Subway in Leeds

Certain items didn’t turn up meaning an order for 2 turned into an order for one. Ingredients missing out of my sandwich and it was stone cold even though I asked for it toasted.

Sandwich was really wet. And missing hash browns

Food was sent wrong! Burnt meatballs everything not happy with this order!

Meal was missing items and my food was cold, the pizza slice tasted like plastic and half my sandwich had no chicken in it.

The food was not delivered AGAIN FOR THE SECOND TIME!

Waited 2 hours for it to arrive and it never did. Now says delivered when it hasn’t been delivered and no attempt from a driver to get in touch

salad was wrong and didn't deliver garlic

I ordered 3 foot long veggie delights and they all came without the veggie Pattie. Only had the salad and sauce? This is a joke

Wrong crisps wrong drink. Bought a 1.5L pepsi max and was charged for it, got a 500ml regular coke.

Doesn't pick up the phone. Sends deliveroo orders incomplete. Missing two whole items from my order despite a message for you to DOUBLE CHECK QUANTITY. AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Really bad service. I drove 15 minutes to collect my order. They literally gave me a bread with three cucumbers. Now they aint picking phone.

I felt relieved that this restaurant was still open at around 10pm, enjoying a Meatball Marinara and it was a participating one for my vouchers! The options are presented very clearly at the till and the seating is comfortable, though the service was quite slow and the man did not ask if I wanted cheese so I had to check for him to put it in.

I was refused to get more than 2 sauces on my sub even after them advertising to provide 'as many as I like'. The server was rude with this issue and asked me to talk to her manager whenever she comes. My subway was almost tasteless and would never visit this store again.

Missing cheese off both sandwiches, nachos half filled, sandwiches were barley toasted and cold and was given wrong drinks.

First time was ok. However, I have been three times now, in the hope that they'd improve or at least get my order right... It still hasn't happened. Service is below average, staff take no account for THEIR mistakes. Coffee machine has never worked!! Very disappointing!!! 🙁👎🏾
