Food is always cold. It's at the restaurant to long be four giving to the driver. No sauces or straws.

Order did not arrive to correct address this is shocking and should be sorted as this is happening a lot and people are claiming food that hard workers have paid for

Cold food and they forgot the sauces. Useless.

I have video footage of the delivery driver stealing a pair of trainers from outside my door after delivering my food!! I want someone to contact me straight away regarding This issue and I’ll be contacting police

No dips yet again! We’re paying extra for dips and they never arrive, they come as standard with lots of meals but not being added how hard is it to get right, absolute clowns!

Only three burgers were edible out of our whole order of 6 meals and we were missing the garlic bread mozzarella dippers from our order. The fries and nuggets were cold, soggy and undercooked and the customised quaterpounder was also cold and tasted like it had been made first and sat ages waiting for the rest. The order was also really late. When ordering it gave a time of 2o minutes but it was over an hour. Wouldn't have minded that wait if we had known but don't give unrealistic timescales.

The driver came with someone else’s order and tried to force it onto me and had already marked as delivered when I refused this order he then took it away and said I’ll be 15mins and he hasn’t came back with my food at all.

The food was old, clearly been sitting. The burgers are flat like from a tin.

Worst delivery. Spoke to Mcdonalds staff and they tried to play it off as if it was fine, i waited over an hour. Do not risk ordering from here, food came lukewarm. Joke

I order at 7.45 and it arrived at 9.40, I tried to cancel it as time for delivery kept changing but didn’t have the option to cancel when I followed the instructions you give on how to cancel order, I would like a full refund as this service was terrible and not happy to be eating at 9.45 pm

I don't do reviews, but this place forced me to do so. My review is a WARNING - AVOID at all cost. That's the worst McDonald's in Edinburgh (also the worst of all in my personal history) . My last order was THIRD time in row when I've collected COLD, TASTELESS food. Also, not done correctly - definitely not up to McDonald's standards (dry, burnt beef, tasteless cold fries) . I wouldn't blame staff for it, as its clearly either understaffed or - most likely - terribly managed place. Spare yourself disappointment - choose ANYTHING different.

Chips freezing and not a single sauce included. We had sauces for the share box and additional sauces added, all missing. This happens every single time from this McDonald’s, total joke

Food was cold due to the delivery driver going to the same house number but wrong street. I had to message him through the app to say that he was at the wrong location. No apology when eventually turned up .

Just a little annoyed that I paid for items and then didn't get them delivered and had to drive up to get the other items and pay again. I have requested a refund.

I stay a 5min drive from here and food was stone Cole. driver clearly said he was at restaurant when he wasn't so food ahd been sitting for half hour. I get a 97p refund. considering I paid 4.60 odds for delivery this is scandalous

My only issue was that the juice and milkshake had spilt when the delivery cyclist was on route ( which is not his fault ) maybe packaging it differently would help.
