Food was very nice, however, I ordered the Hash Shuganda as I don't like the spicier Annans Hash, when I went to eat it I found bits of pineapple and chillies which are in the Annans Hash, so I think the 2 meals are labelled incorrectly.

It's nothing but spectacular!The sauces are amazing with rich flavours and the chicken chat starter side was amazing OMG! We really really enjoyed this meal. Everything was spot on! We are regulars now. Highly recommended everything was worth every penny! 👌 one tip. Keep up the great food Masala Reef. A great local business! Awesome guy owns this place. Best curry takeaway by a mile! Can't recommend this food enough! 😀

Delivery driver was friendly but disappointed as the food was only warm the chicken Korma sauce was flavoured well but the chicken itself was dry and had no flavour very disappointing. Sorry to say as the food has always been tasty when I had it in the past !!!

Delivery was good. Food was hot and tasty. Bit miffed that I was charges £2 for 4 sachets of sauce that are given away for free in store. I knew that 5guys is expensive before I ordered and accept that you pay a premium for quality. 50p per sachet of ketchup and mayo is not great.

Lovely food, delivered hot with a polite driver. Just sorry I never had any cash for a little tip. Only negative would be the advertising wait times for deliveries. When ordering it suggests 30-45mins, then once order was confirmed delivery time was 45-75mins. I think that's a common justeat occurence rather than the restaurant though.

I understand you were very busy tonight but that did not effect the quality of food the chicken fell apart and lovely and hot

1st time trying this restaurant and pleasantly surprised. Food tasty and still hot. Probably best poppadoms I’ve ever had and that includes Michelin starred Indian in London. May have found our new go to Indian.

Ordered & told an hour & 30 wait which was long enough. Rang restaurant hour and 45 mins later& they said “it’s cooking now, will be out for delivery in 10 minutes”. This meant it would be another 25 mins longer than told. Clicked on “request for money back” NOT CANCEL ORDER and then 20 mins later I rang the restaurant and said my order is still not here to be told I’d cancelled my order? Just eat still telling me I had order on way. Only refunded me £8 for it yet was a £37 order!!?? Never order

Have ordered takeaway a few times now from Masala Reef and every time the food has been lovely and hot, nice portions and very tasty. Delivery is always in good time and lovely friendly drivers. It’s our go-to for Indian :)

Chicken was inedible , it was off. We never have issues normally and food always great but this time the chicken did not taste fresh at all and could not eat it

Delivered dead on time. Prices cheaper and portion sizes better (3’s of onion bhaji and samosa) than others. Rice moist, not sticky, dansak spicy, thick, flavourful with tender lamb that fell apart easily. The extra off on a Wednesday was a nice treat. Thank you!!!

Have been here a few times now and haven't been disappointed. The food was fantastic and the service was great. The guy who took my order even recommended certain dishes he thought I'd like. So I will try those next time.

This place is the real deal anything is possible just ask the guvner he only to happy and kind to sort anything ya stomach rumbles for good value good size portions and always well chatty and friendly people. Think ya have a job to beat as an overall takeaway old school indian 10/10. Remember you cant rush a good dinner and they do get busy so get in quick or miss out i have told ya Also never takes the piss by charging for sauces or popadoms like every one else does there sweet in here Mid week specials well tasty lads av-it. Food was terrible chicken was so dry it was not edible the rice was all gloopy and stuck together and cold I don't know how you can mess up poppadoms but they was stale the nan was cold and dry really disappointed wouldn't recommend

Usually really happy with this restaurant but tonight they got my order wrong :( Ordered 2 tikka masalas and only got 1 and a korma instead of the other, ordered a peshwari naan and got a plain naan, and the onion bargis were very soggy and didn’t seem cooked, disappointed!

Best Indian on the island. The only one that seems too put paneer in their saag paneer. Great flavours and super service. The only place I'll order from now.

My first ever order! Arrived really quickly, much quicker than expected. The delivery driver was super friendly and polite. The food was absolutely delicious and far too much for one sitting. I got a set meal for one and there’s definitely enough for two more satisfying meals. Will absolutely order again.

Half the food was cold like rice, naan and side dish. Could taste in the curry it wasnt same quality as previously ordered from there and curry and side dish was warm not hot when arrived.

Brilliant job again guys on the food, piping hot and very tasty. Merry Christmas to you all
