Couldn't get my order right i ask for a plain cheese burger but for some reason I had onions in my burger

Big tasty was spilt open couldn't eat but had a refund the delivery driver was both polite and curtious a credit to you

The drink was basically not drinkable, tasted like chemicals from a broken drinks machine.

Placed an order for cheeseburger small fries and 3 regular lattes plus 4 plain cheeseburgers and large fries. Got to window and given only 2 lattes and told we'd have to around again for another one which we didn't do. On arrival home found cheeseburger also missing. Appalling dismissive service I'd give this one a miss in future. Would give no stars if it was an option.

I ordered the Chicken Sharebox. The nuggets were okay but the chicken selects were tough and some were inedible. The fries were okay.

took over 2hrs to deliver to a house 5 minutes away. I was in work and I'd ordered for a disabled relative. Never again

What an absolute disaster this place is. Today I decided to grab a McDonald’s on the way home from work. To make things easier on myself, I ordered through the app to pick up, opting to collect through the drive thru. A bit of a queue when I arrive but I give my code, no problem, drive round the window, get given my drinks and McFlurry, and then the staff member asks me to park up in a bay and the food would be brought to me. Ok, no problem, I drive around the corner - all the bays are full, so I have no choice but to park in the main parking. Knowing they wouldn’t be able to find me there, I decided to go into the restaurant so I can explain to a member of staff and not miss my order. Well, it was chaos in there. People everywhere waiting to be served, no one on the counters. One woman had already been waiting 20 minutes and opted for a refund instead of waiting any longer. After about 10 minutes I manage to flag down a member of staff and explain, he passes me over to the manager (I assume) who was barely an adult, and he said no worries, they’ll come find you. Ok. I wait. And wait. All around me people are waiting for their orders, people who have had their orders come back to the desk to complain that there were items missing from what they had ordered. The back kitchen area is packed with staff, most just stood around chatting instead of actually helping anyone. And the complaints continue. Some, like me went through the drive thru and have been left waiting, more people asking for items missing from their orders. Just non stop issues. I’m stood there getting angrier by the minute at the sheer incompetence of the staff, not an adult among them, none of them taking control of this mess. After 30 minutes of waiting, I flag down my third member of staff, explain again my situation and she asks for the last 3 letters of my number plate and disappears into the back. Five minutes later she’s back with a bag of food and I don’t even bother checking it, I grab it and leave, relieved to get out of there. My McFlurry in the car is of course melted by this point, and to my amazement everything I ordered was actually in the bag when I did check it. But safe to say I won’t be going back to this McDonald’s. I have already given up on rhydycar McDonald’s as they can never get an order right.

Placed the order with an estimate delivery time of 20mins over hour and half it took to arrive. From when the app updated to say the driver had my food it took 20mins for Jim to start moving my food arrived freezing cold and missing cheese bites

The food was cold and there were items missing AGAIN!!! My grandchildren were so upset and ended up cooking for them , every time I order a McDonald’s I have problems and always have missing items !!! It’s not acceptable!!! Especially as my grandchildren were so disappointed

Terrible service. Me and a work colleague ordered the same order bar I removed sauces and pickles and my order took 20 minutes longer.... I had to remind the staff I ordered food then low and behold I got my food COLD. The bloke with glasses who works in McDonald's should be sacked can't even speak to a customer properly

McDonalds workers sold cold food and the fries and drinks was only half full. 3 cokes all had a small serving in them and the fries was only half full. burgers was cold like they had been sat under a heat lamp for a while as they was tough! also requested 5 sauces that never turned up speedy service from the driver but he couldnt drive back in time for mcdonaldsto serve their food hot.

