Ordered 19.15 didn’t come until 9pm . Was a long time to wait .

delivered to wrong house and didnt use delivery code to accept my delivery

Food was cold , the fish was yummy but the batter wasn't and it was very greasy so were the onion rings. Very disappointing

Over an hour and a half waited, phoned twice to be told 2 different stories. Smallest portion of chips which were cold waste of money

The Pizza was cold by the time we got it. This chips from the Nugget supper where soggy. The onion rings tasted just ok. all in all 5 maybe 6 out of 10. Really disappointed as had many orders from Nonna Linnas. But this was by far the worst

Food arrived Late and Cold. BUT everything we ordered was Absolutely Delicious. Quick heat up in the Oven and Honestly best Fritters Special Fish and Plain Fish i.ve had in a long time. Well cooked and crispy No Bones in Fish

Ordered 2 suppers but one came without chips, called up & it was sorted & delivered within 10 minutes. Food was very good.

Delivery can be great, then sometimes takes forever. otherwise great food. would be good if you look at messages sent for delivery. we ask for the door bell to be rang. last twice delivey guy chapped door, no good for us. Apart from. that, best fish and chips and pizza in Bellshill.

not romantic munchie box but horrible. cold, soft drinks were missing. instead of burger and garlic dip, we got 2 plain mayonnaise. the garlic brads looked terrible. cheeseburgers are worse than mirelit burgers

genuinely the best chippy and most consistent. I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience fully recommend their pepperoni oven baked pizza and chips are a solid 10. thank you

Lovely food as always. I had a rotten day at work today and then someone went into the back of my car on the way home so the free upgrade to the 12" pizza was a lovely surprise. Just a small thing but it cheered me up. Thank you so much. Of course I can't finish my pasta now but that will be getting scranned tomorrow at lunchtime 😂

waited an hour or so for special fish supper nothing showed up called the restaurant for them to tell me they had attempted delivery and that they had tried to call me when stating I never got the calls I got told not to make the owner out as a lier who then stated they would send fresh food .received cool food which I can only assume was the first order as it was at my door in a matter of minutes after I was off the phone with themselves

Ordered under the impression it would be roughly 50 min delivery time. It took 30/40 mins after that and food was cold when it arrived. Ordered a McDonald’s for my daughter 45 mins after I placed this order and it arrived 1st.

45 minutes late, garlic mayonnaise all over the bag, food cold, and steak pie bashed up. What’s the point in paying for a meal that’s smashed to pieces and cold? Not to mention nearly an hour late

My whole experience was great start to finish. Ordering was easy, the delivery man was very friendly. And now for the food: The food was piping hot, huge portions, and very well made. Thank so much to all from those processing the order to the kitchen staff, the delivery driver, but most of all a huge thank you to the restaurant itself. 5*

chipsteak tasted like it was made last night. Chips were cold .Got delivery at about 4 30 so shop was just opened

Food was very disappointing and we also got sent wrong item which tasted absolutely disgusting as they put fried chippy batter over mushrooms which is the battered mushrooms and we ordered Garlic mushrooms and they were 100% NOT like this the last time we ordered them. Also the ice cream was put in next to the hot food so this had melted before it even got to us and Very runny. Very very disappointed overall with the food & dessert tonight.

Had baked potato with chilli and side salad. Chilli was all heat with very little taste. Despite requesting no onions my side salad was covered in them

Unfortunately my order was delayed twice (second delay was 1.5hrs since ordering) so we just opted to collect from the shop! Which then in turn lost our £4 delivery fee. Regardless of this food was lovely and fresh when collected.

Ordered a Penne Arrabbiata takeaway on evening of 24.12.23. When arrived at car noticed the pasta was topped with parmesan cheese, despite this not being mentioned on the ingredient list on the menu when ordering. Being a vegetarian and parmesan not being vegetarian was unable to eat this and returned to the shop to request if this could be remade and was refused and advised that this should have been noted at time of ordering as all pastas are topped with parmesan. Having not previously ordered from this establishment, I believe that the ingredient list should include parmesan. Please see photo attached as this was not the case. Staff were extremely unhelpful, argumentative, and not open to constructive feedback. For example, was laughed at several times and advised that all cheese comes from animals and that if I wasn’t a vegan I could eat cheese. This member of staff also implied that I simply didn’t want to eat the pasta as it came with cheese, which was not the case. Explained the definition of parmesan to the staff and was advised by one of the staff members that they were part time and didn’t need to be aware of different dietary requirements. This same staff member also rolled their eyes during this discussion and laughed at myself amongst their colleagues. After a long period of back and worth with the staff, I requested a refund which was eventually grudgingly accepted. I had a horrible and embarrassing experience at this store and will never return. Please educate staff on different dietary requirements and have a clear ingredient list for customers.

I put a note about adding salt and vinegar to the supper. It wasn’t done.

My Delivery took 1Hr & 20Mins and I paid for 5 Fritters however only received 4 Fritters which were clearly not fresh made, the batter on the edge of the Fritter was so hard it nearly broke my tooth!

Food was amazing but service really was a let down. Order was delayed so arrived after an hour and 20 mins Drinks were missing so driver was returning to store. We then discovered a supper was missing too. Poor driver had went to local shop and bought the drinks but had to then go back to the store for missing food.

This baked Potato isn’t even edible .. I will never order from here again

Bolognese is one of the best I’ve had! Chips are fantastic too. Our meals are always brilliant!

The food was decent as usual but I don’t know if someone in the shop can’t read or they just can’t be bothered because every time I ask for salt and vinegar on my food I NEVER get it

Love the white pudding, and the batter is perfect. It would be nice to ask for a split white pudding. Please add to your menu. Thanks again for the good food. Chips are amazing. Black pudding also split would be good.

Excellent food! The garlic dip has, unfortunately changed. Wish you would bring the old one back. New one tastes like plain mayonnaise and doesn't go well with the garlic mushrooms.

Always give 5 star reviews for here but for the first time I can't. They have changed the burgers and they are not nice, the old burgers they used were so much better. Gutted as we used to love a burger from here

Other than the delivery price, this place is likely the best chippy in the area. The Special Fish is very good.
