Quite crowded as it's in central London. Have to wait for your order in busy times.

You can order downstairs, at the entrance and upstairs. There is seating only upstairs

DON’T BELIEVE THE SURVEYS!! While we were eating the employee told us to fill a survey at the link in the receipt. We did, but he stood there the whole time, asking to put “Very Good” in all options. He just stood there, serious and menacing, commanding which option to chose, and we felt soooo pressured, please DON’T BELIEVE THE SURVEYS!! I’m writing this review from the toilets. Someone is knocking. I think it’s him. Somebody help

A McDonalds like any other. Always full and always equally delicious.

My favourite McDonald's in Oxford Street, service with a smile. Clean and can charge your cellphone on the pad. Busy but fast and food is hot. Oxford Street is busy and crazy but they got everything under control. I promise I will always come back

Cheese bites were nasty, fries were good.

I just ordered a Mcrib. Very Poor standard, large chunks of onion and hardly any sauce.when i asked One of the assisants for some more sauce. I was told that they did not have any. After so many years of waiting for a mcrib what a hice disappointment

As far as McDonald's go, this one was alright and did the job.

The place is full of uber eats and deliveroo. Takes 15 min plus to get your food if you don't mind waiting.

They didn’t make part of our order correctly. After waiting 20+ minutes for a basic hamburger, and a starving child, we had to the counter to finally get it.

Horrible place with zero hygiene

A chaotic McDonald's. In contrast to Germany, it takes some getting used to. But in the end everything always worked out.

Ordered a mcmuffin but came without the egg and it took 20mins to be ready and I was in a rush because it took so long so couldn't go back to tell them to add it.

Very busy and orders were coming out very slowly, also you struggle to obtain a seat, if more than one of you it's best to grab a seat and then order. Tried to order on the app but it wouldn't let me so had to Q up to use one of the in-house screens. Also I caught COVID from here as it was so crammed out with people.

Came to pick up an order super late as I went to the wrong McDonald’s address. Shola was really sweet and smiley even though it was close to closing and he even remade part of our order to ensure its freshness! Best service ever had to write a review 🙂‍↕️

Managed to get a quick meal. Was very busy but got some seats.

Morning coffee should be stronger than the afternoon batch, but it's getting worse, more like water than coffee. I ain't buying coffee at McDonald's anymore if they do t fix that. And the toilet was disgusting, the general toilets were closed but the one for disabled people was yuck yuck yuck.

I ordered a side salad and while i was eating it the employee came and gave me another one and i said that i alredy have one but he said “it has been dropped on the floor” when I already ate half of my side salad when the employee came he didn’t say anything and then he came back, and i had to wait about 30 mins for my food to come when i only ordered a chicken burger and a side salad so i went to ask the lady how much longer will it take so i did and all she said was “locator is upstairs” so i don’t really like the service but the atmosphere was great upstairs

I just ordered a bacon chicken wrap. I told them please don't add bacon. the girl working on the front said ok we will remove it. When I ate time bacon was inside. It was the biggest disappointment and I check it to the bin the item I brought.

I was having a terrible day until sabeel showed up in my life. His amazing service and smiley attitude is the sole reason for my 5 star review. He was excellent!

It's often the little things that can turn a morning upside down, but I must say the staff, particularly the manager on duty during that early shift (whose name unfortunately escapes me), handled my predicament with outstanding professionalism and grace. Her calm demeanor and readiness to assist made a world of difference. She promptly addressed my concerns and ensured I was taken care of, which not only resolved the issue but also uplifted my mood. It's not every day that you find a manager who genuinely cares about customer experience, especially in a fast-food setting where speed often trumps service. As for the food, it was consistent with what you’d expect from McDonald's—hot, quick, and satisfying. The scrambled eggs were fluffy. Overall, despite the initial hiccup, my visit was redeemed by the exceptional service from the staff, particularly the morning manager. It's these moments of customer care that turn a simple breakfast into a positive experience. I left feeling appreciated and satisfied, ready to tackle the day ahead. Thank you to the team at this McDonald's branch for turning my visit around! I would certainly recommend this location for its accessible service and commendable manager.

It was too expensive, and I paid for a soft drink and never had it. I will go to Burgerking next time.

Thé toilet has been closed for a long time now. Everyone has to use the disabled one. Which causes long queues!

Typical McDonald's in downtown London. Extremely busy but the service team always ensures that the tables are clean. You may want to avoid lunchtime if you want a table. Otherwise everything is ok.

I went in yesterday to this MacDonalds for a quick bite, but got discouraged by the queue, however, the Macdonald’s employee standing at the entrance noticed it and went above and beyond to help me get my order and even brought it himself to my table with a big smile. It was the first time I had this incredible customer service treatment at McDonald’s and was very pleased and surprised, I also know that due to the sheer volume of customers this is not possible all the time. I just want to say a big thank you to the lovely bearded man who helped me out, that level of customer service never goes unnoticed

Food was very cold, no seasoning / flavour to the fries. Place was not clean, bins spilling over, toilets not the best. Quite a few unruly customers about. Overall, not impressed!

