Karaoke on my birthday was wild. Thoroughly enjoyed it with my other half and family. Wish we'd had more than an hour. Also, it was a little hot in there as we didn't know there was air con. But can't wait to do it again soon.

Just stopped by for a cocktail before eating out. It was fairly early and the place was medium busy, although I imagine late on a Sat it would be heaving. Bar service was quite slow but cocktail was very good. I like that they have karaoke rooms but never got to try it out.

What a wonderful establishment, greeted by Matthew, Michael and Elizabeth who couldn’t do enough for us, they sold us the karaoke booth which was the most fun you can have in LYTHAM! Definitely worth the money- we decided to stay on in Marvin’s as it’s value for money- Shona & Cam were exceptional bar staff who made us feel right at home! As a smoker venturing outside was a breeze as Terry welcomed me and ensured I was safe! Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Marvin’s LYTHAM- I would definitely recommend this bar to a friend! Staff are 10/10 entertainment (karaoke booth) 10/10 DJ on site 10/10 Thank you for a lovely night x

Wanted to go for a drink after a nice meal out in lytham and was told Marvins was the place to go. What a poor recommendation, the management/ ownership need to look at the people being let in to here. It was 15 year olds and coke heads as far as the eye can see, I even walked into the men’s bathroom to find people doing bumps of what I can only assume was cocaine whilst people were waiting for the toilet as well as seeing children children who were in my 15 year old daughters year at school drinking!!!! When this was brought up to staff there was nothing done, they turn a blind eye as long as people spend money. Will never be going back, prefer to spend my money somewhere that abides by the law!!!

Fantastic cocktail bar in the heart of Lytham. They have a great selection of cocktails on the menu, and their bartender can also make special ones up for you (if they aren't busy). Highly recommend!

The DJ was awful, played a really bad music selection. It was a Motown night and In fairness I asked for 2 songs. The first not being Motown so when I asked for for my second choice which was 100% Motown I was told it was not Motown and that was when he verbally abused me, telling me repeatedly in the same sentence to f**k off. I was horrified by his attitude and I will not be going back! The bar staff and doormen were lovely though hence the 2 stars and not 0! Not to tar all DJ’s as I’ve been before and they’ve been really pleasant and always played songs me and my friends have suggested. This was the last Saturday night in February and unfortunately can’t remember his name!

We arrived at the bar at 7pm. We had a lovely time until 8.30 when we were told the table were booked at 9pm. At 8:45pm the “bouncer” said the people had turned up early and we had to be removed. We found this rude and the way he addressed this was extremely rude considering we had promised to move by 9pm and had spent +£100 during our time there. The bouncer needs sacking because he’s doesn’t do the bar justice.

We ate over the road and it was one of those night we weren't quite ready to go to bed. We walked out and saw Marvins was rocking!! Live band great music dancing fun night. Friendly locals, i think everybody in Lytham must know Wayne, what a character !! Only thing is please get a better Red by the glass

Great place, very atmospheric and with a lovely acoustic band on. Had a great quality Peroni (hence the title) that was on point for being refreshing, followed by a buzzing espresso martini. Their Apricot Negroni was excellent, definitely recommend! The staff were all very friendly with a very attentive manager and great value!

Witnessed the door staff turn a seemingly lovely couple away because the man had shorts on and they were told they didn’t meet the dress code, even though they had a booking. It was really awful and awkward to watch. We were booked in as a girl group and allowed in, and on entering a good 50% of the men inside had shorts on. We had fun, but it was really awful to see others treated that way. So disappointing as it’s it could be such a great place.....but your face clearly has to fit with the doormen and I don’t think that’s how it should be for people. (It’s really not good enough to be exclusive!)

After many attempts at entering an establishment in lytham for a bank holiday beverage... it seems everyone.. EXCEPT MARVINs.. has an attitude ... twice we have come back in one night.. and its all thanks to LUKE ...what a lovely.. friendly guy.... I almost forgot about the pandemic. He needs to be thanked for his attitude x

I visited here Friday ( 2nd of October) and had previously booked a table through Instagram. When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly host named Danielle, who then later told me she was the lady who took my booking through social media stating she was head of that too. What a fantastic job she is doing, as from start to finish we felt so welcome and she had a smile on her face all the time too which was so nice to see in these uncertain times! There was a little trouble on the evening (nothing against the bar itself, just inconsiderate people) and Danielle and the bouncer dealt with this exceptionally without affecting any other custom in the bar. She deserved a medal that night and still didn’t affect her as a member of staff. The bar was stylish, with a great atmosphere that left us wanting to dance longer than 10pm for sure! All staff so attentive and sticking to the current rules! Thankyou for a great night marvins, we do hope to be back soon!

Great night and great quiz! Loved Danielle who recommended fab drinks and always checked if we needed anything with new Covid restrictions. She was fantastic! Thank you!!

Myself and my party had a fab night on the 26th September, all things considered. COVID safe, all staff were masked up & made us feel comfortable and made sure we were happy and if we needed anymore drinks. Once we'd finished downstairs we made our way to the Karaoke, we were made aware of what we could and couldn't do due to the new restrictions & safety measurements and was left to enjoy our night and would bob in every now and then to see if we wanted more drinks! The only downside was that when we were downstairs is that we were sat facing a wall but nothing a twist of the chair couldn't solve!

Even with limitations in customers space they made it a great night. Big drinks options and choice of cocktails. Ambience great music missing regular DJ Eddie Gee but looking forward to the nights again. Great place for ages o ver 30

Loved the room we hired however although we had paid for the room until 1am, random people started joining the party! I spoke to the Manager who had a couldn’t care less attitude and said it was busy downstairs so they couldn’t stop people coming...

Visited with a group of friends. Glasses smashed all over the floor upstairs, tables not cleaned and glasses not collected. The toilets were not obviously not checked through the night as no toilet role and generally messy. Not what you expect. The karaoke room had...

The best late night drinks in Lytham! Geo and Josh are outstanding! A great array of spirits and cocktails with expertly trained staff on hand.

My wife and I loved this place. Good cocktails and brilliant music. Everyone there was just out to have a good time. There was no trouble or idiots kicking off. I'd definitely go back in there.

Wow, Lytham was rocking last Sunday night, with a fabulous soul singer, what a voice. My favourite All night long from Linell Richie.. never heard that live before (except from the great man himself!) Great friendly bar service too and good beer..

Great venue for all the family! Had a fantastic night, soul motown theme which went down a treat, even my great grandma!! Would recommend the Motown mai tai cocktail.

Went with my gf to marvins gang of boys started putting a fight with me - it’s not a place to go with your gf or your wife really shocking no security . Me being a doctor could have easily got into a fight but...
