Marks & Spencer in Elmbridge

Visited today for bra fittings. We saw Mandie and she is an asset to M&S. She took time, was patient and extremely helpful giving advise. She made the visit a pleasure, she has excellent customer service skills. If I should need this service again I definitely will ask for her, and recommend her to others.

Love it here. Friendly staff, always get what I need (& more!) - car park is so handy too! So nice to have an m&s in Walton!

Well where do I start .. when this M/S first opened I was delighted always fully stocked nice clean wide aisles convenient lovely coffee shop and toilets did a big shop once a week nd in almost every day for fresh produce...what a difference a few months makes now absolutely AWFUL most of the time shelves are empty or reduced so on their sell by date NEVER more than one person on the tills such a shame not a very good Marks I'm sorry to say... just to finish it off in one day the cafe and toilets closed without notification to customers or if to be believed staff will not be going again So so sad for marks and spencer walton on Thames

We arrived at this store at 11am on Sunday, just as it opened, and parked in the dedicated underground parking. It was not a pleasant experience: the ground was littered with empty beer cans, dirty food wrappers and takeout boxes from McDonalds. We had to walk through this debris to access the trolleys and the lifts to the store. Inside, two facts stood out: the large number of almost empty shelves and the even larger number of shelves containing yellow-snickered, reduced ready meals. It was a depressing supermarket experience and does not augur well for M&S' future plans to increase the number of these stores!

Marks & Spencer Staines is well organized supermarket. Unlike the London once, it is not overcrowded and you can freely navigate between shelves and pick your needs. Really like it.

Pleasantly surprised at how big this M and S is and it has a cafe too. Staff are very polite and helpful and shelves are well stocked too. Nice layout and you can find things easily - always a bonus when in a rush.

This is a fab new M&S food with a cafe, bakery, flower shop and click and collect services. Brand spanking new. Good car park underneath accessible via a lift.

Meduim sized Marks and Spencer that sells foods, flowers but not any clothing, if you want clothes then Brooklands is your best bet. Food on display was good quality and availability was good, not too many gaps. Staff seem friendly. Good store.

Stopped at this M&S to get some sandwiches; it was very clean and fresh, although a little difficult to find our way around. The checkouts aren't near the door, so it was a bit confusing when leaving!From what I could tell they have a very good range of food items, perhaps better than my local branch (Biggleswade), but there was plenty of space - having recently been pushing a wheelchair (although not on the day of our visit) I reckon it's well laid out for wheelchair users.

This is my 1st visit as M & S just opened here on Wed 21st March 2016 at 10am. This use to be Aldi if you have been to the town before.It has only got food hall, but its huge, but has a lovely display of flowers & plants, newspapers & magazine, cards & wrapping paper.There is coffee shop to the left as you go in, but rather small comparing to the Brooklands, Weybridge Surrey.I was served by very friendly staff, but as it was Easter not many cakes on offer, but a good range of sandwiches, toasties, hot & cold drinks.I had a warmed hot cross bun & a hot choc very yummy indeed. Don't forget to use your Sparks card.There were lots of seats & tables & found a table easily as it was Easter Saturday. Tables & chairs very clean, but for how long as everything is white........There are toilet too, but didn't use.I would recommend & def been back as come into Walton on Thames, Surrey all the time.A huge car park at the back, not sure of the charges as I parked in The Heart & walked up.
