Subway in Wirral

Cheese ,avo & salad sandwich with hash browns . with onion dressing..GIVEN..NO CHEESE...NO DRESSING & no guaccamole..So given a salad plain sandwich with hash browns SERIOUS?? how easy is a cheese sandwich? The hot cross bun freezing BINNED

Waited nearly an hour for the food for it to arrive uncooked, we also ordered a "large" waffle fries and recieved a box with 6 cold wet waffle fries, awful

would recommend this subway , the young lad who serves us is always very kind & we always get the best from this subway compared to others where our order is wrong or unappealing.

I ordered a 6inch sub. No salad, toasted. It’s come as a foot long salad all over it to the point where even picking it of you could still taste every bit of it. And freezing

I like this subway. It's the only one that doesn't have chunks of meat in the salad and cheese at the end of the day. Would be better if they sold mountain dew.

I haven't realised how fabulous this particular Subway was until I had the misfortune of ordering from another one last night. The attention to detail, and care taken in fulfilling the order from this branch is excellent in comparison to a local alternative. Thank you to all the staff at this particular franchise.

Philly steak footlong and pigs-in-blankets, it was absolutely delicious, I love the pigs-in-blankets addition to the menu! The driver was prompt and polite. Only drawback was they hadn't added the requested cheese.

Paid for extra cheese on top items...no cheese at all on them...not happy

I am normally one of those people that find faults in everything, but this was perfect! There was not one thing wrong at all! Delivered super quick and hot too! Why can't all subways be like this.

You won’t get a better subway delivered on justeat on the Wirral. Sandwich was made perfectly and kept in a box to stop everything becoming a mess. Fast delivery too, fair play because every other subway I’ve used on this has been awful. 10/10

Ordered a foot long tuna sandwich but only sent a 6inch, no number to call and complain so I'll have to complain through just eat.

Poorly cut bread leaving a very thin top. Delivery was very quick

Usually really good. One of us has gone hungry due to the sub being wrong - it had peppers and bbq sauce on but we asked for lite mayonnaise with jalapeños and lettuce only. Quite disappointed as I will be hungry for the rest of the day now until tea.

The person prepared my salad after I complained about the last salad I had from there thank u so much it was beautiful n thank u for the little note x

for an already overpriced sandwich to then get charged £2.50 (give or take a few pennies) and then be charged another £1.50 (same as above) as a service charge in today's economy is ridiculous, we don't live in America folks, pay your workers a fair wage!!! last SubWay I'll ever buy

Amazing and food came early. Only subway I will order from! Delicious and order always done right.

The only thing wrong with it was my Guacamole was not on there, paid 91p for and cutlery napkin was no included..

Foot longs hadn't been cut in half. One of the footlongs did not have the sauce requested, making it very dry.

Whoever was on shift on the 1st July 2022 at about 1pm ish, the service was unmatched! Perfect order and made up for the missing ingredients with double meat as they had no guac, usually we just end up going without with no substitute! So it was greatly appreciated

Once again I've ordered from subway and chose for my food to be toasted and it wasn't.

Always fast delivery from here, never had an issue with food etc unless they're out of stock on a drink / crisp, so they throw in what ever is close to what I asked for

Seen one of the subway workers on Saturday run out screaming shouting abuse at a pregnant women and a guy members of staff had to hold the aggressive subway worker back, absolutely discusting, I went back in today and she is still working there 😡 what a horrible mess of a women she should be sacked

Female worker that works there is mouthy, cases you out of the shop asking what you gunna do, while she's working in her uniform while other customer are holding her back instore. Acting manager writing my registration of my car down when had nothing to do with me or subway was to do with the petrol station and they took it upon themselves to get involved, rubbish customer service!

FUMING asked for not toasted even left a note for restaurant to double make sure they didn’t toast it!!!!! Now can’t eat it as it’s hot tuna mayo not good disgusting. Not happy

I ordered the foot long italian BMT with extra meat and all salad with extra olives gherkins and honey and mustard and mayo. It was absolutely gorgeous, thank you to whoever made it and yes as per your note it was a massive sub 😁.
