Says that it is 24 hours, *it is not, and has never been!*, the staff at the local Travelodge joke about its hours of operation Should have its licence removed to operate under such a professional brand

Stopped her for a coffee on a long drive back to London - most of the staff were uninterested except for Neelam. She spent all of the time we sat drinking our coffee talking to and trying to help entertain the various children. Well done

First class. Hot food, crispy fries, together burgers, just disappointed no drinks available 😭

Advertised as a 24hr maccies yet it's always closed later at night/early in the morning when it'd be ideal to be open for people on late/early shifts to grab a bite to eat.

Stopped here on our way down to Devon, would really recommend. Staff were very friendly and polite, the place was super clean. Excellent menu.

Despite advertising a 24 hour service - it isn't. Arrived around 1.30am, lights were on and the 24 hour sign was illuminated. Had to walk all round the building and knock on the drive through window, to be told by bored and disinterested employees that they were closed, not a 24 hour service. Avoid.

Visited with my 2 teenage sons on the way home after the weekend. 2 of us tried the new McRib - very overpriced for what it is, I definitely wouldn't choose it again. Rest of the food was as expected but one burger was missed off our table service so I had to go and request it.

I love it here the food is delicious and the services are great and the atmosphere there is cool too!

Despite other reviews this has probably been the best maccys experience I've ever had. Around 7pm through drive through: Service from ordering to receiving the food was excellent, everyone was polite, food arrived quickly even after parking up to wait and it was piping hot, correct and the large fries actually looked like large fries! If every experience was like this I'd happily visit maccys more often.

Went in on Saturday morning, everything was lovely. Prim (?) served me, was so kind and got my order out quickly.

Came at 1am for the 24 hours, drove about 20 minutes to get here only to find it’s not actually a 24 hour McDonald’s

Order screens with menu’s were not working and we weren’t sure whether we were being served by an AI or human as the humans communication was very poor and they were clearly bored. Left waiting for a long time. Chips were not salted and barely warm and all the cokes tasted of cherry despite the fact we ordered original. Not a great experience at this McDonald’s! Then saw the staff at the petrol station buying there own lunch - not surprised 😳

24 hours? Been here twice in 2 days, 2am & 3am. Both closed. Tuesday & Wednesday.

Drive through was slow considering it was quiet, food was lukewarm, bacon was rubbery. Young lady serving was polite and pleasant. Need to improve.

You are not 24hr. Every time I've turned up during the early hours of the morning you are closed. Why? I can't comment on the food, service or the experience as I've never got anything.

Took my child for their first happy meal. Was pleased to see some healthy options to add to her chicken nugget meal and was also impressed you could swap out the toy for a book. We did table service which was a little slow but when the food came it was hot and good and the staff were very friendly. I had a chilli chicken wrap in an attempt to be healthy but it wasn't particularly nice, probably won't bother next time and just get a burger!

Went through drive through. Waited 5 mins for food then got home to find items missing.

The only trouble we normally experience is that the milkskes are not available 😕 😐 and really annoys us as everything else is no trouble.

Driven over 3 hours to here and as it says open 24 hours I was not pleased to see I couldn't get in to use the facilities. Needless to say I didn't buy anything and was still bursting for a pee and won't be back. Tell us it's ONLY drive in service McDonalds.

Rude supervisor.. asked if my replacement fries were ready after I waited 10 mins, to be told "I can have them cold if I want". Do not appreciate the attitude

Used to stop and eat often but since McDs turned their restaurants into Uber etc delivery hubs it seems actual customers who physically arrive at their restaurants are treated as lower priority than on line customers. They never were one for ambience but now most McDs seem like delivery hubs with one actual order counter and a few tables. I guess they think this is the way their trade is going but I don't like it.

All details show open 24hrs, drive through and restaurant blocked and locked, called no answer until someone picks the phone up and hangs it up, furious.

Food was as expected, but not exactly fast food. Be prepared to wait.

Warning others to not park in the Toby Carvery next to the McDonald’s, which had lots of spaces and is right next door so seemed logical but apparently not - you’ll be fined £60 despite us not seeing any signage!! Ridiculous. This McDonald’s was good, plenty of seating and good service.

Take out only. Cash only at till. Slow service considering time of night. Food usual McDonald's.

Grumpy rude staff, closed for a break apparently in a 24 hour mcdonalds

Up there with the worst McDonald’s around . Seriously serving coke with no ice and warm cappuccino. Very small seating area. Total mayhem and very limited parking availability. Just avoid this one or hit one of the many other eateries in the retail park .

Staff too lazy to change the milkshake dispenser

Firstly the app would not let me order so we went through the drive through. The young man taking our order was very polite but even though we'd seen the order input correctly we still received an incorrect order. We ordered one large double quarter pounder meal and one medium double quarter pounder meal, we received one medium double quarter pounder meal and one medium single quarter pounder meal. The single quarter pounder was barely warm and the chips were cold, tough and like they'd been reheated a couple of times. It was a very disappointing visit of what is often a good establishment.