I would probably never come to this place again - i keep saying over and over again that I won't visit due to the poor service from the staff members - BUT yet again, I went back and had the same experience like every time. It's clear to me that the staff are either not paid well enough to give a toss about ways going on, or they just quite frankly can't care less ! I ordered my usual double cheese with a chicken mayo, large fires, mozzarella sticks and orange juice - i was waiting 20 min and my order number hadn't been called - I get it it's busy, I do understand that and I have PLENTY of patience when it comes to waiting - BUT fast food is called FAST for a reason - when i asked politely where is my order as I've been waiting for almost 20 min and I'm on duty, I just stopped by to have a quick lunch, she said its coming soon it won't be too long now - are you serious? after waiting 20 minutes, not to mention you have already served at least 5 customers whom ordered way after me and many others, you're telling me that my order won't be too long now ? and this happened three times - I went back the next day morning, it was snowing quite heavily, went to the drive through this time, I stood there like a moran watching 8 cars going passed and yet no one asked me hiw can I help - so I made my way to the window and the lady said to me, it's the two of us but the other lady is quite new, I said well ok but there were 8 cars had already gone through and I'm still waiting there for someone to take my order ?! hello 💁‍♂️ - I placed an order, the guy at the 2nd window asked me if I wouldn’t mind waiting in the parking lot and he'll bring my food as soon as its ready, I said yes course, how long roughly i asked, he said 5-10 min - I said ok no worries , I'll wait- waited 15 min and literally I swear to you, no one came out with my food, I went back in, asked for my order and they replied, oh I'm very sorry I completely forgotten. now think about it, if I'd have waited another 10 min, and not gone inside, do you reckon any of them would have been bothered to actually bring my food ? not to mention that it was all pretty much dry as they kept it under the heated counter - so for me this place is an absolute joke! I don't eat much McDonald's anyway, the breakfast double sausage with egg tastes like cardboard 🤮

Forgot the large chips. The burger was made incorrectly, asked for extra pickles and mustard, received no pickles, standard amount of mustard and extra onions? Everything else was good no complaints.

I ordered one sweet chilli wrap in a medium mean and got that and then I ordered the same wrap as a single so I seen 2 wraps and though nothing of it,I took a bite of it and it didnt taste like a sweet chilli wrap I then look and the wrap so see it says chill grill wrap I am fuming

It's McDonald’s... mostly the food is tasty and hot, but every once in a while, you get lukewarm food.

There was no problem with the delivery. However, the food arrived cold. Which is not unusual. I don’t think I have received any of my food from McDonald’s warm.

Quality of food was great however the only thing my daughter wanted was the hash browns sharebox as she won’t eat anything else and they sent a small packet of 5. I am grateful for it being reimbursed straight away but I feel more care could go into reading/packaging orders as 8/10 times there is always something missing or wrong when I order from both McDonald’s & kfc. Every other place listen on just eat I have never had an issue with.

Automatic ordering console did not provide a receipt so could not check order number. The collection point was inundated with deliveroo agents making this area very congested. Nobody informing people as to when food available.

Sauces missing again! When ordering chicken selects and nuggets you have to select sauces to go with them so why does McDonald’s Cyfarthfa Retail Park never include the sauces you order! Who wants to eat a dry nugget!

Worst McDonald's we have ever visited. The ice cream machine here is never working. The other restaurant by the leisure centre is by far the better of the two. Much quicker service and the ice cream machine is always working. In future, we will give this restaurant a miss 👎

Saturday morning , popped in to get my son a pancake breakfast , ordered on the touch screen , waited half an hour , they were so busy doing Just-eat orders , actual customers in the restaurant were given the least consideration , there was a crowd of disgruntled customers All complaining , rolling their eyes , sighing , saying the service was a joke As I waited , I saw number people who did have their food , return it and complain as the order was incorrect or substandard in food quality I waited 30 mins for a simple pancake meal By time we got it , only one pancake out of the three was edible , the other two were like rubber . I went to complain, but Lady front of me had complained , and I overheard hats she would have wait an extra 15 mins to get her correct food as it would have to be cooked again fresh , she was not amused , especially as she commented this was on top of the lengthy wait to get her original order . I don’t bother complaining , we ended up throwing the pancakes in the bin and leaving . The issue was that the restaurant was so overwhelmed with just eat orders the staff could not cope , customers service was horrendous and the food was barely edible . The staff did try their best but ran around like headless McChickens, this seems be the issue on Saturday/ Sunday mornings …I will avoid these times in future … I feel sorry for the staff as the Just-Eat frenzy, the hoard of delivery drivers queued at the counters it is unfair on the McDonald’s staff, not getting paid enough to deal with that , you can see they themselves are exasperated by it all ..
