mix kebab said German donner but came with normal donner, the other 2 meats spot on too.

Every time I order pizza they put less cheese on it. I don’t think the note on the order is read either. I even paid for extra cheese and it was no difference. I have ordered from her for years and the last few months they seem to be cutting back.

Stir fried doner is absolutely delicious

Poor quality. Chicken tikka was cut into tiny bits and covered with crispy onions? Naan bread was thick and doughy unfortunately hardly cooked. £2 extra for cheese on the chips and only 1/3 of them had cheese on them. for an order nearly £30 expected alot better from masterchef.

item missed ,no sauce in meat eater box, normally food is amazing however tonight was a let down lamb was chewy, and box looked half empty when opened and not the usual standard

Used to love this place but it has really gone down hill, took almost 2h to deliver a pizza, chips & a kebab. Cheese on the pizza was like rubber, chips were soggy and the kebab was totally saturated in far too much sauce and the veg in the kebab had really seen better days. Also to make matters worse the lid on the kebab sauce wasnt on properly at all and went all over the bag and food containers.

"Salt and chilli crinkle cut wedges" were actually crinkle cut oven chips lol

no salad in box no sauces and no extra sauce that was paid for

Unusually disappointing tonight The stir fried donner is my favourite takeaway dish & I get it often but it was very poor tonight. Was just like chips cheese dinner & sauce on top. The dinner defo wasn’t stir fried like usual &No peppers or jalepenos

Salt and chilli chips were cheap chips with a bit of onion and salt and pepper chicken tenders were nothing more than cheap chicken pieces whole meal was disgusting will order from there again

Misssing the Donner meat and juice

Was not very nice in the slightest. Chips were soggy. Dips were like water. And the box was full of veg pakora. Was stinking tbh won’t be ordering again!

Order sent was incorrect. This is killed the quality of my experience. I ordered loaded rice with donner, but got loaded fries with dinner instead.

Near 2 hour delivery time on a Thursday night. Restaurant marked order as delivered after an hour, then claimed app was playing up when I called to question it. Food arrived stone cold, totally inedible, think it had been sitting for a long time. Pretty much the worst order I have ever had from Just Eat. Just eat refunded me £6.60 from a near £18 order, makes no sense at all, I don’t think they really care if you get your order or not as long as they get their money.

The delivery was very prompt. The burgers were another level if im honest, the presentation was actually quite impressive. Try the half pound burgers!! You wont regret it. Thanks masterchef, it can be a uphill battle these days to get good qualify and service and you hit every box! 👍🏻

Food was nice and delivered fast but paid extra for donner meat on chips which we didn’t get and they forgot to give us a can a Pepsi with the rice box.

Brilliant quality, portion was huge and food was still hot when arrived. Best takeaway we’ve had since moving into the area!

the delivery driver was terrible! my mam answered the door the man never said anything at all just handed over the food and then to my mams surprise he stuck his hand out for a tip (we always tip the drivers well) he never said a word and that took my mam by surprise she was actually gobsmacked that he did that and when my mam gave the delivery driver the tip he didn’t even say thank you he took the money and walked away by far the rudest driver and it’s a real shame he’s let down your business!

Love this take away but this time bitterly disappointed. Late delivery, cold food only warm item was chicken wings. After long wait all food had to go in oven. This has never happened before from restaurant I normally highly recommend.

Ordered the mixed calzone (doner and chicken tikka) it was lovely altho I was so disappointed in the lack of chicken tikka there was 4 small pieces of tikka within the full calzone and at the price of it I didn’t expect that at all maybe be a little more generous with the meat considering the price. Like I said above the calzone itself was lovely despise the missing tikka, will probably order again but will be sure to mention the lack of tikka I had this time. Regards.

Wasn’t happy about the small size of chicken pakora. Ordered a large and got 9 small pieces that put together is about the size of a regular. I know this comparing them to previous orders. Food was still good though just disappointed tonight.

Not happy. I am a regular customer, ordered my food and the delivery driver brought someone else’s order. Tried to call restaurant and no answer… delivery driver also took £2 for cheese on chips which I never received… not happy at all.

Foods decent but they never deliver until you call up and ask where your food is about 90mins after you ordered. Not a one off, it's repeated thing. Gonna give them a miss next time. shame as the food was tasty.

The mixed kebab tasted burnt and the so called nan bread was disgusting very greasy couldn't even eat it.
