once ordered the delivery time kept changing. It counted down then went up again. I am guessing that they were really busy so couldn't keep up with the orders. We also were supposed to get a free popcorn chicken as we spent over £21 but alas we didn't get it!

Order says delivered but haven’t recieved it. How can it say delivered when the code hasn’t been given?

Really delicious, not too rich and just the right portion size.

Driver was rude and got lost when it clearly states my delivery address on my order. No gravy was sent beans. No 4 pieces of chicken. I ordered from here for the gravy and chicken I now have a plain burger with no gravy. I want a full refund please

when KFC get an order wrong the expect you to open the order completely at the door to check EACH item before giving the driver the code. This is reduculous! They justified the order 'completed'. The code is to confirm delivery NOT that I have checked the order. Items I ORDERED WERE MISSING! not the first time but definitely the last. This store seem to be quite dismissive of customers, even when there are right

The food got delivered really early, the food came flat cold, the chips were all in 1 bag when it was a separate order, the chicken was soggy and not crispy at all, very disgusted with the food quality for the amount we paid

Hi, my mum picked an order up tonight around 7:20pm. I’ve just been discharged from the hospital after being there over night and not being able to eat for over 24hr. All I wanted was a KFC so me and the fam did a big order costing us just under £40. Got home shared out the food to then realise we’re missing 4 boneless fillets from one of our meals. This has really infuriated me as we spent a lot of money and I have called the restaurant 7 times! Not once has anyone answered. I am really disappointed and we are too exhausted to drive back. Please contact me to let me know how we can resolve this. Thanks.

Not ordered in ages due to the food been cold but decided to order tonight and I can actually say the food was red hot and the delivery was quick

Food was cold, got about 10 chips in my portion, warm drink and no sauce like i ordered. The driver himself was lost he went back and forth on my road after giving him directions.

Never arrived. Took code over the phone and stole the food.

Food was alright. Warm. Delivery time kept changing which didn’t bother me too much. The driver was poor, ignored the note confirming address as they always go to the wrong one, I also text the address on the app, he ignored it and said he was outside so I messaged AGAIN to say he was on the wrong street. I had to go looking for him and found him handing my food to a random house. That’s why I never pre tip.

The order was missing 3 items …. the food was substandard quality, burnt an absolute joke , Gotts Park used to have a better standard I have been a customer there for over 9 years so I should know, a recommendation , fire the manager!

Hadn't ordered from KFC Gotts Park for a while, preferring to drive to KFC Hunslet for better service & hot food. I wish I hadn't of bothered. Food arrived barely warm and with missing items. Staff still can't get the basics right, very very poor.

Order placed at 6.30pm food not delivered until just after 8pm. The estimated delivery time kept getting moved later and later. When the food arrived it was lukewarm. 90 minutes is too long to wait for a delivery

Mighty bucket for one meal was cold and so was the mini fillet burger

Items were missing from the order(4 portions of fries)and the wrong burger was sent. Also,the food was not hot,and the chicken coating was not fully cooked.

Although delivery time was as notified all food was cold and a dip was missing. Cost of order was £31 was offered £8 refund. This is an insult and definitely will not be ordering again

Ordered a stuffing stacker meal. Should have had two chicken fillets arrived with one chicken fillet in the bun. Really disappointed as was looking forward to it with it been a Christmas eve treat. Raised a complaint through just eat awaiting to hear back. Unfortunately not the first time my order has been incorrect. Delivery driver really efficient and friendly.

Nice food .. however delivery man please don't try to get me to out to you and your bike. Like I said on the phone it's delivery to my door and i can't/won't leave my baby unattended in my home because you are worried about your bike getting taken.

I ordered online, my first order from the KFC app, which I installed today and will never use again, they took my money , said the order was in the way , even gave me the driver's name , but no order ever arrived. When I phoned I was told it was an Uber problem?? ( My order was with KFC NOT Uber!! ) I was told there would be a refund , taking 15 working days!! Unbelievable !! The Gotts park KFC never answers the phone , and the app only says they can't help. If your hungry and looking for food DO NOT USE THEM, it's like gambling ,maybe you will get food or maybe you will starve, while.they bank your money and earn interest off it for 2 weeks. This has got to be illegal !!! What a disgrace !! Do Not Use them, at all, it's a con !!!

Cold in the restaurant so I would not want to eat in as I would not be comfortable. Staff incompetent and really unhelpful. Ordering machines not working properly but staff won't take orders at the till! Walked out will not be returning, EVER! Thornbury is not far away I'd suggest using them instead if you really want a KFC. We however decided to go to the bridge inn and have pizza!

Excellent chicken, my family have bought KFC from here lots of times, first time ordered on line, it won’t be the last. Great value and good size portions.

Sent wrong kids meal. Two missing gravy. I cant submit for a refund because i cant take photo of missing items. So they took my money didnt get a single meal correct and just allows them to get away with it as i cant photo items i never got

I ordered a corneal meal 3 and I got 3 drumsticks. The essence of buying multiple peaces is to get different potions of the chicken. the food was fresh though

For the price of it you’d expect bigger pieces of chicken and you’d expect to be at least a bit warm! The chicken was so skinny the burger looked awful I had to take pics. Had 3 small pieces of lettuce and mayonnaise literally hanging on the side. Ordered 2 kids meals (all cold) and a festive stacker for myself as a treat and it was so not worth the £26.48!! I could cry spending that much on such poor quality food. Definitely the last kfc we have. Gone down hill and shot in prices!!!

I’m tired of paying increased amounts only for the order to be cocked up. I’m going back to the old way of visiting fast food restaurants and making sure they get it right first time. Customer service is like the youth of today…..Pathetic

I have not received my Morrisons order from last night ,it says delivered but I have no clue where it is.
