McDonald's in Peterborough

this order I want to happy about unfortunately food we had it came cold we had reheat it wasn't very nice :(

Food was awful and didnt get my regular latte, no sauces with the chicken nuggets and no straw for the coke and no ice or napkins this dont come cheap so maybe mcdonalds shoukd out a bit more effort into getting your order right

Can’t beat a McDonald’s breakfast when still piping hot

Took to long, delayed and food was cold

Ordered Mc Crispy meal Nothing like the photo no cheese or onions just a bit of lettuce and mayo - dissapointing

Delivery was delightfully early

Was late arriving & food was lukewarm & soggy

I booked 4.10 at 3.30 this afternoon and it arrived at 4.30. the driver was rude to my daughter when she answered the phone and none of our food was in the delivery

I asked for my sauce and I don't got it seriously

Drink has emptied in yhe bag and gone all over food

You missed off the 5 chicken selects meal. Thanks for that…! Food was tepid when it arrived.

Food arrived soggy and cold and 2 out of 2 times they forgot the happy meal!

the second time now my delivery's been wrong and as usual I can guarantee I won't get my refund

Wrong items in order yet again, Glinton store are only consistent in getting your order completely wrong and it really is not a difficult task.

There was pickles in burger that was requested to have no pickles and my daughter is missing her stormzy stickers.

I paid for ketchup dip and I don't have any

The food was not what I order I had to drive and take it back and tell them I did not order chicken mayo especially when my wife is vegetarian I have had to drive and get it my self and take the wrong order back

Abit cold but otherwise very good.

They got the order wrong again, that being said they now have a manager you can call and he was extremely helpful. I have lifted service up to 3, purely based on him

Music was too loud, especially in the toilets. Had to wait a while to be served but meals came quick. Bit inconvenient placed if going to Peterborough. Keep having to go around roundabout. Now started doing meal deals without hot drinks, no ice MEANS NO ICE!!

every single time we order without fail they mess up somehow ie not putting a burger in or giving us the wrong order etc.

left half the food at the restaurant and we had to collect it ourselves even though we paid delivery

Always clean and tidy. My son will only eat at the glinton one. Staff are all so friendly aswell and cheery.

how are we supposed to drink milkshakes without straws?

Frequently fail to get the order right. I always have to check the bag before leaving. Sometimes they don't put in the McPlant. Sometimes they forget dips. Once I was given someone elses meal.. Today I saw they didn't put in the cheese dippers. It was only when I got home that I realised the happy meal didn't have a drink either. Geniuinely baffling that so many staff cannot read from a list and put items in a bag...

Ordered and paid for extra bacon on my Big Mac. Didn't get any bacon at all 🙁 I did get my 80p refunded though, but it only tempers the disappointment a little bit.

Oreder 28 pound worth of food and its my daughters 6th birthfay and both the happy meals didnt come juat the drinks so asncan imagine was gutted for her

not happy as driver was sent to deeping even though post code is werrington and full address is werrington therefore despite the driver calling and heading towards market deeping had to turn around leaving the food delivered cold, had to reheat all...this is not the first time and very dissatisfied and would request a full refund

One the Best McDonald's Restaurant and Drive Thru Establishments is my Favourite. Always Excellent Customer Service with a Warm Welcome, the Food is really Good quality, the Drinks are really Delicious. It is a really Clean, Tidy, Clutter Free, Fresh Air and Fully Air Conditioned. Absolutely TERRIBLE store! Ordered a few times from here always missing items or freezing food. Never received dips that were paid for!!! Ordered on the app this time and half my food was missing and the other half was wrong! And they refused to give me a refund for the incorrect items they only refunded me the missing items!! Never order from this money hungry establishment who cannot train their employees well

The drinks came with no straw, the chicken strips were supposed to come with 2 sauces, BBQ and Ketchup which we picked to come with, and they weren’t in either bags. Food was lovely though!

Only ordered two happy meals + 1 hamburger poor show when burger was missing, both happy meals were muddled with the extras being in wrong boxes.

Straw missing dip missing chips were cold

Considering when the courier turned up, apparently while the food was still being prepped, it should not have been as cold as it was when it arrived as he made it in good time. I suspect that the just eat updates aren’t 100% accurate…

Once again No Straws for drinks. Mcdonalds 👍

Don’t order unless your children are happy to receive a happy meal with just a burger in, no toy or chips and the rest of your order missing too 🙄

90% of the order didn’t even arrive!

They didn’t pack the rest of my big tasty meal so I missed out on the chip, and I didn’t get my BBQ Wrap w chips at all which sucks.

Cold chips and cheese bites. The coke was also really watery. I know Maccys has gone downhill but they could at least try!!!