Needed a pick-me-up after the first day of school chaos, so a few mums and I took a quick drive for a coffee. 2 toffee lattes and a cappuccino hit the spot. After a chat whilst having our drinks, ... we were back at our homes in 30 to continue the day. Great mummy break-time .

Worst McDonald's we've ever been to sadly. Grumpy staff. Lengthy wait for food and chaotic queuing. And then the drinks came only two thirds full and they said they couldn't fill them up because it was an automated machine. Oh yes, and the toilets were out of order. All together very poor.

The service was unbelievably poor waited over an half hour for food and there was not a single hair net in sight, including the managers.

false advertising online and on the big sign outside says open 24 hours it never is open past 10 aclock even though staff are visbaly past in the restaurant if you can call it that

When I spoke with the employee at the register to replace a coke that tasted off. I was given a long excessive chat about no one else complaining about it, the flawless machine process and aparantely no employee would ever mistakenly not mark the top to a diet coke (which is what it tasted like to me). She kept telling me she could replace it, and when I stated 'yes that would be helpful' the employee once again repeated her excessive chat. This process was repeated 3 times until I finally walked away and dumped my coke in the bin in frsutration as that was easier than getting the coke I paid for. It shouldnt take 10 min of repetitive statements to resolve this type of issue. It made for a sour finish to what was otherwise a good experience. The food was fresh and well presented, it looked magazine perfect. The cooking staff should be proud! The people who were serving the tables were also lovely and helpful. As was the manager when I took the time to mention the experience before I left. I hope the employee is provided the necessary training to improve her customer service skills. And perhaps have your soft drink machine checked. If you insist there is no possible user error, it could be that the carbonation is off, or the machine needs to be cleaned. Something made that coke not taste right.

Lovely atmosphere. The lady who served was really nice, offered colorings, Mentioned table order facilities. Very professional 🌸

Poor service, we ordered and went for table service after waiting a while as did another table we asked where our food, the server checked and came with our warm food the large Coke was flat and my Big Mac was missing as was the sauces that we had payed for too. The server duly sorted out the missing items and apologised for the mix up. All in all a pretty poor performance from McDonald's Amesbury as priority seemed to be towards the drive through customer..

The place says its 24 hours but it isnt they cone off the drive through to stop people ordering and if you knock on the glass they ignore you.

Same old food. You know what to expect from Macdonalds . Time to upgrade their burgers . Not as good as Five guys. Unfortunately there are no Five Guys around. However drive through was convenient

Someone needs to manage this branch properly, came for drive-through which is supposed to be 24h only to find they had shut for a 2h block cause they were understaffed. Should remove the 24h label!

Ordered on the app for collection but closed despite saying open 24/7. Disappointing as it's the only thing meant to open late at night for the car charging station.

Saturday, 23:00, Closed to walk in ! There is no way to place any order over the app or over the counter if you walk in (NS manager told me that) ! As an LGV driver, I would stay hungry as I couldn't fit with my lorry to place my order. Not good at all !!! I'm very disappointed !!!

McDonalds at solstice park services, stopped on monday and again today (friday) the service is very slow. Today was just drinks, 2 milkshakes and a coke,took about 15 mins.... staff did apologise for delay Nice food etc but not if you're in a hurry

The food at McDonald's is always good, but the staff speaks in a racist tone and are very rude. Even after I clearly apologized, she kept on pestering and sarcastically said this isn't a picnic spot and to take my food outside.

A convenient stop while driving from London to Exeter. Fast service, great for children, little improvement to the bathrooms suggested.

Placed an online order at this restaurant which is supposed to be open 24 hours. Had code for drive thru as restaurant closed. Everything shut down - two staff in kitchen ignored me at window. No explanation why closed. After travelling an hour and a half on our route this was infuriating.

Drive-thru is quite tight so watch your turning angle or you'll scuff those expensive alloys all too easily. Reasonably quick on the drive-thru section. Be warned, their milkshake machine always seems to have been unavailable/out-of-service on my last 3 or 4 visits.

Basingstoke, London Road The food was ok today, but my review isn’t about that. It’s about an amazing staff member, and his exceptional customer service. I’m currently sat eating and watching him at work. I’m in complete admiration for his love of the job, he’s literally treating everyone like he’s known them for years. He’s complimenting, kind, jolly and really positive. Most of the customers are just there for food, and quite miserable about it too, but this isn’t phasing him…McDonald’s should be very proud to have him on the team! Wish he worked with me. Who is this man!! Sean and here’s a picture! I hope he gets the feedback and acknowledgment he clearly deserves. 12 years of service!!!!

We stopped here on our journey home from Cornwall it was quiet 🤫 because it was late at night so only food through the drive through. The food was delicious and chips so fresh and hot. Highly recommend

For years been able to get take away till midnight now it's only possible on the drive though truck drivers keep this country alive we can't take a truck though uk mc Donald's trucks work 24 hrs a day all truckers avoid
