Visited today. What a great location! Sat outside on bar chairs in sun with live music opposite. Great atmosphere. Nice cider and beers. Went inside to use toilets, nice big place. Toilets were fine.

We've eaten here 5 times since it's opened, across breakfast, dinner and tapas. First of all, lovely location overlooking the Pier and Main Beach. Especially nice in the evening. Breakfast - I had the large breakfast and this was LARGE. Really tasty too 😍 Dinner - I've had a mixture of the noodle style dishes and burgers again, really good quality food. Tapas - Easily my favourite. They currently have a deal on Tuesdays on Tapas but it's amazing all week round. Staff - Very pleasant, quick service. All round good experience and I'll no doubt go again soon.

Brilliant! Spur of the moment decision to eat here. Great food with a varied menu, quick service, lovely views. Couldn't fault any of it.

We found this place after searching for vegan breakfast in Clacton. The review said best vegan breakfast ever so we had to try it. I had vegan BLT and I was not disappointed. It was packed full of the vivera bacon pieces with lettuce, tomatoes and garlic mayo. I will be returning next time I'm in the area.

The restaurant is lovely, situated in a lovely spot right off of the beach. All of the staff are lovely here, more than happy to help and accommodate any needs you may have. I’ve been here a few times and I’m never disappointed. When they’re busy there is a little wait but it’s worth it. Only issue here is if your inpatient and don’t wait for quality you’d be better off paying cheaper at a fast food chain but this suits the area nicely for those people that are used to quality over quantity! Can’t wait to see summer in full swing with their lovely mojitos and Pimms !

I used to get a drink at the lounge when I am in Clacton. The problem is that I don't bother anymore as the staff allow the dogs on the sofas and armchairs which is very off-putting. As we all know that dogs might had step in something.

This venue looks directly onto the beach so you can enjoy a sea view. It is decorated in warm cosy colours with a nod to art deco. Service was friendly and efficient and we were greeted with a warm welcome. We enjoyed our food, one of us having a tapas selection and the other having a fried breakfast. We thought it was good value and the cocktails were well made too.

I really love this place, had lovely tapas & wine this evening. Man that was serving us was working very hard running around very friendly! Tapas was extremely good. Looking forward to returning x

The two young girls that were working here were very polite and helpful. There were 5 in our party and we all really enjoyed the breakfast we had which was cooked well with good quality ingredients. The decor inside is beautiful aswell as the views out to sea.

We have made this our ‘place to go ’ in town as a couple and with the family. Great terrace overlooking the sea, eclectic internal decor and more importantly a good menu for meat eaters and Vegans making it ideal for mixed eating groups. We have also found the staff helpful and friendly. Thumbs up from us may this gem continue.

Worst Christmas meal. Not in the least bit festive. Service poor, food served cold and waitress miserable. Not decorated or any Christmas atmosphere.

What a great atmosphere, something that Clacton has lacked historically. Dropped in for breakfast and they were very welcoming. The menu is perfect for breakfast with the pricing point being more than acceptable for the quality. Nice to see this old building having a new pulse!

Amazing setting still, love what they’ve done with the place, the Christmas decorations give it a little warm feeling but feel as if they need more for how much room they have. Food still amazing and had an amazing Saturday night with all staff looking very confident on a busy night with nothing being missed. Didn’t wait for drinks at all on their upstairs bar with amazing chatty service ! Love this place so much !

I have been 3 times and each time was better than the last. The food is excellent and the service is great too. The restaurant is quiet in the later hours which is when I visited. the ordering system is simple and the wait for food is never over 25 minutes. I ordered the chimichurri brisket burger and it was excellent only thing that could have been better is that the portion of chips given with the burger is quite small however the burger was large and good in quality so i looked past it. We ordered some sides and they were excellent the mac and cheese in particular was great along with the tapas we ordered. We will definitely be visiting for a 4th time and more times after that.

This spot is a great place to have a few cocktails on a nice comfy sofa and order some picky bits when the cocktails hit ya! Bar service was slightly chaotic though.

We found this well located spot on a brief stopover in Clacton. Views are lovely as we had a window seat and we opted for the burger and chips and mozzarella fries. All very tasty, well presented and very well priced. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Lovely spot.

From the moment we walked in I was greeted by the wonderful Rhys who asked us if we had any allergies before seating us we all left empty plates as the food was amazing and the cocktails definitely hit the spot we will be returning again

We thought we'd come here as was a lovely hot day and thought would be nice to sit out on the terrace. To be fair that was the only nice thing about it. Overpriced food and drinks, definitely paying for location. I wanted to order a breakfast but do not like fried egg I asked if I could have mine scrambled instead. This was not possible unless I paid an extra £2.50 this takes the breakfast total to £12.50! I'm not sure why it costs so much extra to scramble an egg instead of fry it? Anyhow I decided to scrap that idea and went for a sausage sandwich at a cost of £5.25 when it arrived I wished I'd just scrapped the whole order from when I got told I'd need to pay extra to have my egg scrambled. We had a salad, sausage sandwich and two pints of beer £30 and I was still hungry so had to go eat somewhere else after. We live here so was disappointed as we'd go more often if there service had of been better. Shame.

Was a great stay yet again, people try and bring business down for free stuff but honestly I hope prices go up a little bit more to keep those people out as this is a diamond in the rough! The service is always amazing, the staff are always happy to help and the food is great ! Can’t get enough of this place the lounges need to treat their staff as they surely won’t be getting paid enough for what they do for the community. Look forward to spending many nights here now that the summer rush has gone
