Worst McDonald’s ever. Kids pulling wheelies on bikes in the restaurant, and staff did nothing. Food was cold

Food was as good as McDonald's goes but the place was cold.

My food was nice my Mrs pancakes were a bit chewy, lovely staff fast service nice and clean

The staff exhibited unfriendliness and displayed discourteous behavior.

Wrong item supplied and took a long time to arrive (restaurants fault not the drivers)

Delivery arrived on time but did take a long time to arrive. It was also freezing cold so had to warm up in the microwave

friendly and professional delivery, food was good, plenty of napkins thankfully! no complaints

my food was cold and when the driver got here he spilt my drink on me and in the bag

Went for a coffee. It was decent, nothing spectacular, as you can imagine, but my god, it took them ages to make it, albeit it wasn't hugely busy. I'm not impressed.

We all know the food is poor from places like this but could the staff take more care assembling the items? Turned up like a broken jigsaw.

Missing two medium fries wouldn’t normally bother but payed 36 quid for the order for Maccys that a lot especially when it’s not all there

i ordered my food at 7.29AM just for the time to change a billion times because there was no driver assigned to my order. i waited over an hour for one to be assigned and then in total waited 2 hours for it to actually arrive. when i opened the door the driver was just completely rude and horrible.. practically threw my food at me and my drink spilt due to this. so after waiting 2 hours i don’t even have the drink i paid for anymore ? i then sit to eat my food just for it to be freezing cold.. ive waited 2 whole hours for my food just for it to taste as if its been sat for days. and on top of that i had a rude courier as well ? as a result of the service and actions of a member of your staff i want a FULL REFUND. not just eat credit because in future i dont plan on using just eat again after such a terrible experience. im not happy and my experience as a previous customer has been ruined. i want a full refund.

Food was all spoiled from drinks. Food was all cold

Cold wet bag of nuggets and chips with neither the free sauces or the sauces I paid for. No bueno

sadly even tho I ordered sources I did not receive any including a straw for my drink. wasn't really a big issue for me but is somthjng that can be improved appon either way I really enjoyed the food and compliments to whoever cooked the chicken strips! 10 put of 10

Our order was never delivered! Just eat even call to confirm our address even though another restaurant managed to successfully deliver to us tonight but now half our house has gone hungry and you cant get hold of anyone to sort it out!!

Driver blambed just eat for the fact he had to go out to leftwich and then back again to deliver my food. It was out in the cold for 20 mins before i received it. It was freezing so we did not enjoy this food at all!

Cold fry’s, and cold food around milkshakes melted before even getting to the house

Food came cold the drinks had split in the bag and over the food. Driver said he will change them and definitely come back but marked it as delivered I want a full refund on this!

BRILLIANT SERVICE. VERY FAST DELIVERY

Chips were absolutely stone Cold Steve Austin, all the burgers were all deconstructed no fault of the driver. This happened on the production line the fillet of fish look like the leaning tower of river cobbler. I’ve asked for a full refund.

I never received my order there was no sign of the delivery person and yet they said the order had been delivered, I won't be using this site again and I've tried to phone the restaurant 4 times but they won't pick up so I will have to phone the bank Monday and mess about getting a refund my advice save your self the trouble and pick your own food up.

The delivery driver kept changing the time so it didn’t come through as late but they drove to Leftwich first and then back to where I live which is the other side of Northwich and so all the food was cold.

He delivered somebody else’s order

The food was cold when it arrived. When I ordered (and during waiting for the order) it stated 15-30 minutes however it took about an hour. This did not appear to be the fault of the driver as once it was on the way it was here very quickly. The driver was waiting at the restaurant for probably around 45 minutes before it was ready. I appreciate there are times when restaurants are busy but be more realistic with delivery times. We would not have ordered if we’d have known it would take that long.

had to wait 1 hour and 10 minutes for food. it was cold when delivered, I don't expect it to be hot but warm would have been acceptable. was unable to track delivery, it still said courier was at the restaurant when it was delivered. this was the second time I've ordered mcdonalds delivery and on both occasions it was cold. don't think I will be ordering any more in the future.

I did not oder 3 hamburgers only 1 but charged me for 3 and I did not wont anything on it just a plain one .so not happy about this .

Workers are incredibly resilient, due to the fact that on days, especially on weekends and holidays, cringey teenagers flood the store. If you don't like teenagers, do not come here. Despite that, the staff are nice, it is clean and machinery is working.

MacDonald's is a true gem. The food is good quality and promptly prepared. The atmosphere is warm and inviting! Love it!!!

Not happy , again ! My food was cold , I followed the driver from when he left to my door so it wasn’t the journey time, it must have already been left standing cold while being “prepared”. My drinks also dropped through the bag at my door

I had to wait an extremely long time for the food at the second window where there was no one. I think they had forgotten as I had to ask. Ice cream machine not working YET AGAIN hence no milk shake or Mcflurry. It always seems to be not working!! Disgraceful

I try to stay away from this McDonald's. There is always triulbw with young kids and teenagers. But in general when I'm there I feel the place is dirty and the toilets always smell. But the main reason everytime the food is served warm . It is never hot.. the only reason I was there on this occasion, I was with family and we were very pushed fir time and though it's been a few years since I habe been here.. and it's still the same. Kid causing mither, food warm almost cold... the plus point of the place is the staff were very nice and professional, please just serve hot food.. chips were cold and warm at the bottom of package, all the food we ordered was warm.

Order arrived and when it opened the bags it wasn't what I ordered. I called the delivery guy back then handed the order back to him and explained it wasn't my order. He didn't reply back then to my horror he got back in his car and drove off. I feel very angry and disappointed.

This is the second order from McDonalds where no syrup for the pancakes has been provided and no plastic cutlery for the pancakes or the porridge…

Delivery time kept increasing despite the delivery driver being in the restaurant, car was tracked and arrived as anticipated. The food was stone cold and evident it had been sat waiting to be served for a while.

Firstly the food was half an hour late and by the time it arrived all of the food I ordered was cold to the point where it wasn’t eaten. I am disappointed in this service as usually I’ve never had a problem but now I’m frustrated as ive wasted my money on food that wasn’t eaten.
