McDonald's in Glasgow City

Completely unsatisfactory in every area of food and service...went with a fairly large group of children, the leader had their orders on her phone and gave the order to employee and paid in full...almost £100 Order when served was completely wrong, children all had bits missing from their orders, when investigated was asked to pay another £60. Finally got someone who helped but we had to leave to catch a train as we had been in there for over an hour. On leaving some of the children were walking along the street eating their food. Bill was sorted but not a McDonalds I would visit again.

Serving melted flurries and an old frustrated lady employee shouting at customers for pointing it out. Probably she having a night shift. Pathetic! Shows no respect to the customers!!! Perfect employee with great customer service!!

Some frustrated old lady on night shift. Would refrain from going back. She couldn't stand the fact that she served melted flurries and started shouting for no reason. Aint sure why some crew members are acting like managers!

For 5 pounds you can get a drink, fries, ketchup, nuggets and a burger. Everything is very tasty

It's the wild west. There are so many other half decent food spots in Glasgow. Avoid if possible

The cola was burst and ruined meal the full meal was soaked couldn’t eat it and I’m upset because I was just after an operation. Had too out it in the bin

Ordered breakfast wrap with ketchup, and a hot chocolate. Got a bacon roll and a black coffee. Not the first time it’s happened. Never again.

driver went 2 wrong entrance 2 hospital after asking 2 be delivered 2 wishart street when eventually getting it food was frozen only fit for the bin

Customer Service/Cleaning staff:Marion, Helen, Maria & Dianne are excellent, keep the place looking lovely, always run off of there feet, sad, as can get very busy,great at their job, food is ok but can be cold.

Drink was leaking out the bag soaking all my food and my apple pie wasn’t in the bag

A regular network facility. It's always crowded because it's in the city center next to the train station. The staff does not manage to clean the tables in time, it is not pleasant that the tables are stained and crumbly.

poor service i was there about (03:30AM 8 September 2024). i was trying to go get food inside and the Asian Security shouted at me that they are not taking orders anymore. he should not shout at customers never as he’s not my dad i told him to calm down i’m just trying to get buy food and you start shouting at me. he’s lucky i didn’t do nothing to him next time calm down your security guard or he well know the right person hand 😀 i won’t be until you fire that disrespectful Security Asian

this restaurant should be taken off just eat they have nothing but contempt for customers. the drinks are always warm and not the driver fault . they don't switch on the cooker to later in day . disgraceful

Food was like it just came out the fridge

Notification that the delivery driver was nearby, but he was cycling around for ages nowhere near the house. Then returned to the restaurant. Then the location was turned off. When he eventually arrived, the food was freezing and the ice creams had melted and spilt all over the bag and drinks. No dips for any of the meals. Absolute waste of time and money.

Toilets could be doing with a gd clean every hour

Salvation for us Italians who after a while get sick of eating the usual 2 things and paying for them like gold..

Always something missing from every McDonald’s even after putting in notes not to forget anything ! Missing a bag of melon chunks be lucky to get a refund off just eat lost so much money with McDonald’s don’t get refunded read your notes stop bumping people just theft at this point ! Cheek to charge you nearly £2 for a service charge when there isn’t good service !

Ordered my food around 16:45 and expected delivery time was 17:20 didn’t arrive until 18:10 and once it did the coke and leaked all over the food to the point that it was uneatable.

A chaotic space that needs some TLC, this is a McDonald's that sees a lot of late night activity and abuse. But the morning shift keep it clean and serve promptly. It will likely be carnage at other times of day

Burger was flattened, as if someone ran over it in the car. There was no large fries one meal and no toy in the happy meal, no dips were given for the selects.

Every item came covered in salad, specifically lettuce. I asked for it without and getting launched in the bin because of allergies to someone here. It’s not that hard to do at this time of night. During rush hour fair enough but at this time of night, read the ticket. Will order from anywhere else going forward and I recommend you do the same.

I stood on the door step of the delivery address for 15 minutes minimum after recieving the close by notification! I have yet to recieve my order!?

When I came to the city, I eagerly went here to eat something delicious and drink a good drink. I ordered my favorite McSet - Big Mac, fries and Coca-Cola, also my favorite drink ;) The food was delicious and the drink was very refreshing. I think I paid reasonably and you can pay by card. The service was nice and fast, despite the huge crowd. Clean bathroom. Open until late. I recommend McSet ;)

Chips looked like reheats.. McChicken sandwich not nice there was a fatty bit I couldnt chew it.. Coke was flat and tasteless.

This restaurant should be removed from Just Eat they have absolutely no quality control. nine times out of ten the drinks are unacceptable either because cooler not switched on or the mix is not correct but they don't care they just send them out. Absolutely disgraceful.

I havnt received all extra sauces that was purchased, burgers that were asked for plain all came with the usual sauces like mustard, tomato pickles ect which cannot be eaten. This order was over £40 and i am extremely unhappy

Staff very helpful and all tables were clean. I was been in other McDonald's and half the tables had leftovers on the table.
