McDonald's in Breckland

I was desperate for the toilet but felt guilty about just using the facilities so bought some food and a milkshake. The food was awful, tasteless chicken burger. The milkshakes are no longer the best. All in all it was rubbish. The toilets were clean though.

I have eaten McDonalds every day for the last 30 years, and they never truly disappoint. I was very impressed with the food (not counting the time when my quarter pounder's meat was replaced with a blade). Troubles aside, I enjoy maccie D here in Thetford, especially nowadays when it tastes like alcohol.

I always enjoy eating in but it’s not very often but when I do it’s always clean and staff are friendly and help.

Ordered a Mcflurry. One ice cream. Immediately put through on the system as 'please collect'. Finally handed over quarter of an hour later, almost entirety melted, having presumably sat on a shelf for most of that time. Stop fiddling the figures and just serve people!

Went to order my girls something quick to eat for on the way home so they didn't have to wait to get home I ordered and waited 15 minutes called someone they told me they were waiting for fresh fish figured which were being cooked when I recieved the food the fish fingers were in fact luke warm so got lied to about why I was waiting for like they missed the order because shortly after speaking to someone they shouted through and also printed of a receipt from.the till. Not happy. No apology nothing. Shouted the number out put it down on the side and walked off no offer to help rake it to the car or anything.

I think McDonald's speaks for itself

I've been to this McDonald's a few times always did the drive through and food has been really good and fast but today I got it delivered and it was the worst takeaway I've had chicken so dry and hrad I only eat 3 out of 9 chicken selects

Nothing wrong with the driver but the restaurant left out my sauce and collectable from my order

Low quality food at a expensive price

Paid extra for three minecraft meals and not a single one came with a toy if the toys are unavailable then they should be taken off the app it’s unacceptable to be charging more money for something and not deliver it

Went through the Drive through. 30 minutes later still no food,still waiting in bay 1 . Husband ended up going in.(Staff talking,how loverly for them). No food ? he then asked about our order then they sorted it. FINALLY!! Disgraceful!!. Ony ordered 3 burger and 2 fries. Will Not be returning to Thetford 29-32025 and No apology.

Food completely wrong order, over two hours late and this is not the first time from this McDonald’s and not only that drinks smashed everywhere and the food which was not even our order was stone cold.

Ordered katsu wrap as takeaway. Opened wrap, if that's what you call it. As everything fell out over my clothes. Katsu sauce everywhere. Won't be buying that again

food arrived hot and fast. friendly delivery driver, cold foods in separate bags to hot foods. 🍦🥤🍔🍟

Spent £16 in the app, click and collect, to receive no food. No customer services to contact. Only a virtual chat assistant which gets stuck in a loop because it's missing menu items.

Most of the order missing and arrived cold. Not impressed

Cold food , cheeseburger supposed to be plain but had ketchup there no straw for drink, only was able to eat ice cream nothing else

Our food was completely cold. Had to reheat in microwave and they forgot the chips. Rang them was told to collect the chips. Didnt bother as defeats the object of getting it delivered in the first place. Won't order again like this. Disappointed

Every time I place an order with Uber Eat I have NEVER received a correct order. Every time something is missing. I made so many complaints that uber blocked my account for fraud. I will NEVER BUY FROM YOU AGAIN. Wrong orders, damaged products. You are INCOMPETENT. Change job if you are not capable of working at McDonald's. I have never had such horrible experiences anywhere as with you. You suck

My order never arrived, was seen on cctv giving my order to the wrong guest so clearly didn’t ask for the security code

Very busy Friday afternoon, still my customised burger was ready in no time.

I've never seen a food establishment, so infested with flies. Literally about 50 flies buzzing around the table. Told the staff they didn't seem too fussed and just agreed with us. V. Poor

They constantly rip you off by not giving you your entire order when you get delivery.

