McDonald's in Havant

Things seem to be improving at Waterlooville Mcdonalds - that's two recent orders that have had no missing items ! They were also more or less on time, although they could be a bit warmer.

missed off multiple items. failure as usual.

Completely delivered the wrong order and the food was cold. Surely they cant keep up this poor level of sevice.

Always microwave for 30 seconds before eating to give it some heat

I have had issues with this restaurant in the past but each time, after a while, I give them the benefit of the doubt. Tonight, the meal was 40 mins after initial delivery time and was again, stone cold. I won’t be using this restaurant again.

We had completely the wrong order delivered. This had happened numerous times. Very disappointed. So no food and now having to wait ages for refund!!!!!! Very unhappy.

Food was stone cold, and an hour late

All of the food was cold and I asked for a cheese burger happy meal but got a completely plain burger.

Absolutely appalling service!! Two happy meals took just under an hour and a half to arrive! The cheeseburger was requested to not have sauce yet it was full of ketchup! Both happy meals were stone cold! It was missing one of the waters! Shocking!

Such a lovely experience today, staff so helpful and friendly, Kaitlyn went above and beyond to help me place my order on screen, very smiley and talking me through each part. Check orders before sending them out. There is always something missing. Food stone cold, was obviously bagged too early as driver got here in good time from the restaurant

The food was basically cold. The coffee lid was not sealed and caused a spill. Both on bag and to area when removing. You could I should check lid on in the bag before extraction but in the moment it is likely that you would not think about this. That said food was still ok.

Somehow it is impossible to get hot food

Awful. Ordered at 6.30pm, 9.30pm still not delivered. Despite saying delivered on one page, when ask where order is says estimated time 10pm! Spoke to branch and no order been collected.

Burger I asked to exclude salad but it was just 2 buns, 2 burgers and a bit of cheese.. no bacon?.. cheese sticks I asked for 1xsalsa dip but none provided, food was barely warm

I haven’t ordered McDonald’s for awhile as they kept getting it wrong and missing items but I have to say this is very quick and I enjoyed it. It was hot and there was nothing wrong. It was all there.

The reason why I gave the food two stairs it's because the burger wasn't plan the worker took it back two times and once it was plan big mac burger with cheese it was grease and the service was ok asep from one of your workers was abit rude saying it was a miss understanding but it wasn't because he wasn't really listening and sound abit angry

Time and time again the wrong order gets delivered now tonight my children don’t have dinner because I have only been delivered drinks!!

Took my granddaughter for a treat for her birthday. She loved that you could get cucumber sticks instead of chips. Breakfast wrap is very good

I ordered at 12.38pm and my order didn’t turn up until 14.17pm, the food was cold, the fizzy drinks were flat and to top it off some items were missing, I am extremely unhappy and would like a full refund on my order.

We ordered early to beat the rush and assumed the food would be ok as courier prob not so busy, but despite this, both meals were too cold to eat upon delivery and had to be reheated.

Service and food really varies sometimes I am only queueing for 5 other times 20 from roughly the same point in the drive through. Often the burger is made well on occasion it has been slapped together. The food is usually a good temperature.

I asked for no gurks in my triple cheese burgers both arrived with them even though on the wrapper it said none in but my brother is allergic to them so he couldn’t eat them

This McDonald’s branch is absolutely terrible. The food is always cold, the fries are limp and stale, and drinks consistently arrive spilled. The ice cream machine is perpetually broken, and delivery delays are the norm due to constant tech issues. It’s baffling how such basic fast food service can be managed so poorly. This place is a complete disaster and shows zero effort to meet even the lowest expectations.

Food was cold on arrival. Not due to the delivery driver as he got here really quickly after the order was ready at the restaurant.

This is quite possibly the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. Order in store over 35 minutes ago, and I’m still waiting as I’m writing this review. I would understand if I had ordered a feast, but two meals isn’t exactly a complex order, and it’s quarter past midnight, not exactly a peak time. If you’re hungry… avoid this McDonald’s!

They are sooo freaking slow, waited 50+ mins for 2 meals and 100% we would have been waiting a lot longer if we didn’t actually ask about our order. And to top it all off products were missing anyway. Save your time and avoid it at all costs!

Yet another stone cold delivery from McDonald’s Waterlooville. This cannot be blamed on a delivery driver alone unless they have spent half an hour driving around with it in their car. This is not the first time that we have had this problem with the store.

I don’t know if you can leave a zero star review, in this case it would be. While the delivery time wasn’t too bad, the food quality was terrible. All the burgers were smashed and the food was cold to touch and taste. I don’t use this service very often, It is something that I will not be using again. What a waste of time and money.

8pm and upstairs blocked as were the disabled toilets after 5mins of trying to get a staff members attention a young man reluctantly answered our question about the toilet. Ate downstairs due to upstairs blocked and ate at a dirty table with staff ignoring the tables around us. Plus point - food really hot. Minus - no accessible toilet, drinks flat and dirty tables. Staff ignoring customers including supervisor and management.

The delivery driver came to the garden not front door. The food was cold. My milkshake was wrong.
