McDonald's in Havant

didn't get my surce that I paided extra for not happy.

I ordered the Minecraft meals 2 of them they are more expensive and no collectibles were delivered they are more expensive for that reason alone and was still charged that price

food was good but dips that were meant to come with chicken selects were both missing. poor quality control

Large coke missing no straws or napkins and no sauces that I paid extra for it’s happened To many times now

Ordered my food, grabbed a table and tucked in.. Found my milkshake to lack taste so returned as believe the machine was having issues only for a snotty lady to walk away, return and simply say.. Its working fine.. Not good customer service really..

well ordered food stone cold plus in one box it was completely empty should of been a double cheeseburger.A empty box cost me 7.24p with no food then person I spoke to who was a young lady who said she was the manager said the order that was put in was a no cheese no patty no bun no nothing so why would I order that. Your staff need to be proper trained.I paid 7.24:for a empty box be warned ppl don't order from Waterlooville McDonald's absolutely pathetic customer service when I rang the manger

Driver said he was outside. Showed me a photo saying he had been outside for 30 minutes. Clearly changed the time on his phone. Got a call saying he wasn’t and could see in tracker he wasn’t outside then all of a sudden within 5 minutes he was outside. Lier !!!

This is the worst McDonald's in Hampshire. If your near by go to Havant instead. Incredible slow, never answer the drive in, food is cold and looks like it was prepared by a blind person in boxing gloves and takes forever to come out. Working in McDonald's is easy but these guys make it look like rocket science.

The driver ignored the not stating not to ring doorbell as our baby was in bed asleep! she rang the doorbell and woke up my toddler. The note said do not ring doorbell but instead knock lounge window. I am not happy that she ignored this, and I want this down as a complaint towards her!!

Have no chips with any of the meals and no cheese slices in the Philly cheese stack. This has ruined our meal

The delivery side of things was perfect. The person dropping off the food was a nice and on time. It’s McDonald’s that continue to miss things on orders 😂 figured we would check out the Stormzy stickers so ordered the food coincided with them. Didn’t get the stickers. Talk about false advertising. Also no straws for the drinks… because yeah I love pouring my takeaway drinks into mugs 🤣 the missing sauces I can get over because to be honest the partner has enough ketchup at home for a chippie.

Things seem to be improving at Waterlooville Mcdonalds - that's two recent orders that have had no missing items ! They were also more or less on time, although they could be a bit warmer.

So I ordered a chicken sandwich meal no lettuce, but cheese on it they used a different chicken to the normal chicken for a chicken sandwich it was spicy & over done & i ordered 9 Chicken nuggets & only got six but was charged for 9 this McDonald’s is useless & the staff in their are useless

I have had issues with this restaurant in the past but each time, after a while, I give them the benefit of the doubt. Tonight, the meal was 40 mins after initial delivery time and was again, stone cold. I won’t be using this restaurant again.

Early morning misery with some of the staff! Food us going downhill with presentation, things are just thrown together. On drive through, you have to check your order too for it being correct. You allow for mistakes but when on a journey and time is limited your order should be right.

We had completely the wrong order delivered. This had happened numerous times. Very disappointed. So no food and now having to wait ages for refund!!!!!! Very unhappy.

Check orders before sending them out. There is always something missing. Food stone cold, was obviously bagged too early as driver got here in good time from the restaurant

The food was basically cold. The coffee lid was not sealed and caused a spill. Both on bag and to area when removing. You could I should check lid on in the bag before extraction but in the moment it is likely that you would not think about this. That said food was still ok.
