McDonald's in Huntingdonshire

Very slow service, not helped by about 2,000 delivery drivers waiting for orders! They ought to stop that nonsense. I can just about rember when McDonald's was a Fast Food Restaurant, not any longer.

No drink or sauce that I paid for

Came for a 'quick' breakfast as is so called fast food, took 23 minutes for 1 poxy sausage mcmuffin. Won't stop at these services again

Mayo chicken was not included and delivery driver was rude

Shocking service. 3 times my order has been done wrong the managers dont care all they want todo is dell with the delivery driver and not the people who are in the restaurant

Food is what you’d expect. Service with the new machines is so slow. Bring back normal human ordering!!

This branch advertises as being open 24 hours a day. This morning I visited at 2am, the restaurant was empty apart from one employee who said they were closed due to a system update. When I questioned that you are meant to be 24 hours he said we are but we close everyday at 2am for a system update which takes about 20 minutes, then they reopen. So they aren’t open 24 hours. Please amend your opening hours to avoid me passing by other restaurants that were open including the McDonald’s on the A14.

The food was pretty much cold by the time we got it. The large sprite was only half full and lukewarm, just a bit disappointing really

Drove to wrong address & cold food

Raised politely an issue with undercooked food. Refused to consider it, look at it or to change. Stated "cooked to perfection" when clearly raw. Never had such an experience before in a macdonalds. Will not recommend unless raw undercooked food with ignorant staff is your preference.

I ordered food at prior to midnight only for my food to never arrive & when I check back the on app after generously giving it more time to arrive. It tells me my food arrived at 00:30. DESPITE them changing the delivery time to 25-45. & THE FOOD NEVSR ARRIVING & YOU STILL TAKING MY MONEY! Disgusting behaviour

The restaurant was very busy, but what else do you expect at 7pm on a Friday. The table service was excellent, and the wraps very good, although the fries were not very hot, which rather detracted from the enjoyment. The only real - and significant - minus point was the men’s toilets, which were disgraceful. The floor was awash with indeterminate fluids, the nappy bin was overflowing, and the smell was pretty bad. If there was a separate assessment for toilets, they’d deserve no more than one star. McDonald’s needs to pay more attention to keeping those facilities clean. Disabled access was pretty good. However, there are very few disabled parking slots (all of which were occupied when we arrived). In the end we parked a fair distance away, which made things difficult for my wife.

4:15 closed 2024.08.29. Worked inside the building..

Stated I had a tomato allergy and ordered a triple cheeseburger with no ketchup. The burger came with no allergy label and was coated in tomato ketchup, if I had taken a bite it could have been fatal. Stay away

Worst mcdonalds around..orders always wrong..times I've had to go back to get missing items..its not just me either, others have said same..

order came missing 7 sauces, one burger had the sauce from inside smudged all over it, arrived cold

It is jolly hard to find. It is behind the M and S simply food and it feels like you have to go the wrong way down a one way road to get to it. You know what to expect food wise so it was worth it though.

I would not even give a 1 star. Litteraly now about 1.30 am visited brampton hut intercharge MC Donald . Absolutly disgusting staff stand in between door not let any People in to.order food and to do toilett . Open 24 hours a day.!! I had severly disabled little Child with me Who desperatly needed toilett and even thought the MC Donald staff not even let the Child go for toilett ..absolutly ridiculous.

Opening times not accurate. Only drive thru open 24 hours. Avoid. Rude staff.

Restaurant is 10mins away driving, food took 1hr30mins to be delivered, food was cold, milkshake and ice cream melted.

No sausage in the sausage and pancake! Therefore over charged!

Both Happy Meals were shoved in one box and the food fallen out of all the bags, the other box was slipped underneath the other. No ketchup for the kids Happy Meals as requested or the dip for the mozzarella bites as requested.

