McDonald's in Fareham

Friendly delivery , nice car !

l asked for 10pm delivery and it was nearer 11pm. l asked for no cheese or dill pickles and they were both in my burger! Dill pickle easy to remove but not the cheese!

food was hot but waited over an hour

It was only 9 mins late from the original time given (doesnt allow you to chose that time), which was fine. Very good food and delivery driver was friendly and chatty.. All in all very good as always. Thanks 😊

Good but this branch consistently forgets any dips! Part of my order was Cheesy Garlic Bread Dippers with Rich Tomato Dip. No dip! It's happened many times before with Mozarella dippers. Dippers with no dip is not pleasant!

Ordered at 6pm with a 15-20 minute delivery time, all of a sudden this was put up an hour and then eventually received order at 8pm and food was like warm. Discounts should be given as soon as delivery time is extended an hour plus.

I paid a tip if £3 (on a £15 order) - it was for children - the courier left central fareham, where we are just 7/8 minutes away and proceeded right down to gosport first - kids disappointed with cold food - won’t be tipping again

hello I had food missing from my order .

oh sooooo dry almost dried out,salad crispy,chicken so dry guess left on heat ,unpleasant

I love this restaurant in particular as the staff are lovely and the food is always hot and moist.

Didn’t get half the food. Literally managed to not put a coffee in a breakfast meal. Funny really because it shows how slow some people must be !

Both times I've ordered food has been pretty good and hot not jad to wait too long. the note I received by a staff member about items we couldn't have and were replaced with something else was a nice touch too. never had a note before so very appreciative

Half the food was missing. The half that did arrive was stone cold. It’s all well & good them refunding the items that did not arrive but what good is that when you then have to arrange something else to eat. This was my first time ordering like this & it will certainly be my last. Absolutely furious.

We had to re order the crispy bacon wrap as it wasn’t delivered with my order so I re ordered and you still sent the wrong wrap totally rubbish service won’t be re ordering again on line from McDonald’s as they can’t get simple orders correct

One of the meals we ordered wasn’t in the bags delivered also ordered 4 curry sauces to go with my 20 nuggets and there wasn’t any in there also pretty poor service I have had to re order the missing meal

The food was lukewarm and the hash browns were stuck to the packaging. The hot drink was also lukewarm.

Order placed 17.15. Updates moving delivery time to 19.50. Update received at 19.43 stating delivered at 20.00?!!! Unacceptable and beyond poor service

I placed my order an hour ahead of when we wanted the food for a selected time (7:15pm). It’s now 7:43pm and the kids food has only just arrived

This is becoming a habit where not a full order gets delivered. It’s totally unacceptable and what’s the point in ordering online if not the correct order turns up……. I’m so irritated

My order was late and I did not recieve straws or the sauces.

First time ordering from here. 6 nuggets in a 9 nugget box, cold chips, no straws for milkshakes. Plus they kept pushing delivery time back. Won’t bother with this place again.

Portion sizes are terrible - couldn’t see a single fry from the front. You’d think these fries were coming out of the server’s own pocket, must have been the owner who dealt with this order and my next order - won’t make that mistake again, never ordering from her or Whitely BK for delivery again.

it took 1 hour 30min. when I first ordered it said 20 to 25mins. Just tell the truth when people order the food. and things were missing from the order. wont use again that's for sure!

Missing meals, bbq ranch burger, fries & the chicken share box. This is the 3rd time we have had missing items over the last month. The branch don’t care, now I have to wait to get a refund, while 3 children have no meals, can’t reorder due to waiting for the refund. Fareham branch do better.
