Takeaway treat tonight. Staff done me a lovely Garlic chicken Madras. Had this with Pilau Rice & Garlic Nann. Very nice food & recommend

I have been using massala hut since they first opened . I can recommend there food as its absolutely fantastic, good value, good portions and very tasty and the staff are very helpful. I can't remember having a bad curry from them .

Been ordering from here for many years. Consistently good food and good prices. Mixed Jalfrezi is always fabulous. Highly recommend .

Paid £2.50 for these and bought 3 lots £7.50 down the drain absolutely fuming everything else was also so small won't go back again

Don't waste your money! Waited an extra 40 minutes to receive something I didn't even order! It is tasty which keeps me going back but this isn't the first time....last time we ordered it was late and turned up cold!

Yet another amazing takeaway from Massalla Hut this evening! Only indian restaurant/takeaway I ever go to. Lovely food every time, always hot when it arrives and they were so kind this evening to throw in some onion bhaji’s on the house. 5* would absolutely recommend!!

I had a takeaway from Massalla Hut tonight and they never fail to disappoint! I order from here at least once/twice a month and each time the food is very tasty and is always hot. Really good flavours and portion sizes for a great price. I wouldn’t use any other indian restaurant. As a lovely gesture today they even gave me some samosas on the house. Highly recommend!!:)

We have never had a bad meal here Great food Great service and delivered piping hot for us to enjoy. We especially enjoy the nan bread and onion barges they are the best in the area.Can be busy but definitely worth the wait as we have never had a bad order always friendly and helpful definitely worth a try.

The delivery from this place was 45 mins later than quoted time. Food was terrible. A watery tastless slop of a meal. On the plus side no chance of high blood pressure here as there zero salt added.

We’ve had take a ways from here for nearly 3 years but tonight’s was not good. Solid chicken - suggesting bad quality or recooked. Asked for two masalas and ended up with one korma. They did deliver two masalas in the end but the chicken was so hard we didn’t eat much. I am guessing they have a new chef too as the taste was non existent sadly. We are strong fans of masala hut so will try again but we are worried we’ve lost our favourite local take away!

When we think curry this where we go. Always hot and very tasty. The staff is always happy to see you. The prices are wallet friendly 😉

OK, the menu looks great. The price is a little high but when you are told that a home delivery will be between one hour and one hour and fifteen minutes on a Saturday night at 6:45pm you can understand that. However at 9:00pm and the food hasn't arrived despite a call twenty minutes ago to say it was being packed and on its way (we're 5 minutes away) you would expect it to be here by now. Don't care how good the food is, we most certainly NOT be ordering from here again

When we fancy an Indian takeaway, this is our go to. Lovely food, always delivered hot, May have to wait up to an hour for delivery, but worth the wait. I highly recommend Masala Hut.

Just had our first takeaway from here as we couldn’t drive to pick up from our normal one. I was really pleased with just how good it was. We couldn’t fault the curries and rice and the peshwari naan was so soft, fluffy and generously stuffed, which is rare these days. We will definitely go back again, especially as they deliver.

We moved to Waterlooville 7 years ago, and it took us a while to find a great Indian. We then came across Masala Hut & we’ve been customers ever since. Friendly service, delicious food & great prices. We can’t fault this takeaway, 2 Grainger street are customers for life!

Well , what can I say . Perfect. Food is wonderful , well cooked and lots of choice . Also a great price. If I have one minor issue it’s a must to book near opening with your time they wanted as they DO get busy !!! But not sure u can moan , they are busy for an obvious reason . The whole shalimar group are fabulous. Worth the visit , a definite fave .

So I recently purchased a takeaway from them and as always the food I received was amazing!!! I can never fault a thing I come out of the takeaway with, along with the staff who give excellent customer service. I could not fault the food at all and also the help with what to order as it is hard with special requirements. But I can assure you that I will be returning here for the friendly welcome again and most importantly the food 💗💗

We've been using this restaurant for over 10 years and we are still enjoying the very tasty freshly cooked food and the large selection that suits us all. Friendly helpful and the deliveries are always lovely and hot. They have helped keep us going during this pandemic. Thank you very much for all the food we have enjoyed.

