Absolute joke of wait times in drive through taking orders every 5 minutes

Wait to long between ordering on screen and pick up

Incompetent staff who cannot put a complete order together. Half the food I ordered didn’t come & uber eats refused to refund. This has to be the worst branch of McDonald’s in Edinburgh. Food quality is terrible, no attention paid to customised items not taking into consideration allergies or anything.

Missing stuff from order and my 2 year olds strawberry milkshake has brown goo inside it obviously not prepared properly and check will be taking this matter further. Horrible to think they don’t check food before handing it over. I will be taking this matter to environmental health I’m so lucky we checked my sons milkshake

Order at 18:30 given out of date food that’s Probably been got held for way too long. These people don’t take Food Safety seriously

Ordered the food came in decent time but I chose takeaway and then it came on a tray I had paid 10p for a bag to takeaway and I explained it to the colleague she then rudely said I need to “pay for bag” I said I did but it’s 10p and she didn’t seem to really care she then came out and put the slightly ripped bag down and walked off and muttered stuff in her native language. Good speed poor staff and customer service

Meant to be a fast food company but we waited nearly 30mins for our food and when we got a few things where missing, Deliverroo etc seem to take preference over everything else and the staff mainly management are very rude and lie when you ask about the time it's taking etc. one of the worse McDonald's I've ever been too.

I went to Mac's and order a grimace milkshake a it was delicious 😋.

Very disappointed after todays visit! Had Mcdonald after a while and was so excited for their Big mac and crispy fries - but it was nothing like that. Both burger and fries were cold and soggy, tasted like it was waiting there for hours. I passed the feedback on to one of ladies but she didnt seem very bothered and said she will look into it with no interest on her face at all.

Usually Medicare food, does the job I suppose. Cheap food. Imagine if you got a burger and it looked like the advert. Instead of some floppy greasy object.

It's a mcdoanlds. Exactly as you'd expect. I was there for the instavolt electric charger which was available and working.

One item was missing. Ordered 4 sauces - only 2 given

You stand in a long queue to order while delivery orders are made and stacked up around you to go cold. No interest in prioritising those customers waiting at the restaurant

You get what you expect from mcdonalds.

I visit this place all the time, I like the food and the staff…

got a wrong milkshake and no ketchup.

They gave me the wrong milkshakes, a large vanilla instead of large chocolate and a medium chocolate instead of medium vanilla

The manager told me that these are vegetables. The salad has already gone moldy, how can I eat it.

Ordered two kids happy meals. Burgers arrived cold, no fries which I am sure is part of the happy meal. One melon squashed so that when the packet opened the juice ran out. Totally disgusting treat for my grandchildren. Grudged every penny.

I thought this restaurant service was bad, but today I received somebody else's order. In fact it was a collection order so the driver must have been handed the wrong order and he either didn't notice it had collection on it or didn't care. This McDonald's service is awful and it seems there's nothing we can do about it

This is the third time now that I've received a very bad service and decided to leave a review.. waited 27 min for a happy meal plus veg burger and fillet o fish meals.. orders shows on their screen as ready to collect 20min before they are ready.. chips were cold and saggy nothing like their advertising crispy not a chance.. that place is just for deliveries not for walking customers.. so be aware.. long waits are inevitable in that McDonald's and no one is at the counter to talk to .. I had to return all my food . Won't go back

Was showing as courier at restaurant for over 40 minutes and then within 3 minutes went to delivery on its way and then delivered??? The food was cold and soggy so obviously this 40 minutes was the courier trying to use Google maps or whatever correctly

FOOD NEVER ARRIVED !!! Absolutely shocking!! Clearly the couriers decide to finish up for the day and take our food home with them! And the PROBLEM with this is, the minute it leaves the restaurant it becomes just Eats issue and the restaurant couriers know this!! So there for get away with it!! Absolute C&N@S

Food was never delivered. Got all the notifications of it being on the way and "look out for your courier" but no delivery. The delivery driver made no attempt at contact. There doesn't appear to be an option on Just Eat for the full order not being delivered. Had to go through the "My order is missing items" and select everything. No idea what's going on. Terrible experience.

Why do I keep doing this to myself🙈🙈 Back again after boycotting for 6 month,service was OK,got a double big mac,I swear they have ran out of burgers and just started cooking bits of rubber welly,chewy tasteless rubber sandel. Coca cola is OK but comes in paper cup and they still insist in these paper straws but heavy plastic lids🤦🤦I mean what am I supposed to use to snort a line of the salt left over from the way over salted chips?? Am I going to go back in and complain,no course not cause I'm still traumatised from the last time I gave myself concussion bouncing my head off the brick wall getting no where. Next time I leave a review on this place couse someone please just send me a picture of a dictionary so I can look up sympathy for myself as it will be self inflicted pain and heart ache.

Driver standing arguing with people in my street for over 15 mins before getting to me then proceeded to tell me what was going on wouldn’t hand me my food I had to ask several times before finally getting it for it to be freezing cold. Not happy at all

All depends on how busy the store is.

The whole order/food was stale, the coke tasted like was fizzy water. And my child’s happy meal was wrong I ordered a chicken nugget and received a cheeseburger happy meal. The chips were stale and cold and the mcchicken sandwiches the lettuce was soggy and brown and the whole thing was cold.

Order food to drive thru then get lied to saying that it not order after paying for it unbelievable bad service happen before as well

I have made an order it was telling me the driver was at the restaurant for almost two hours for it to then change at 9pm and say it had been delivered at 7:30pm but was allowing me to update it and telling me it was coming for the next hour and a half it was to feed my young kids, this is absolute ridiculous and I have proof of this also that I can email over. Update the app it’s absolutely ridiculous and McDonald’s worker was also very unhelpful!

Once again had to go get my food as driver went to wrong place .. kind of defeats the purpose of “just eat”. Food cold of course!

Ordered a simple happy meal with melon at the drive through as a treat for our little one after hospital trip. Managed to get the order wrong 4 times. Gave us a box of nuggets only - no happy meal. The person bringing the food told us it was the right order despite us showing the receipt, then walked away without saying if they were coming back. She proceeded to come back 3 times without the right order…on the 4th attempt - left with 6 nuggets, no melon, no toy, no drink. Insanity.

The food was cold and I followed the driver on screen, we're 5 mins away and it was nothing to do with him, soggy cold chips, big mac stone cold and had NO big mac sauce! I don't know how this happens, it's a McDonald's - how hard can it be to serve their very standard fare?? I just feel ripped off. I couldn't find any way to order the deal advertised on the JustEat menu either btw :(

I didn't receive this order. it was send to my aunties. nobody took an order from yous!! I had to re order to my address. my auntie was in and no food got handed to her! I use yous all the time not happy

Terrible- My chips where so under cooked I had to cook them my self (this isn’t the first time this as happened). My burger was stale, over all it was a horrible meal.

This McDonald’s is absolutely horrendous. Food is always freezing when ordered and it takes an age to come. Not only that your order is never complete. Yesterday our order came with no juice or ice cream and one of the happy meals was missing the nuggets. Telford rd branch needs a complete change over with staff. Managers attitude is so unprofessional in to the bargain! AVOID!
