McDonald's in Cheshire West and Chester

I was waiting 10 mins for my burger and fries and then on my burger they put the wrong order on and gave me 20 chicken nuggets which I like but still bad

We were waiting to order and were ignored. This girl came twice towards the till only to turn her back on us. Just left

Not busy, 14 minutes wait, at least 10 members of staff looking very bored. Cold fries, cold big mac, cold wrap. Other frustrated customers returning cold food too. I returned the fries but gave up after then, should have returned everything, but then we'd have been there all day . Anyway, £17 for 2 cold inspiring meals. We should have gone to Pound Bakery for a 3rd of the price and far better. The diet coke was nice, and the bbq dip was nice. The chap who has worked there for 30 years was working very hard, and the only efficient person, I don't know what motivates him but good on him.

order was missing a 9 chicken nuggets and the delivery driver was inappropriate towards my partner. this is totally unacceptable.

I am fed up with ordering food when items don’t get delivered so you are left with someone with no food. Someone should check what they are delivering.??

We waited 1 hr for delivery, tried to call the restaurant twice and never answered. Arrived stone cold. Now we understand Fridays are busy, but communication is key. As a take way is luxury now and £20 for cold food is NOT ok. Not happy at all.

Had to wait 90mins for my food. My children were very hungry. It said it would be 53 minutes, but took 90mins. I could have driven to the drive thru and got my food quicker and cheaper.

I've got the totally wrong order

Ordered a lot of chicken meals. 20 chicken nuggets and 3 chicken selects. Selected sauces with both meals and they didnt turn up. Complete waste of money as my children wouldn’t eat the meals without the sauce.

The food arrived cold. The original delivery time was 2:55pm to 3:05pm. It arrived at about 3:20pm. I was tracking the courier - who appeared pickup the food quickly, though spent nearly 30 mins getting here. Appreciate they have other drops to do, though the food isn’t really enjoyable once it’s cold.

wasnt at happy with my order at all. All the food was stone cold. both burgers came plain when wasn't asked to be plain. we didn't receive the free chicken selects.

Ordered at 5:43pm, arrived at 7.18pm. Original delivery time around 6:30 kept getting pushed back. We are an 8 minute walk away from the restaurant, just hoping for a pj evening with a treat. It also arrived cold.

First time using MacDonalds, not too bad other than the Happy meal was missing fries and driver did not receive the £3 tip that I added to the order.

My food and drinks came and my drink was spilt out everywhere only got a tiny bit in the bottom of the cup. And came 10 minutes late

When it arrived all 3 cokes were missing from the order, the burger was cold and all the sauce had leaked everywhere. My cappuccino was stone cold so had to throw that away, also my mozzarella dippers were so cold and hard they were inedible considering I had spent £41 on that order I was expecting to eat least have the meal warm, it’s always something at the moment not happy.

Ordered through Uber this evening. When order arrived we were missing my youngest sons meal. My son is autistic and was extremely upset that his chicken selects weren't there! I was not a happy mummy at all! I went to open my bacon chicken mayo and the look of it was disgusting! It was like half a tub of mayo had been put on the burger. It was everywhere, all over the burger, soggy bread. It went straight in the bin. This is unacceptable. I don't expect this when paying for a fast food takeaway. Staff need to take more care and pride in there work. Not throwing stuff on burgers like they can't be bothered. When I order through uber I expect to recieve my full order. It's not good enough! If I lived closer to the town. I would of been straight in and shown you the state of my burger. Have a word with the staff!

Couldn’t fault the efficiency of the order it was here in no time however things were missing from items on the order, I paid extra for a grinch shake however I just got a regular vanilla one and they left off half the ingredients off the bbq ranch burger. Very disappointing

I don't know what really happened, but food was cold and waiting time more than 45 minutes.

Order took over two hours to arrive and couldn’t cancel because of the food already being prepared , I emailed and said they would get back about a refund and then the food arrived. Food was lukewarm and hope to have a refund having ordered elsewhere from the wait.

The air con makes the restaurant too cold and the music is annoyingly loud

Food arrived an hour and 20 mins after placing order, all items were stone cold; Driver said he’d knocked over drinks bag meaning I was missing half a tea & one of the muffins was soaking wet. Driver had clearly been collecting orders from other places before delivering ours as it took a very long time for the app to go from ‘courier at restaurant’ to ‘courier on way’ and when it did update to say he was on his way he was directly outside our house.

2 hour wait time, for cold food to arrive. big tasty looked like it had been assembled by an Olympic discus thrower. and the delivery driver appeared to find it funny when asked why it had taken 2 hours. poor service.

As always from Northwich McDonalds the food absolutely thrown together. Big Tasty was basically deconstructed and the frozen lemonade wasn’t great either
