Ordered a sharing bucket and we have never had a meal as bad… so many bones in the chicken it was inedible!😩🤦🏻‍♀️

The food was freshly made and very hot. Friendly staff, the building can be accessed using a white cane.

The delivery guy was amazing he waited over 35 mins at the restaurant so can’t fault him …. The restaurant should be closed down or the manager sacked as this one in Chester is a joke the food when it got here was over cooked and the normal stale batches for the burgers honestly KFC you need to sort this place out worst around

Absolutely shocking. Order a meal online and got to the drive through, only to be told that the gravy I've PAID for isn't here!!!! "We've ran out" they said. I asked to be refunded,however I was told that I would have to do it through customer services. I then arrived home only to notice on top of this that I was missing two of the supercharger dips I ordered

unfortunately 4 out of 5 orders are missing one or more extra items, i.e either extra fries, extra drinks or just bbq dips. Seems like KFC staff either cant read or count when collating order.

The delivery guy was diving around the wrong area, I couldn't understand what he was saying on the phone, he wasn't answering my calls, we had to drive down in our car to lead him to our house and he didn't say sorry. in the end, there was items missing!

I’ve lost count on how many times I’ve left instructions for no pieces of legs and yet again they ignore the note. All I ever get is legs. Simple instructions that they can’t follow or choose to ignore. Won’t be ordering from there ever again.

originally was told it would be half hour delivery then went up and up so when the food eventually arrived an hour later it was cold and we as a family were late going out to meet family .not happy with the service tonight were its usually pretty good

Came in today for a convenient lunch with my children. It was incredibly busy! I opted for table service to make things easier with the kids, our food was served by Cassie who was very friendly and made my children laugh. Food was hot and tasty. Definitely would visit again, though I'd try and get there earlier to beat the rush!

wrong order delivered. not able to contact the restaurant and request redelivery of correct order. have to wait 48 hours for a response from just eat. not a great system.

ALL chips missing from order (6 bags!). Phoned KFC and they said there was nothing they could do .. spent £45 on the party bucket with delivery for just chicken. Unbelievable.

My Wife and I visited At Chester retail park yesterday. We were greeted by Mirabella who was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. She came to our table to make sure everything was fine. Bless her she even took away all our rubbish upon leaving. I sincerely hope you look staff as efficient as that are hard to come by these days.upon leaving She asked us kindly to fill in a survey but sadly I was unable to complete it as it kept disappearing as I was finishing it off. Full marks for the food and the service.

How come everytime I ask for bacon you always say out of stock or we've not had it for months but everywhere else I go to kfc all have bacon??

Tastes ok, but the smell as you approach the place is unfortunate...

Normally when I have KFC I usually get stomach issues from the grease, but whatever the chefs are doing in the kitchen is paying off in all ways possible, no more extremely greasy taste, my stomach doesn’t hurt, and all is well! (And delicious!)

Ordered a delivery and for the second time in a row they didn't put the entire order in the bag! The food that was delivered was freezing cold and had not been made fresh to order. (Can't blame the driver as the food arrived in good time!). Calling the restaurant is useless as they don't answer. We tried to flag the driver but he drove off! So we personally drove down and went into the place to get the issue resolved and they won't do anything to help, just blame the delivery driver and tell you to claim a refund through the delivery app. Absolute joke! 2 kids gone without and not even an apology. Just a "not our problem..."

not ordered from KFC for a while, due to items missing, thought I'd give them another go. more the fool me, the staff still can't clearly read an order ticket, entice you to add a chicken portion, charge you then don't send it and as its an add on you can't just select the chicken portion on refund request. that's it, will never ever order of these clowns 😆

Appalling, KFC brought half the order again! Their bad reputation for getting orders wrong is well deserved. It's not good enough to refund the missing food, no-one would pay delivery for half an order, the service charge should be for good service.

Made a mistake by going back to the same place months later, Brought a zinger burger tower meal.. which was a kids size. Hash was awful. Chicken tiny with nx to no salad.
