McDonald's in Calderdale

Lovely food, nice and warm, excellent service.

Food was fine. Just not all there. Ordered 5 selects. Only received 4.

Quality wasn’t the best today, cold food but delivery was good.

I don't think McDonald's is as good as it used to be

Coffee was cold as were chicken strips and no dip . sad to say this 😞

Every time I call it’s horrible! Staff stood around, people not wearing beard snoods and as for the numerous delivery drivers hanging around well some people would find it intimidating. The food from this place is always undercooked and 9/10 cold! It’s one of the worst Macdonalds I’ve ever used.

The state the food has come in is appalling. Burgers hanging out of the paper wrapper, chips with no salt n asked for extra onions and gherkins on the burger and haven’t got them

Absolutely outraged once again I’ve ordered food and hot drinks from here due to been poorly and not been able to drive and once again my order was an hour and half late got delivered absolutely freezing cold all the food and hot drinks hadn’t seen hot I am disgusted by this as this is now the 4th time I was sceptical about ordering because of the 3 previous times but the children wanted McDonald’s but I will never order from here again highly disappointed.

Lid not put on drink properly, spilled all over the food bag. Chips and burgers soggy. Unedible.

when your order food you should expect everything there they didn't even give you your Minecraft toy that u should get and the food was cold this mcdonalds is getting bad

Paid extra money for 2 meals that come with the Minecraft toys only for it to turn up and they not be included. Could have ordered the same thing for less money

Can the delivery drivers double check everything and the people at McDonald's on multiple occasions wrong orders have been delivered or missing items today my 3 year old didn't get her happy meal and had to share with others and was upset she toy

cold horrible burgers, rubbery fries milk shake, all froth and tasted of chemicals, will never order from them again

I have tried to log that I am not happy via that app but my request is not being accepted. My food arrived, the bag is completely split open. The delivery person handed me 2no. Of small fries, touching them, the 2no. Large fries are basically empty. I cannot eat or accept this food, and your app is not supporting me log this issue.

We ordered our food at 5.26 and it was not delivered until 8.15. We tried to call the restaurant but no answer until 7 46. The delivery time kept changing. When we finally managed to get the resturant thr girl couldnt help. Food was cold

Diabolical. Ordered 2 McFlurries at the self service and walked around to wait for them. Saw a member of staff preparing them and just placed it on top of the machine and moved onto another task. At no point was our number called out and our ticket disappeared completely from the collection display screen. We gave them the benefit of doubt and waited about 5 minutes until we had to ask if those were ours. They were. The staff handed them over to us without any acknowledgement of error or even expression. Most depressing mcflurry ever, slightly melted and about a pinch of filling just on top. Have had burgers from this specific McDonalds too and there has always been something missing or the food is cold. Don't expect much from this place guys...

delivery driver was Kate resuktijg in good being cold. not only that the bags were open and not zipped closed. all the food burgers and fries were all crammed into one bag resulting in everything being squashed. one burger was supposed to plain and instead it came with extra if everything so I could not eat the burger. awful service
