Food is good but they refuse to answer the phone

If you Oder from here you have to wait for over an hour even more, cold food no source even you pouches 👎🏽

What have these guys done to their pizzas 🍕 the worst pizzas I have ever had. Thro improving they screwed up. Just about eadible more like garlic bread. Bring back your old chief else Ur doomed.

The food is reasonable for what you pay, but the staff and delivery drivers are really friendly. The pizzas are particularly nice and they are a good size. I’d recommend the Raja special and all the food is halal. You can eat in or get delivery through Just Eat.

I order a milkshake from yourself this evening and I was swallowing tin foil and with this I poured the milkshake out and there was quiet a lot of tin foil why contaminate the food you provided also there was black hairs in the Donor kabab the salad was just rocket lettuce which was soggy and onions can’t you afford fresh vegetables

I like pizza from Raja only and the donner is very good here. Thank you for keeping the same taste of pizza.

this place was the worst place i’ve ever eaten from, chips taste like cardboard, ordered and got a pizza and it was the wrong one, tried ringing up asking for an exchange , they were so rude and were blatantly lying and ended the phone. do not recommend here

Rude....disrespectful and a discrace.

Ordered 2 kebabs , 1 kebab meat with salad, 2 portions of chips it was stone cold, no pitta breads just all meat and salad and the portions were very small won't be going there again.

we ordered two boneless box meals for £18 and I can say it was definitely not worth the price at all you can get cheaper better food from elsewhere. the fries were not great and the burger was mediocre especially for that price. Do not recommend!!

Ordered off Just Eat and it's states all burgers meals served with fries and drink.....ZERO burgers stated or offered a 'meal' variant so I assumed they was all meals and ended up paying £4.50 for the worst microwaved burger I've ever had - rang up to complain and it was like talking to a brick wall....never have before and never will again order from raja....always wondered why they had a bad rep. Now I know why!!

Placed an order for a chicken tikka panini meal and a portion of samosas, the samosas were fine but the panini however wasn’t. Firstly it was burnt on the bottom and rock hard, and secondly I ordered a chicken tikka panini instead they gave me a chicken doner one. When I called back to complain no one was answering the phone, eventually I ended up binning the panini, what a waste of money won’t be ordering from here again.

Bought a Raja special pizza, first order after having a bad experience several years, ago. It was really good, lovely base and cooked just right. Nice toppings and for around £6, would definitely recommend.

I pressed to post my review on Just Eat by mistake,I hadn't finished! A can of Pepsi was missing, instead of fobbing me off they sent another within 20 minutes. Food was hot and tasty,I just didn't like the chicken on the pizza as it was spicy which I wasn't expecting. The cake was to die for,just lovely! We would definitely order again

Used to like this place before but after today's experience I would say that I came across worst customer service I ever received. My food arrived after 2 hours and 40 minutes and that's just 3 pizzas. Driver made disgusting remarks and upon ringing to RAJAS, rather than apologising they been pathetic as well.

Good food but the only takeaway I have every used that thinks its acceptable to have you wait 2 and a half hours. Never use the website, always use JUST EAT. That way your food will come at a decent time.

It's description is a "pizza takeaway" so don't bother getting anything else besides their pizza and fries as everything else rlly ain't worth getting. (Pizzas and chips are actually not bad at all)

Never again!!!!! cold food , leftovers food ,,, used to order from them very often me and my family were local customers they have twice cheated on us when delivered our order which they have not delivered all the food we ordered they still have charged us the full price and they even dont give you the receipt now as they used to I think they do it on purpose cheating people also when ordering by phone they dont even understand in English they are deaf you have to repeat yourself 3 times and when you order finally they still dont bring you what you have asked they totally retarted staff and rude too

Not as good as i thought. The wait time is unbelievable and them its a normal thing to get something you didn't order. I have seen first hand if your order is ready and a phone order came in they will send it out and make you another one. The staff have no customer service in them

Never again 2hrs for delivery. Rude staff no apology for the raw chicken. Said he would send another. No food. Called after 45min. On its way. Another 2 hours later no food 1 very hungry child. Phone line engaged! Answers still no apology. We send it now he says. Forget it. No refund either. Lesson learnt never again!!!

Nice taste, Quick service and friendly staff are the reasons to like this place.

This is our regular takeaway, food is always delivered within the allotted time frame, always hot and is always tasty. Delivery driver is polite. Only thing I would change would be that when you get one of the hot deserts the custard should come on the side as there was too much custard for me.

I’ve orders 12 inch raja’s special meat pizza with portion of chips and I repeated him twice to send mayo as well but when the pizza came it was completely raw dough and in topping was just minced meet and they charged for mayo but never arrived I tried to cal them but didn’t answer Never ever gonna order again the worst takeaway I’ve seen And also very rude staff

Typical fast food joint selling burgers, pizzas,wraps, kebabs and shine ice cream desserts. Delivery is not their strong point and is usually a little longer than expected. In the shop usually service is prompt with most food being prepared to order so it's hot and fresh. Portion sizes are good, you won't go hungry here.

Same as others, but after telling them off received a metal screw in with my food. Obviously did not eat. Avoid this place!!

I found a bug in my Cheese on my chips when I ordered a chicken burger and cheesy chips

I have used rajas twice now for family get togethers. The first time they delivered 2 hours late (so much for their use of the word fast) everything was cold and half of the pizzas were wrong..and they didn't care a hoot! Tried them again last weekend...once again the food was late and they hadn't paid attention to what was ordered. It was cold and totally ruined another family get together. I won't be using them again..nor will the several family members and their friends!!

What a bag of poo!!! Says on website 3 x 12" stuff crust pizza £15 I thought bargain !! Also put in the comments box no onions or peppers As the pizzas was for the children Came no stuff crust and full of onions and peppers I rang the shop, was on hold for ages then only to be asked well what do you want us to do!!!! What a joke 1st time ordering after usual place was shut on Tuesdays Won't be going again Ain't even that nice and kids pizzas look like crap after I had to pull all the peppers and onions off Oh well lesson learnt

Will not deliver if using hungryhouse app with discount voucher. You get an email saying refused due to shop being closed but you can ring its open and they will deliver if paying in full. Very disappointing.

The service at this rajas branch in Halifax is absolutely shambles. The staff give a time to collect the food yet it takes 3 times longer for you to receive it. What a joke!!! Only go here if everything else fails.

Ordered over a hour before so the food would arrive for 9.15 but arrived later and came very cold!!!!!!! And The donners were half full... Gave us the smaller size pizza and wrongdrinks and forgot to give portion of chips not ordering ever again !!!!!!
