driver refused to listen to simple instructions delaying a further 5 minutes causing the food to go cold. not worth the 2.50 delivery charge when you have to leave your property to find the driver to get your food from him. lost a customer for sure

Never arrived. Never received an update and they have not answered any phone calls for an update so have to wait for just eat to look into a refund. If they are unable to provide service they should close and not accept orders!!

Food is over an hour late. Tried calling Marlos several times, they haven’t answered the phone once. It has been snowing so understand the late deliveries but it still hasn’t arrived and they won’t answer phone to tell me what’s going on 🤷🏼‍♂️

High delivery fee, late delivery.

My order was supposed to arrive at 2 in the morning however we had been told the restaurant was closed after just eat took my money. We all went to bed and then it was delivered at around 4 in the morning when everyone was asleep. I would like a refund but the takeaway won’t answer my calls

The order never arrived, i've Rang the restaurant countless times (i have proof) with no answer, sometimes putting the phone down or just turning their phone line off, on google it says they close at 11, so either just eats made a mistake

forgot cheese on chips and put pepperoni on a pizza that shouldn't have it on so couldn't eat it after biting into it and discovering that

Been delayed every single time we've ordered for months now, and last time it took 2 hours to get here, this time the kebab was cold, fries were hard and it's really making us think about if we wanna order again in the future

food was rushed , everything came without a bag , literally the food was handed to us as items , no napkins no cutlery cookie dough had turned into a cookie as it was really cold wen received with no choc sauces on it just looked like someone sat in it, dead food dead service would not recommend or order from again.

I usually walk and pick it up as its local so can't comment on delivery times that some people have brought up as an issue. Whenever I go here the food is good and I've not been dissapointed yet. The garlic bread usually has a slight crunch to the bottom which is how i prefer it. My one complaint is I think that the chip spice should be free.

Ordered, given an incorrect time for collection. Voiced that if we had been told the correct time we would have come later, instead of having to wait unnecessarily in the shop. They clearly ran around to get our order on time. Appreciated that and tipped a large amount, only to find out they had given us the wrong pizza. Poor all round. Don’t bother

Food is good, they don't seem to honour their stamp cards, after multiple orders haven't received 1 yet.

Ordered from here twice now. First time they missed an order so we had to wait for that to be prepared. Second time I placed an order online. Was advised it would be ready to collect in 20 minutes however when I arrived to collect the order it hadn't been started and was advised it would be another 15 minutes. Having said this, when I got the food home it was absolutely spot on! Pizza is gorgeous and the chips are fresh and crispy, not soggy at all. Despite the initial mix up the food was worth it on both occasions.

Awful. Food freezing cold , missing Mayo missing chips and missing drink. Dry as anything and wrap not a wrap just a big slop ! Avoid

Terrible, quite easily worst kebab I've had in 20 years and to make things worse the pitta was as dry as sandpaper, wouldn't feed their kebab to a homeless person

Pathetic customer service! Ordered on Uber eats at 10.10pm. Waiting until 11.25pm for them to tell me that they are out of an item I ordered and had to cancel the order! Kids left hungry and me fuming!!! If an item can’t be bought don’t waste peoples time! Disgracefully poor service!

Pizzas undercooked, toppings all over box and had a very strange flavour. Garlic bread was burnt. Chips were also burnt clearly refried old chips. Disappointing really. Won't be ordering again

Not warm and mixed starter nasty

The monster kebab is exactly that, I couldn't eat it all. The majority of the kebab was lovely but I have knocked a star off because the onion bhajis were burned on the outside, undercooked in the middle and full of oil. Also delivery took over an hour.

Food arrived on time, it wasn't the best pizza I've ever eaten and it wasn't as hot as if expected either.

If I could give zero stars I would not only did my order arrive two hours late even after I had cancelled it the driver then swore and tried to tell me he had been looking for my address for an hour and a half and then even after all of this the order was wrong in the first place for 3 of the 4 items an absolute joke of service!

The food was ordered at 8:43pm and was due to be delivered between 9:50pm and 10:10pm, we received a phone call at 10:02 to say there was a delay but not how long the delay would be. The food then arrived for 10:35pm and the portion size is absolutely disgustingly poor I’m very disappointed in this order today as previous orders have never been like this.

Really nice pizza! Delivered in good time and still hot from the oven. I've been struggling to find a takeaway locally where they cook pizza with no grease, it doesn't fall apart or its cold upon arrival and they delivered the exact opposite which was refreshing for once. Pizza and sides were just as good as the pizza giants such as Dominoes and Pizza Hut so highly recommend as it was delicious and cooked to perfection 👌

Delivery was on time, it took around 55 minutes and was quoted between 55 and 75 minutes. I would have preferred it a little faster but it was within the time frame given. I was very disappointed by the chilli burger. On the menu the burger was described as being topped with chilli con carne, this is what swayed my decision when choosing which restaurant to go to. When the burger arrived I noticed it didn't actually have chilli con carne on the top, as advertised. The burger was actually topped with some type of spicy keema and it was really dry, nothing like chilli con carne in fact. Due to this mis advertisement, I ended up with a really dry burger that was hard to eat. The milkshakes are good by the way but I won't be ordering a "chilli burger" from here again.

Food arrived an hour and a half late, staff were incredibly rude on and there was no proper communication. Food didn't taste as good as usual and there was hardly any donner meat in the box. Delivery driver was on the phone when he arrived and didn't say anything. Would have cancelled my order if I hadn't paid by card.

Well what can i say awful just disgusting i order a bolognaise burger and i got something i wouldnt feed a dog the spice burnt all my mouth. Please dont order from here.

Waited over an hour for food to be delivered, so rang shop to see where it was. I was told that there was a fault on the system and my order never came through I gave him my address and low and behold it was there and he would get my order out ASAP. Food arrived and was very disappointed. Portion sizes were a joke, asked for salad in my kebab and received 2 bits of lettuce and a slither of onion. And guess what to top it all off it was cold. Will not not be ordering from here again and certainly will not be recommending.

Totally disgusted with their service placed an order and was told will be delivered within 1 hour . Waited 1 hour and 30 mins when I phone was told its on its way and the driver is 2 mins away . Its the next day and I am still waiting for my delivery. Use sharma pudsey up the road better pizza and better deal .

Decent food stayed open during the snow and food was nice.

Other half had chicken tikka and chips and I had a tuna melt panini. The chicken was tasteless the tuna didn't taste right, i could only eat a quarter of it. The chips were soggy but about the only thing edible, with some salt, and drinks weren't delivered. Not impressed and certainly won't be ordering again.

Placed an order. Told 30 to 40 mins. Hour and a quarter later still not here. Turned up and price has gone up. Wont be using again. Food only luke warm. Only had to come a mile.
