It was unfortunately inedible. £33 absolutely wasted as a treat meal. Absolutely gutted. It was that heavily salted we could not eat it. The bag was full of grease. The delivery lady however was absolutely lovely!

Not the cheapest but where is these days, consistently good but somehow tonight even better food. Huge portions so you get laods for your money, so much left over for tomorrow. Arrived hot and delivered a little earlier than it said. Recommend the starter for 2, it was massive and could easily feed 3 or 4.

Chips been warmed up at least twice before, chicken balls all hard and black nearly these could have been reheated ones aswell.

lovely food always go here, last few times prawn crackers have been smashed into little bits which is a bit of a let down when you pay for them. But other than that always brilliant food

took nearly 2 hours and have the cheek to charge 2.50 for delivery should be band off the site if they can't get delivery's done within 45 minutes

Whenever we order from here (once every couple of months), they always deliver on time, hot and tasty food. Our family go to Chinese takeaway. Efficient, polite and respectful deliveries, great food, good price.

Very nice food which was delivered warm and on time.

First time using and wasn’t the best in afraid, but our usual don’t accept cash so looked for somewhere else. £32 for ribs, pork fried rice, chips, curry sauce, gravy and spring rolls. The spring rolls were burnt, chips well done and dry and crispy, gravy was beef gravy granules, ribs arrived in a polystyrene box so all the juice was in the bag they were in, pork fried rice was well done and some fatty bits of pork. Not a great experience overall. Feel like I’ve wasted my money 😤

Got the wrong order got told was too later to get the correct order so I will ring up tomorrow as soon as they open to see if they will rectify it.

Had quite a few meals from here now and been great every time, good sized portions and tasty snacks!

Very good will order again - would however recommend putting any dry dishes in a proper container not polystyrene just leaks everywhere with condensation.

Food was great, but really disappointed on the delivery. Every time I've ordered from here before it's been late so was more proactive this time and sent the order well ahead of time choosing the delivery time I wanted hoping to avoid this and it still made no difference. There's no point offering a service to order ahead if it doesn't work!

Absolutely freaking terrible service delivery! I ordered food for myself and kids at 7pm - it’s 20:30 and It’s still not arrived. When you try call to find out where the food is it’s engaged and when you finally get through you told to wait another 25 minutes! Absolutely pathetic.

lovely food as always. prices have gone up as everywhere has, but portions have gone up here aswell. not complaining!!! my main dish and rice almost £10 but could have fed 2 of us! maybe a smaller portion for a cheaper price might be an idea? I feel so guilty wasting it but can't possibly eat it all.

Ordered chicken fried rice, rice ok, chips and, beef chow mean, dry, salt n pepper spare ribs, inedible, dry, bits, dehydrated, no prawn crackers spent over £30, will order from there again

Chips soggy and undercooked, “salt and pepper” chicken had literally no flavour at all and chips and rice just tasted of salt nothing else. Won’t order again

Where to start the chips and mini spring rolls over cooked and chewy like they had been reheated , the rice was very clumpy and tastes old. Chicken balls had a medicated taste. Food wasnt great the last time but gave them another chance. Wont be doing so again.

Fantastic food. The pancake roll is giant and crispy and the beef with black bean was extremely tasty!

Nice enough food crispy duck was abit dry and hoisin salty, but can overlook this as food is 9/10 here most of the time. It was a busy night over 1.5 hour wait but this was stated from beginning. Polite delivery driver.

Abysmal service. We ordered for delivery at around 6.20pm and were told it would take 35-55min on Uber Eats. Absolutely no updates provided and I had to call after an 90mins had past to be told it would be 20-25mins. Clearly they had not even started the order yet as they had to ask twice what the order was. Nothing turned up in those 20-25mins and it took another 70mins for delivery. We tried to phone multiple times after the first call but to no avail. Would never use again nor would I recommend to anyone else.

Absolutely disgusting.ordered last night, 3 hours later still not received it. Tools ages trying to get through on fone, to be told they had not even started it. Cancelled it but they put delivered on my status with just eat and can not get my £56 back. So paid for food that I never received

over an hour late, nobody told us it was going to be late and they wouldn't answer the phone so we couldn't cancel. Don't accept orders if you can't fulfil them within a reasonable time.

Ordered 2 and half hours ago. Haven't recieved my order. Can't get in touch with anyone about it. Wanted a chinese then a nice early night on christmas eve but instead its 9pm and I still haven't got anything to eat.

The food has always been ok however the past few times we’ve ordered there’s been a significant drop in quality. Tonight was outrageous. Ordered at 16:30 to be told 18:25-18:50 delivery. It’s 19:55, no delivery, no answer on the phone, saying it’s delivered on justeat. Just a complete joke. You’ve lost a long term customer here.

Said it was gonna be 45 mins and it’s has been 3 hours 30 mins and still not received phone number doesn’t work and there’s no way of contacting them….

Not the first time we ordered from here as the food is perfect, but please improve the quality of the delivery. Previously, our food came in a box but today our food came spilt in a bag. That is the only thing that we were disappointed about

Food is tasty but I just don’t know if I. An order from here again as it takes what seems like an age, site stated 35-55 min delivery, estimate was 55+ and meal finally arrived after 1hr 45mins, it was so cold we had to reheat it.

Delivered on time but pre-order states 30-35 mins delivery but when order placed stated 1hr - 1hr 20. Order did arrive within 1hr/1hr 20 time slot but a little mis-leading.

Absolutely gutted the food quality was so good but ordered quarter duck and didn’t get hoisin sauce, spring onion and cucumber. Such a shame as the rest of it was fantastic

Food did not taste fresh, made me feel unwell. All of the reviews on google tell you it will be late but the takeaway continues to make excuses for why they are late instead of trying to improve. First and last time trying here unfortunately

The food was excellent and arrived steaming hot. It arrived slightly after the order time but it’s a Friday evening so to be expected and it wasn’t an issue as the food was so good. Thank you.

We had the deep fried chicken in sauce and unfortunately did not like it at all. The chicken was soggy and not crispy and the chips I had arrived cold. Mongolian special was ok as was the boiled rice.

on just eat app showed as delivered when I raised concern was told was running late and would be delivered soon this takeaway is a 5 min drive from my home usually delivers within 30 mins this order took well over an hour

it would have been 5 stars if on over a £60 order the chips weren't 2 days old no excuse really when I put the order in as soon as they opened

The food was good, as usual, but the delivery was not. If the delivery driver is going to insist on staying in their car and expects the customer to come to them, at least make it easy to find the car - spent 6 minutes trying to find the driver.

Delivery took a long time and chips were warmed up. Ordered from here a few times and never had a problem but tonight was very unhappy.

Veggie spring roll had no filling and no flavour. We ordered Crispy King Prawn in Mongolian Sauce but the meal we received was a light sweet sauce with pineapple chunks. It was ok but not what we ordered. Noodles and curry sauce were great. Overall is was pretty average.

This is a family firm favourite,Alot of my friends used this as it's good food and reasonable prices.Once you try here U will always use.

Husband selected collection, called explained mistake and they delivered food no issues. sauce was in bag all over, but decent food overall. 👌

Not sure what I got but it wasn’t what I’ve had before. I ordered the shredded Mongolian beef.. it was fatty, definitely not shredded and the sauce was bright orange and thick and didn’t taste anything like my past orders of it. Ended up just eating the rice and throwing the rest. Delivery on point.. even tipped the guy. Shame the food was so bad.