I am big McDonald's fan I have the app and everyday eat here but today I tried to do a different combinación with some Wasabi food but Anita a side manager ask me not to eat otherwise she had to take out! And in a very rude and agressive way she asked me: you go to Wasabi to eat McDonald's or Dominos etc, also she was talking to me very close. I asked her why she was talking to me like that because maybe its not allows but thats not the way to treat me when I am everyday client because I work in the same área. Its sad that I had to write this because the other McDonald's workes are amazing, lovely and always very kind, specially María, a Polish lady.

Amezing food and service as other mcd

The potatoes were very good, they came with packets of ketchup and mayonnaise, and the strawberry and banana smoothies were also good, but the strawberry one had a slightly strange banana taste. We also ordered a chocolate cookie, which was very good, although a little cloying. The bathrooms are very good, clean, they took a while to serve us. They have forgotten to bring some things, but when we told them, they fixed it.

It’s alright for center of London

zainab she is excellent. We ordered table service when she took food we didn’t even realise we ordered 4 sauces but only received 1. We wanted to ask others for help but she came back with the other 3 sauces. She is amazing way exceeded our expectations

The employees were stressed, they forgot my Fanta and the sweet and sour sauce. I didn't like the atmosphere.

Sunday June 30, 11:00 p.m. It is true that there are many people, and there may be confusion with orders. Anyone can have an error and missing a hamburger or a complement is understandable. But our order was missing 2 burgers: triple cheeseburger and quarter pounder with cheese. Additionally, the sauces were missing and they also mistook one of the burgers for another. In total, we have paid about ten pounds more for what they have served us. As if that were not enough, and although there were still 45 minutes left until closing, they closed the bathrooms and did not let us use them. I empathize with the workers and understand that it is not just their fault, perhaps there is a lack of personnel. But the order has been incredibly disappointing. PS: In Spain the service is better and also 24 hours…

Extremely difficult app to use. Three occasions and simply is too complicated. Uncertain where food will be delivered to. Unable to use free voucher, not going again any time soon. Extremely loud and Mens WC not functioning within unacceptable long queue for disable WC. All very poor, a member of staff also did not return when asked a question.

The McDonald's is very clean and when we were there they were even cleaning thoroughly. I watched the lady and she also wet the corners. You have the opportunity to order your food at at least 10 electrical counters. We were only there to have coffee in the morning, it was very relaxed and quiet.

We had lunch at around 1:15pm on Sunday. There was plenty of seating, no wait though it got full a bit later. Good seating, most restaurants would have packed far more tables in such a prime spot. Table service was great, food arrived within a few minutes of ordering. Toilets kept quite clean even though a lot of non-customers use them.

Fur such a busy location, they really know how to deal with the customers and the crowds. You might wait a little longer for your food, because of the number of orders, but it was fresh. There only issue is the random people who device to hang out there.

Got a Lotus mcflurry Large When I got it, it was melted, liquid. Too busy to ask for another one. Never going to this branch again.

Bigger space available at the back

It's the only pub in Chingford so you have no choice! Decent choice of ales (5/5), but I suspect too many to maintain the quality (3/5). I may be being harsh, so try for yourself. (Chingford is a really nice place. Great for shops, eateries, and bars for the youngsters, but not good if you're seeking the original 'Tetley's' experience 😊)

The choice of burgers is much more diverse than in France as well as the prices much more attractive!!!

The service and atmosphere was nice, but the burger i ordered earlier has curly hair on it, maybe it's a goatee coming from one of their male employees. I complained about it to their officer and they replaced it with a new one and didn't even say sorry.

( summer camp ) There were 36 of us, 31 children and 5 adults. An hour before we asked them to reserve, which they did, big surprise when we saw that they had reserved a full room for us. top We were served extremely quickly. top The lady who served us was super unpleasant, that's the big negative point. Some things were missing, due to a problem with the order, they refused to give them to us, we had to pay again. One of our cokes had a very, very strange taste, the manager bothered me for 5 minutes to CHANGE A Coke. Once her manager arrived, he ordered her to change it, which she did. It should have been a 5/5 but our customer experience was lousy because of a manager and an employee who think that McDonald's belongs to their father. However, we recommend it for groups. Ps: the toilets are filthy

There are always a lot of people, long queues, but you can have a snack.

Ultra urban McDonald's, no surprises, food is what it is. Pluss for fast service, and cleaning from the tables, big minus for smelly and disgusting bathroom.

This is a very busy store, but no excuse the poor service. I've visited this place many times when on Oxford Street, and the atmosphere is always like hurry up and get out of the store. Kids love it because it McDonald's, so what can you do!

Not great and relatively crowded

Service and atmosphere were standard, no issues there. The food however was 'okay' for fast food. I'm not sure if it was because I don't usually eat McDonald's these days or the time change recently, but I suffered a migraine which included nausea for several days afterwards. For this reason I have to give a lower rating and I feel it is best I avoid the franchise in the future. Thank you for the Big Macs in my younger years 🍔.

Disgusting service was given to my partner, the table waitress Toyin interrupted her and my family's meal to tell her that she is not allowed to put the tray on the bags of shopping and that she must leave it on the table. Another colleague asked politely if the tray was finished with, and took it away. Only for Toyin to come back and interrupt again for a second time demanding where the tray was. When my partner explained she left and continued to stare at her for the rest of the time! Is this the usual behaviour at this Branch?

Worst ever Mc Donald’s I’ve ever been to. Chips/Fries hitting an all time low. Not even fully cooked, tasted stale. I’ve now lost hope in the brand.
