McDonald's in Cheshire West and Chester

Had a delivery, wanted no cheese on the burger got 2 slices when it's clearly stated on the sticker "no cheese", fries were not in the cartons just in a brown bag, fruit shoot was upside down in the drink that was ordered, the fries in the kids happy meal where just put in the box loose not in the paper bag, ordered sauce guess what no sauce, no straws for drink no napkins. Fries were stale. Fair play to the manager I took it all back and she couldn't believe what I'd taken back. I got whole meal again on the house

By far, the worst McDonald's i've ever had. Chicken selects were dark brown and burnt, burnt bits all over them which i had to brush off before eating, and the fries were hard. My son's chocolate milkshake was mixed with the new purple one, so we had to send it back. Everything seemed like it had been refried, even though it wasn't hot. I honestly wish we had sent it all back, and not forced it down.

The usual, just slow service and the odd wrong order.

Brother ordered a medium big mac meal. 20 minutes later he was greeted with cold chips and a cold burger. It’s alright though the staff are eating well whilst working with other peoples food. Had one throwing rubbish in the kitchen like it was a game whilst the other was eating a mcflurry dealing with peoples food. Time was 10:45pm, place was deserted, it’s not like they were busy. Utterly clueless. Shocking. 22/12/24

Burger was ok but as usual fries were warm and milkshake was half empty.

Must say we only go McDonald's if we have too ,so we went to the Cheshire oaks one , the food was nice and fresh and hot ,the drinks was nice and hot as well ,the tables and the floors was clean , the only major thing what let these down was when my wife went to the toilets one of the staff had just come out from checking them and signed them off ok the find one of the cubicles really really and needed cleaning but the young lady decided not to address the issue

Used the drive thru service which was very fast for a busy area and time. Food is as expected always, never lets you down and is still the most reasonable fast food pricing on the market.

Order for table service. Chips lovely and hot but both my partners and my burgers (big mac and a big tasty) were freezing cold 🥶. My partner took them back to the counter to complain and we were given warm (luke warm) replacements. Which was disappointing. Flavour was nice but ... its never fun eating mildly warm food.

Food always missing or order is messed up, staff totally out of space, dirty place. Avoid

One of the worst I've visited - there were loads of staff milling around (maybe shift change) but my burger and chips were put in the bag with my number on, then drinks took ages to add, so my food was cold [girls just wanted coffees as they'd snacked elsewhere earlier].

Ordered via drive through. No queue but told to park up and wait for food. Eventually, when food arrived it was cold and inedible, I had no time to wait around any longer, so a total waste of time and money 🙃

We received the totally wrong order. I would've complained sooner but I've been in hospital. I can provide photos and receipts. I would like a refund please

Incomplete delivery, it was a large order so I only noticed when checking receipt the day after… no refund no apologies no food 👏🏽 well done

Cheshire oaks was packed! The restaurant was also packed. Quite honestly I don't know how they managed with the crowds of people ordering. The order took a couple of minutes longer than usual but all came hot, correct and was really well organised. For my liking it was too busy in there and finding a seat was tricky which is why I marked lower for atmosphere

Missing items on order, 2 birthday cakes, all sauces, chicken nuggets and large coke. The food was an absolute state, chicken mayo and cheeseburger were squashed as if someone had stood on them. Order was freezing cold. Always have a problem with just eat, only use when there is no other option. Never fail to disappoint. The delivery people never have a clue where my address is and I always have to wait by the front door to make sure they arrive. Horrendous service. Won’t be using again.

Delivery fine. Food was stone cold. 3 nuggets instead of 4 & no carrot bag in happy meal. Chips were hard & freezing. McChicken sandwich cold, and vanilla milkshake had melted - really disappointing

Every tome we order from here we are missing something. Today we ordered three meals but only got two drinks and not the sauces that we were supposed to get !

Stone cold on arrival. Only GPS notification was when at my door. Deliverer was great, not his fault. I blame just eat.

This order was delivered on time but 5 burgers and no fries. Very disappointed with the Cheshire oaks branch. This is frequently happening from here. Also no dips sent with chicken nuggets! Refund is welcome but only refunded for two fries and not the fries with burger deal.

Good place for lunch, nice environment

Absolutely shocking spend £40 for 3 meals and some nuggets no nuggets or cheesemelt dippers one child not eating! No fries at all no sauces at all and the burgers are cold never again!!!!

Absolutely shocking, my burger bun was in the bag apart from the rest of the burger. The chips were ice cold. And no sauce, absolutely shocking meal and service. I will be closing my account down.

Reciept on bag was printed at 5:02. Food didn't arrive till 6pm. Everything was cold and dried out by the time it arrived, items were missing and some items were completely wrong despite it saying what we ordered on the receipt (2 chocolate cookies instead of birthday donuts which is a waste as I have a cocoa allergy). Have tried phoning to complain but nobody is answering.

Haven't had a McDonald's burger in over a year. Might wait another 2 years to forget, before getting the next. Food was tepid, fries chewy. Had EVM with coffee but wasn't told the coffee cost extra. Poor experience from a global brand.

was originally told order would be ready at 5.15 kept getting pushed back was eventually delivered at 6.25, freezing cold! could see on the map that driver delivered at least 2 orders before ours.

Need to stop sending bikes for delivery that include drinks as I ordered today and all three drinks can empty due to delivery man coming on a push back we live a good 20 min drive from McDonald’s and there send it on a push bike I’m fuming

The delivery driver could not find our address, I messaged them to try and help however they did not reply. It was not until over 50 minutes later our neighbour came in and knocked on our door that I went down to get it, but they would not let me have it without providing a code (which I did for already cold food). Got it and it instantly went it the bin. Now trying to get a refund but because I gave them the code, just eat will not issue the refund so I have now lost out on £35

Unbelievably poor service! When your 5-year-old asks why someone is so rude, you know it's a problem. We sat near three "cleaners," one loudly banging things around while chatting across the area, barely cleaning. He told people the area was closed only after they’d started eating, and when someone asked for warm chips, he made a snide joke about “microwaving them.” To top it off, he subjected everyone to a 30-minute monologue about his personal life—including his failed attempt to get into a play. Some basic training in manners and customer service would be a good start.

Not bad I just think some delegating in different sections would make delivery so much faster and easier when it comes to the standard of food and temperature especially with certain items
