McDonald's in Glasgow City

Was a concert I'd been to but food cold never had anything hot from Macdonald's so left 90percent of it atmosphere most folk arguing with each other I felt sorry for staff but food was terrible and I mean rubbish

This mcdonalds is the worst for delivery. They always are either missing items or get the order wrong. Missed all the fries from my last order and delivered 20 mcnuggets that were over cooked, cold and missing all the dips I ordered. Finally learnt my lesson, I won't be using this mcdonalds ever again.

Young girl serving was VERY inexperienced and not very friendly. She seemed to have difficulty listening to what l was saying. Made me feel quite awkward. She didn't ask me if l wanted sugar for my coffee and did not even offer me milk or a napkin. My food was cold by the time l had to go up to the counter and was kept waiting for a long time to ask for milk and sugar. Why is there NEVER any hot chocolate available?! 🤔 l will not be rushing back to the Trongate branch any time soon. 😑

The place was filthy, trays with finished and unfinished items on lots of the tables at the time were in, I think the staff in here try really hard to clean up after the lazy customers and of course the token tough guy telling young girls where to go whilst trying to drink cans of lager before the football, the staff are to be commended though

time kept changing and took an hour for a spilt drink handed to me side ways and Stone cold food

Dubai McDonald's was a great experience with all the halal produce to choose from

Really unhappy! Wrong food has been delivered & mcdonalds is unable to send the correct one because the driver has already been… with someone else’s order!!

Waited over an hour for the food to even leave the restaurant, for the food to then arrive cold and it legit looks like the large chips are half full. Waste of time and money should’ve ordered from elsewhere.

Order was accepted at 18:30, food didn’t arrive until 21:10- may be due to weather and just eat not having drivers so I can understand that. But then had missing items which was disappointing.

As usual there's 9 nuggets missing..

I shouldn’t have pay extra than your average McDonald’s order to wait an hour and half for the food and drink to arrive and it be practically cold. If I’m ordering a delivery I expect it, at the least, to be hot when it arrives (you know, the bare minimum) and not take 1 hour and 20 minutes?? I really don’t think I’m being unreasonable here.

Delivery man went right past my place and eay to the horth of city and didnt come back eitu my food until 20 minutes later snd tried to blame me.

toaster was solid round the edges and strawberry milkshake was very tangy

Food used to b good here. Now its cold .. always the same every visit.. very untidy .and the staff are very ignorant..no eye contact.makes you feel very unwelcome.also a lot of beggars and junkies hanging around the entrance...

The wrong meal was delivered but refused to be processed. This happened not once or twice. The waiter's attitude was very bad. If you charge a service fee but don't serve, what's the point of keeping your restaurant open?

Over the last few months I have visited theds in Trongate in Glasgow and I must say that on each visit I have had to take the fries back but last night the food was all cold ,the fries were exceptionally cold so I took them back and the girl just took them from me without saying a word she binned the two and gave me another two they were also really cold and limp ans if they had been on the top shelf for ages ,we ate them but I won’t be going back in there because the food is always cold Top marks go to McDonalds in Silverburn were the food is always piping hot and fries are always fresh ,hot and crispy the way they should be .

2nd tume tried to ordered first time didnt turn up second time only juice turned up and phoned the dhop and the managers answer was to hang the phone up

Driver went to incorrect pick location, (it was listed in notes as well) , then asked where I was I messaged the pick up point again because I was stood outside and he still stayed at the wrong pick point. When food did arrive it was pretty much cold.

I give this 5 stars but not cos it was macdonalds. Just because of the elderly lady who works inside. When there is nothing else worth looking at, I can be drawn into how a person does their job and she does it just great! Put her in place of this silly version of a labour government and you would get real shit done properly. One day eh...

Great atmosphere food prepared and arrived at the table very fast great service and nice environment

Completely unsatisfactory in every area of food and service...went with a fairly large group of children, the leader had their orders on her phone and gave the order to employee and paid in full...almost £100 Order when served was completely wrong, children all had bits missing from their orders, when investigated was asked to pay another £60. Finally got someone who helped but we had to leave to catch a train as we had been in there for over an hour. On leaving some of the children were walking along the street eating their food. Bill was sorted but not a McDonalds I would visit again.

what is it about McDonald's I just can't get over how complacent they can be. it's not hard to read orders. missing items once again. I give up won't ever order from them again especially on just eat as they are useless aswell driver couldn't even follow simple instructions.

Some frustrated old lady on night shift. Would refrain from going back. She couldn't stand the fact that she served melted flurries and started shouting for no reason. Aint sure why some crew members are acting like managers!

Not delivered to the right person I added in notes for the driver to call me when on the way and when outside and he did not and was not delivered I have the delivery code so I’m not sure how they delivered it to someone without the code I’m sure it will show on your system that no code was received I have submitted a refund request

Foods always fresh, good size portions. I usually go into the chip shop but got a delivery this time, adding in that the staff are really lovely too.

For 5 pounds you can get a drink, fries, ketchup, nuggets and a burger. Everything is very tasty

Ordered a McRib meal and cheesy bites.Unfortunately the task in hand was too monumental for the staff to handle.I was sent a fillet of fish instead of cheesy bites.🤷

Customer Service/Cleaning staff:Marion, Helen, Maria & Dianne are excellent, keep the place looking lovely, always run off of there feet, sad, as can get very busy,great at their job, food is ok but can be cold.
