McDonald's in Havant

It is wat it says fast food and served hot. Unlike some who take ages and serve it warm!! Staff very polite.

Despite having more staff than any other McDonalds I have ever been to this is ALWAYS the slowest. Waited 35 minutes for a 1/4 Pounder and McRib meal this week. Bag and everything else looked fine. I can only assume these were dropped on the floor before being put in there? Save yourself the time and effort and visit the location in Havant. It will almost always be quicker and you'll have a better meal.

The meals were ordered on the app.The big mac was cold as were the chips. The coffee was not avaliable, also my daughter's happy meal was not in the bag handed to us, despite being ordered on the app. Used drive through, food was not ready and was incomplete, and cold when we arrived. We were disappointed.

This McDonald’s is notorious for taking FOREVER to get you your food. This has been an ongoing problem but no changes seem to have been made. Drive thru line is always through the car park so people parked up can’t get out. Hopefully some changes are made!

App order didn't work and then got order wrong. Won't be going back to that Macdonald's

It's a McDonald's. So no real surprises about anything. Good parking, but drive-through queue can be long and slow. Inside the service is good, plenty of staff, plenty of seats. Can get very busy with all the food delivery app drivers - - -

Shocking delivery from Uber. Half hour wait to have our food delivered. Sauces missing. Stone cold. Waste of time.

Perfectly fine place But sometimes you have a bunless burger but mainly this place is fine 4 stars

Always check your food bag as every time I’ve been here it’s always missing something. Like how do you forget to put a sharing cheese dippers in bag 🤣 Good thing about the place is there not stingy on sauce. Life hack add the sauce onto your order on sides and they have to give you that amount 😉

I ordered on the app, was waiting in collection bay for 40 minutes, decided to check on the order and was told to come back in 5-10 minutes when I came back they said ohh because we ran out of cheesy bacon flatbread the app order didn’t go through, then I was told I could order through the main till but because it was past 11 then 20 mins later told I couldn’t have it. Absolute joke wasted an hour of my life for what? Glad to say never going again absolutely pathetic customer service. Can’t believe the manager sent someone else to tell me, must have some good managerial skills

It took to long ..had to wait 15min for my food and it took 5min to order as well

The food we ordered was cold. I have t used your service for more than a year, and probably won’t use it again. In principle it should work, but when the operative delivering the food don’t care it doesn’t work.

Order confirmed really quickly and the food set to being prepared, However the time for delivery got put back Twice This means by the time the food was delivered it was cold, Suggestion would be that the resturant doesn't prep the food until driver

Not a great McDonald's. One or more of the following things normally happen... Either the app doesn't work for this location or the mcflurry machine is broken or they take 30 minutes to do a click and serve order or there are wrong or missing items. The drains outside smell like someone has shat themselves. If you like this kind of thing then you will love it here.

I don’t understand how a “fast food” restaurant can take up to 45 minuets of waiting for 20 chicken nuggets and large chips. My order number was on the screen in “preparing”for 45 minuets and then disappeared. I was then asked what I had ordered and had to wait another 5 minuets. This shouldn’t even be a thing. To wait nearly an hour total for your food is absolutely ridiculous. The worst mc Donald’s around. I have never waited that long at the cosham mc Donald’s.

Food is always hot, and service is pretty good for a McDonald's, I eat McDonald's a lot and thus is the best one by far.

Generally, you get a pretty quick service, and the food is 9 times out of 10 hot! If you do have a short wait, it's because you're getting nice, fresh, cooked grub! No one seems very good at assembling a wrap! 🤦🏼‍♂️ Update... Had to wait for a really long time in the drive-through after ordering. The food was hot, but It's a shame the 2 grilled ceaser salad wraps ordered turned out to be 2 crispy chicken sweet chille instead. Seems no mcdonalds staff can work out the difference between crispy chicken and grilled as this has happened at 2 other branches!

Delivery system is shocking. Never get orders right. Drivers give out wrong orders and won't admit it their fault. Tonight was the first night I managed to go to the store and pick it up after delivery messed it up. Manager was very helpful

The order was rescheduled four times. When i called mcdonalds they said it was the driver. The delivery turned up at 20:54 with a time stamp of 20:01. The food was freezing cold and the coke was on its side with the coke spilled all over the bag.

My girlfriend is gluten free so I removed the bun from her big mac and all that come in the box was lettuce and sauce, NO BURGER

This is a yoyo restraunt you would believe its he same restraunt one minute we're getting the best service ever Next they ignore you asks for help. I was ordering using the mcdonald's app on the screen and it freezes mid order and when switching screen it won't let me log and they don't bother to come have a look at what's going and seeing people's orders returned as its wrong does not give me faith. do better!

I have to commend the staff who helped today after a delivery order was completely wrong as my son had ordered burgers without a bun due to having coeliac and when it came they had buns. They were quick and efficient at sorting it out.

Ridiculous if you want a delivery absolutely do not use just eat first time I have use it in ages and it’s as shocking my order was just never delivered I have 3 young kids waiting for there food that did not turn up and absolutely no communication no number to phone nothing to what a joke

My Big Mac arrived with a note saying they’d run out of sauce. It was bland, cold and unappetising. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with this restaurant . How can you run out of sauce in a 24/7 restaurant??? I have given this restaurant the benefit of the doubt several times but no longer. I will go to another McDonald’s in future. McDonald’s need to start preparing an order once the driver is at the restaurant instead of making it and leaving it on the side waiting for driver. Too many times now food is cold

It's hit an miss. Having the council estate over the road, you know when it's dole day. Staff are friendly. Foods slow to come out. Normally wrong if you change anything.

Always waiting no matter the time of day. I don’t mind during peak periods but several times there’s been no more than two cars in the drive through and still end up waiting half a hour.

Absolutely terrible service..ordered from limited menu as there were a lot of things out of stock..waited 45 minutes for our food (paid over £30) while the staff were bickering and arguing in the serving area..4 staff members pushed in front of everyone else and got their meals first..then when we eventually got our food and got it home it was one meal short. I phoned the branch and asked if the missing meal could be delivered as I couldn't get back their and was refused. Ridiculous excuse about the delivery drivers not being insured. Would never use this branch again..appalling!!

I asked for no lettuce and they give me a burger with just cheese and the patty despite asking for extra pickles I only wanted the lettuce taking off not everything else there’s no sauce, pickles or onions

Came in for a sausage and egg McMuffin and waited well over half an hour. The service is terrible and the manager was hiding around the corner out the way from the customers.

Staff were very unfriendly and the service was poor. Avoid this branch if you want a decent McDonalds and a pleasant staff experience

My food was over 2hours late I ordered at 5:50pm and it was delivered at 8:30pm! The food was freezing cold and inedible!

Ordered at 19:30, as per labels the food was prepared and ready to go by 19:48, wasn’t delivered until 20:48. Arrived cold

If you can’t deliver when you say you will then don’t offer delivery and our food after an hour was cold. So maybe don’t make the food up straight away xx
