McDonald's in Hartlepool

Food was cold order was completly wrong had to bin the lot as i have allergies to what they packed it is freezing cold all the time the staff are lazy clearly ordered on just eat never again

Workers where not the best I had an milkshake but the milk was out of date

Spent more time chatting to each other in the back.

Ryan was Brilliant. He noticed I had been standing waiting for a good 15 mins for my order and got me a fresh latte as mine had gone cold waiting for my food.

Food was slow but I've had worse, the atmosphere just doesn't work. With it being a shopping center it's always dirty and theirs always one distraction atlest, as for the food I ordered a 6 nugget meal, got the nuggets and 4 of them tasted off compared to the rest, I ate em anyway cause I was hungry and I paid for them only to now be almost bedridden with what is almost certainly food poisoning, do not reccomend unless your desperate and AVOID THE NUGGETS

If i could i would give 0 stars. Absolutely horrid experience every time and i never complaint but this time is unacceptable!! I ordered 2 flat whites over 10 min orders kept coming qnd passing through my order number , i asked one of the team members if she can chase my order , it was lost!! Again and is not the 1st time. I than had to wait another 5 min the coffees been sitting on the shell untill someone said ahh the 2 flat whites. no apology no nothing!! NEVER AGAIN. Thanks for running my day again!

I recently visited the McDonald's restaurant in Hartlepool and overall, I had a decent experience. The location of the restaurant is quite central in Hartlepool, making it easily accessible for people living or working nearby. Finally, I did encounter a minor issue with the receipt printers from the ordering system being broken. However, the ordering function worked as expected, so this wasn't a major problem. Loads staff Frendly. Take out. never any salt. Food always cold. Staff calling for number 73 I was 17 and it was my order only 3 people waiting come on. Coke warm and flat. Always wait a long time for a fast food place seem just eat comes first. Staff member asking another staff member a question over ice cream. What's this it looks like dog shit topped with biscuits. Tonight I was really p***Ed off total joke I didn't go back for 6 months the last time I used them I will not be returning no this is the worst mcdonalds ever.

Dirty and horrible. The seating area was filthy tables unclean and the floor was dirty and sticky. And wer constantly reminded that they close at 5 even though it was 435 so we felt rushed and unwelcome and to top it off there was a dirty diseased pigeon eating the food off the floor next to where we were eating, insted of the staff getting rid of it she said "o hears my helper to help me clean the floor"

Ordering from the display is a nightmare, one wasn't working and the other was not responding well, had to keep tapping the screen. At the end of ordering no receipt so lucky I saw my order number. There was no deliver to table so my partner and daughter sat somewhere and I waited for my order, the number was there and then vanished. I kept asking and they said it's coming but in the end they delivered it to the table and I was still standing without knowing, my partner had to try and shout me over. Needs sorting out. Food was good though.

Service is good and food always hot but the cleaning of the seating area is really bad. All you see the cleaners do is stand about and talk while what ever table you sit at is always coved in food or spilt drink. It's not just a one off its literally every time.

Used to love this location but recently it's become a joke. No table number displays available I am unable carry acteay with my order. Seriously itsctimevthe manager was sacked only good thing about me not using it any more iscthatvim saving money 1/10

Had to wait 10 minutes for a coke 🤬🤬 They need separate staff and work places for deliveries coz it's like this every time we go in, it's never been fast food but it's getting ridiculous

The cleaning there was awful, no one cleaned them self service machines I watched 15 people use them but never got cleaned once , why is that , cleaners walk around with cloths ,cleaning tables service numbers , she told that cloths get used ever hour my idea would use wipes throw away wipes , everytime , all there doing is spreading germs around , the tables are always dirty and sticky , I've reported this further

Ordered and paid at the machine one medium meal got given a table number I even asked a member of staff if it would be brought over to my table or do I have to go get it which she stated i would have it brought to me 20 mins later still waiting after people who arrived after me were given their food straight away no problems I went to the counter to enquire about my food to be told my food had been waiting there for the past 20 mins! Food was soggy and fries were stale waste of money definitely won’t be back service is appalling

Staff where lovely but as it was after school hrs the chips where past there holding time they where awful and the sauce on the burger did not taste right it left an awful tang in my mouth I'm just waiting for the upset tummy

Bought a sausage egg muffin today was a disgrace all broken and squashed with egg hanging out the muffin. won't be going again in a hurry. It wasn't even busy

Service poor and was given COLD FRYS this happens regular, Cold frys then to wait longer for hot food.

Today i bought my grandson a chicken nugget happy meal, when we got to the car he opened it and there was no nuggets. My grandson was very upset plus id asked for tomato sauce and they gave me hot sauce. Im not happy i will be making a complaint.

Offer a great range of food and drink for reasonable price.

10 minute wait for 2 coffees and a tea... drinks just say warm when you get them... waste of time and money visiting here. Anyone wanting drinks only... better off going to greggs next door...

The pancakes were Asgard as a rock. Couldn't cut them. Worst meal. The sausage was good and the coke was cold.

I personally have worked at Macdonald's for the last 10 years and this particular one is just beyond a joke buy some hamburgers and didn't even get any ketchup in them it ain't that hard they weren't even grills they were just normal hamburgers honestly I felt like you need help in training your kitchen staff just makes me laugh you got people who can't even make a hamburger but you couldn't take on a person who was fully trained on made for you and the old system that's your loss I quite frankly will never ever go backwards in my life and work for a silly company like yours

McDonald's in hartlepool town centre service is very slow and food was cold.

If you like your burgers warm it's the place to go I like them hot so I won't be back
