Best kebab in town Was very good and tasty

One hour delay , kebab arrived cold , do not recommend

Unfortunately my shish was tasteless, and salad was added to the bun so arrived all soggy and wet. Didn’t even finish it, very disappointing

I wouldn’t get anything other than a standard kebab, the gyros had about 4 chips in and was just a sweaty pitta, the dinner chip box which was meant to be a large had minimal salad and meat and more chips than anything, if your gonna order here get a straight up kebab not a £15 meat box with no meat in barely

OH.MY.GOD. These guys are the best! Max’s kebab is the best. I’ve been ordering from here for a year now, and they NEVER disappoint. The portions are so much bigger than the price suggests, and the taste is amazing. There’s one Turkish guy working there who always has a smile and is so friendly. I’m so happy to have them near my accommodation!

This place food is very good, the workers are very helpful and the food is cooked very nicely and precisely, All the workers make things precise to the order and make sure that it’s cooked to the correct standard. They’re very nice and 10/10 food and service.

Chips were missing from both chips meal boxes, lamb donner was cold and the two pots of cheese sauce were awful, rang restaurant and was told I would get a refund, still waiting, Have ordered from here many times with no problem but not sure I will again.

Again, Max’s is setting standards for quick, fresh & most of all, tasty. I live so close I’ll always choose pick up, so I can’t speak for delivery times, but even though things looked busy in the restaurant, my order was good to go the second I walked in & once again, the food was top notch. Definitely somewhere I’d recommend. Not only will your taste buds will thank you, you definitely won’t be hungry again any time soon either 👍

Disappointing that the chips where reheated as the donner and chicken where delicious

Hatfield is an awful place to get food, however this was brilliant. large means gigantic in this place. the 3 meat rice box is incredible and tasty. it's quite expensive but there is enough in here to make it worthwhile.

The kebab boxes were reasonably priced, generous and tasty. They reminded us of the Belgian fast food takeaways we had in Bruges recently, so happy memories all round! Would recommend.

By far one of the best kebabs I've had in a long time! The meat in the mixed doner wrap was juicy and very generous portion size worth every penny! Only criticism is there was not enough sauce for the amount of meat but thats just personal preference

First time ordering from Max’s, it definitely won’t be the last. Ordered a lamb sis wrap with rice & a drink - what I got was good quality, low grease/big taste, great portion sizes & decent value. Even the salad was fresh & crisp. A great local place & well worth a try.

The map took us totally somewhere different. We we parked the car and walk for 10 min to find the shop. The address is wrong. It’s not number 28 it’s 5. But I have to say the food was tasty and fresh.

Absolutely loved the place! The fried chicken with fries was the best I've ever had—crispy, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. Barry was a fantastic host and even surprised us with a complimentary banoffee pie, which was a delicious treat. Can't wait to come back!

Very clean place, in a new build complex. Their prices are so good, in addition to their wonderfully tasting food! You get a lot of choice of different things to order, and I’ve tried most of them, and none of them have failed to impress. Staff are really friendly, and that’s the best thing!

This food is amazing. My sister just left for America and I was feeling upset and I wanted comfort food. I got the biggest box of donner and the softest bread and a burger and a refreshing Fanta. They were playing Adele, rolling in the deep. Nice to know good people still exist here.

I ordered a doner rice box with cheese, the food was so bad it had no flavor and had a weird texture and the cheese they used is like the cheapest cheese u will find in the market the rice was dry the doner was dry and no flavor and it was too expensive overall very bad

food delivered bang on time despite location errors. when they say SPICY wings, they mean it, the only thing spicier than that is the chilli sauce. gorgeous food, all well cooked. 10/10 will return.

the driver did say sorry for being late in fairness. This is the first time i have used max's kebab shop although there was enough food it was Luke warm. I like my food to be piping hot. This is why I will be very reluctant on ordering from there again

Service was really good and nice clean shop, but food let it down. Honestly worst chicken donner I’ve had. Cut way too thin and long thought it was lamb donner. And so so salty (maybe the rice) need to improve on the chicken donner and cut smaller

I think that's the best kebab we've had in a long time. The quality of the meat is not like a 'run-of-the-mill' kebab. The meat had a nice charcoal flavour and the meat was soft and fresh, like just taken off the barbecue! The desserts are also made with quality ingredients. They've set the bar very high amongst the competition. I would definitely recommend checking this place out 👍

Wonderful amount of food that came almost too hot to eat, and all recyclable packaging. The 3 meat mix sandwich doesn't skimp on the portions, there was enough overspill to make another sandwich
