Delicious food and brilliant service! Visited with a group of friends for dinner and drinks and the meal and atmosphere were fab. We were served by the very friendly Liv- she was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble! This is a great place to visit, would highly recommend.

I visited here as a tourist with my family. I first ordered the wall to wall chicken. This dish is suit our taste. After that we ordered full rack of ribs. It is very nice !!! Good service too!! (We came around lunch time)

The food are delicious, the waiter serve us with his full passion and patient. They gave us some free drinks actively because the food was slow to come out. Quite nice ~

This is my first time going to a TGIs and I was appalled at the prices. £25 for a fajita that you have to assemble yourself ?! Also we went because the cocktails were advertised as 2 for 1, but when one drink alone costs £18… Also the service was very bad. I don’t know if it was the server’s first day but she seemed to just be verbalising all her thoughts out loud. The group in front of us was made up of 7 people and she exclaimed when she saw them “I have no idea where I’m going to put you all.” When she saw how long the queue to get in with she went “oh my God” and “it’s been a really long day.” And when seated at our table she told us “if you think the service is bad please let me know.” Therefore, we left before ordering any food, knowing we could get a great burger for much cheaper elsewhere.

Do not book a kids party!!! Under no circumstances do I advise it to be a good idea ,after booking a party for a 10th birthday party of 24 children and a separate booking of 4 adults with 2 month notice it was absolutely abysmal. Two members of staff to a full restaurant who rang to confirm the booking 50 minutes before the party ,the party table was set up by apart from that it was disorganised , the food was late(the food was appalling quality ) , deserts was later and this led to guests leaving before the cake was cut , we was not given a knife to cut the cake with and was left using a butter knife . Even my daughter had to help make balloon animals and clearing the table inbetween courses as no staff came to clear the food before deserts . The deserts was SHOCKING it was advertised as a make your own Sunday and was produced with a plate with a plastic pint glass with a scoop of ice cream and a few sweets on a plate . There was nobody on the bar when went to get some drinks ,and we had no service for the separate table of 4 we had booked ,no drinks order no food order ,shocking behaviour ,I’m not suprised I’ve read TGI FRIDAYS have entered administration , TGI Fridays is no longer the place to go . A full refund would be expected as it’s a little girls party…..ruined!

warm friendly welcome from staff. Quite expensive for what you get in my opinion. Ordered the sesame chicken but without chilli flakes and received chicken in sauce… no chilli flakes but no sesame or spring onion! Handful of chips and sprinkle of garnish. For £22 I was really disappointed. No condiments or seasoning on the table, had to ask for salt and mayo. Sat with my finished plate in front of me for nearly 20minutes before I had to ask someone to take it away and get me the bill. You do get 20% off if staying at the premier inn next door. Wouldn’t go back again to be honest based on the food for price.

I will start with the food , I and my grandson had a burger meal at £18.95 when it came I honestly thought they had got mixed up and brought me the child’s meal that I’d ordered for one of the other kids in the group it was no bigger than a £1 burger at McDonalds and about 7 chips an absolute disgrace , I also ordered a beer took absolutely ages to come and price wise the expensive the staff was very friendly but the food came out in stages so none of the group was all eating at the same time and they were not busy apart from my group there were only 2 small party in , and then the next day not feeling all together well , avoid

For 2 people, it came up to around £78 and we both got 1 drink each. Food tastes nice but the quantity for the price is such a scam. Very polite employee’s. Personally wouldn’t go again.

Not great at all . Thought we would go there because usually cheap and cheerful night out. Not this time. They do not have prices on the menu so drinks . They reel you in with by one get one free but don’t tell you it’s £19 a time. So it isn’t buy one get one free. So you end up with a huge bill. Food wasn’t great either. Short fajitas. No taste and very watery. Plus we were nearly last in the place. It wasn’t closing time but felt rushed out.

I came to pick up an order, and everyone working there was pretending that they hadn't seen me. Waited for 15 minutes while a group of five staff members were having a chin wag. Now you all know why your orders take so long when you order them online. No one wants to pick up from piss-takers.

