Food was cold and hard, still waiting for my refund

Food arrive 20 minuets late and only the chips were a little cold overall pretty good

An entire large meal missing from.order with no communications. 7 days for a refund. Jokers.

Cold food and late delivery. 0/10 for service

the driver opened up the delivery bags and took two lots of fries out, the bag wasn't even sealed with the receipt which I realised after he left. I am very unhappy with this

Food was ok, a bit cold. Katsu wrap was very tasty and it was nice to have the milkshakes after what seems like forever without them 😂. Driver was friendly and it was less than 10 mins late around dinner time so I'm not complaining

Pokémon happy meals, you give me the box but no cards? What a joke of a company false advertising. We got the masked singer toys in a pokemon happy meal box! You’re not out because you released them 24 hours ago! 4 moody children want their cards!

I’m a fan of McDonalds but I think their standards have dropped! It’s like food made with no cares! My order is almost always missing something and quality of food no as expected anymore! Shame! If the continue like this soon they may have to close some restaurants!

My son is diabetic and took his medication ready for 19.50 however he had to eat before the food arrived, so his meal was wasted . The delivery was half hour late and cold

Everything about the order was great apart from the food was only just like warm but otherwise all ok

Not the restaurants fault but the food arrived cold because the delivery driver took 50 minuets to deliver, they were picking up other orders. Ours was picked up at 7pm and delivered 50 mins later, obviously cold.

Chips and burgers were cold on delivery, whilst Mcflurry’s were near enough slush, so glad i didn’t leave the courier a tip if this is the service they provide.

I ordered food at 1830 hrs and it took just under 2 hrs for McDonald's to fulfil the order , courier was very prompt, but order was missing an item and chocolate milkshake tasted odd. very disappointed

Took over an hour to get here. When predicted time was half an hour to 40 minutes. Wasn’t delivery drivers fault they got the order and delivered straight away. Was the restaurant that took a little longer

drinks tipped over, so half of each cup was in the bottom of the bag, dips missing too.

The time kept increasing. After 15 minutes the time of arrival had gone from 20 minutes to 45 minutes.

Again, missing Ketchup (Ketchup Dip) and cold burgers and fries..

The driver was very polite and apologetic but the restaurant had him waiting over an hour for the order.

Delivered OUR food to someone else it’s a joke now as this has happened 3 to 4 times before it’s literally a joke

food is usually warm from tower fields but food just delivered from brampton was hot

This courier is always rude whenever he delivers to my address! he makes comments about how little or large the delivery is, or how often we order! he is a vulgar human! My children are autistic and have ‘Safe foods’ this being one of them

Visited this McDonald's for breakfast as a service stop for when we were driving back home from London. We had breakfast. It was takeout only. The food and service was good. A nice McDonald's

Worst McDonalds. Second time have used as it’s the closest and both times have missed orders off. Didn’t realise until got home on the first one so had to drive back. Second time, ordered on McDonald’s app to find items missed again. Phoned up, told they can’t do anything as they don’t have any drivers. Really bad service, was children’s treat and now have 2 unhappy children. Also noticed chips are undercooked on both occasions.

Only downside, is it smells of wee around the area ( ie... Truck park)

the delivery time kept getting later and later. The app said the courier was at the restaurant. I phoned McDonalds and they said the driver drove off and cancelled the order. The app still said the food was being prepared and the courier was at the restaurant. About 25 minutes later the delivery arrived. The food was cold and items were missing. It was clean, service was quicker than the average McDonald's I've been to, and was asked to be helped (which is unexpected at a McDonald's typically)

Scruffy. Brand new but really dirty, bins overflowing with rubbish inside and the parking lot full of rubbish too. Not the usual standard of macdonalds. You can only order at the screens here yet the staff aren’t picking up anything or clearing the tables.

Gone to a 24hr McDonalds, 4 cars in the drive through, come at the entrance. People in the restaurant, go up to the door and an employee comes over and says there shut but no reason why.

took ages to come, food came cold. half my drink was in the bag, as it spilt on the way. chicken was dry and hardly any sauce.

Delivery was great. Driver super friendly and on time. However on mcdonalds part, the "large fries" were all only half filled and some of them semi cooked

I was served by a man named Josh Oxborough who introduced himself at the drive thru after I said that I thought I knew him. He then proceeded to take my order and we had a chat whilst paying and waiting to go to the next window. As I pulled up Josh changed windows and served me my food. He then asked me to wait due to delay and then we went to the third window in which we waited for about 10 minutes for the food. He apologised for the wait and I drove off and thanked him. I then realised half my order was missing. So I went inside and then asked about it to Josh and he said he'd packed everything and he started to get annoyed and proceeded to grab my milkshake and throw it at me. I won't be using this mcdonalds again

For a McDonalds it was very good. Clean with helpful, friendly staff. Great place to stop off on a long trip.

The mcspicy chicken was tough . When I looked closely it wasn’t cooked all the way through. There was no straw for the milkshake and no dips were provided .

Usual expensive garbage fast food. Do yourself and your body a favour and do not eat anything there. Completely crap processed food cooked in rancid seed oils.

Utterly shocking drivethrough service. Two simple meal orders. For my own admission, I didn't double check the order when paying, but it was such a small order I didn't think about it being messed up. When I received the order through the window, I opened the bag to check, and half the order was missing. When I complained I was met with a blank expression. Not sorry, or my mistake etc. I was passed the single hamburger without the fries I ordered. I was then told I didn't order any fries when I asked where they were. I explained that I did order fries. Yes, I'm aware it is my fault for not checking the tiny order I placed but come on! How difficult is it to listen to someone ordering a plain hamburger and medium fries and a 3 piece chicken select meal. The biggest issue I had in all this, is that surely customer service is paramount in these establishments. Rather than being told sorry and given a medium fries as an apology for both departments messing the order up, I was then made to drive around again and order the fries. The que was large and by the time I got to the serving hatch, the attitude of the girl serving was horrific. Just handing the bag out the window and not even making eye contact. Not a sorry, nothing. Just a bad arrogant attitude. There was a supervisor hovering in the background at the serving hatch and clearly made the call to make me drive round for a medium fries. Disgraceful customer experience. Do better!!!!

Recently refurbished, very clean and the drive through now has 2 lanes of which allowed for a very quick and easy process.

Well situated off the A1. Great service and food. Very large car park and a nice drive through. Overall excellent.

Not open 24hrs as stated on their own app, I’m a night hgv driver, was attempting to get food and coffee, doors locked and cone over drive thru at 0245

Communication is non existent and delivery with 1 hour notice ends up up 1 hour late and cold!

Average at best. I don't know why I get food. Even the previously proud cheap coffee is not cheap anymore?

The delivery time was changed so many times it ended up taking 2 hours. I really do not feel that this is acceptable to be honest.

Today I was treated badly.... While waiting at the counter I was ignored by the staff, then I waited 10 minutes and reminded myself that I was still waiting, I heard that the lady would not serve me.... I don't really know what the argument was, lack of knowledge of the cash register or cash register not working. Thank you for the morning coffee 👍

Where is my refund for my cold food?!!!

Had several missing items and chips were cold. I got a refund for the chips but not the missing items. lost over ten pounds. Not happy.
