The Feathers in Great Yarmouth

Absolute heaven! I cannot say how incredible it is to be in a completely childfree pub!! Peaceful. No screaming kids running around everywhere while the parents are oblivious. Bliss! I wish more pubs were like this. I was absolutely blown away by how incredibly spotless everything was. A lovely pub, we'll be calling in more!

Fantastic food and kind and friendly staff

Poor management, spilt 1 drink when buying large to be and owner refused to replenish drink, a small favour goes a long way. Won't return to give money to a bat like that.

Nice staff and friendly service

I didn't have a meal but a nice atmosphere for drink and relax.

Went into watch football but couldn't hear it . When we queried it the customers said the owners upstairs don't like it too loud . Absolutely no point in paying to show football then Pub and barmaid was nice but we ended up watching football for the rest of our two weeks holiday in merlis sports bar

Shame it doesn't allow U18s as we were not in there for long enough to comment really. 6 adult and a 17 year old went elsewhere.

Super old style of pub great beers at super prices. They do no food and no children. Which is not a problem for me but may be for others.

Lovely pub. Can't comment on the food, haven't eaten there as yet. Great old fashioned pub though, cheap prices too, we stumbled on it by chance really, wish we had found it years ago!! We will be back for sure. Lovely place. 🍻🍻😄

We popped in for one drink and we stayed all night . Thoroughly enjoyed the amazing karaoke singers they were all fantastic. Steve and Karen made us feel very welcome as did the local visitors especially The General, Jane, Tina and family. The pub is very clean and very welcoming. We will definitely be back.

Our first time in Yarmouth, we found this pub quite by accident snd spent every evening of our holiday there, great place, good beer and company and a lovely beer garden as well, highly recommended

A lovely bar and very friendly, we joined in with a game they were playing in which if your raffle ticket number came out you had to turn over a playing card. If you found the joker then you won, and same as always with me no luck lol. Good prices drinks and clean inside

My wife sister and myself , visited on a Wednesday afternoon and had one of the best days ever , The landlord and landlady were amazing, the karaoke was the best I have ever seen , we are here on holiday , and this has been the highlight so far, so we will be going back on Saturday night, also the price of drinks great , pint ale £2.75 . If you’re in Yarmouth it’s a must for all ages 🍻😀

We arrived in the afternoon to such a welcome reception from Karen & Steve. Happened to be'race day'. What an afternoon!. Brilliant! These two entertaining personalities know how to run a 'proper' pub. To inform everybody of everything would be detrimental to this wonderful couple. Go & try it yourselves. You won't be disappointed! .

I come here at least once a week and have found Steve to be an excellent host. Draught Timothy Taylor for under £3 a pint is brill. Highly recommended.

We discovered this bar back in August and what a delight it was to meet Steve and Karen for the 1st time they made us feel so welcome and couldn't do enough to make us feel welcom so when we returned on good Friday for the easter weekend there was only 1 place to go and we wasn't disappointed the staff the prices and the atmosphere was superb great entertainment with karaoke on Friday and Saturday night and any sports you wanted to watch wasn't too much trouble then there was the dog buster what a cute little dog he was it's a venue we will always visit when we are down here from Rotherham so thanks again to you both and all your staff and Steve take care and look after yourself

Great pub. Beers were really good, bar staff quick and friendly and the locals a great gang. We had a couple of hours in there watching the football on Saturday afternoon and it was great fun.

I started going to this pub last year and it's brilliant! ❤️ Fantastic landlord and landlady Steve and Karen, fantastic staff, really friendly customers, cheap drinks no trouble, great atmosphere. Totally brilliant karaoke 🎤 with Steve who can certainly belt the tunes out! Made to feel like I'm a valued customer even though I don't drink much! My singing seems to be liked too! This pub is a little gem , just off the town centre main road so you need to look it up. It’s what I call a traditional pub. Lovely little beer garden with outside sports screen. Plenty of tvs inside as well. Feels like a locals pub , but everyone made to feel welcome. Excellent service, friendly landlord and great prices. My friends went on the Saturday night and said the karaoke was brilliant , I went on the Sunday before and after racing and really liked the atmosphere. Would definitely recommend a visit and shall definitely return there again next year.

Being North Norfolk born and bred, it is so refreshing to see and drink in a REAL local pub, for locals, that is not part of some rip-off, out of town chain! This is what pubs are about. Great prices, honest, fair, and sharing! I say 'sharing' as it is clear that people.... customers.... regulars.... are what makes this, and what SHOULD make all pubs, but particularly those in our county, as so much is being taken away from us, as with my home town of Sheringham. Well done The Feathers! Will be back, and may even move here, as what we see is reality in Great Yarmouth, and not takeover from those out of town! Cheers!

We spotted the pub on the way to the market shops, so glad we stopped. The pub is lovely, clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We sat in the garden area, which was full of plants, flowers, and a T.V. It is dog-friendly and cheap drinks, which is why we had to stay longer. We will be back.

Have known about The Feathers for a while, and had the pleasure of popping in for drinks recently, and what a delight! A real pub, not one of these new-found ruined places. And with drinks at honest prices, it has a joyful atmosphere! If we ever moved here, then this would be my local! I gather there is a Feathers in Gorleston, too?

Lovely staff, friendly customers. Lovely and quiet compared to the Wetherspoons round the corner that was too busy and noisy. Garden is a lovely suntrap and they played 90s music.

We were advised to go and try The Feathers. We have never had such of a great time loads of laughter. The bar staff were brilliant. Steve and Karen were absolutely amazing made us feel so welcome and not forgetting Buster the dog. Already planning a return trip for next year.
