Pizza was like they microwaved it my milkshake was like water when it got here drinks were warm and chips were stail rank !!

Delivery is always a little longer here but I enjoy the food so don’t mind too much .Decent offers and a good amount of choice .Ideal for when craving a take away.

Packaging had changes from being in same box to coming separate and the fries were cold and soggy which wasn’t great as you may expect and I also prefer the burger and fries in the same box as it keeps it more warm and less packaging over all 7/10

food took 2 hours to arrive, wouldn't have minded but it was stone cold!! phoned them twice to see where the order was and just said driver is on its way!! not the first time the foods been late and cold, definitely put me off. won't be ordering again. don't order the chips and cheese either you get the smallest amount of cheese on the chips! just pointless! order a chips and add your cheese on yourself.

After waiting over an hour saying they can deliver online I ring and they say it’s too far to go. Food quality is poor and will be sticking to where I normally go.

Quality food and one time, no complaints.

I just want to start by saying the person I spoke to on the phone was very polite and apologetic, however I was really disappointed. Food was hugely late. When I called to check on progress I was told over and over that it was a couple of minutes. This therefore meant food was stone cold. Shame as the pizza looked great but obviously cold cheesy chips and pizza isn’t ideal. We paid £30 for our order. He said our area isn’t easy to deliver to, maybe don’t say you can then?

Was late by 10 minutes food was cold! Said delivered when it wasn’t here! Had to phone them to be told the driver will be a few minutes! Chips was soggy missing drinks burger was vile wrap was soggy chicken nuggets was soggy never going to eat here again

Food is nice even though when order 3 piece chicken i always get 2 and i understand take aways get busy and i order the minimum but i can be here waiting for a long time for the food but delivery staff are polite

45 minutes late phones up shop 3 times to be told on the way. When it got there the pizza box was soggy where it had been in the bag for so long and the wraps where cold AVOID....

Yet again my food didn’t arrive rang the shop up numerous times to no answer and now they are shut! Really am not happy this is the second time tonight I’ve gone without my order waiting over two hours almost for food not to arrive, I want my money refunded for both orders asap as I have had to ring a other place now!!!!

Restaurant stated an ETA & food tired up 40 mins late, chips had no salt & vinegar and chips undercooked chips also smelt Off!!! There was no apology from staff, Very rude, I have me order number so I will be paying restaurant a visit for a refund I would recommend not to order from this place food is poor & staff are rude!! Late delivery…. Very poor indeed. I won’t be ordering from here again. No chance.

They are delivering so bad food. Smelly and pizza with poor preparation . I ordered chips which was so smelly and pizza cheese so bad.I don’t want to give a star as well.

Ordered for preordered delivery as we had a guest coming later. They brought the food an hour and 20 before the time I had chosen. And I said I didn’t want it as would be cold by the time my guest came. They said just put it in the oven. I said no it’ll be cold. On the phone they said it’s only 50 minutes early (it was an hour and 20) minutes early. I said I set it for a specific time and he said we never looked at the time. I said well sorry but it’s not my fault. He said could you not have taken it. I said about the guest over and over. And said can have It for the right time. He said but we are very busy I said know but I put a specific time for a reason it’s not my fault that you didn’t check the time. He said okay and hung up. So I rang back and said it was rude to hang up and could I confirm that this was coming at the time I originally Put. He said “I said yes” and then hung up again.

Absolute waste of time. Second order cancelled in 3 weeks. Waited almost until due delivery time and they cancelled the order both times saying no drivers available.

After 90 minutes had a text to say they don’t deliver to my area despite taking the order and delivering here last week and numerous times in the past. It will take 3-5 days for a refund! Very annoyed! When I called to complain they blamed staff shortages. If that’s the case they should not have accepted the order and I could have spent the 90 minutes getting my takeaway from somewhere else

The food quality was very good and packed very well. The delivery person was very polite and friendly as she always is, would I recommend them to a friend, Yes.

Worst experience ever, it has delayed for more than 30 mins and the order was showing delivered without delivering. When called the restaurant they are quick to disconnect the call by saying it's on the way.

Order came in two seperate deliveries as you forgot items no explaintion or apology from driver who brung forgetton items poor customer service

Minimal notification on what was happening until my food was out for delivery and then i was immediately told it was delayed, it is a 15 minute drive at most and you could have got there and back in the time it took to get here. The food was cold upon delivery aswell

Amazing burger cooked medium as I asked, fresh crisp salad 🥗 and sublime chicken I'm now eating ... very polite blokes working behind the counter also.. Will definitely use this place again and recommend to feinds as its priced very fairly with quality food .. cheers lads 🤌👍

Ordered a 12” Chicken and sweetcorn and got a chicken and pepperoni delivered 🤔 sweetcorn and pepperoni do look different

in the past i ordered 2 pizzas from here they were okay and today i ordered the same thing as i ordered in the past and got something completely different tried to call and got hung up on twice and told that was i ordered was the same as last time no help at all AVOID AT ALL COSTS WAST OF MONEY

Didn't deliver the drinks, delivery driver said they would be redelivered. When they weren't I rang to ask where they were. The wrong drinks arrived later thst evening.

Quite a regular here for take away. I do like the chicken burger and chips. My fella gets the chicken kebab. Guys are friendly and service is good.

Took 2 HOURS to get my basic order. Phoned up after an hour and half and was offered 1 can of pop!! Joke! Food isn’t even nice enough to be waiting that long.
