tiró a mí! ! Sé McDonalds es un rápido ritmo del restaurante de comida rápida pero no excusa su absoluta un pobre servicio al cliente y comportamiento amenazador absoluta vergüenza.

El nombre es suficiente para caminar en aquí una comida caliente y saludable aquí si tienes hambre un turista en una prisa. La ubicación es perfecta y el servicio amable precios un presupuesto. Las familias con niños sentir en casa aquí. No en el lugar concurrido en la ciudad como Londres habrá un lugar para refrescarse con aseos limpios. Un gran lugar para comer y refrescarse y sentirse como en casa.

Un gran lugar para una comida rápida, y disfrutar de la conexión wifi. Usted puede simplemente pedir en las pantallas y después recoger su pedido. La hamburguesa y patatas fritas eran cálidos y no esperar en absoluto. El lugar es agradable, junto con otros lugares en la parte superior de la estación.

Everything I wanted from my McDonalds. My cheeseburger tasted great. Staff were doing their job well. My burger was hot and arrived within a minute. Can't ask for any more than that really, can you?

It's a very convenient Mc restaurant. If you are in Victoria area or just passing by, you can stop and have some food. It wasn't chaotic. I was able to find a seat and eat my lunch. A very good place

Per essere così vicino a Piccadilly è troppo piccolo, la sala per mangiare sotto è sovraffollata e il menù è esposto solo parzialmente, quindi è difficile anche ordinare. La ricevuta viene data solo se chiesta in anticipo quindi è difficile poi capire il prezzo di ciò che hai ordinato...

I only entered to compare this McDonald's to those back home in the states. Lol There are kiosks to order your food. The menu is slightly different, including items such as the Big Tasty, chicken sandwiches which are cut rectangular (similar to a version sold at Burger King), frozen lemonades, muffins and a larger assortment of cookies. Other than that, it's pretty much the same.

Credit where credit is due, 11th June @approx 17:30 15 hungry mouths to feed after a visit to the theatre. Superb service from the minute we went in to the branch. The gentleman on the till swiftly and competently took each girls order. We were advised where we would simply find seating and that our order would be brought to us. Indeed it was and it was quick and exact. The same gentleman even stated that if anything was missing to just let him know. Our order was exact. The food was hot and the customer service was excellent. Well done! Definitely recommend a visit.

I don't eat in Macdonalds very often and I've never felt the need to review a Macdonalds before because the experience is generally similarly bland from place to place.On this occasion I feel the need to warn people about this particular restaurant. We walked in maybe 10 or 15 minutes before it was due to close (we didn't know that at the time). There were people getting food from the counter and plenty of people sat at tables eating or drinking coffee. The chap who served us was quite friendly, the trouble started when we looked for someweher to eat. As we were about to take our seats one of the staff came up to us, said they were closed and that we had to leave the building. We pointed out that perhaps he hadn't noticed that food was still being served and that there were plenty of other people still present. Well that set him off and he started to become abusive and tried more forecefully to get us to leave. Eventually he said he was going to the get the manager. We said "fine, we'll just sir here and eat whilst you do so". He didn't, but kept glowering at us. The doors were still open and someone walked in (apparently to get a coffee), you can probably imagine the ensuing scene. Eventually most of the staff and the manager needed to be called to calm the situation, with much abusive shouting (both from staff and the prospective customer) and our friend needing to be physically restrained.We left a few minutes later but talked to the manager on the way out to let him know what we thought of his customer service. He was polite and listened, but the chap we had a problem with kept trying to interrupt and even at one point took a fighting stance with his fists up. It was actually quite comical (I suspect if I say why this won't get published), but could have been more threatening under different circumstances.I'm pretty sure he won't be there for much longer.

A comida é gostosa, demora um pouquinho para sair mas vale a pena, como qualquer outro fast food. Mas o lado negativo é que no dia que eu fui, não tinha lugar para lavar as mãos antes de comer e nenhum alcool em gel e nada... fiquei meio chocada com isso e foi o motivo de colocar como razoavel a minha avaliação, que deveria ser muito boa em vista do atendimento e comida!Em Londres, melhor custo e beneficio acaba sendo sempre o fast food infelizmente.

Close to Victoria Station and always busy but friendly service, clean surroundings and attentive staff. A mix of business people, tradesmen and a few tourists make this better than the busy tourist trap McDonalds in other places (County Hall for example!) so worth heading for to beat the crowds (although this one is always pretty busy). Toilets downstairs and always clean which makes a change from some places - McDonalds try very hard to maintain standards and it shows!

Estábamos buscando casa de cambio, cerca de Estación Victoria, e hicimos una típica parada para ir al baño, conectarnos a wifi, y merendar la hamburguesa de 1 libra y monedas, ya que no disponíamos de mucho cambio.

Whilst in London on business I pooped into this McDonalds to grab a quick cup of tea on my way to the train station. Availing myself of the toilet facilities, I was less than impressed. I was informed by another customer that the downstairs toilet was completely flooded so out of use. Using the ground level toilet, I found there was no toilet tissue, the tiled floor was dirty and 'wet' around the toilet and the room smelled very unpleasant. Clearly the cleaning regime was ineffective or non existent which was a surprise for such a large chain and city centre location. All in all a very poor experience.

Visitei a loja do Mac Donald´s na Kings Road, sendo a mesma muito espaçosa e com bastante lugar para sentar-se. Quanto aos sanduiches, seguem o padrão internacional da rede. O atendimento foi rápido e eficiente, sem filas.

Sempre tem aquele momento na viagem que só queremos comer rápido e seguir conhecendo tudo. pela localização, vale a pena. qualidade boa como sempre, atendimento meio impessoal como sempre.

As in the title, this wasn't the speediest McDonalds. Drinks were ready way before the food and then my burger sat there for 5 minutes whilst awaiting the rest of the order so overall it was about 10 mins from ordering to getting all good which was long time to leave kids at table waiting . Seems the chap serving was trying to do 3 orders at once and it wasn't working. I know you can ask for a replacement burger (it wasn't very warm) but I didn't want to mess about in the queue any longer!

Open late, good choice of food, reasonable (for London) prices. Customers can be a bit sketchy very late. Manager is big and tough with undesirables.

.McDonalds is McDonalds. Pretty standard wherever you go.But they need to have more lavatories - queues stretching round and round the resrtaurant with mothers taking their offspring to spend a penny..

Todo brasileiro adora uma mc donald principalmente quando está em um país diferente no qual não sabe ao certo o estilo da comida. Achei muito popular mc em Londres. Preço ótimo.

Comparado a outros países, achei o Mcdonalds na Inglaterra com um preço mais razoavel que o de costume. Mais isso vale mais para quem está com pressa, ou é mochileiro.

This may be a busy station but McDonalds normally makes drinkable low cost coffee. Sadly not here, I had an espresso and it was utterly undrinkable. It tasted like the grounds were very old and smokey. Best to avoid.
