McDonald's in Cheshire West and Chester

Here for lunch on a Friday during half-term. The place was absolutely packed (like it often is during weekends and holidays) yet the staff did an amazing job of keeping things ticking over - - food brought out in decent time - pushing out easy to fulfil orders quickly so you don't end up waiting 15 minutes for a coffee - cleaning tables and dining areas at acceptably regular intervals - emptying the bins every 10-15 minutes - keeping table service open - kids colouring sheets and crayons stocked Considering how packed the place was, it was a miracle that everything was chugging along. Well done!

Very fast and efficient service when using the drive thru, staff always trained to a high standard and restaurant spotless.

For a new place, it was pretty poor. For some reason they can't hire staff who can follow orders. Seems McDonalds now 'forget' your sauce after forcing you to order on an App before you arrive and choose sauces for each meal etc. With a happy meal you choose a toy or a book. Never once been given what was requested. It's a shame such a big firm can't get it right and with no other choice around for similar places we just don't bother with fast food as it is a complete disappointment.

Chips and chicken burger were cold and very dry...!!

Worst mcdonalds ever. Absolutely chaotic. Piles of dirty trays with rubbish on, no receipt available on self serve, staff in a mess with orders. No orderly manner of doing things. The seating upstairs became loose and the toilets....YUCK. avoid xx

With this being my local, I visit here regularly and despite it being one of the busiest in the UK (so I'm reliably told) they do a great job I think. If you're visiting inside, then first off, find a table, then get whoever your with to go and order on the machine order points and they will just bring your food over. If you're passing through, then try and order on the app first, as well as it being super quick on the drive though and you earn points, it's also easier to customise your order (no pickles). But my recommendation is to drive past to the back of the restaurant and use the 'click n serve' bays. You can park up, listen to the radio in peace and they will just bring the food out to you - I find it much quicker than when you order food inside. Overall, despite how busy it is, service is good, and I would recommend it here. The app is a little unstable at times

Absolutely filthy. Disgusting toilets. Cold food. Terrible service. No one cared when mentioning food quality or toilets.

I was bullied because I was buying 10 bugers and 10 chips and some soda cola

Always have to go wait for ages for food, food mostly cold, restaurant always full of scruffy looking delivery people, and they always park in the disabled bays. Overall one of the worst McDs

We are regulars to this store. Cannot complain about anything. We love going here .

The food is average as you would expect at McDonald's but they had never given me cardboard forks, you can't cut or chop anything with some of that material. I went to the counter and asked the employee for a plastic fork, she kindly gave me another cardboard fork. Seriously a disappointment for an international fast food chain.

Ordered via Just-Eat app, the food was freezing cold, chucked in the bag and all up-side down. Un-edible, will not use again via App, watched delivery guy taking ages to deliver.

Pissed on me hash brown (extra flavour) it was that one with tubs of make up

I would like to say i have been to this mcdonlads many time but i got world class service from a very sweet gentleman called TOM. The fact he went out of his way to bring the rest of my order whilst he was on his break was the sweetest. This gentleman definitely deserve a massive bonus 👏

I am so enraged, today my visit at McDonald was not positive , they shut when I got there and I was told 10 Minuets and was waiting an hour for it to open. Absolutely unacceptable

Changed the time 3 times which is fine they were busy. But from them saying it had left the store to being delivered it was over half an hour and when it come food was freezing and went straight in the bin

Drive thru - Worst Maccies I've had. Stale, hard and cold fries. Nuggets lukewarm and stale. Its a busy McDonalds so can't really understand how they could even manage this? Really poor

Usual McDonald's food, however the toilets need a good overhaul and some general maintenance wouldn't go a miss.

Unfortunately the fries 🍟 were cold, The burgers were messy And the coke was like water, we still ate as was in a hurry, so if I visit again we will return the food . Atmosphere was great And the staff was half and half with only a couple looking as they didn't want to be there .

Completely put off my food by seeing the man making burgers eating on shop floor before going straight back to making another burger. He then went to eat a piece of kinder, only to then go straight to making burgers without washing his hands again. Clear neglect of food safety and allergens from him.

Fast enough for a McDonald! Very busy being in such a busy area. Very dirty even if the workers are continuously cleaning,but that is for the disgusting people that are scum of the earth making a mess and don’t care about it! Polite and helpful underpaid staff !

Just back from picking up a take away and one Big Mac meal when opened it was half missing I got a bun at the bottom a burger a middle bun and lettuce and nothing else there should have been two burgers and 3 buns in total disgusting

As usual from McDonald's something was missing from the order so my daughter's breakfast didn't arrive it's soooooo annoying I'm not going to use the delivery service anymore I'll just jump in the car and go and get it as you can never guarantee your going to get what you order.

He turned up at the house told me it couldn’t be our order as the house was in the wrong place so rode off again then returned 10 minutes later and told me the house location was wrong. Not had any issues before. So the order was cold. £60 ligniter

The delivery driver gave me someone else’s order. For starters I don’t like the bacon from McDonald’s there is hardly any food the order was for three people now only two of us can eat. I am very unhappy by the service that has been provided

my daughter gets a meal from mcdonalds once a week (she has special needs and its only cooked meal she will eat) every week without fail my childs meal is missing aswell as some of mine.. chips always cold too but cant fault anything else.

Called the restaurant to see where my order was, they said it had left the restaurant. After about 10 minutes after being on the phone my food finally left the restaurant and the driver was clearly just leaving after that on the tracking. Food arrived cold but not the deliver drivers fault. Management in McDonalds are jobsworths. Also the manager said quote "We have nothing to do with Just Eat or their deliveries" yet they are the ones preparing the food. Typical lowlifes

Disgusting whoever prepared the food shouldn’t work in any food place

My order says it’s been delivered however I don’t have it and I think either the ordered was taken to the wrong place or the driver went home and ate it. I am very annoyed and will want a refund SOON!!
