McDonald's in Wiltshire

Drive thru that tight I scuffed my alloys trying to get my car round, anything bigger then an estate crnt go through it. Waited ages for my food, and when I got it the salt level was enough to take the moisture out my mouth.

So much for 24hrs it’s 2 in the morning on the way back from north and both cones are that’s ridiculous and the lobby lights are still on

Is not open 24/7 there is no night shift

What it's good it's good but they stop reserving ice-cream a lot in the evenings which can't be based on availability as Amesbury branch always delivers

Possibly one of the worst McD’s restaurants in the UK. Cold and tired food, wrong orders, apathetic very young staff, often a slow drive thru. I hope amongst hopes it improves, it never does, but the nearest alternative is 15 miles away, and who can’t live without a sausage McMuffin on a Sunday?! Even though it’s crispy and cold! 🤷‍♂️

Worst Mcdonnalds I have ever been too, probably needs closing down and reporting to HR! Fake advertisement of a 24hr restaurant and also has some seriously rude staff, had one African worker suck her teeth at me and tut when I asked if it was open! Food cold when they are actually open and always miss stuff of your order! Avoid avoid avoid! Don’t waste your time and money!

Tried to order online, didn't work. Went to the drive through, rude staff took my order like they were doing me a favour. Ordered a large meal, and 2 triple cheeseburgers. They gave me a medium meal and 2 doubles, they slammed the windows shut before I could complain. It was around 2200 on a wednesday as well, so it's not like they were busy. Don't know how you can mess up mcdonalds, but these champions managed it.

Coach driver here, had a coach full with 45 hungry students, even though they advertise 24hour they refused to serve us even after explain a coach will not fit in a drive through, this happen just after 10pm

This is not a 24 hour McDonald's, even though stated online and on their signs. The lights are all on and people are inside but they have locked the doors and put cones out in front of the drive thru. Very misleading and frustrating when you have travelled thinking it was the only place in a 15 mile radius to get food 24 hours. Clearly I should've read the existing reviews as this is not the first instance.

Took a while but everything was hot and fresh

Clean and tidy site, hot burger and fries, fast table delivery.

Avoid if at all possible. Whatever changed in the last 3 months this store is no longer functioning properly. EVERY SINGLE TIME now you will have an item missing from your order, or your whole.order goes missing. Poorly managed, understaffed. Big problems here.

Manager rude as anything, 24h opening time stated, van wouldnt fit through drive through at 5.38am, lady on counter said shes willing to serve us but manager refused stating they open at 6. Just wanted a coffee, mamager wouldnt listen. Many thanks 1*

Quicker to have a gourmet meal prepared in a restaurant. 17 minute wait. Not busy!

Never had to wait so long in a McDonald's before

Advertised as 24hour it's not in fact most of the MacDonalds stores that are advertising 24hour in Hampshire are not. I spent an hour to get there and I see it's "open" but the doors are locked the drive through is all coned up and there's no employee in sight.

For a McD, really pleasant environment. Good service and clean.

Good food and service and very nice atmosphere.

I had asked the waiter for a window table so I could enjoy the magnificent views. The food was served in a post modern manner 'sans plate' and the glassware was what I assume to be a twist on the Vienna trend of opaque. The set menu was indeed 'big' but 'tasty' not so much. The young chefs perhaps a little heavy handed on the yellow 'sauce au gloop'.

Good stop for a toilet break on a long drive.

This is a very small McDonalds. There isn’t a lot of seating and it was very busy. To their credit, the food was hot and fresh; and the service (with automated ordering only) was quick. I particularly appreciated that there were staff stationed at the front to make sure the dining room was clean. They were cleaning tables as soon as they came free and sweeping up spills immediately. They were also greeting customers. All together a very nice McDonalds.

Took about 20 minutes just to get some breakfast. Quicker to walk through the drive thru!

Great service,brought a Christmas hot caramel chocolate,was luke warm Asked a lovely young lady who was very apologetic and returned with a fresh hot hot chocolate. Thankyou

I ordered breakfast and it came without bacon sent ut back and had to wait 15/20 mins for a new one , the worst mc d's I've ever heen in

Arrrived at 0034 because it says 24hr after a long day at work ordered my food got home realised they’d put the wrong food in the bag went back they closed spent 10 mins trying to find someone to talk to finally found someone who said would I like it made I said yes. She came back and said sorry it’s shut would I like I refund so I said yes when the lady brought the money out for my refund she just dropped it in my hand and slammed the door shut after checking the money I got back I found to be a pound short. At this point I’m so angry I didn’t even care enough to fight it and left. Needs to change the 24hr advertisement. Had 3 other groups of people pop by to see if it was open in the 15mins I was there waiting.

Shocking, waited half an hour in line for 2 meals and the chips were uneatable, so salty that couldn’t even eat them. Also when ordering a coke it’s supposed to be fizzy?? Wouldn’t recommend going here if u want to enjoy ur meal 🤷🏼‍♀️

Consistently forget items and as for Uber Delivery, great if you like cold food

Stopped her for a coffee on a long drive back to London - most of the staff were uninterested except for Neelam. She spent all of the time we sat drinking our coffee talking to and trying to help entertain the various children. Well done

Advertised as a 24hr maccies yet it's always closed later at night/early in the morning when it'd be ideal to be open for people on late/early shifts to grab a bite to eat.