Drinks half empty as driver must think he is Colin McRae so half drinks for all. egg McMuffin no egg one very upset child

It's maccies, nice big open area outside to eat in, food was hot and tasty

Food was fresh and hot, service was helpful and friendly. 2 hojrs free parking with plenty of spaces. It was quite quiet when we went in and tables were cleared but a lot of the tables needed wiping down

Been here before but this time was worst ever Maccies meal. Ordering system wouldn't allow hot drink on all meals. Food options seemed limited by the ordering system.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the young man got me an allergen leaflet when I told him I was a coeliac and the young lady who served me explained that I could have a mcflurry plain which would be gluten free even though the leaflet didn't have that option. I was rather disappointed with the salad, some green leaves, 2 thin slices of tomato, 2 thin slices of cucumber plus a rather dry chicken breast. When compared with the burger my friend had it certainly wasn't value for money so I won't be repeating the order. I was disappointed that in the UK there still isn't a gluten free burger option, a pity considering how many coeliac's there are in the country. So overall I would say it was ok, the fries were lovely and hot but as for the rest could do better.

It's not 24/7 restaurant, yes there is about 5 employees sitting outside after 2200 smoking and saying their closed. Avoid if you're traveling at night as you won't eat here.

Delivery driver turned up to my house opened the back doors of his car to see a empty just eat bag without my order, proceeded to say that he forgot it at the store and would cancel the order so I wouldn’t get charged, we have just called the McDonald’s that we ordered from and they proceeded to say that the food had left the building clearly indicating that the driver has either delivered it to the wrong house or he has eaten it for himself. Too slow to be bothered. Probably the slowest McDonald's in the UK

I did not realise that there was a specific end to start consuming first. So as I was finishing-having started at the wrong end-the last contents of the wrap went over my shirt. Fries were cold and way to salty. Coffee, however, is about the best that you can get anywhere.

McDonald's is not like it used to be serviced is very non public since they changed the system and the food keeps changing and never the same twice in a row it really is junk food

Not 24/7, always shut when we rock up just after midnight, not even the drive through is open, coned off. Same story once managing to gets someone's attention, system update, will reopen in 20-25 minutes. We get there at different times and so don't trust this is true and what is worse, is how many people they will put off even approaching the place when you have a bunch of youth (the workers) just outside the entrance to the place which you have to walk right upto. I've read earlier reviews saying same thing and so the management clearly don't address these issues. Being on the road all night, you need a reliable stop to grab a coffee and this is not it, shame. Can't comment on food or service, because there wasn't any

No chicken nuggets in happy meal, no sauce. Food was freezing!!! Absolutely awful.

Worst service ever. Chicken in All three burgers were hard as rock. This is 2nd time when I have faced such issue with this particular outlet. Really not happy with how burgers were made. Very very disappointed.

Just been to drive through at 220 am on 10-05-24. Sitting at window waiting for food to see a member of staff sat up on the counter foot on shelves. Then to top it off she’s sat there playing about with her nose ring and picking her nose. Disgusting behaviour. Pretty sure this isn’t in their training on how to behave in a work place and Especially in a food / takeaway Environment.

As always, good food on the go. I just wish they would sort the printers in generally all there stores as they either have no paper or ink is faint and for expenses so customers need receipts and I’m constantly having to get the desk to print them

Handy place to stop for a brake, usually quick to get through. Info,, lorries remember to turn right at the roundabout to the BP lorry park. So many end up reversing back onto the services roundabout, straight on is a dead end.

I’ve been here a few times now, usually 1st thing in the morning (4-6am) each visit I’ve ordered 2 black coffees, to which I’ve have to wait over 10 minutes…. What’s worse, no one else here in the restaurant, no sense of urgency nor apologies for the lateness of the order. Also the cleanliness of the restaurant was WOW!!! in a BAD WAY! Bins over flowing, rubbish across tables. On a plus, had a manager called Ben, come and sat with me to apologise for order being delayed (15minutes), I explained he was very understanding and apologetic. Fingers crossed things will change.
