I was asked for a code with I understand why but I had never heard of this so I was a bit confused and I think he was a bit rude about it

Awful. Went in to get a wow box for £3.49. Person serving what drink I wanted. I was unaware it wasn't included but based on the way it was worded (I.E they didn't say it was extra) I said I'll have one. When they totalled and I realised it was extra I just said no thanks on the drink I didn't realise it was extra. The person tried to cancel it off but was unable to and asked one of their colleagues to take it off. She proceeded to put an 90% off voucher on the drink. She didn't say anything else so I assumed they were giving it to me at a discount. Then when I said which one I wanted they said no you can't have it. Confused, I say well why is it not £3.49? They said the best they can do is a 90% off voucher on it. I'm like what? Just cancel the transaction and I'll pay the correct price thanks. By this point their attitude was shocking, huffing and grunting like nobody's business. Then they shout that its only 10p who cares. It wasn't about the cost per se, it was that they were quite clearly too lazy to go and ask the manager to cancel it. They proceeded to go ask a manager something and then finally canceled it and put it through. But come on, I went in for an afternoon snack, not to get verbally abused by someone. Shocking KFC, sort it out. Won't be going back again. Worst service I've had in my life.

I would like to share how welcoming and helpful Mirabella was, at chester KFC. To the point I actually downloaded the KFC app. She was working all roles from meeting and greeting to serving and cleaning the tables. She was consistently pleasant with all the customers. What a credit to KFC. Thanks Mirabella and KFC

Got zinger tower burger only half it came just chicken on bun not impressed

Came in today for an ice cream and a drink at the end of a day out. There was a lady who was shouting and being aggressive. I can't praise the staff enough how they very calmly dealt with the situation that could of easily of got out of hand. You all should be so proud of yourselves!

Went their first time on our way to Chester zoo. Service was excellent very kind and helpful lady on the counter bhoomi was very friendly and helpful. Food was prepared quick and service was quick . Order was complete and luckily nothing was missing thank you to all the staff for 5 star service.

Didn’t even receive my order but was apparently delivered now my child is going to bed hungry as I bought him that kfc with the last of my money til the morning as special night we have once a month

Zinger Burger was missing half the filling. Just chicken and a bun

I was in the area so tried this lace although the reviews almost put me off ! It was clean inside and one member of staff, Mirabella, met me with a smile as I waited to collect my order, promptly handed me my food and off I went. In the 15 minutes I was in there, the same lady (Mirabella) was sweeping floors, aligning chairs, wiping tables, helping 2 separate customers with kiosk orders as well as asking every table if all was ok. Seemed like she should be running the place as so rare to be greeted with a smile and such positivity in a "fast food" restaurant. Great work Mirabella, I hope you are recognised by your employers for going the extra mile.

The chicken taste was not like original KFC chicken it was too salty,oily ,old chicken ,not crispy,fries are also not good .we felt very unpleasant while eating .I did not expect this type from KFC chicken.We binned most of the chicken and fries.Sorry had to describe what we received.We will not order again .Thank you.

No longer do wraps as the toaster is still broken! Really. Also large signs now at the till directing one to the kiosks as they obviously do not want the bother of taking orders from anyone, not surprised looking at the long queues of people waiting for their food. Seems to be under new management!!

Awful experience ITEMS MISSING AS USUAL

Forgot to bring the zinger stacker burger in the zinger box meal.

I got everything except the drinks that were supposed to be with the order.

Driver stopped at petrol station before delivering food. Surely he should have delivered food first. hence food was cold.

while ordering the food, it was mentioned that it gets delivered by 12.45 and got delivered around 1.19 which was too late. My following meeting got affected.

KFC have upped their game and the food was really good. Staff were great too

Missing 2 items, fries and dip. Not the first time

The KFC arrived luke warm, soggy and disgusting with a missing item and incorrect items. It was due to arrive on the hour but the time kept getting moved and then the driver was sat at the uni for a good 10 minutes. Never again.

Not many people were in there when we arrived, but we struggled to find a clean table. I asked for a cloth so I could wipe the table we had chosen. A reluctant young man then came to clean it. My son asked if he could clean under the table, and the reply was, " can't you sit on the one side?" I explained that there were other people arriving soon. After we had eaten our warm meal, I needed to go to the toilet. It was filthy!! My son also went to the gents, and that was disgusting also. He even took pictures and showed them to the staff. Considering there were quite a lot of staff, and the place was nearly empty, I suggest that there are two members of staff cleaning at all times. It was a shame because this KFC is in a convenient place for diners, but I wouldn't encourage anybody to dine there.

staff were rude, especially the cleaning staff. Items like drink and dip were missing which are paid. Woeful service. KFC was my favourite, not recommended any more

The large 🪣 is something that we do occasionally get and it's always delicious, but be careful with the calories 😉

I have not received my order this isn’t the first time this has happened and I am getting quite frustrated with this service I use just eats a lot as I work from home and it is convenient for me if this keeps happening I won’t be using just eats

Food delivered to me was late, cold, and incorrect (I ordered colonel 4 PC with popcorn chicken) and got 2 fillet burgers instead. I then had to wait till the next day as no operator from just eat or the restaurant could answer my several phone calls and am now still without my refund or my correct order

Ordered over an hour ago . Driver rang me No reason too ,he said he had been waiting for me for over 20 mins but I always put instructions on order . He could not speak English and did not have a clue !!! I want a refund immediately if he turned up now it will be cold . Reported you to KFC and they are going to contact you ! I get takeaway a lot but will not be using you again . Don’t employ people who don’t know what they are doing . I have no food and am very angry !!!!!

We took fries and 3 pieces of chicken with gravy.the gravy and the chicken was tasty but they did not let us sit inside as they were closed and we were only able to take out. I think they are off dine in after 10-11 pm So we took the food and ate right outside their store. They have a place to sit and eat.
