McDonald's in Bolton

This is the second time this week we have ordered and had items missing from the order, tired of paying for food i dont receive

30 minutes late and half of the order didn't turn up. Rang up and was told they'd sent the order out. Didn't even get the half of the order that was sent out right.

charge £8.99 for a big mac meal and don't even send you the collectable minecraft figure I offered to go collect it and they said I can't shocking

Wrong, wrong order was delivered only brought drinks instead instead of menu

The food was cold and undercooked chicken strips and nuggets and drinks spill

I’m yet to try the flaming sauce because every time I order it they never send it….

Didnt have two of the items requested. They sent a bottle of water instead of Shamrock Shake (machine had started cleaning). And nothing to replace the flurry. Did not leave a not on the bag to explain.

Disaster, 1 star overall 5 star for atmosphere as the incompetence is genuinely entertaining. The NHS has a shorter wait time

delivery driver said he went to jump start wifes car. 30 mins late 5 kids waiting for food. plus 1 burger missing from order. Joke

None of my collectable items came with the meals

Constantly forgetting things. Missed out the nuggets and a wrap, it’s so infuriating when you charge so much extra online and the main parts of the meal are missing.

Ordered 9 chicken selects, only received 5. Not sure how the staff are only capable of counting to 5. What a joke

Order hasn't been delivered.. been waiting over 2 hours, even if floored ..2 hours is completely unnecessarily long.

The food was absolutely freezing cold and both set of fries and big mac were inedible. The order was delayed four times, and the delivery driver was very rude.

The delivery driver does not communicate at all and did not share location on time even though I contacted mc Donald’s directly and they said order was dispatched 10 mins and did not get any updates for a good 25 mins

Asian girl behind the counter had tissue in her hand blowing her nose rubbing the boxs and laughing to the other staff i was right behind her watching i pulled her in it run straight in the kitchen and hid absoultely terrible to do that on purpose i feel sick i forgot just so you can avoid this place its the mcdonalds near cineworld in bolton

I also want the delivery cost refunding as I've paid for something I haven't even got so I am now out of pocket. this is a really bad service.

Food cold, I asked for my money back after waiting 20 minutes for a meal deal. Which isn't even a deal anymore as everything now costs a tenna.

Food cold drink spilled and missing items

I had to wait 30 minutes for a wrap meal and they forgot my chips and had to wait an extra 5 minutes for some chips!!!!!

3.5 hours late . No way of cancelling the order

It wasn't delivered so I phoned the place I ordered from to be told all deliveries were out even though mine had been ordered over an hour ago , 40 minutes later a driver appeared and tried to give me 100 minutes old stone cold food that we sent back

Driver went wrong way, out of the way, food was cold and order was wrong. Time after time mcdonalds leaves a lot to be desired . Cant get the order correct cant provide hot food, how hard can it be? Must do better

I have received the food stone cold. The delivery driver was at the restaurant for over 30mins and it took him normal time to get it delivered. This mean the food was sat in the restaurant to go cold or been giving food that has been out for too long which creates health and risks. I got £5 refund , considering the long wait and not being able to eat the food - it’s unacceptable!! I would like further investigation and full refund.

I want his number his face was so dreamy and I fainted he gave me mouth to mouth and twisted my nipples to wake me up this is the man of my life

No mcflurry or chocolate milkshake and wrong drinks were delivered . Not happy Never ordering from here again and finally It would not let me get a refund

Was only passing through after driving a friend to pick up a van & this branch of McDonalds was dead opposite. So glad we popped in for some lunch. So different from the usual two branches I use..The food at this particular one was well made, piping hot, tasty & not just thrown together....Delicious! Thoroughly recommended!!!

Went into McDonald's Blackburn road Bolton yesterday with Mrs and 3 grandkids at tea time, not busy! ordered food costing £50, went upstairs to eat it and everything bar the latte's were cold, they also didn't put in the fruit bag that was on the order. Went downstairs to the counter to ask for the fruit bag and said to the manager that was preparing meals that the food was cold, at this comment he just turned away? As I was with my family I decided not to make a scene but I will not be going back there as the food was well below standard and customer service doesn't exist.

Mcspicy was literally inedible, rock hard and dried out. Chips were stone cold.

Not very often a give a 5 star review but this guy thoroughly deserved it. Such a friendly man & carried out my instructions to make the Mcmuffins fresh. Absolutely Brilliant

it said it would take 20 minutes, then they kept adding time, finally arrived 1:25 after after I ordered. everything is cold like it's been sat waiting, avoid this place if you get it delivered. absolutely disgraceful.

my drink arrived in the bag on it's side in the bag and was leaking everywhere so leaked all over my lounge carpet and ended up with no drink

Great place, spacious, lots of seating and efficient staff. Huge plus for me , the toilets were clean, and the tables had been wiped which you don't often find in fast food restaurants now a days.

delivered quickly and hot but missing the free 6 nuggets. not such an issue as they were unexpected anyway but shows on the receipt and then not in the bag.

False advertising, they have a breakfast deal for £2.99 advertised next to the drive thru, when I asked they would not let me buy for cash, on top of that they forgot to put my egg on my mcmuffin

My food was ordered at 7:24am ans arrived at 8:39M over an hour later the food was freezing and whilst following my driver on the map he made multiple stops along the way so my food was freezing cold…. Not happy one bit

50mins to drive 1mile!!! finally food turns up delivered by a guide dog, that was passing over the Atlantic on the way!!! Even the birds won’t eat it.

No hash browns were delivered. The food was freezing. No bacon roll. Waited 50 minutes for order that was missing items and one person went hungry! Absolute joke! Coffee was freezing too. Must be complete imbeciles that work there!

I waited nearly an hour for the food to be delivered even though it's only 2 miles form my address. The food was cold and like cardboard. The ice creams had melted. The food had obviously been sat for a longtime waiting to be collected by a driver.

Usual type if macdonalds but if they mess your order up DONT complain to the assistant manager AMANDA I swear to God you would want to punch her within 2 minutes she is rude as hell and she thinks she owns the place outright apart from that it's pretty good

Food came happy meal boxes were open food was so cold by autistic was expecting a sonic toy and he ended up with a book and he is unwell due to have a infection and this was try and get him to eat

My delivery has not come after i put the wrong address and the delivery person had put deliverd after I messaged him telling him the right address and he seen it.

they missed off my mc chicken sandwich and it's the only thing I like to eat because of the sauce, I don't like literally anything else from McDonald's main menu, everyone else got their food luckily but now I'm going to bed hungry, i normally dont leave bad reviews but this McDonald's always seems to miss items that I want its just really frustrating