Booked for 5pm, stood for ages waiting to be seen. Looked at the menu and was shocked at the prices, for what is basically frozen meals warmed up or put in the fryer we couldn't justify it. Didn't bother to stay and got a taxi elsewhere

Pros: Very good food, nice surroundings. Service was great. Discount for people staying in the premier inn. Cons: Ridiculously expensive for small portions. £40-50 a person, and that was with a 20% discount!!!

Lunch menu is great for the value and they make some tasty boozie drinks

My recent stay at the Premier Inn Wellington Street was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Saturday lunch time was pretty quiet. Food was great.

Stayed at Premier Inn and this was an easy place to go next door. The food was ok, but a bit overpriced. Cocktails were tasty. Service was friendly and helpful. It was a weekend night and the place was very quiet, not how I recall TGIs being a few years back so guess the quality and pricing mix has taken its toll.

OK.. but short staffed on a Sunday. Probably because they're not paying enough. Not really very good customer service. Friendly enough staff. Took 20mins just to get the bill to pay despite asking twice. Investors, Hostmore PLc need to sort this out or they'll be going bust.

Amazing time with my family here, the servers and the food was outstanding had so much fun there even had a walk around the place to see so much cool stuff on the walls James was our server and he was kind well prepared and fully off laughter I will be coming back again and id recommend it to anyone

Had the most amazing time today at TGI Fridays, the food was outstanding and there was no grease what so ever. Had a walk around the place and the bar was so nice and spacious and all the cool things on the walls were outstanding. The service was brilliant and staff were respectful and very well mannered. Terrible service, after waiting 10 mins at the end of our meal and no staff in sight (it was quiet in the resturant) I found our own menu for desert. They also were out of stock on a number of items including wine and the coffee machine wasn't working. When the staff did show themselves they didn't seem interested and more annoyed we were there 😒

Really disappointing. I’d read the reviews first so should have avoided. Service was very slow even though restaurant was less than half full. Fried food was very dark and tasted like the driers were well overdue fresh oil. Plates not clean. I honestly thought that I couldn’t go wrong with TGIs but I was VERY wrong.

Possibly the worst TGI that I've been to. Portions very small. Cocktails very weak. Bill quite expensive. I used to love having a meal at TGI, but this was so disappointing. Must admit I've not been to any TGI since before Covid lockdown - I do hope the quality isn't this bad everywhere now.

Massively overpriced fast food. £19 for a burger and fries is a joke. There are many more independent restaurants around that serve better quality food at lower prices.

Im Usually a fan of Fridays but my most recent visit here was a disaster. We had to wait ages for our waiter to come each time. They didn't have items we ordered (we were informed 15 mins after making the order). My main was bought out 5 mins after my kids main which had sauce on I specified I didn't want and by the time they came to check on us my kid was almost finished and so I had to cancel the order. We ended up going to McDonald's. Bill came and they had the cheek to charge me for the dippers which was part of the meal deal. You would expect to have the entire thing waved after the mess around we had. Expect 30 mins plus from the time you sit at your table for food to get to you I won't be returning here

absolutely disgusting service. waited 15 minutes to order drinks and then had to ask to be served food took 30 mins more to arrive. waitress genuinely couldn't care less ( no apologies for wait) when food came chips were covered in onion powder and were inedible. to top it off we were surrounded by dirty tables that staff just ignored. as we left we heard the waitress saying she didn't want anymore customers in her section

So it’s a chain tgi Fridays, the food is what it is. Nothing wrong with it and it’s fairly priced, but won’t win awards. Decent standard grub. The service here was absolutely excellent. They have an app that the waitress was only too happy to show me how to use, with good deals in. It wasn’t working for the deal I selected but they sorted it anyway, no fuss whatsoever and it was all done before I knew there was any problem. Place was very clean and although quiet, had a brilliant atmosphere. Music on but not deafening and I was dining alone and sat in a nice quiet corner. Despite that, service was attentive and helpful, very very good. Can’t recommend enough. Would recommend/10

It was a table for one this evening and they fulfilled my eating on my tod requirements of being quick and efficient whilst also being friendly and welcoming superbly. The minor issue with my order was sorted so quickly and effortlessly that I'd consider it a positive too.