Rude manager, got the order wrong then when complained said it wasn't when the label clearly showed it was. Paid extra for extra burger and didn't get that either, gone down hill since worked there

Visited drive through this morning and placed order. It showed on screen what I ordered and proceeded to pay and collect. Parked up,and order wrong. My wife can't eat egg, and placed order to replace with bacon. Took in and fully explained, to be told that's not the menu. They did change after 10 minutes explaining, and when back to car, they'd given me what I took back. Total waste of time and money. Straight in the bin. Disappointed with managers attitude, and having to explain why no egg required. Listen to your customers in future.

Food was 25 minutes late, all was stone cold. Imagine not being able to get a pickle in the middle of a lopsided burger? Fries were inedible they were so cold. You don't get much for £17 nowadays. On the plus side, the 258 napkins will come in handy for something. Won't be ordering again and lastly they turned me from a Darren into a Karen.

I had something missing and when I called McDonalds told me that I need to speak to the driver…. Unprofessional

I always enjoy a good McDonald's, especially for breakfast, although the all round menus are pretty tasty, I usually go for the specials most of the time. This is a nice McDonald's and the drive through , or at least getting to it is different and not easy to find for newbies at this location. I still found it fine and got my food.

Asked for extra lettuce, onions and pickles. It seems the staff decided it'd be funny to add so much that I had to remove most of it. Real funny guys, congrats on earning yourself a 1 star review. I'll buy from literally any other McDonald's going forward.

A typical McDonald's experience. Nothing more, nothing less!

Awful experience. Turned up at 1 in the morning to use the toilet and too get food. Turned away to eat in and use the toilet as they only had their drive through open. Went to the drive through and ordered at about 1:10, got told to wait in a parking spot for the food and ended up waiting 1 hour for my food! When i got the food it was cold and definitely NOT worth the wait! Completely understaffed and you could see the frustration in every customers face!

Came at 1:00 in the morning for food and the toilet. Wasn’t allowed in to go to the toilet as apparently shut inside after 12:00. Went through the drive to get food. No warning about the wait. 1 hour later still waiting for our food!

Breakfast muffin sausages tasted like they were scraped off the floor a week ago… Egg wasn’t fully cooked it was like jelly one bite it was in the bin. Coffee was good though

Not a fan nor frequent visitor of McDonald's, and find they're usually abysmal but we were about to commence a 4hr car journey home from Center Parcs, so needs must. Was really pleasantly surprised by how nice this one was - unbelievably clean, the food came within 2 mins of ordering and the staff were so friendly. The food was mostly nice too, although the ketchup is disgustingly sweet and the milkshake wasn't like I remember it, instead was lukewarm, syrupy and sloppy. Minor details though, defo recommend this Maccies

Delivery driver got delivery code wrong came back knocked on my door. I told him delivery code on the doorstep five times before he had given me my food.

Chips warmish at best, burger assembled in a hurry no care just thrown together not exactly a takeout to enjoy, even if it is fast food there’s no care in preparation or the look of end product

There was a wait for the delivery which is understandable due to high demand on NYD, however the food was cold when it arrived. Obviously where it had been just sitting there with no one picking it up to deliver it.

Delivery time changed about 10 times, started at 5.50, ended at 7.20, ordered cheese dippers and it didn’t come with the dip, also paid for an extra sauce and it didn’t come

I'm not happy. I had to wait 25 minutes for 2 drinks that I ordered on the app and then went through the drive thu. Was asked to wait in bay 1, When they finally came out with the drinks, 1 drink was half full (large mango & pinapple smoothie). I sent this back to be filled up!!! The other drink (large Biscoff frappé) had not been mixed properly. There were still big chunks of ice, so I couldn't drink with straw, didn't know this until I got home.

Usual fast food restaurant. The grandchildren loved it. I like the plant based burger

We had a coffee, free wraps and chips and two gold drinks. It's all right. It was very clean. Tidy good atmosphere. Nice to sit and chat. It was quite busy. Stuff were lovely. Very nice. McDonald's
