Discovered this cafe a few years ago, now always try to visit when in Yarmouth. This visit was for a lunchtime sandwich and coffee. Plenty of filling in my egg mayo sandwich, as I had the filter coffee you can have a refill for £1. From previous visits I know they have very good sausage rolls, scones and cakes. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very good value for money. Located down one of the Rows off the market place.

If you are after something good to eat and reasonably priced then head down the historic Market Row to Mark's Pantry, it is definitely the place to visit . . . We enjoyed a lovely hot spiced chocolate, warm cheese scone and a very tasty hot roast chicken filled roll with salad trimmings. Service was prompt and friendly, and would visit again when in Great Yarmouth.

Great selection of tasty homemade cakes and snacks, light lunches. Tucked away in Market Row, off the market square, can be easy to miss Mark's Pantry, small but good , Mark has been here for a good few years which says it all, you don't survive if you're not good. Mark also does Wedding cakes etc to order.

Best non chain coffee shop in yarmouth, food is delicious and friendly staff. Often busy but well worth a visit, had the beetroot and ginger cake YUM, two of my favourites in one cake. The tea cakes are delicious packed with fruit and the sausage rolls aren’t bad either.

I have been visiting Yarmouth for over 40 years, but this was the first time I found this place. Went in and had tea, milky coffee and 2 fruit scones with my wife. While sitting at the table the home made soup was changed on the menu board to 'brochally and stilton plus chicken and sweet corn'. I asked what time they were serving soup till and said we would be back. Went back an hour and a half later, ordered one of each and was treated to a wonderful home made soup. The following day we went back again and ordered both again. EVERYBODY who is going to Yarmouth should make a point of visiting this place. All the food is homemade, the prices are very reasonable and the staff polite and friendly. Do yourselves a favour, visit Marks Pantry. YOU WILL NOT REGRET ITMany thanks for some wonderful home made food.

Found cafe (in the row) arcade of shops, I wasn't looking for anyway to eat, but then suddenly saw this gorgeous cake sitting in the window, see pictures I enclosed, I couldn't ignore it. So I went in, me and my friend tea and coffee, I had slice of cake in the picture. Which was chocolate & honeycomb with kirsch tuffles. It was simple delicious. So much so we brought 5 sausages rolls haven't taste them yet, but if their homemade cake,. Is anything to go by, I am in for a treat.

Stopped off at this lovely little café, had the best café latté we've ever tasted, and a toasted teacake. Service was excellent, very reasonably priced. Will definitely visit again when next on Great Yarmouth.

I come to Marks Pantry at least 3 times a week as I work in town and have never been disppoited with any food I've had from there. His soups, sandwiches, toasties and baked potatoes are the best in town. All homemade and from fresh raosted chicken straight from the oven. Mark and his wife are so friendly and welcoming too.

As a family we have been coming to Great Yarmouth on holiday since I was a young boy. And in the past few years, Marks Pantry has been the place to go and have lunch. This is a very clean, quiet and altogether lovely place to come and get a bite to eat. From the cheap prices to the amazingly cooked/prepared food. Everything is homemade and is prepared fresh. The staff are so friendly and this just improves the already awesome ambience.

Not bad price wise but cakes and be a little dry and service can be slow. Plus chairs aren't that comfortable. Old fashioned in my opinion and full of pensioners

Fell across this place by chance and what a discovery . Found it down an alleyway off the market place. Great Yarmouth lacks good tea rooms and although it doesn't look much from the outside, inside it is a gem. We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and a homemade sausage roll.

I was taken to this place by a friend and I am glad they did. Everything is home-made and the sausage rolls are the best I have tasted anywhere. Its not really a restaurant its like a good old fashioned tea room, the cakes are excellent and the mince pies at Christmas are a taste bud experience.

Down one of the old rows in Great Yarmouth just down from the market, a real must do if you are in Yarmouth. The home made soups are delicious and there is plenty of cake choices. Mark himself is really friendly and always ready with helpful tips of the local area.