Had an awful experience here in February. I spoke to to the manager via phone and was told to contact them online. We still haven't heard anything back, I know they received my messages as it said it went through. Very very poor management and food. I would advise to go elsewhere. Food was absolutely horrendous and we couldn't eat most of it, it was rock hard solid and the bits that were okay were very small in portion size. we told the manager and said we had pictures to show. We didn't want a refund just some acknowledgement and maybe an apology.

I’m not sure how TGI’s is still in business. It cost me £30 for a burger and a beer which was completely un-extraordinary. Who can afford to pay those kind of prices for a basic burger? Oh, and they forgot the bacon but the nice waitress brought some out on a plate for me to self-assemble my premium burger…

Average food, laughably overpriced. This was the first time I've been to TGI Friday and I'm happy to say it will be the last. £18 for a bog standard burger, for that price I'd expect a deluxe burger, not something easily outclassed by Burger King at a fraction of the price. "Loaded" fries included ONE small piece of bacon, a tiny amount of semi-melted grated cheese and a weird "sauce", for almost £7. Honeycomb cheesecake which was a soggy mess and missing the whipped cream. The only decent food was the hoisin chicken wings at £16 for a mean-sized sharer portion. The building itself (especially the toilets) are in real need of refurbishment. To be I'm baffled how this place is still open!

Vegan food was decent, but the prices are just mad. Very expensive. Unlikely to go back.

We came to the restaurant this evening and had a very disappointing evening. We were one of about 10 tables in the restaurant, and we felt like we had been forgotten about the whole evening. We waited 45 minutes before our server even realised that we hadn't had our starters, to which i advised we hadn't eaten yet and to bring the starter out with the mains. Another 15 minutes went by, and eventually, our meals were brought out, along with the starters. The food portions were small (especially the FULL rack of ribs, which usually costs £30 however we are VERY glad we used our rewards as we wouldn't have been happy to pay for the amount we got! Hardly any meat & may as well have been straight from the freezer - nowhere near as good as what they used to be!). It's like the 'team' dont want to work as a team, and it was almost as if it was 'normal' for service to take as long as it did, especially seeing as it was so quiet! Our waiter wasn't very knowledgable of the Uptown/Downtown menu, and was confused when we asked about using the app (Rewards) like he hadn't heard of it before. After our experience this evening and being a customer for over 6+ years, we will probably never return to the restaurant again. We were severely disappointed.

Unfortunately our experience for my grandaugther's birthday was poor. Beer was flat, service was slow and the food is over-priced. However, the manager did his best to compensate us. Sadly I will not be returning to TGIs in the near future 😞

One of our groups main course arrived 12 minutes after the rest of the group. Our food was cold by the time his arrived. One can only presume that the kitchen staff are either a bit slow or intoxicated.

Three stars is pretty generous and it's because they have a strong selection of vegan dishes that I rate them this high, also the potato skins and burger I had were tasty. On the downside the service wasn't amazing, I mean our waiter was a nice guy, but overall it didn't add up to much. Front of house couldn't handle that we didn't have a reservation and that our friends who had arrived five minutes earlier also didn't have a reservation, but as we entered the main door to join them the place was mostly empty, just one couple and a birthday party of about ten max. There's also nowhere to hang coats, so that's awkward when you've got four winter coats and four people in a smallish booth. Then there was only cutlery for three of four of us for the starter, then only cutlery for two of us for the main. I'll survive! But it's part of the picture. Also my partner ordered the non-alcoholic cider and was given the alcoholic version. Luckily he's just careful when driving and not a raging alcoholic set off by one sip of anything with a unit attached to it. This would not have ended well for Phil Mitchell. Here's the real reason I won't be returning though... It's expensive and the menu is weird, or should I say menuS because we had about four each. Depending on which menu you ordered from it would cost about £10 more for the same meal. My friend had to specify which menu she was ordering from. Then the cocktails! They advertise very heavily that drinks are always 2-4-1 - great! Not great!! If you want a cocktail on the offer it's £18 and they have to be the same, that's annoying, but pretty standard. But even though the cocktails are in 2-4-1 you're still paying £18... As the waiter confirmed (because the menu certainly didn't) it's £18 for two cocktails or it's £18 for ONE cocktail. I wasn't about to spend £18 on drinks for just myself and my partner didn't want to drink a cocktail just before driving so I just didn't have a drink. My choice, but it was a shame. Luckily the company was fabulous and we had fun. Although sat directly next to the kids party in a practically empty restaurant would not have been my first choice. I always thought the venue looked fun, especially the one in Leeds Trinity, so I'm really sad to say I won't be returning. We were all put out by the weird pricing system, so if you go, make sure you scan all the menus and make sure the waiters know which menu you are ordering from!

