Service was quick but my chicken burger was cold

We went to kfc today at white rose payed £20 almost and the good wasn't worth £2 who do I complain to we dined in

not sure why it's said it's being delivered order never arrived! happens way too often, struggling to get a refund, had a email to provide mpee information and how exactly do I do that?

Waited for over an hour and the food was cold and out of the boneless banquet box due to the delivery time period and general lack of customer care regarding my food! I even complained to the delivery driver about the outrageous service

All the food was cold and also missing a drink and a pot of gravy

How hard is getting the food right on the order? Large popcorn chicken and beans. I got 4 pots of gravy and no popcorn chicken. The chips are flat cold aswell

Ordered gravy and beans came and a box of popcorn chicken was missing. Food wasn’t hot.

Food was delivered in a split open bag which was over 20 mins ready for collection and delivered to the wrong street next to ours. The food was late, stone cold and the delivery bag was badly damaged. The tip was pre paid for a badly delivered service and it feels like theft. Delivery fee, handling charge and a tip pre paid, for cold food in a badly damaged bag. Poor service and just eat are 100% responsible

We ordered the original recipe box and instead of putting the normal salad they put on some kind of spicy rocket, I understand you might run out of products but don’t put a replacement that completely changed the taste to worse while charging the same price without even telling the customer that you’ve ran out of it. We had to have it without any salad at all while being inconvenienced having to run to the counter and waiting for another one after being told I can’t have what I ordered.

I paid 26.99 for my meal there was no coleslaw or corn on cob what was supposed to be included in price

Received a completely different order, not worth even half of what I payed for my order. Requested refund and didn't receive a penny. Absolutely disgrace.

Half the order missing again. I ordered 4 burgers and 4 chips but only got 2 burgers and 2 chips. McDonald’s never let me down like this.

I don’t go here often, but whenever I do always get a good meal from here. A few years ago I came here, and because I had to wait long I was offered a free drink which made me happy. I often get the chicken wings which are so good! The chicken drumsticks and chicken popcorn are also very good! Although their chips aren’t my favourite I think they deserve a 5 star!

Turned up very late and cold. Literally spent £44 on cold chicken and the guy turned up on pedal bike riding 5mph or less. Joke.

Service was haphazard with several customers in front of me having orders with one or more items missing. My food was dry and overcooked/kept warm and there was only mayonnaise dip available. All ordering seemed to be using the online screens and card

1 hour 30 mins to deliver from the restaurant that’s 3 miles away I could have walked and got it quicker, the food was freezing and has gone in the bin I want a refund.

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered a fillet burger, the chicken in it was about 1.5cm thin. It was dried out and as if it had been sitting there for hours. This place needs to be looked at. 5.50 for a burger I'd much rather not have had. I'd suggest avoiding this place.

There was a item missing, why can't they get the order correct. I only ordered 2 things. A set meal that comes with a drink and a cookie...there was no cookie! And the security sticker looked like it could have been opened up...I'm definitely checking the order Infront of the driver....I work hard for my money and I make sure my jobs done properly..

Ordered tower burger meal for my daughter. Absolutely shocking? the food was flat cold. Returned to counter and given another that was more or less the same (the cheese hadn't even started to melt) very poor quality considering the price.

Took ages to arrive. Originally said 3pm, eventually arrived at 3.43. Food was cold, not just because it took ages, but more because the cold drinks were put in the same bag as the hot food. Surely they should be separate? Not impressed, won’t use this particular kfc again

Got a mighty bucket for one should of been 2 pieces original but got 3 of the smallest bits that had been in the heater for far too long was like rubber and dry.

Kfc needs to stop lying about selling chicken because it was purely battered bone. After a few nibbles around a battered chicken it was done as the rest was all bone. No napkins were given meaning the finger licking good slogan came into effect and we were forced to wipe our greasy hands on the paper bag it came in. No straw was given either. Would suggest the chicken selects from mcdonalds instead. There was also a pigeon sat right above us which looked ready to poop on our heads so we were forced to gobble our food down in lightning speed. However the poop would have given the food a sauce unlike KFC as we had to borrow the ketchup from mcdonalds. However the service was speedy and a nice man was cleaning the tables.

Order was over an hour late and when the food arrived everything was flat cold.

Missed an item off my order and there's no number to call anyone. The only option was to request a refund for the full order rather than the missing item. Appalling customer service interface

25 spent on a family feast wouldn't call it anything other than disgraceful 6 peices of chicken no bigger than a chicken nugget how they are allowed to send that out is nothing shorter than an insult chips freezing I will never order a kfc again if that's how they send out 25 pounds worth of food wouldn't fill a toddler

Zinger meal please no cheese, make sure no cheese , Ok says the guy , what happens CHEESE, had to go back to counter and reorder not rocket science

The order turned up with half of the food missing. I cant get through to KFC to complain/ request the missing items. Just Eat say they will review the request for a refund and respond within 7 days. A waste of £28, it looks like it’s toast for half the family tonight.