Apart from the friendly delivery driver this has to be the worst takeaway I’ve ever had! Food was cold, poorly prepared, either tasteless or over spiced, perhaps to mask the lack of flavour! Added too was a hair reminiscent of a pubic hair, I can only hope this is a coincidence. A real waste of £40 and ruined a poor girls birthday dinner! I would keep the distance between your dinner table and this establishment as far as possible. A great disappointment.

This is the first time we have used masala hut and most definitely the last. We collected the food, drove 5 minutes to home and it was stone cold. The food was bland, tasted as though it had been warmed up and not fresh. Very disappointed and threw most of it out as inedible. Waste of £36

Do not bother..weve ordered twice now..terrible..both deliverys were cold..not worth ordering and we had to wait over an hour..terrible

My partner and I had a take away from them this evening, forgot a dish. So my partner went back over there and they charged us but the guy forgot to write the dish down. It isn't the first time this has happened the guy that takes the orders always has ear phones in. I would under stand if they was hearing aids but he's listening to music to which you are able to hear. Very unprofessional and hygienic...got the dish after my partner went back and got the dish got home and half of the dish was missing... waste of time...

Never consistent which is a shame as when it’s good it’s really good but as I said it’s not consistent

Tried for the first time last night. Arrived in due course and whilst it was reasonably hot their was very little flavour to any of the dishes. Will try for a second time to see if any better.

Food is great but we literally live round the corner we didn't wanna head out it was cold and horrible we phoned at 7:45 we waited hour before we rung them again to see where they had got to, he'd gone back to the shop so sent him out again we gave them our address with post code and directions and told them what we could see from our flat on the very first phone call and still half an hour later nothing so ring again to tell them the food still isn't here!! we were hungry and tired after being at work all day the delivery man was rude even on the first phone call before we got aggravated, we then ring the shop and tell them we are cancelling the order he hung up on us!! No apology nothing!! It's now half 9 and we're hungry and ordering else where!!!

We have ordered from here on a number of occasions. The food is always lovely and tasty. I have a nut allergy and they always assure me there’s no nuts in what I order. They are very accommodating.

Always use this takeaway foods always good and plenty of it they give free papadoms and onion chutney it's best to go and pick it up as there can be a bit of a wait for delivery at the weekend.

Dentro de poco más de una semana tuvimos dos comidas de aquí. Las comidas eran las mismas, pero el estándar de la comida era muy diferente cada vez.La primera vez que la comida era excelente y nos quedamos muy satisfechos. El secondit estaba mal. Lo peor de todo era que el sabor de rancio de grasa. Era bastante horrible y no comer mucho. Incluso los poppadoms no estaban recién hechas y también probado antiguo.Además, no parecía muy limpio, así que me sorprende que tienen una buena clasificación de la higiene. Lo que horrible paño sucio haciendo vestidos alrededor del extractor, por ejemplo.

Have now tried all their vegetarian food- and EVERYTHING is good. This is addiction quality- really fresh as well. Take away

Comida de Massala-jeera Hut es bien, pero no genial. Tenía un par de curris desde aquí y un par de no tan buena curry aunque era el mismo. Lleva un largo tiempo también, las cocinas no veía muy limpia, aunque como cuando vas a recoger una llevar - este es un no sólo llevar un restaurante, se puede ver los utensilios

Soy un visitante regular a Masalla Hut como su curry siempre han sido genial. Venden generosas porciones con agradables sabores y ofrecen un muy buen servicio. No siempre 100% perfecto, pero una buena relación calidad-precio y decente curry no impidió que va a ellos! Definitivamente un probar!

Having just moved back to the area, we tried Massalla Hut for our first Indian takeaway. It was without doubt the best Indian takeaway we have had for years.

Very nice currys .the rice and bread was. Nice too.the only downside was the naan .other than that it was good

El primer plato estaba bien y sin problemas.

We ordered a takeaway last week and they forgot the naan bread. When I phoned to ask where it was they didn't argue, they apologised and delivered them within 5 mins. Food excellent as always.

We have been staying in the area for 10 days and had 2 takeaways from here.Curry was great,nice and hot.The meat content was good and plenty of it.We found that the naan breads were poor to the point of us asking if they were freshly made.When delivered the second time were still as poor.So great curry but poor breads.