Stopped here on our way down to Devon, would really recommend. Staff were very friendly and polite, the place was super clean. Excellent menu.

Visited with my 2 teenage sons on the way home after the weekend. 2 of us tried the new McRib - very overpriced for what it is, I definitely wouldn't choose it again. Rest of the food was as expected but one burger was missed off our table service so I had to go and request it.

Despite advertising a 24 hour service - it isn't. Arrived around 1.30am, lights were on and the 24 hour sign was illuminated. Had to walk all round the building and knock on the drive through window, to be told by bored and disinterested employees that they were closed, not a 24 hour service. Avoid.

I love it here the food is delicious and the services are great and the atmosphere there is cool too!

Despite other reviews this has probably been the best maccys experience I've ever had. Around 7pm through drive through: Service from ordering to receiving the food was excellent, everyone was polite, food arrived quickly even after parking up to wait and it was piping hot, correct and the large fries actually looked like large fries! If every experience was like this I'd happily visit maccys more often.

Went in on Saturday morning, everything was lovely. Prim (?) served me, was so kind and got my order out quickly.

Came at 1am for the 24 hours, drove about 20 minutes to get here only to find it’s not actually a 24 hour McDonald’s

Order screens with menu’s were not working and we weren’t sure whether we were being served by an AI or human as the humans communication was very poor and they were clearly bored. Left waiting for a long time. Chips were not salted and barely warm and all the cokes tasted of cherry despite the fact we ordered original. Not a great experience at this McDonald’s! Then saw the staff at the petrol station buying there own lunch - not surprised 😳

24 hours? Been here twice in 2 days, 2am & 3am. Both closed. Tuesday & Wednesday.

Drive through was slow considering it was quiet, food was lukewarm, bacon was rubbery. Young lady serving was polite and pleasant. Need to improve.

You are not 24hr. Every time I've turned up during the early hours of the morning you are closed. Why? I can't comment on the food, service or the experience as I've never got anything.

Took my child for their first happy meal. Was pleased to see some healthy options to add to her chicken nugget meal and was also impressed you could swap out the toy for a book. We did table service which was a little slow but when the food came it was hot and good and the staff were very friendly. I had a chilli chicken wrap in an attempt to be healthy but it wasn't particularly nice, probably won't bother next time and just get a burger!

Went through drive through. Waited 5 mins for food then got home to find items missing.

The only trouble we normally experience is that the milkskes are not available 😕 😐 and really annoys us as everything else is no trouble.

Driven over 3 hours to here and as it says open 24 hours I was not pleased to see I couldn't get in to use the facilities. Needless to say I didn't buy anything and was still bursting for a pee and won't be back. Tell us it's ONLY drive in service McDonalds.

Rude supervisor.. asked if my replacement fries were ready after I waited 10 mins, to be told "I can have them cold if I want". Do not appreciate the attitude

All details show open 24hrs, drive through and restaurant blocked and locked, called no answer until someone picks the phone up and hangs it up, furious.

Used to stop and eat often but since McDs turned their restaurants into Uber etc delivery hubs it seems actual customers who physically arrive at their restaurants are treated as lower priority than on line customers. They never were one for ambience but now most McDs seem like delivery hubs with one actual order counter and a few tables. I guess they think this is the way their trade is going but I don't like it.

Warning others to not park in the Toby Carvery next to the McDonald’s, which had lots of spaces and is right next door so seemed logical but apparently not - you’ll be fined £60 despite us not seeing any signage!! Ridiculous. This McDonald’s was good, plenty of seating and good service.

Food was as expected, but not exactly fast food. Be prepared to wait.

Up there with the worst McDonald’s around . Seriously serving coke with no ice and warm cappuccino. Very small seating area. Total mayhem and very limited parking availability. Just avoid this one or hit one of the many other eateries in the retail park .

Staff too lazy to change the milkshake dispenser

Needed a pick-me-up after the first day of school chaos, so a few mums and I took a quick drive for a coffee. 2 toffee lattes and a cappuccino hit the spot. After a chat whilst having our drinks, ... we were back at our homes in 30 to continue the day. Great mummy break-time .

Firstly the app would not let me order so we went through the drive through. The young man taking our order was very polite but even though we'd seen the order input correctly we still received an incorrect order. We ordered one large double quarter pounder meal and one medium double quarter pounder meal, we received one medium double quarter pounder meal and one medium single quarter pounder meal. The single quarter pounder was barely warm and the chips were cold, tough and like they'd been reheated a couple of times. It was a very disappointing visit of what is often a good establishment.

Drive through . Phenomenal service as the car park and all tables rammed. Double Big Mac medium meal £8

Worst McDonald's we've ever been to sadly. Grumpy staff. Lengthy wait for food and chaotic queuing. And then the drinks came only two thirds full and they said they couldn't fill them up because it was an automated machine. Oh yes, and the toilets were out of order. All together very poor.
