Worst McDonalds franchise in the North West.

I had the Philly cheese was very hot and juicy staff were nice chilled and relaxed no stressing just doing there job I enjoyed the experience and would defo go there again the burgers seem to be cooked better in this McDonald’s at the coliseum Cheshire oaks

Went to the drive thru tonight, got told that I couldn't swap the fries for a salad, I get that new employees have to learn somewhere but they should be supervised not left alone. I tapped my card at the pay window, the screen read £0.00 and I drove to collect. The employee on the collect window told me my payment hadn't gone through (which my phone confirmed). I was asked if I had another card or cash, which I didn't, astonishingly I was then asked if I would give the employee my card and my PIN. Please give your employees GDPR training and ask them not to ask this question ever again 🤦

We couldn't get food because we came on at 5;30 AM because it says 24h.

Very rare they get the orders correct but other than that foods good and staff seem pleasant

The meals and services are similar to other branches, but it faces the children's playing area, where children can have fun.

Not good and the staffs attitude was even worse . I'm definitely going to different store from not on if it's further.

I came here with my friend and my wife and we enjoyed our maccies experience as I ordered the philly cheese burger stack and my friend went for his usual big mac meal whilst my wife had a cheeseburger meal all washed down with a Americano coffee and two toffee coffee's mmmm. The staff were absolutely amazing and very helpful, I would love to visit again when I get hungry, thanks to all staff at McDonald's

It’s McDonald’s. I personally don’t want to dine here but someone I was shopping with wanted food from here. Cardboard chips and a cold dry burger. Nasty.

Large girl with Indians ink tattoos and hair in bun kept coughing over the food she was serving. Definitely should not be working as she was constantly coughing. Now and again, she'd cough into her arm to cover spray, but most of the time, coughing all over the counter and food. Everone waiting for food was hoping she didn't serve them. Major hygiene breach and a non conformity to McDonalds Hygiene code of practice. Thursday 6th Fed 2025 @1.30 pm. Please review your cameras McDonalds. Appalled.

No hot drinks ! Ridiculous didn’t bother to order breakfast and went elsewhere

Only popped in for 2 drinks had a mango smoothie and a galaxy latte. Our number wasn't shouted when the drinks were ready so sat for a while and when we got them they were only half full.

The delivery driver refused to give us the food until he got the code I was busy so the kids went to the door and he wouldn’t give them the food so by time I got there he was not very nice and the food was cold

The chips are never cooked always throw them away, no point in buying the chips from here

Our burgers looked like they'd been stood on....chips were hard and tasteless.

Everything was good, even the washrooms. They were very clean and tidy.

Not actually open 24 hours. If you come after midnight there is no way to get food even though this says that it is open 24 hours. Awful service and rude staff. Would not recommend that anyone come here. This is an awful McDonald's as they do not advertise themselves truthfully and wasted over an hour of my time. I'd imagine the 24 hours opening time will negatively affect others in the future. Be warned THEY ARE NOT ACTUALLY OPEN 24 HOURS UNLESS YOU ARE IN A CAR.

An hour and 20 min wait and food freezing cold when arrived

You must be suffering from some kind of illness to forget to put the fries on a simple menu for 2 people, mr/mrs manager it's time to wake up if you're sleeping.

Forgot one of the medium chips and the two sauces that were ordered

One McMuffin and all hash browns were cold and soggy and one McMuffin wasn’t the worst and forgot my sauces.

Not been in a McDonald's for a while so I was pleased to see that it was very quiet. I had a meal and a quarter pounder with cheese. It was ok but nothing special but filled a gap. Because it was cold outside I got a galaxy hot chocolate. I hoped it would warm me it which it did a bit but I may have drank it too quickly & it repeated on me, I was able to keep it down & from being sick but had the taste of sick in my mouth so not ideal. I think I probably rushed my food too much as I was in a hurry so not McDonald's fault.

after a not very good experience on my first order from here I decided to give it another go and I'm glad I did nothing missing from order, food was still warm and delivery driver was polite. Thank you for a much better service this time.

