Comida muy decepcionante! No es fresco en absoluto y la presentación es embarazoso. Necesita revisar su menú , precio y calidad

Tan soso. Todo parecía agradable, pero no tenía sabor. La ensalada feta necesitaba vinagre y sal y la feta casi sabía a queso de cabra. Sin sabor. Envoltura de pollo shawarma - tan bonito y sin sabor. Supuestamente había col y salsa de ajo, pero no podía probar nada. Kefte volvió a ser atractivo pero sin sabor a nada. Y una especie de cóctel que era suspodoef para ser una margarita picante pero sabía a limeaid alcohólica diluida. Todo fue totalmente decepcionante y luego la factura llegó a 80 libras y estábamos verdaderamente convencidos de que se debe evitar a toda costa.

La comida terrible nunca volverá. Sirvieron shawarma fría y no tibia y shawarma de pollo con un poco de olor y realmente sin sabor.

Le lieu est bien situé, dans un quartier agréable. La carte est assez large, en mode "tapas" à partager. Mais les goûts n'ont rien d'exceptionnels, les portions par très larges et les prix franchement assez élevé par rapport aux prestations. Ni authentique ni excellent, ça a le mérite de faire découvrir les saveurs (très diluées) du Liban

The food was not good . Prawns Dry and not tender, sponges veggies with greasy taste , paperboard bread etc etc a lebanese restaurant with some red cabbage in mains !!!

Delicious flavours in all dishes. The shish taouk and lahem meshwi were both tender and delicious. The hummus amazing!

A pochi passi dall'albergo abbiamo cenato ben due volte in questo accogliente locale. Lodevole l'ospitalità di Gianluca e Mustafa' Ottimi l'hummus, i falafel, gli spiedini di agnello e la moussaka' libanese Complimenti!!!

Excellent meal. Wide variety of items on the menu, good choice of gluten-free and vegetarian, outstanding cocktails (must try the margaritas). Very attentive and friendly service. Particularly enjoyed the ability to order extra dishes as we went - food came very quickly. Overall, a fun experience - we will be back again.

Food was good, service was efficient. The restaurant offered 30% discount, so this made it affordable, otherwise, it is quite pricey compared to similar restaurants in nearby edgware road. Its was a bit distracting around 830 pm when they start to shut down the restaurant, moving tables, etc, so that you can no longer have a conversation due to the noise. perhaps this only happens on Monday night?

We went for lunch on a Saturday. Service was great and as the restaurant was quiet, we could relax and were not rushed out, which was a bonus. The food was well presented and tasty, however, would have preferred better flat bread or pitta to eat with various dips. It became cold and chewy quite quickly. Coffees were great too. We would go back.

First visit here but won’t be the last. Excellent service from the start. Lovely welcome and helpful assistance with choosing from the menu. Food was piping hot and delicious. Very reasonable price for London. Gin cocktails delicious. Very friendly atmosphere and lovely decor.

We had a lovely experience last night at Massis Bar & Grill. The waiter was very helpful and friendly and the food was gorgeous. We had mixed mezzo between the 3 of us for starters and then chicken shish and lamb kebabs. All our food was very fresh and full of flavour. The waiter very kindly gave us some extra wine for free which was very kind of him. We loved it and will be back!

Absolutely lovely food in a nice environment in the middle of Paddington Basin

Fab meal here at lunchtime. We opted for the meat sharing platter which was delicious. Nice to see Lebanese wine on the menu.

Lovely ambience, and the staff are fantastic especially all the staff on 27th December. Food was fresh and was great to share dishes as I shared a few with four friends. We had the mix shawarma, the chicken wings (recommended) tzatziki and the rice, as well as the desserts the presentation and taste all around a wonderful experience. Would definitely come again thankyou :)

Visited with a friend for a long overdue catch-up! Service was outstanding from start to finish, so friendly and helpful with menu Choices! When the food arrived it was some of the best food I have had in a while, the Grilled Halloumi with avo mayo and Hummus Lamb Shawarma were the highlights soooo good! 10/10 would recommend to a friend! Will definitely be visiting again!

Delicious food, beautifully presented, delivered with smiles, nothing was too much trouble, and they were keen to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed and were happy. Eating outside under cover with the fairy lights in the trees felt magical. We had a great evening, Thank you!