Went with the family for bf birthday. The area where we sat was a bit cold so i had to keep my coat on. Food took pretty long but it was delicious.

Very expensive. Pint and burger with fries £30. The young girl serving us was pleasant and the only positive from the experience. But all 4 of our mains arrived spread over 10mins with no real explanation of the delay from the kitchen so some people had finished their meal before I even got mine. The place was relatively quiet. Well this place was something else, prices in this place have sky rocketted, i wouldnt advise anyone to go there anymore, a meal that was around £13 now costs £20, i checked online at deliveroo and its actually cheaper to order online, the food prices are different which i find baffeling, after finishing our food it took 30 minutes before i had to ask someone to take our plates and bill, the steak was £24 and was over done rubbery and dry, the mushroom burnt and soggy and just bad in general. Now the worst thing there is the cocktails, says 2 for 1, last time i was there it was £13 which isnt too bad, its £18 now 18! And at 2 for 1 they are saying thats £18 for 1 cocktail, talk about ripped off. Please avoid tgi's.

Really gone down the hill, food used to be well presented and fresh. Wouldn’t go back again tho food was dry and 0 presentation.

After waiting I had to find someone to find me a table. Had to wait for a dirty table to be cleaned when there were plenty of clean ones available. Had to wait almost 10 minutes to order. Food was average. Missing dipping sauce. Tomato sauce bottle was filthy. Requested a refill of my bottomless lemonade which never came. Card machine had a flat battery. It's like a Carry on Film without the jokes.

Start with the positives, of which there aren’t many. The person who greeted us was friendly and our waitress was polite and attentive. The cocktails were nice - although how TGI can market these as 2-4-1 when they are £18 EACH is beyond me. That’s Sports Direct levels of false marketing! We’re now £93 lighter for what I can only describe as extremely poor pub food. The sirloin steak was tough as leather, and covered with ‘seasoning’ to hide the fact that it was clearly not fresh and not cooked to our preference - it was, if I was to be generous, medium well at best when we actually asked for rare.The accompanying mushroom and tomato weren’t much more than a soggy, watery mess. The chips weren’t terrible - would’ve helped if they weren’t lukewarm, though. Our other main consisted of frozen chicken pieces doused in glazing (notice the common theme of trying to cover up poor quality food with overpowering seasoning) again accompanied by lukewarm chips. We mentioned this to Waitress, who did offer to refer us to her Manager, although we politely declined since 2 other tables in our vicinity had also complained within a 10 minute timeframe - better to cut our losses and run. If I’d have received these meals on a 2 for £20 pub offer, I’d understand and wouldn’t think much of it. The fact that this set us back nearly £100 is something else. I’m genuinley not someone to complain, I’ve worked in a service industry myself, but I’ve never seen such a poor standard for such a ridiculously high price.

Starters and mains arrived together which was disappointing and spoiled our meal also two for one cocktails at £18 we are paying for 2, grow up!!! Disappointing for £190 for 2 kids and 2 adults… UPDATE: I did reach out as requested and no one got back to me.. I think they just reply to take the edge of poor reviews... So other people think they actually care! Dropped 2x service stars.

