Great food from here at a great price give it a go

Don't order food took 2 hours 2 get delivered food was.cold don't get me wrong but your better of going 2 shopping food is nice e but u want 2 be able 2 eat it when.its hot or straight into bin it goes and a waste of money

Food is good as always. But items missing (we ordered Parmos and they were meant to come with chips but they did not).

had them a few times they really nice and no problem with the delivery 👌 😌

food did not look the best it was just say warm when it arrived chilli sauce was horrible and the fish was so dry and the pizzas where swimming in greese unfortunately it's an 5/10 for me

Can’t fault anything about the place! The food is quality and tasty, old school type pizzas and full of flavour! Amazing price as well! It’s my local and favourite.

Food was on time but bearing in mind, live less this a mile away, stone cold! Never again!

Over 20 min late rang shop to be told still about 15/20 min after 30 min rang back still hasn’t left the shop couldn’t tell me how long just waiting for the driver not acceptable cancelled order want full refund never agin shocking service

foods unreal well worth the money for the portions my fish n chips could of fed 3 the berns wrap could of fed 3 it was massive deffo b ordering again

One of the best chip shops in Hartlepool I recommend this to everyone absolutely gorgeous food but the curry sauce is not very nice at all so I never order the curry sauce now but everything else is perfect just beautiful 10/10

Order wasn't right stated garlic on the wrap as usual no garlic for the second time. And no salad on the burger wich looked like it had been driven over.

3 different times given. and still no delivery rang shop and my order hadn't left yet I want refund

kids sat hungry for over 2 hours. Didn't arrive so asked for money back. Abysmal!

Really nice clean chip shop. Fish n chips was nice, fried fresh and in clean oil. Staff are lovely . Will try a pizza or kebab next time

Normally ok from here but tonight the wrap looked like a 5 year old had made it without garlic wich i asked for, and the chips were literally a bag of scraps

Always come here for me and my grandad. Love the food. Man running it is lovely. Shame to see he’s never very busy as he truly does try to do his best. Would love to see him succeed 👍

Battered sausage lovely and crispy not soggy like some other places curry sauce is amazing also the munch boxes are really good value

Fantastic service really big portions and great prices and real chippy chips couldn’t fault the place and all delivered to my truck top marks

lunchtime specials are fab value however the pictures a re slightly miss leading ... looks like you get a separate tub of sauce etc. however it comes all in one carton and the sauce over the top which isnt wrote anywhere? , I'd happily say extra for separate maybe a option to add?

i ordered a few different items and everyone was as good the food is great its delivered while still hot no grease on the paper best ive had in a long time

Used to love this place but two wraps last night and hands were swimming in grease,unfortunately were unable to carry on eating it both went in the bin.i don't think it's the shop itself but the staff haven't a clue.

Can’t give any stars as both fish and chips were overcooked,greasy and the oil was disgusting should have been changed days ago ,used to be lovely this is the 3rd time now that they have been not up to standard will not be going back ever again

Unedited......there was no way that was fresh pizzas.....they were rock hard and went straight in the bin...plus the wrong sauce was sent....very unhappy customer

Kebab meat very nice chips nice garlic sauce and salad lovely but only issue was no hot chilli sauce on the pizza when there was suppose to be so 0 spice

The food was really good just a shame on it being late but was given a free bottle of pop

Ordered small parmo wrap and small sausage and chips. Food was lovely big portions especially the wrap. Prices are very good. The only complaint was delivery time stated 1hr but took around 1hr 40mins.

Took over a hour food was cold and they forgot my daughters order with took another half hour to come never again

I try alot of takaways 2 reasons 1 im 6ft 6 and 21 stone and im a builder so go from town to town. But this place is amazing. Prices are very good , food is all cooked on a timer, staff are great. Best one so far its a 10 out of 10 from me.

Tried it for the first time myself my other half and grandkids won't be going back