I love it here! The food is amazing and extremely good value. We weren't rushed but were well looked after. My husband and I ordered 6 dishes between us and we were well fed! It was delicious and the bill was surprisingly, very reasonable ! Highly recommend!

Early evening meeting with drinks and dinner. We were looking for a relaxed no rush experience and it was perfect. Food was very good, although we wishes we had sampled more dishes. Good value

I have eaten here several times prior to lockdown was keen to return but this visit was a disaster from the start sadly. The toilets are down a spiral staircase and the lift was out of order, as I use a mobility aid, meant that after attempting once, I didn't want to drink during the rest of my meal. After telling the staff my allergies - was told that there wasn't any on the menu when I pointed out that there were, they were better and offered options. The food was tasty but arrived at different times which we weren't told would happen. So we ordered calamari as a starter, my main course arrived within minutes of ordering and was then cold, by the time the calamari arrived, my friend's main arrived just after the calamari. They are large portions though. Personally wouldn't go again but my friend would because of the location and the food was nice.

Nice restaurant by the canal good service but the food was very disappointing. The tabbouleh lacked seasoning , the mixed grill meat was dry , the moussaka lacked seasoning too. No Lebanese bread came with the food . I have had much better Lebanese food in London and for less money too !

Waitress was very cheerful and helpful, food arrived fairly quickly and freshly cooked. Lamb Meshwi was tender and very reasonably priced as was the crispy chicken. Not our first visit and won’t be our last!

Amazing food and great service quality of the dishes was great and just the right size of portions.

The staff was friendly, helpful and just amazing. The atmosphere was good. The food was average and the portions were small but enough if you are not hungry. I would recommend to order 2,3 things. Overall we had good time and we won’t mind coming back.

The grilled meats were good but, calamari was not great (seemed like it was from from-frozen, chewy) hummus was very mediocre, Tesco’s hummus is better. Nice plates though 👌

Nice atmosphere, the place is well decorated. Waiters are friendly and nice. The food was ok but not outstanding (good for the price range of 8-9 pounds). It was quite noisy even though there were not so many people inside. The restaurant hasn't replied to my email query I submitted in the morning of the day we were supposed to visit (our visit was late in the evening).

Servers were on their phones, multiple gathered around the bar at once. Food came out suspiciously quick from the kitchen, fish dishes tasted frozen. Music in the restaurant was really loud ruined the experience. They charge a 12.5% service charge which is outrageous given the service we received, would avoid eating here again

we ordered a few dishes and most of them were really decent (only exception was the half grilled chicken that was overcooked and slightly burned. The value for money was good. The only let down was the service, as the guys working were not switched on and were not looking after the tables properly

Food was great .. service was a little disorganized and staff who speak very quickly in somewhat stumble English referring to lebaneses food names our party were not intimately familiar with could use some attention And being on the back of the building when everyone else is on the opposite side on the canal is a little weird BUT when the Sheldon auditorium and apartments and office buildings are built out it will be a gold mine

The food was really good, very tasty and good value for money. The service was fine. However, we had an outside table next to a major building development so when that was active the noise level was unacceptable. Luckily, we had a lunch booking, and the builders stopped work for lunch for most of the time, but when they resumed it became unacceptably noisy. A shame, as otherwise it was a good experience.

Extremely poor service and ok food. The restaurant was not busy in the slightest and therefore, there was no excuse for the lack of service. At one point, the waitress just sat with her friend and enjoyed a drink…

The location is great. The menu is fantastic. The good is wonderful. The price is reasonable. The service was ok but I had to constantly repeat myself due to poor understanding of English. Items were forgotten. Overall I would recommended this restaurant

I went to Massis with two friends for dinner. I had been there before and the food is consistently good. We ordered 6 mezzes for the three of us including fresh octopus and tuna. The food was fantastic. With a good bottle of Lebanese wine, it cost us around £40 each (there are cheaper good wines on the list). The staff are very attentive. They also provide a good range of cocktails and many dishes are suitable for coeliacs.

This hidden gem is a short walk (7 mins) from Paddington station. The food is absolutely delicious and the menu is ideal for sharing. Lots to choose from but it’s not overwhelming. Simply delicious and I would definitely recommend.

Massis is a friendly, buzzing place to eat. Staff very attentive & helpful and food is superb. Unfortunately for us there was a large group of ladies just behind us who were very noisy and we found it echoed rather in the restaurant...made it difficult to hear each other at times, so we left earlier than we may have done.
