Forgot the dips AGAIN absolute joke not ordering again now

Absolutely stone cold took the driver 30 mins to do a 5 min journey result ruined food !

Disgusting to see my food never arrived. They parked outside the house. There will be in the horn and then drove away I am very unhappy

On the reciept it says my food was bagged at 21:13, my foid was not delivered until 21:52 the mcdonalds was stone cold and unedibble the ice in the drinks had melted and the milshake was more like juice has it had melted, this cost me £25 went in bin

Ordered large fries and only got small

No drink and no brownie that I ordered.

Never order mcdelivery from this McDonald’s. Numerous times now they haven’t sent Big Macs that I’ve ordered and now today they didn’t send 20 chicken nuggets that cost £7 on the McDonald’s app as well as sending 2 small McFlurrys when I ordered 2 of the large sizes. Staff must be absolute degenerates with not a single GCSE between them

Tracked on the map while my food travelled all over town for 30 minutes after pick up, including at another McDonalds site. Everything cold & inedible by the time it arrived & Just Eat offer a credit note of 1/3 of the cost! Laughable.

I'm missing a full Double Sausage & Egg Mcmuffin meal with a Hash Brown & a Latte, again. How is you guys just have this inability to read an order?

All good was freezing and the presentation was shocking I will be appalled if I am not offered or given a refund it was that bad won’t be ordering again from here as it’s only 8 min drive from there to my address shocking if you ask me

Don’t get it, how is it so hard to read an order and place it in the bag. Missing a chicken burger, mcspicy and a portion of fries. Literally half my order yet I have to wait up to a week for just eat to review it for gods sake. Don’t have time to reorder now as I need to get ready for work. Thanks McDonald’s Asda.

On 2 occasions, the food has been spilt. This is the same driver that it has happened with. Instead of apologising, he blamed the staff at McDonald's for how it was packed and said to complain. We saw from our window that multiple people was in the car, smoking.

Macdonalds asda in Halifax are usless. Sauces are always missing and my ASD kid wont eat the nuggets he loves without BBQ sauce. At least it was still warm this time.

2 items were missing from my order one being my daughters meal. This led to what should of been a treat meal to tantrums. I was offered a refund for the items but the meal was ruined.

Ordered £30 worth of food only 3 items turned up in a bag without a receipt. Called the McDonald's and they said the driver had helped himself to the order and didn't collect the other bag with the rest order in. Wouldn't have minded but was in a rush tonight.

Driver was really nice just a shame the drinks hadn’t been put in properly and therefore spilled al over including onto the food!

I wish I could give 0 stars since my order never turned up! we ordered it at 9.30 with a delivery time for 10 which then got pushed back to 11 and then never turned up but yet you have the audacity to take my money and shows it's been delivered!

Shocking ordered a 9piece chicken nugget meal never came and the mcchicken sandwich didn’t come either they sent a fillet of fish in a chicken sandwich box!! Chips were cold and hard tasted like rubbish!!!

Cold food, driver claimed he's not allowed to go into blocks of flat (Just-Eat have confirmed this is not the case, so driver is lying, delivery instructions even say 'Please deliver to flat door as both my wife and myself have mobility problems, thank you'). Thought we'd like the 'Squad Deal' but cold congealed food is not nice for over £20 it's just bin fodder, this ones a combo Asda/McD's and delivery driver (a lazy one who phoned on JE number before he was even close), burgers even missing standard elements (like onion), one of our worst JE orders so far. Time for JE to make themselves contactable directly!

After watching the map with driver going around the houses, it seemed to me that he went to pick up deliveries from other takeaways. Our food was cold by the time we got it and the frozen lemonade was melting! Not impressed!!

Ordered an apple pie but received a chocolate and raspberry pie which I had to throw away as i dislike raspberry’s and stay away from chocolate desserts. The burger and fries were fine it just spoiled the meal.

Multiple times not provided sauces with orders, why bother to order if they don't take notice!! Spoils overall overpriced meal!!

Second time of trying them again after many disappointed orders. But yet again delivery arrived, cold meals and burger meals thrown together. Not a great distance to travel for deliver. 3 mins away. Never again will I use this branch.

My burger looked like it had been thrown together by a two year old and was dry as. No mayo, no apple pie. chicken nuggets instead of chicken selects. I'm shocked at how rank it all was. I'd like a full refund

Avoid this McDonald's at all costs for takeaway/delivers. I have a large family and I don't think I have ever received a correct order. Twice In a row at least half of my order was missing and odd items in the bag that I didint order. I don't understand how Uber/just eats hasn't parted way's with them. What makes it worse is trying to deal with Uber or just eat for a refund.
