Place been shit over a month but still says open on Google

Quick service and friendly staff.

Ordered a ten piece family meal got a 6 piece and was supose to come with 8 hot wings didn’t even get any! £42 spend and received no we’re never that in food. What a joke.

the food was cold they sent out the wrong food and it was missing items but because it was a late order kfc was closed when the poor excuse for a meal arrived it was money down the drain utterly abysmal will not be ordering from here again

shocking shocking showing it doesn’t even deserve one single review or star i ordered my food for me and my boyfriend bare in mind we are on a very very short budget so we got some food we could afford and we can both share i order and pressed delivery BUT NO where is it 2 hours i’ve rang up asked for a refund and all the get is grief off the MANAGER sorry what saying i needed a code all this and that i didn’t have a code and it didn’t say it anything on it whatsoever im absolutely furious that’s £20 down the drain bare in mind im young and dont have a lot of money absolutely shocking need to learn how to run a restaurant instead of being usless and making it all so difficult

They gave us 1 hot wing instead of 2 and forgot my chicken 🥲 waste of time man

The delivery person dropped the food in front of my door. This is not ideal. He wasn’t there for up to 5 minutes,by the time I got to the door,I found my food on the floor. It’s my first time using just eat,I have never had such an experience with other food delivery apps.

There was no popcorn chicken with my meal Which was a big inconvenience

order never arrived, paid more than £50, Just Eat have taken the money, but taken a few days to reply to you. takeaway not answering the phone

Delivery driver was completely rude and ignorant. He didn’t say a word and just pointed to his bag for me to take out the food! I was polite and said thank you and he just looked me up and down. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable at my own door step

No cookies, which you did actually write on the bag. . . but the meal delivered was NOT a boneless box meal ! It was chips and a,couple of legs chucked in a box and some coleslaw.

Thos has got to be one of the worst franchise kfcs in the country, I have been in store when people have come back into store because there order is wrong and when I have got my order it has also been wrong!! I have ordered from the kfc app and stupidly thought this may at least be a bit better as it will be monitored but no, a full meal missing even to the extent that written on the bags was 2 cans even tho it should have had 3 meals ordered with cans. Surley someone sat in an office must realise how bad this branch is being run? After a call to the uber eats to explain I am a full meal missing it looks like will get the meal refunded so one of us has to miss out. As if that doesn't take the mick enough they even charge 99p for managing your order, what a joke. The staff don't seem to care and if the managers are on site then god knows what they are doing as its been this way for years. Kfc should kick them out or just shut it down.

they stiffed me on a 10 pc bargain bucket, it was short 1 pc and all but 2 pcs were legs, never again , avoid them.

Chicken well cooked, perfect crispiness, prefer bone and is always perfect when getting it, no red ish meat or anything red on bone. I’d just say that the service can be quite inconsistent and one day it’s asap and another I’d be waiting for around 40 minutes. But very good, pleasant workers and it’s finger lickin’ good ✅ 4/5

Terrible value for money, £11 for a boneless box that contained about £2 worth of food. Starving children in Africa would have been annoyed at the amount of food in that box. Ended up ordering a second lunch from somewhere else!

Driver called me and made me come to the car instead of just coming to the door 10 steps away. Also didn't receive any of the 2 Pepsi Max drinks...

Very hard burnt skin as meat was good chips were hard not soft otherwise if I wanted burnt crispy chicken then I would call it ‘Burned Hard Fried Chicken’ not yesterdays food that’s been overcooked-will not order again

Dreadful. Ordered a delivery meal for my family and guests at 6:40, and it’s now two and a half hours later and NOTHING. One of us is young, and should have been in bed half an hour ago (now eating beans on toast); the rest of us are just hungry and frankly livid. They’re not picking up their phone, and haven’t sent any texts or notifications, or apologies. £40 they’ll regret wasting…

One of the better KFC around. Great staff and always fresh, hot food. I've been going here for years with no complaints. I always visit at lunch time and order on the app. It's always waiting for me when I arrive. The staff are very friendly and always have a good attitude towards the customers when I've been there. Like I say it's one of the better ones around Leeds .