Had a delivery, wanted no cheese on the burger got 2 slices when it's clearly stated on the sticker "no cheese", fries were not in the cartons just in a brown bag, fruit shoot was upside down in the drink that was ordered, the fries in the kids happy meal where just put in the box loose not in the paper bag, ordered sauce guess what no sauce, no straws for drink no napkins. Fries were stale. Fair play to the manager I took it all back and she couldn't believe what I'd taken back. I got whole meal again on the house

By far, the worst McDonald's i've ever had. Chicken selects were dark brown and burnt, burnt bits all over them which i had to brush off before eating, and the fries were hard. My son's chocolate milkshake was mixed with the new purple one, so we had to send it back. Everything seemed like it had been refried, even though it wasn't hot. I honestly wish we had sent it all back, and not forced it down.

The usual, just slow service and the odd wrong order.

food quality was awful again, cold, pancakes burnt. on the very odd occasion cheshire oaks mcdonalds deliver decent food but I'm starting to sound like a broken record now. Yesterday morning's breakfast was not it. very disappointing again! Thanks

Brother ordered a medium big mac meal. 20 minutes later he was greeted with cold chips and a cold burger. It’s alright though the staff are eating well whilst working with other peoples food. Had one throwing rubbish in the kitchen like it was a game whilst the other was eating a mcflurry dealing with peoples food. Time was 10:45pm, place was deserted, it’s not like they were busy. Utterly clueless. Shocking. 22/12/24

It took 2 hours from the time of ordering to time of delivery.

Must say we only go McDonald's if we have too ,so we went to the Cheshire oaks one , the food was nice and fresh and hot ,the drinks was nice and hot as well ,the tables and the floors was clean , the only major thing what let these down was when my wife went to the toilets one of the staff had just come out from checking them and signed them off ok the find one of the cubicles really really and needed cleaning but the young lady decided not to address the issue

Used the drive thru service which was very fast for a busy area and time. Food is as expected always, never lets you down and is still the most reasonable fast food pricing on the market.

Order for table service. Chips lovely and hot but both my partners and my burgers (big mac and a big tasty) were freezing cold 🥶. My partner took them back to the counter to complain and we were given warm (luke warm) replacements. Which was disappointing. Flavour was nice but ... its never fun eating mildly warm food.

One of the worst I've visited - there were loads of staff milling around (maybe shift change) but my burger and chips were put in the bag with my number on, then drinks took ages to add, so my food was cold [girls just wanted coffees as they'd snacked elsewhere earlier].

The food was freezing cold by the time ot got to us very disappointed and definitely not worth the money i spent on this order.

Ordered via drive through. No queue but told to park up and wait for food. Eventually, when food arrived it was cold and inedible, I had no time to wait around any longer, so a total waste of time and money 🙃

Cheshire oaks was packed! The restaurant was also packed. Quite honestly I don't know how they managed with the crowds of people ordering. The order took a couple of minutes longer than usual but all came hot, correct and was really well organised. For my liking it was too busy in there and finding a seat was tricky which is why I marked lower for atmosphere

Missing items on order, 2 birthday cakes, all sauces, chicken nuggets and large coke. The food was an absolute state, chicken mayo and cheeseburger were squashed as if someone had stood on them. Order was freezing cold. Always have a problem with just eat, only use when there is no other option. Never fail to disappoint. The delivery people never have a clue where my address is and I always have to wait by the front door to make sure they arrive. Horrendous service. Won’t be using again.

This order was delivered on time but 5 burgers and no fries. Very disappointed with the Cheshire oaks branch. This is frequently happening from here. Also no dips sent with chicken nuggets! Refund is welcome but only refunded for two fries and not the fries with burger deal.

Absolutely shocking spend £40 for 3 meals and some nuggets no nuggets or cheesemelt dippers one child not eating! No fries at all no sauces at all and the burgers are cold never again!!!!

Absolutely shocking, my burger bun was in the bag apart from the rest of the burger. The chips were ice cold. And no sauce, absolutely shocking meal and service. I will be closing my account down.
