McDonald's in Havant

Took my granddaughter for a treat for her birthday. She loved that you could get cucumber sticks instead of chips. Breakfast wrap is very good

45 minutes sat in the drive thru queue is not my idea of fast food. Should have just gone to Costa. Would have got it, eaten and been home before I even got my food from here 🙃

Service and food really varies sometimes I am only queueing for 5 other times 20 from roughly the same point in the drive through. Often the burger is made well on occasion it has been slapped together. The food is usually a good temperature.

The worst service ever in a McDonald's that I ever visited.

They are sooo freaking slow, waited 50+ mins for 2 meals and 100% we would have been waiting a lot longer if we didn’t actually ask about our order. And to top it all off products were missing anyway. Save your time and avoid it at all costs!

This is quite possibly the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. Order in store over 35 minutes ago, and I’m still waiting as I’m writing this review. I would understand if I had ordered a feast, but two meals isn’t exactly a complex order, and it’s quarter past midnight, not exactly a peak time. If you’re hungry… avoid this McDonald’s!

Ice cream melters burger freezing

Food was freezing cold again and every time I complain just he doesn’t do anything about it

half my order was missing and what was there was cold .

I don’t know if you can leave a zero star review, in this case it would be. While the delivery time wasn’t too bad, the food quality was terrible. All the burgers were smashed and the food was cold to touch and taste. I don’t use this service very often, It is something that I will not be using again. What a waste of time and money.

Crew trainer Aimee is one of the rudest girls I have ever had the displeasure of meeting in my entire life. Absolutely terrible service

8pm and upstairs blocked as were the disabled toilets after 5mins of trying to get a staff members attention a young man reluctantly answered our question about the toilet. Ate downstairs due to upstairs blocked and ate at a dirty table with staff ignoring the tables around us. Plus point - food really hot. Minus - no accessible toilet, drinks flat and dirty tables. Staff ignoring customers including supervisor and management.

The delivery driver came to the garden not front door. The food was cold. My milkshake was wrong.

Food was freezing cold, we was missing both McFlurrys and a Coke Zero and I have requested a refund which was rejected for no reason. Out of pocket without the food. Order took forever and estimated times was constantly pushed back. Will not be ordering again.

This isn't the first time it's happened. Driver was told to wait for a drink I hadn't ordered. Food was stone cold yet again.

It's normal for McDonald's, quite often seem to miss an item out of the order which is why I always order and collect in house.

once maybe but twice now, I should of got free chicken nuggets and never, I don't even get a free voucher for next time. shouldn't promise this if you have no intention of delivering it. not happy so thinking of changing to another delivery company.

Very nice as always, food is always hot, and service is pretty good for a McDonald's, I eat McDonald's a lot and thus is the best one by far.

Awful experience. Ordered through the drive thru. Tried the app first and it kept freezing and wouldn’t take my order. Relatively simple order Large Quarter pounder meal (no cheese on burger due to allergy) Two cheeseburgers Large fries 3 Chicken selects 9 chicken McNuggets BBQ dips Drive home, open bag it contains… 1 quarter pounder with label on box saying no cheese, but burger itself has cheese on it 2 large fries No cheeseburgers No chicken selects No McNuggets No dips Drive back to McDonald’s Get order corrected Drive home Most things are there, quarter pounder is correct Still no bbq dips Chicken selects are broken and look like they are half eaten. When put together there was probably 2 whole selects. Not the first time we’ve had to get order corrected visiting this McDonald’s. While I was waiting for order to be corrected I saw another person also come in and ask for drink to be changed as it was wrong. Moral of the story, never leave the premises without checking your order.

Breakfast MC muffin was cold, hard and dry, wasn't very nice at all

Again nice food but disappointed as order a large chicken donner kebab and would like to have some meat with the onions !

My whole dinner was cold, only refunded me £3.09, came in just the McDonald’s bags, at least have an insulated bag to give the food a chance to stay warm!

Absolute joke two hours wait and food cold

I’ve had a few issues with this restaurant when I’ve gone in person. Thought I’d give delivery another go. The food was stone cold.

This restaurant is constantly messing up on their orders whether it be the wrong items sent or missing items altogether. This is not the first time its happened and it doesnt make any difference on whether it was a small or large order!!

Food is typical McDonald's obviously but this place in particular is bad getting the order wrong on a lot of occasions and I don't go here that much anyway.Also when I do buy from here the food is below par fries are not good the burger just about warm and as such won't be going here again

Attempted delivery to to the wrong address (similar sounding) and took several calls to try to get to the right place meaning food was cold and congealed when it did eventually arrive. Paltry offer of £3 refund felt insulting.

Even by McDonalds standards this place is awful. Had rude staff on the drive thru and hugely delayed delivery's on the app (2 hours+) as well as multiple missed items off orders and cold chips. AVOID.

Kids jumping all over seats using the place as a meeting ground. 1 boy half naked wearing a dress strutting about in the female toilets. Never ordered a thing just made guests uncomfortable. Staff did nothing.

Completely the wrong order delivered. Drinks (that I didn’t order) were handed to me in a dripping wet bag finding that the drink had spilt and was half empty now all over my floor.

Good delivery. Friendly. Mc Donald’s never got the ice creams.

It is wat it says fast food and served hot. Unlike some who take ages and serve it warm!! Staff very polite.

Despite having more staff than any other McDonalds I have ever been to this is ALWAYS the slowest. Waited 35 minutes for a 1/4 Pounder and McRib meal this week. Bag and everything else looked fine. I can only assume these were dropped on the floor before being put in there? Save yourself the time and effort and visit the location in Havant. It will almost always be quicker and you'll have a better meal.

The meals were ordered on the app.The big mac was cold as were the chips. The coffee was not avaliable, also my daughter's happy meal was not in the bag handed to us, despite being ordered on the app. Used drive through, food was not ready and was incomplete, and cold when we arrived. We were disappointed.

you never delivered out order!!!

Two McRibs were missing from the order so two people didn’t get their food. Only solution is to reorder.

This McDonald’s is notorious for taking FOREVER to get you your food. This has been an ongoing problem but no changes seem to have been made. Drive thru line is always through the car park so people parked up can’t get out. Hopefully some changes are made!
