Mary's Pizza & Pasta, Harlow in Harlow

We ordered from here thinking it was Mary’s but this is a copycat. There food is not even close to Mary’s we are used. The one we usually order from is Mary’s express pizza pasta. We made mistake by not checking the reviews etc

Do not order We ordered a 15inch Mary's special & It arrived completely wrong. It is supposed to have a bbq base but it had a tomato base. They sent another one but only a 13inch (and said this was their policy) and it still had the wrong toppings and a tomato base They got the order wrong, delivered something we can not eat and then don't even give us a full replacement. Very disappointed Their menu is not correct and now we have 2 pizzas that are not what we ordered. They are not answering the phone or voicemail Waste of money DO NOT ORDER

Amazing food arrives hot, I prefer spaghetti to pasta and they always change this for me which is amazing. Thank you 😊

Food came earlier than expected, I ordered my usual of a Chicken Penne Arrabbiata pasta with warm ciabatta bread and some garlic sauce. They gave me extra dips, (they used to do black olives and the driver informed me they didn't) but no matter food was awesome as always! Happy new years Mary's Pizza and Pasta!

This was the first time I ordered from this restaurant and the food was INCREDIBLE. The delivery man was lovely and it came earlier than expected. Overall, I wish I could rate it more than 5 stars. Thank you!

Ordered via Deliveroo - order was due to arrive, for a hungry team working late, at 21.30. It is now 22.53 and no order. The number online doesn't work, the number on Deliveroo doesn't work. Definitely avoid!

Myself and my partner had terrible food poisoning from the Spag Bol and Lasagne. We had previously highly rated this place and ordered a few times. After this horrible experience, we will not be ordering food from here again.

Well. The pizza here is great, good selection, customised pizzas, fresh and plentiful toppings. The pasta however, I believe is microwaved (overcooked and bland), and if it isn't, its very underseasoned. A few fresh herbs a bit of salt and pepper, with a little separate container of Italian cheese (parm / pecc) would help tremendously at little extra cost. No complaints with delivery time or hotness, never had an order errors.

Always good, fresh hot and tasty. I will say the stuffed crust is horrible but other than that its the best pizza i have had in a long time. A returning customer

Food was hot and on time, taste was ok bla bla.. However.. I'm rating the "italian" part. As long as you label yourself as an Italian restaurant then you got to do better, as the food's taste is definitely not italian.

I think your food is very very good but if you keep using deliveroo your reputation is going to to go down hill fast.

Two hour wait,Pizza didn’t arrive, deliveroo won’t refund me for 48 hours if at all. Steer clear of the ‘service’

Tried for the first time tonight and food was absolutely amazing, the portions of sides are huge and so nice, will definitely be ordering again

Ordered a pizza here to be collected at 11:30pm, turned up and everyone working had gone home without cooking our pizza! Spoke to a guy in the pub who insisted our money would be refunded. It's now two days on, the money has actually come out of the bank account now and Mary's won't answer to try and resolve this issue! Always ordered pizza from here but will never do so again!

Ordered pizza and supposed to have it delivered but it changed to collection tried to contact them but no answer. Fuming.