It took 1hr for us to be seated, even though we were told 10- 15mins. There were a lot of empty tables that just hadn't been cleared. The staff looked exhausted & the food took ages to come out. Think this place needs better management...

Came in monday tuesday evening had a few snacks at the bar and a few cocktails from tge bartender rowan he was amazing and very well spoken will be coming again some time soon thank you

For a Friday expected it to be busier. Food was ok, but for the cost expected more on the plate, and the fries were over cooked. For the few members of the public in the restaurant the service was slow but friendly

Really expensive for the quality and quantity you get. Some food were great and tasty but for American Grill dish we were served raw pork. We complained about this and was given 10% off the bill and requested a new piece of pork. We were then served a pork that was overly salty, we all tried on the table and had to drink lots of water to avoid being sick in the table. We complained about the pork being inedible and had 1 drink removed from the bill.

Where to start, sadly this place is a shadow of its former self. Poor service, no greeting, pick ya own table 🙈 menus just thrown at us with no explanation, cutlery missing, pricing Sky high for microwave ping food, food sub adequate, daughter had day old carrots, charging £2.50 fir a mouthful of coleslaw, £1.25 for a squeeze of barbeque sauce, watered down glaze. TGI’s used to be the place to go and everybody returned, this place has gone to the dogs, no festive feeling, serving staff not even dressed in their striped/braced attire, seriously this place need to get a grip and get a grip quick 🙈

Wow… the prices have sky-rocketed and the quality has reduced massively. We paid at least £20 extra for the same meal we ordered a few months ago. All of our food was burnt, including the wagyu beef burger that was £23. I can’t believe how shocking the quality and price are here now! Definitely won’t be returning - the only saving grace is how lovely and kind all the staff are. It’s such a shame they have to work for a greedy establishment :) hope they actually receive all the tips!

Booked for an afternoon festive meal with work colleagues. No one on the shop floor to welcome us or at the bar. Menu and table were not clean. Limited options for coeliacs. Burger arrived burnt and so tough I struggled to cut it with a knife and left most of it. Bathroom was smelly. Would I go again? Not even on the company credit card!

Prices have increased to ridiculous levels for what you get. Burnt ribs at £24 each, no big brand lager these days, just 2 types at £7 for a pint. No dry white wine ("we're changing our drinks menu") so Prosecco it was - at over £10 per glass. Absolute extortion for what you get. Went to the Ivy 2 days prior which was similar price but the difference in quality is incomparable. In summary.... how to ruin a previously popular restaurant. Such a shame for the staff who were excellent as usual.

Don't get ribs! Absolute rip off. £23 for half a rack of the tiniest ribs I've ever seen! I'd hate to see what the classic ribs looked like as I went for the ultimate ones ( expected bigger ribs like it said on the menu). Went home hungry. 🙃 the prices and portions at this places are so bad now.

We went at dinner time and we was a table of 3 adults and maybe 4 other tables our order never made the kitchen lefts waiting an hour before we even got our meal which was awful the chicken was burnt and the past was bland and dry. The waitress took over from our original server I didn't catch her name was fantastic our original server just blanked us and wouldn't communicate. We did get our meals free but we won't be going back

Prices have sky-rocketed here. Not sure if franchised or not but was shocked to see how much things were. Friend ordered half a rack of ribs for £19 and what she got was laughable (pic attached). Server even agreed when we complained and was more than happy to exchange it for another meal.

Yesterday we had a small wake at TGI Fridays wellington bridge in leeds What was a sad day was made so much better by Matthew who looked after us. Matthew lifted the atmosphere and his service to us was fantastic!! He sorted all our food and looked after the older folk too Matthew is a real credit to TGI Fridays and we are very thankful to him Our booking was at 4:30 in Theo name of Michelle 😊

Food and drink shortages, so I could not order what I wanted . I sent back 2 cocktails because they were undrinkable. Staff had very little knowledge of either the food or drink menu. Friday afternoon at 4 o'clock and the place was virtually empty with no atmosphere and we still had a long wait for food and drinks . It was also expensive for what we managed to order . Over £100 ,so zero for value for money. I don't think I have ever been so disappointed about a place before.
