Just watched Hamilton and it was fantastic, one of the best theatre experiences ive had. The only reason this is a 4 instead of a 5 is because the toilets (at least the ones in the balcony) were not in a condition i consider acceptable.

Bit dated. The stage is very darkly lit and difficult to view from the balcony. Lots of steps and lifts not working. There were some disabled people who'd struggled to get up the stairs. Uncomfortable seats. On a positive, the show was great

Tonight myself and my husband came to watch the only.fools.and horses musical 8.3.25 which we had been looking forward to as my Husband is a huge only fools and horse fan We were seated in the Balcony section seats K8 & K9. We cannot belive how compacted these seats are. Neither of us are all or overweight but we both felt extrenly costraphobic and uncomfortable due to the lack of.room. What did not help was the fact if was beyond hot in there to the point my husband felt faint and I was sweating . Due to these factors we were left with no choice but to leave at the interval. We were not the only ones in this posistion as we witnessed others also walking to there cars for what we can only assume are due to similar experience of ours. We have been to many musicals and shows before and this is by far the worst experience we have had. What makes this worst for us personally is this was the first time we have been out as a Couple in a year and a half since our youngest Child was born,  what was meant to be a nice evening out has now Been ruined.

About Ghost Musical The musical Ghost is a spectacular adaptation of the classic 90s film, successfully bringing all the emotion and magic of the original story to the stage. One of the production's greatest highlights is the special effects, which amaze the audience by bringing iconic scenes to life, such as ghosts passing through walls. The set design also deserves high praise, as it is dynamic and well-planned, allowing for quick scene changes without compromising the flow of the narrative. The transition between scenes happens naturally and harmoniously, providing complete immersion in the plot. Furthermore, the engaging soundtrack enhances the emotional atmosphere of the show, making each moment even more remarkable. The actors' performances are another strong point of the production. The lead couple has convincing chemistry, making the audience connect with and be moved by their story. Special mention should also be made of the supporting characters, who bring energy and humor to the show, ensuring a balance between drama and good laughs. The adaptation of the story for the theater was done intelligently. The scenes were well-adjusted for the stage. However, one negative aspect worth mentioning is the portrayal of the main character's murderer as Latin American. This detail may reinforce negative stereotypes and fuel prejudice against immigrants, which is an unfortunate choice in a society that already faces challenges related to discrimination. Despite this drawback, Ghost is an emotional and technically impressive musical that is well worth watching.

Do always give yourself plenty of time before the shows as it can get busy if you want to buy merchandise and visit the toilets. The pictures are from a most recent visit when we had seats in Box A. The view was a little restricted but didn't affect the show and having more leg room and chairs more than made up for it. Great effects, subtle innuendos and the actors appeared to be having a great time! Silly Simon particularly played an amazing part and bought humour and nonsense to the show. We saw this year's pantomime Jack and the Beanstalk last week and were almost blown away by the sound. Very sadly, the sound for much of the show was way too loud, verging sometimes on the threshold of pain. The show began with an ear-splitting crash of thunder and continued with so much volume that dialogue was frequently lost. The musical numbers similarly failed with inadequate balance between orchestra and singers, again losing lyrics against too much level on the orchestra. Finally, the production itself was as good as the script would allow in Act 1 but Act 2 was a waste of time - virtually filled with fill-ins. Sorry, but next year please get a sound engineer who can set a reasonable level.

This would have left us considerably out of pockets against our ticket price when they have the hospital notes etc. Theatre is basically stealing people's money not refunding tickets when people are sick and unable to attend.
