Great 24 hour maccy's, lots of parking, if you've got kids there's a play area outside, loads of inside and outside seating as well. Big restaurant inside, kept pretty clean and tidy, 4 self-service machines, and overall just a brilliant Macdonald's. Ice-cream machine and milkshakes being available is a 50/50 chance as it is with any McDonald's. Generally quick service, really lovely and helpful staff, and good value for money. However, my most recent visit dropped 2 stars here. The lady at the drive-thru took forever to take the pre-ordered code from me, while 3-4 people were served at the other drive-thru, then took the most disgusting, sarcastic time with me. We've all worked a rush, it sucks, but pull it together and just do the work. I have no time for that attitude, and despite the 2 colleagues (2nd window and person delivering food) being lovely and polite, that nasty woman on the drive-thru just sucked what little patience I had left. She needs to just sod off home, take a hard look in the mirror and decide who she wants to be because the current choice is lousy and useless at best

Omg a real nightmare at the drive through today! Was told to go to second window and waited for over 20 minutes before I went in with others that were waiting and my order was inside. The order was wrong and chips were cold. Returned and was told the chips were kept under the heater and kept warm. After insisting they were cold and showing the manager I finally got replacement fries and left. The McFlurry machine was out of order too which left my grandchildren upset after promising them a treat. Very disappointed with the service today and won’t return. Two weeks ago the service was also very poor with burnt buns and cold very weak coffee. The toilets were filthy.

Lately, the service has slowed or the location is too popular either way there is always a long wait/delay going through the drive-through. And the day they get my order right will be a first. I always want to check but the trouble is, to unpack will create further delay for everyone else behind you. And forget going inside to order or collect .....the fact that customers bother to go inside and should get a little priority is long gone. The pecking order is delivery drivers first and foremost then drive thru and lastly those that bothered to get out of their car and dare get face-to-face customer service or priority. Everyone ignores you or you wait a lot longer ..... Seems all the priorities are the wrong way round .....sorry for the bad review but this used to be the best mac's around but I guess their priorities have changed and they becoming a victim of their own success .....Good luck Update: although not too busy tonight, a marked improvement although they still forgot the dips ......it's a good result .....hope they manage to maintain the momentum.

Unfortunately, this McDonald's is unable to get an order correct. They frequently miss items of food and generally get the order wrong. They stick labels on saying something is removed from the item, but they haven't and this could be a really serious issue for people with allergies and could be fatal. I have complained numerous times to the store and head office, but they don't seem bothered. I now drive to another location when possible, just to avoid the perpetual mistakes.

Certainly not up to the usual standards of McDs, the burger finally (not at a peak time, upwards of 10 minutes) arrived in a state where it needed more assembly than an IKEA wardrobe. After sitting down to eat, was informed that, despite there being no signs advising, the numbered tables I was sat at were, in fact, for delivery drivers.

We went to eat here yesterday and we got food poisend. Its was prob the fries, they were cold and soft when we got them even though we are eating it there.

We waited for 3 hours for them to then forget most of our food, if i could put zero stars i would have!!

My fries were cold. My McFlurry had completely melted. I didn’t get all the sauces that I requested and the delivery time was continuously changing.

This place is absolutely disgrace, Staff couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery without it going wrong. Always have missing items when using delivery from this restaurant and the managers / shift runners just palm it off via aggregators. Which clearing is accuracy problems their end. Re training and checking every order go out should be done.

Always busy, service is always slow for a "fast food" chain. Vicky who works behind the counter (shorter, with dark hair, late 30s probably) is lovely though, she is always on hand to help with any problems and is very apologetic, probably the hardest working person there. Whilst waiting 20 mins for our food, we watched how the process works and a lot of staff not really achieving much. Manager looks miserable /hungover, he wasn't very helpful.

this order took over and hour and a half to even prepare the meal then it never turned up so I had to go to bed for work. thos is a disgrace I had to order from a different restaurant and now am out of pocket!!!

The driver was sat on her phone outside my house for at least 10 mins that's why my foot was freezing cold and the wrap is bland it doesn't taste of anything!!

I ordered a double big Mac, ate nothing else today.. two burgers onto the top of the sandwich, salad and sauce only on the bottom, are they scraping the workers off of the street? people need time off? shocking even for their standards 😔

I ordered food via Uber Eats and waited around 2 hours for it. All that came was 3 sauces. Even though I ordered the offer which had 4 burgers and 4 medium fries and also 5 chicken selects. This is disgusting and completely unacceptable. The poor delivery driver knew it was wrong but reluctantly delivered it anyway. Baring in mind mcdonalds sauces are FREE lmao how insane

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever used. 1 in every 3 orders is at least an hour mate. The other 2 are usually cold.

Nuggets come with dips - none included when delivered. Paid for extra dip, they didn’t come either. Not the first time this has happened, staff should pay more attention when packing the order.

I never got my food and was charged for it and had to reorder. After Someone Either the Courier or Restaurant said that it has been delivered. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR AND IT LOOK LIKE THERE IS STEALING GOING ON. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAS THIS EVER HAPPENED TO ME. BE AWARE. ALSO THIS COMPANY DOES NOT SOUGHT THE SITUATION OUT STRAIGHT AWAY AND YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR AN INVESTIGATION TO TAKE PLACE BEFORE YOU GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

Over 1:30 hours late. Tried to phone and was told my food was waiting from a driver. They were not wrong arrived stone cold. Clearly they had made it up and actually left it there then sent it after being sat on the side for hours. Then they got the wrong burgers

My lads order food for delivery from the waterlooville branch, seriously can't remember the last time something wasn't missing from the order. We voted as a family to use berger King in future, never had an issue with burger King delivery.

Lately every meal we have something is wrong with it, today by far it was awful. The whole meal was stone cold, the baps were soggy. The milkshake and mcfluffy had melted. Just awful, it all went in the bin

Order the 17.99 deal 4 burgers and chips only received 2 burgers !! This is getting ridiculous now every time cold or missing stuff I paid 17.99 for 2 burgers and 4 lots of chips absolute joke !

not a complaint about just eat again an issue with this branch making food way too early and arrives cold after being stored on a non heated rack awaiting collection. or the send mcflurrys melted so no quality control or h&s standards. this occasion like many food items were missing.

Another good meal here. Only shame was upstairs was closed which meant everyone had to squeeze on the small tables downstairs. Understand why they don't have upstairs open after a certain time of night but it was a very rainy windy night and it felt cramped downstairs.

Couldn’t recommend less. They got my order wrong when coming through the drive through, then told me it was my responsibility to check their work before paying and refused to exchange the food. They constantly have missing items and it’s usually cold or poorly put together. Go anywhere else.

They still don't five milk with the tea. I always have to ask. Staff are really good. Especially the two women that cleaned up a huge mess yesterday. They do not get paid enough to deal with what they dealt with.

I got an order confirmation at 21:29, I even started to cook myself some pasta at home because it was 11pm and I was tired and wanted to go to sleep at this point. I even called the restaurant to see if they had my order because the courier had supposedly been at the restaurant waiting for almost an hour at this point and got told I ‘should’ get my order. Then just after 11:30 our order turns up. Suprisingly had everything I wanted delivered with the exception of the dips. 2 hour wait.

This was the first time and I'm very pleased to say the meals were fab!!! They weren't stone cold and missing items it was actually really lush. Thank you!!

Ordered 20.50 arrived 23.00, 2 hours the time kept changing. If they were busy they should reject it so then we could order from someone else. Food was freezing and the ice cream was completely melted
