Nuggets didn't taste great but the cheeseburger was good.

Quick service .the place could do with a extension as there was a lack of seating . Well thought out halloween decorations looked good

Our order was wrong even though it wasn't really busy, I waited 5 minutes before someone came to the counter

Never been to this McDonald's without getting told to wait in car park for order,the people who take the drive through orders need to sound happier except for Kate or Kathy who actually says good morning and sounds happy unlike the rest,I'll be going to bidston from now on.😠

I don't normally eat McD (I'm 75, for heavens sake - all those calories!) but I just love to eat them and so I just give myself a treat every so often. The staff move are amazing, really helpful. My burger was a bit slow to arrive and I was in too much of a rush to wait. No hassle, they gave me a different meal almost instantly, my money back, and my receipt marked for a free burger next time. Just had to send Ronald a special thank you!

Absolutely awful service. Food was delivered to the wrong house, we think - and left there. Two roads share the same postcode in our area and have similar names, but the houses look totally different. Our order was sent to the same number but on the wrong road. The delivery tracking showed an entirely different house, that is on a different road, with our food left outside. When contacted about this, they refused to do anything about it because apparently it's the same house. It's not. Despite the house it was left at having a demonstrably different road name, their system said that it had been delivered to the right place. No refund, no redelivery, absolute joke.

Nothing new to be honest I doubt anyone even McDonald's read the reviews. Missing items as per even ordered through the McDonald's app and trying to contact them is near impossible. When you do they blame just eats or Uber even though the McDonald's staff pick it and pack it.

Slow service cold food seems to be getting to be regular these days when busy

Arrived with my granddaughter the order machine kept failing as went to pay (3 times) then said pay at till waited 5 mins for someone to come to the till. In the meantime my order is not being processed as it's not paid for. Several items were not available. Discussing service no one was interested won't be going back in a hurry

I ordered a five chicken select meal and ended up with mozzarella sticks??? The woman serving me was friendly but that doesn't mean anything if my order is wrong.

Probably the worst MacDonalds around. More interested in serving Uber delivery than the actual people waiting in the cafe. Never again

Absolute joke of a service, waiting 20 mins after a drive through order for a simple order! Imagine ordering 2 meals, you would need a sleeping bag for an over night stay ! Get a grip !!

This McD always late. There service is very bad. Most of the time I observed they don't bother about delivery always I found there were so many rider waiting for the delivery order but nobody competing their order at a time I spoke with some delivery rider and they said they were waiting like more than 30 minutes and even if someone ask about the food and their behaviour is very rude. I went the drive-through I was waiting like 15 minutes but the order wasn’t ready and there was a long queue.

Always check your orders when leaving the drive thru, multiple occasions of missing items.... Has happened when ordering to deliver as well.

Absolutely dreadful. There is a gang of lads smoking pot right outside the front door then they come inside and chase eachother round the store and shouting....totally unchallenged by any staff. Certainly won't be coming here again. They need security

Avoid drive-thru at all costs. Ask you to park up and wait for 10mins and then order either cold or wrong when it’s brought out to your car. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

Everything is good there except for the grimace shake. It was clumpy and after we finished the drink we all felt a sick.

Usual McDonald's. Didn't show up on McDonald's app to order for collection for some reason though, even though we were sitting right outside it. The company (DF) was great though 😊

They always make you park up and it takes forever junctions 3 M53 much better - Upton don’t seem to get the concept of FAST food

Visited on Sunday the 4th of August. At 6pm. Arrived to a very busy restaurant. Waited for 15 minutes to be served as was wanting to pay cash. Patiently waited for 30 minutes as it was busy. But children started to get hungry and grouchy. Went to the counter to ask how long the food would be . Then ignored by several members of staff. Finally received food after 40 minutes of waiting for the food to be cold and the order wrong. Staff at the counter very unhelpful and moody when asked for the order to be corrected. Absolutely shocking service.

Go to a fitness to music £6 an hour 1 30 to 2 30 realy feel the benefit and enjoy the company.

The fries were so salty that it was nearly not eatable. I thought McDonald's were trying to salt leas the fries these last few years and then it was down to us to salt them with extra sachets of salt.

I ordered a hatrick burger meal, I got no fries with the order and had to state what sauces I wanted during the ordering process, however I didn’t get any sauces at all. The nuggets, mozzarella bites and fish bites were awful. Burgers were fine

If I could give 0 I would. I went 2 weeks ago as I treat for my 3 yr old granddaughter as a treat. Waited 30 mins for food to come to the table. After asking 3 of the staff who actually never come back to me the 4th person who I asked actually brought the meals. Happy meal 2 nuggets so 2 missing. No toy in the box. No serviettes. No sauces. So j had to keep asking another member of staff. Who was more interested in emptying the bins. No apology just well we are busy. Absolute joke when I could not leave my 3 year old to go to county myself. Rude staff and absolutely terrible service.

Please do not to go there especially weekend, never enough staff and always wait for 2hours to get food

One of the best McDonalds to visit food is always hot and the place is always clean and doesn’t seem to has delivery people in there like the other McDonalds so it’s not chaos which I like

The McHappy Meal didnt make me very McHappy, nor did it make my McKids any less McSad after having a miserable day at McSchool. The state of the McToilets were McTerrible you could say this is due to there being no McPrivacy As the McFecal Facility doors Wouldnt McClose so i had to take a McPoo with the McDoor wide open. this then got someone to order a McRestraining order against me because they McWitnessed me McSoil all over the McFloor as my McAccuracy was McAwful. also i McLove putting my McFries and my McHashbrown into my Mcsalad it tastes McAwfull

Had to wait at the drive through for ages, even though it’s fast food, then when it finally comes they don’t bring half the food then , when I got it home it was horrible, one Big Mac only had one burger on and enough sauce for 10! Crap all around and went in the bin

Absolutely dreadful. Cold burgers, look like someone being sitting on it before served. To be honest McDonald goes down with quality everywhere. Cutting costs no benefiting consumers. I will be happy paying more for good quality products and services.

It was a joke and not a funny one, they left my order and served at least 10 people after me, when I asked where my order was, the kid behind the counter said I'm doing you a fresh order now. He did eventually apologise for his colleagues failures, Upton McDonalds is a disgrace.

Sat out side so clean, staff came out to check we were ok. Very friendly and polite..

It's one of the better McDs. Always check the bag before you leave.

The driver was great, but I believe the restaurant was really busy and he was waiting well over an hour for a really simple order.. No straws for our drinks. It is really wasteful to ask what sauce we would like and then throw a random selection of all sauces in the bag to end up at landfill.

Never put sauces,please,don’t forget
